Morgan is the BEST!!!

We had a beautiful wedding at Speakeasy on State in Redlands, CA and Morgan is the coolest DJ ever!! We had such an amazing time with her!! She loved and understood our vibe completely—we highly recommend going through LocalBoy— tenthousandbillion stars for Morgan!!!!

Truly as good as it gets. Local Boy DJ came with our wedding package through Speakeasy on State and we could not have had a better DJ. Ross was our DJ and he was so great throughout the entire process and truly killed it the night of. Everyone was dancing the whole night and we got so many compliments about him, so much so that our friends booked them for their wedding as well! That says a lot. I have been to many parties, clubs, weddings etc and never have I liked a DJ more. Thank you Ross so much for truly making our wedding epic! If we ever need a DJ again we will for sure be coming your way.

Best DJ in Riverside county, no exceptions. From the music to the hosting, Local Boy killed it. He originally held a preview at his office to see how his setup works and his music mixing live! At the wedding, he did everything fantastic. Our wedding ran ahead of schedule, and he came up with some cool games to keep our guests busy and entertained. The music was really important, and he definitely displayed his passion for being a DJ. Thank you so much for the job you did, and making our celebration amazing!

We utilized LBDJ for our wedding and had Chris as our DJ. My family is not much into dancing but we still wanted a DJ and Chris really delivered. He got everyone out on the floor and was really good about checking in with us to stay on schedule. I would definitely recommend to anyone, professional and affordable!

Literally loved every second of my wedding! Every song was perfect timing and the mc did a great job pronouncing names and pumping us up! The ceremony and everything was perfect too. They gave me a list of songs to help me choose each category, along with a worksheet for me to title every song for each dance and garter and bouquet toss etc. It made the process so easy for me! We had so much fun we kept paying them extra to stay longer! Thanks guys!! Definitely reccomend Jonanthan and his assistant!

Local Boy DJ and Ross were seriously the best. I went to their studio and Ross showed me around, explained everything they had to offer, answered all my questions and even did a short set to show me the quality of their equipment. I was very impressed and booked right away. Ross communicated with me every step of the way. My husband and I have different taste in music and I explained what we liked to Ross. We were amazed how he put our music choices together, listened to what we wanted and put together the perfect mix of music. My husband only likes country (blah!) and was very concerned with the music. He has told me multiple times how impressed he was with the music and DJ and he honestly loved it. I can't say enough about how happy I was with choosing Ross from the communication, to picking the music we wanted EXACTLY, to his friendliness, to the pricing, all of it! I highly recommend Local Boy and have been recommending them to all my friends.

Ross was an amazing DJ for our wedding - he really got what music my husband and I were into and put together a great playlist. He had to deal with the kids at my wedding haranguing him a bit and making requests (sorry Ross!) but he handled everything with a smile, taking requests at the right pace and keeping the party going. I would definitely recommend him and his company!

I cannot say enough great things about Ross! Prior to the wedding, he responded quickly to our initial contact, gave us a tour of the equipment, and was very organized with the process. He offers photo booths, videographers/photographer interns, and backlights. On the day of the wedding, we had a major issue with our food truck running two hours late, and he worked with my aunt to rearrange the timeline to keep our guests from getting bored and moved the party along. Although I was stressed, he kept a calm demeanor and knew exactly what to say to try to make the situation better. He had our light sticks unpackaged and ready to go AND blew up our beach balls! We had the time of our lives and danced all night long. He was even available to stay longer if we wanted him (and of course we did!). Thank you Ross for everything!

Ross was AMAZING! My husband and I booked him for our wedding and we were not disappointed whatsoever! He showed up on time with the best attitude ever, got set up quickly, and RAN the show! Our coordinator that came with our venue in San Dimas was MISERABLE, but Ross made sure our entire wedding went smoothly and we could not be happier. He engaged our guests and made everyone feel like dancing! I recommend Local Boy DJ for anything and everything!

We just booked local boy dj for our may wedding. Chris will be our dj. He was very polite, friendly, upbeat, and professional during our consultation meet up. He have us a tour of the office, mixed a few songs, showed us how the equipment works, showed us the lighting and everything that is included in the package plus all the additional options we could add on. We are even booking our photo booth with them as well. We can not wait for him to dj our wedding! We definitely recommend them! And the prices are an incredible deal. Amazing value and best price for the amount of time we have them for.

Local Boy DJ really brought the mood to our wedding! Ross was exceptionally helpful with all our questions, and talking with him was really easy. I had doubts about how the music would flow during the wedding at first, but he kept it going! The music, the lights, it was all perfect, and he knew when to change things on the fly! They also offer a bunch of add ons, and their pricing is fair. All in all, I highly recommend Local Boy DJ.

Truly the best!!! After searching time and time again for the right DJ we came and met Jon. First things first. I have never in all my years seen a full time wedding DJ this organized and they have it down. So much that i would of never thought of and he made it so easy on us!! Excellent with the crowd, smooth with all the events and the everybody has complimented me on the great music!!

DJ Local Boy is amazing. When we met Ross we instantly knew we wanted to use DJ Local Boy as our DJ. He was booked, so DJ Local Girl (his sister) was our DJ. She is just as amazing! Ashley was with us every step of the way. Always responsive to every call, text and e-mail. She spent extra time with us meeting us prior to the wedding, spending hours at the rehersal, and arriving well before the wedding began. She kept the party going. Not only where they a great DJ but, they also saved the day at my wedding. We had hired a photo booth (TMZ Photo Booth DO NOT hire them!!!!) they decided not to show up, no call, text, or e-mail NOTHING. An hour before the wedding I was in tears. Ashley mentioned she could get a photo booth there in time for the rehersal. With in hours there was a photobooth there! Amazing! The guest didn't even know there was a problem. Thank you DJ local boy for helping make our day so special!

Words can't express how great our wedding went because of Ross and dj local boy. We were recommended dj local boy by a friend and from our first meeting we were not disappointed. He sat down with me and from that point I knew that everything was going to be handle great. From first meeting to the wedding day we were able to communicate with him. The song list was customized to us and even a last minute change the day before to a song choice was no problem. On the wedding day Ross went above and beyond what I expected. He made sure that our day was going to be run our way. He coordinated with the venue staff and always kept us in the loop. The ceremony and bridal party entrances went great. The music that day was awesome, everyone was on the dance floor the whole night and Ross made sure to keep the music appropriate for us as we requested.I would recommend dj local boy to anyone looking for a great dj.

Wow! I got married in June of 2014 and Ross was my Dj. I could not have asked for a better Dj company for my special day. He was VERY energetic, organized, flexible, outgoing, fun, etc. Very good with announcing events and keeping things on schedule. He had brought foam, fog and bubbles included with the lighting for the dance floor at no charge. He will make sure to get everyone possible on the dance floor to dance. My guests had an amazing time. I would definitely use him at all my future events and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much ross and the local boy crew for making our day even more special!

We used Ross foe our wedding and he was so great! He was a recommendation from a coworker and when I first spoke to him on the phone I knew he was the one to DJ our event. He has an awesome personality and is so upbeat. Not to mention he responds quickly to his emails and will do everything to make your day special. He is so professional. Everyone at the wedding loved him he was so fun and I would book him again in a heart beat!

Local Boy DJ was by far our favorite vendor! Ross found us through thumbtack. I had requested to find a DJ who was specifically into EDM music, and he immediately messaged me. Throughout our process of wedding planning he was always in contact with us, and very accommodating to all our needs and wants.

The day of our wedding couldn't have gone more smoothly. He provided the minister, pianist, and cello player mics as well. No sound issues whatsoever during the ceremony. His setup/equipment is truly the best! His setup includes a variety of high quality lights all across his truss, top of the line speakers, and a ton of special effects equipment like fog, foam, bubbles, and confetti guns. At the reception he got everyone off their chairs and the whole crowd banging on plates with excitement with his very energetic Mc'ing. The dance floor was immediately filled, as if we were at a top notch club, once he started playing his set. He read the crowd like a psychic and had us all jumping and dancing throughout the whole night!

My husband and I highly recommend Local Boy DJ Ross and his entire team of professionals for anyone's wedding, party, or event!

It's taken me a while to write this review and it's so long overdue. Booking Ross for my daughter's wedding this past January, was the best thing I ever did. I had been in contact with three other DJ's prior to meeting Ross and the moment we met, I knew without one doubt, he would be the DJ for her wedding. He was amazing, thorough, helpful, and always kept in contact with me. He was so helpful and accommodating with our music choices and really took the time to help us choose the perfect song for my daughters non traditional walk down the aisle. It's a day I will NEVER forget and most of that is thanks to Ross and Local Boy DJ. If I could give 10 Stars, I would!!

Local Boy provided the music and announcements at my sisters wedding. As the maid of honor I had more than enough things to accomplish the day of the wedding, and Ross definitely lightened that burden! He helped everyone organize themselves and played all the right music at the right time. He played all of the music that the bride and groom wanted, and made sure everything was correct about fifteen times. Definitely someone I would recommend for any type of event!

We had Ross and his team DJ our wedding and reception and we could not have made a better choice! From the planning to the party we were heard in everything we wanted and hoped for, and it was 100% what we asked for. Local Boy DJ Ross and DJ Ashley are AWESOME!! We had an out of the ordinary Rock & Roll wedding and they rocked it! They took the time to accommodate our special requests for the ceremony, reception and our playlists. DJ Ashley and her "sidekick/photographer" kept the wedding going and captured those most memorable moments, including catching our personalities and our guests. We will call them for any event we have without a doubt and refer them everyone for any occasion, because they are the best! They rocked the whole wedding, so glad they could be such a big part of our day, they were awesome (loved her shirt) ROCK ON!!

DJ Ross is awesome! We didn't have a wedding planner and we didn't need one with Local Boy. He does it all you can pick all your songs and he has great songs to recommend. He has everything you want up lighting, bubbles, and all his equipment is incredible. His price can't be beat. We went to there weddings this year the other DJ's were double the price and they sucked, compared to DJ Ross. We got him for the price but we will recommend him because of how good he is at his job. He also gave my 12 year old son a lesson on DJing :)

Ross was amazing. He was so organized and helpful, not to mention inexpensive! He did a great job with everything and we received A LOT of compliments from our wedding guests about how great he was. He kept things on track, while staying flexible with the way things flowed. He did so much more than the other DJs I met with offered, and for less than half the price! I would absolutely recommend Local Boy DJ for any event!

Seriously the BEST DJ ever!!!!! My husband and I couldn't be happier with Ross and his amazing DJ skills. Every single person at our wedding loved him. There was no dull moment. Ross completely adapted to our guests and kept the party going. Everyone was non stop dancing and laughing. We were able to have the greatest wedding with the great help of Local Boy DJ! we keep watching our preview of our wedding video and wish we could do that day EVERY SINGLE DAY! Their sound, lighting and bubbles made my wedding more than just wedding. It was a party. Every single person I talked to raved about the DJ and their awesome sound and light equipment. The photographer who was with her (i didn't meet him...when you get married you're a little bit in a daze and talking to 5 million peopl...) But he took GREAT action shots!! So grateful for that. All in all, I think it's safe to say that YES, I would most definitely be using this vendor in the future. Thank you to this team for being so amazing throughout the whole stressful process of planning a wedding!

LOCAL BOY!!!!! DJ Ross was amazing! He made my party really great. All my friends enjoyed having LOCAL BOY DJ. They all loved it! He made sure everyone was having fun. He provided many various ways of entertainment with the bubbles, lighting, snow, etc. I will forever remember my 16th birthday. I hired Local Boy DJ for my wedding in February 2014. Jonathan and and his assistant were absolutely AMAZING! They were both extremely professional and thorough. Jonathan kept people on the dance floor the whole reception, guests were even coming to me for their information! I highly recommend Local Boy DJ to anyone an everyone! Ross was the dj at our wedding this past weekend, and he rocked! When my groom and I met with him in person we were not planning on signing a contract, but after talking with him a few minutes we gave each other the silent thumbs up and booked him on the spot. He stayed in communication before the wedding, talked with me beforehand about what we wanted, and got all our guests up and dancing the day of. His foam, bubbles and fog machines are an added bonus and our guests loved it! Highly recommend!

Just had our wedding this past Friday and Ross definitely took it to the next level. Everyone has been telling us he made the night! There's no song he couldn't make happen, and trust me there were some random requests. He was excited the whole time and kept the dance floor jumping. When we were waiting for the grand entrance, Ross told us how the night was gonna roll and asked if we needed ANYTHING. He showed up with a videographer, snow machine, fog machine, confetti blasters AND a GO-PRO to wear on my chest for the night. He definitely knows his stuff and I would DEFINITELY recommend him for ANY event.

Ross is the best DJ I could ever ask for! He made my wedding a night to remember! It went off with a bang literally! He was so tentative with details and he got everything spot on!!! We LOVED DJ Local Boy! We were married on March 23rd, 2014 and could not have been happier with the service he gave us! It started with the tour we were able to get at the headquarters where we were both very impressed with the organization and professionalism. Besides the first impression, he gave us the best rate for the services we needed. We were lucky enough to get to have Ross, the owner, be our DJ for the night (get him if you can!) and he did the most amazing job keeping the dance floor going and being able to read the crowd. We got so many compliments on the music (multiple of those were people who work as DJ's). I was able to add music requests the day before the wedding without any issues. He also fulfilled a custom music request for us of creating a birthday remix since we got married on the week of so many of our friends and family's birthdays and we wanted them to feel special. I just want to say that we went to 6 other weddings this year besides our own and saw all kinds of problems: repeating songs, playing the incorrect song, playing music that doesn't flow well and killed the dance vibe. My wife and I had Ross from local boy as our DJ at our wedding in Menifee CA at The Orchard (through Wedgewood), but I have total confidence that he and his crew could handle any event. We had a wedding package that was all inclusive, which saved us a lot of headaches, and to our great pleasure included Ross as our DJ. We met with him a few times in Riverside before the wedding and knew instantly that we were in good hands. He uses top of the line equipment and is really REALLY good at what he does. I know nothing about DJ-ing but man, we felt so happy being in the presence of someone who is so obviously competent, focused, professional, and best of all, genuinely enthusiastic. When we were happy he was happy.

For our wedding we made a list of songs for the seating, entrances, sitting, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception. Ross allows you to be as involved as you want, we gave him a lot of options for songs and genres, but now that I know him, I realize I could have just said "Ross, make our wedding beautiful and amazing" and he would definitely deliver. He even found some great Iranian tracks that my wife was looking for. He can do anything.

Day of the wedding, Ross shines. Not only does he seamlessly move the music along to match the day, but he also MC's! I had no idea how important this was until I was running around, talking to a bunch of people, just trying to get married. Ross was on the mic, being an excellent voice to usher our guests between events, and to subtlety direct us as to what we were supposed to be doing, which was honestly a lifesaver.

Planning a wedding is nothing like experiencing it, there are stresses and distractions everywhere, but the whole thing went so smoothly and wonderfully and it's largely because of how intelligently and enthusiastically Ross works. If you think you can save money by using your iPod for a wedding, you're making a huge mistake and missing a great opportunity to make the day so much more wonderful.

We used Ross for our wedding and he was so great! He was a recommendation from a coworker and when I first spoke to him on the phone I knew he was the one to DJ our event. He has an awesome personality and is so upbeat. Not to mention he responds quickly to his emails and will do everything to make your day special. He is so professional. Everyone at the wedding loved him he was so fun and I would book him again in a heart beat!

We used Local Boy DJ for our wedding through Wedgewood at the Orchard, an all inclusive venue.

Before the wedding I filled out an extensive worksheet with the songs and song types I wanted for every detail of the wedding. I was a little worried about not meeting him face to face or speaking with him before the wedding, we played a bit of phone tag.

The day of the wedding he came up and introduced himself to us and he looked so young! All my fears went away when he played everything I wanted, exactly as I wanted and stayed so perfectly in line with the song types I wanted. Many people came up to me to say how great the DJ was! He also was an exceptional emcee, I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Kept stuff on schedule but not in a nagging way. He was fun and energetic. I am thrilled with the job he did and recommend him HIGHLY.

Ross got everyone to come up and dance. He played the perfect mix of music. And to top it all off, he was a perfect gentleman the whole wedding process. He called or emailed me every month or so to check in. Everyone at our wedding loved him, he is the best DJ around.

Omg!! I LOVED our DJ!!! People this DJ is Amazing! I met up with Ross (le main boss) last year 2013 because I saw his website and it looked promising. I didn't really know what to expect, and he totally blew my mind. First of all, he is fairly young, but don't let that fool you because he knows exactly what he is doing. He did a little set-up for me with music, lights, bubbles and foam! I loved it all! He gave me a very organized sheet where I could write done potential wedding songs for the ceremony, reception activities, etc. It was so handy for someone who had never really been to a wedding. Days before the wedding we talked on the phone and had a run through of everything and he made me feel so relaxed with the whole set-up for the big day. The day of the wedding he came to our venue with an assistant early to set up and stuff. During the reception he made sure to keep the guests excited and alive. His personality is so outgoing and that is key to a DJ I believe. The use of the bubble machine and foam during the dancing aspect just bumped the party to another level. EVERYONE loved him! Guests were asking me where I got him from and the compliments just kept coming in left and right. You will not regret hiring Local Boy DJ! And to top it off his assistant was taking pictures as well! Ross also let my husband wear those go pro cameras on his chest to capture fun moments. It just feels like you can be friends with Ross on a normal basis because that's just how he is and he makes you feel so comfortable and worry free.

We contracted with Local Boy almost 3 weeks before the wedding. Despite it being "last minute" and even with our constant changes and questions, Ross stayed very patient with us till the very end. We even had the honor of having him as our DJ and MC! He was able to take control that day (during the reception) when our schedule did not go as planned, and pretty much saved the night! Our guests had fun and wonderful time in the end and really enjoyed his music. I'd recommend anyone looking for a DJ to give him a try! The price is reasonable and this DJ is talented and great at what he does! :)

After an extensive search for a DJ for our daughter's wedding, we were fortunate to find Ross and his Local Boy DJ Service. Ross is very personable and we liked him immediately. He has streamlined the process in hiring a DJ, and when he states, "there are no hidden costs", he means it. He came with all the bells and whistles as he promised, frequently going over and beyond what was expected, and did not charge a penny more than what we had agreed upon. We had over 100 guests and Ross entertained us all with a party everyone will talk about for a long time to come. Ross and his staff have exceeded (and revived) our expectations, and we whole-heartedly give him a full 5-stars!

Ross was amazing. He was so organized and helpful, not to mention inexpensive! He did a great job with everything and we received A LOT of compliments from our wedding guests about how great he was. He kept things on track, while staying flexible with the way things flowed. He did so much more than the other DJs I met with offered, and for less than half the price! I would absolutely recommend Local Boy DJ for any event!

We have used LocalBoyDj Services more than once and will continue to stay loyal customer. Ross and Lena are great, they play all songs you request and really know how to keep the party going... Very professional attitude and attire from them which makes the whole experience enjoyable. I love that they take pictures at every event and send them to you. I give Local Boy Dj two thumbs up!!!!! SERIOUSLY LOCAL BOY DJ IS THE BEST!!! I can not recommend them enough. Everything from start to finish was amazing. Local boy and his crew were so accommodating and professional. Everything I needed the answer was yes. Local girl and her intern showed up and were so sweet to all our quests. They definitely did their homework with my playlist because every single song was one we loved and there was never a dull moment. They have everything you could want for an amazing party from cutting edge technology, to bubble machines, fog machines, snow machines, and the list goes on. We even had an unexpected quest show up who wanted a specific song played that was their music and local girl made it happen without making it even a burden on me! I really cant say enough good about the whole experience. I will use them for every event I ever book :)

Ross was organized, flexible, and fun. He was very responsive and did a great job. We started falling behind schedule in the wedding, and Ross was flexible in speeding things up and adapting to the situation. The guests had a fantastic time dancing, and I cannot express enough what a great value he is.

Ross is every inch the professional. Local Boy will not only make sure they are the highlight of your event, they bring anything you can possibly think of along with them, Foam, Bubbles, Fog, Lights, all in the name of a really good time. Not only the best price I found, it ended up being the coolest entertainment at any party I've ever been too. The guys are very personable. Definitely highly recommended :)

Local Boy DJ was the PERFECT choice for my event! Not only did they play the best age appropriate music, but they added an extra special touch with the Foam, and bubbles! I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat for any future events!

Local Boy provided the music and announcements at my sisters wedding. As the maid of honor I had more than enough things to accomplish the day of the wedding, and Ross definitely lightened that burden! He helped everyone organize themselves and played all the right music at the right time. He played all of the music that the bride and groom wanted, and made sure everything was correct about fifteen times. Definitely someone I would recommend for any type of event!

Local Boy! Local Boy! Local Boy! My experience with this company has been nothing but absolutely amazing! This company is based on customer service and catering to the clients every need. They are a very reliable, professional, upbeat crew with (in my opinion) nothing but the best DJ's in Cali. Ross was my DJ at my wedding this fathers day and he made our wedding the most memorable day yet! The photography portion of the service was phenomenal. Overall Local boy gets my 5 star rating and all my business, as well as all my referrals. This company understands that times are hard, and it is difficult to find a great DJ and photographer for a decent or inexpensive price. I had the pleasure of having the Local Boy DJ company DJ my wedding. I was so happy with the work that he did for me. I emailed and texted him so many times changing the playlist over and over and he made all the corrections for me with out complaint. we are able to find Local Boy last minute. He was absolutely fantastic and kept me in budget! We had an amazing time?just check out the photos from Stephanie B. Wedding. The music was perfect, from the classical walk you down the aisle to the party like a rock star reception music. Admittedly, I was worried about this since it was so last minute. But, even with our playlist finished the night before, he had everything we wanted. During the reception we made a few requests and got exactly what we were looking for the rest of the evening, so no one got stuck doing the chicken dance. It definitely wasn?t one of those no fun, no one dance weddings. It was amazing!

October 20, 2012 i had my wedding reception and booked Local Boy Dj. Every step of the way he made me feel at ease. The night of the event was fantastic! So professional, had no issues with anything! Friendly with everyone! I was blown away with the system they provided... bubble machine, lights, even karaoke.... I can honestly say that i will not be using any other DJ service...and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a professional, friendly, know what their doing kinda DJ (and he played all my favorite songs) Thank you soo much! couldn't have asked for more!
