Wonderful venue and staff
First of all Litchfield Country Club has a beautiful place for a wedding. Elizabeth was amazing to work with. She guided us on the best place for pictures and gave us her opinion on some last minute decorations. She even helped us with some last minute decorations that needed to be put on tables in the reception room. The food was delicious and the staff was exceptional! Elizabeth , Jodi, Menia and Tom did fantastic taking care of us and our guest. They were so kind and attentive. I wish I could give 10 stars because that’s what they deserve. I highly recommend Litchfield and their staff to make your dream wedding come true! I also have names for a wonderful baker , photographer and DJ’s.
Baker - Stephanie with Custom Cakes By Mayvon- the cupcakes and cake tasted amazing and looked gorgeous. The cookies and creme cupcakes were the best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted.
DJ- Happily Ever After Entertainment with DJ Wayne Cribb and his lovely wife DJ Faith Cribb was awesome! They really know how to get the party started . It was a fun and beautiful way to end the night! And DJ Wayne is a wedding officiant too!

Fabulous!!
I cannot say enough great things about Litchfield Country Club. LCC is a beautiful facility and the staff was a joy to work with. As a first time wedding planner, Elizabeth Byrd (Events Coordinator at LCC) was extremely helpful (& patient) with me answering any and all questions I had. The food was delicious and set up just as scheduled. We had a great area for a DJ and dancing. I would wholeheartedly recommend LCC for any upcoming event.Litchfield Country Club's reply:

Danahy Wedding
Elizabeth, Jodi and the entire team executed our vision perfectly! The food exceeded expectations and guests are still talking about it! We had our ceremony in the fireplace room and the team converted it to an absolutely beautiful space. The reception area was perfect as well. I would highly recommend Elizabeth, Jodi and team for any event! -

The Perfect Venue
Having our wedding at the Litchfield Country Club was the best decision we could of made. The staff was so helpful and accommodating with everything and even gave a list of vendors if you’re unsure of who to use! The food was great and we still have our guests talking about it weeks after! We couldn’t of picked a better venue.Litchfield Country Club's reply:

Great Reception Venue
The Litchfield Country Club was such a wonderful location for our wedding reception with beautiful grounds and a charming interior. There are suites for both the bridal party and the groomsmen to use while getting ready and a dance floor for your guests to enjoy. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Elizabeth was so helpful in answering our questions and making sure everything went as smooth as possible the day of our wedding. But the best part, in our opinion, was the food! 10/10 recommend doing a breakfast buffet. Everything was so tasty and our guests loved it!Litchfield Country Club's reply:

Beautiful location for an outdoor ceremony! Our bride and groom were pleased with the location and the helpful, attentive staff. The bridal suite and groomsmen’s lounge were spacious and comfortable. The guys loved the pool table and leather sofas. The edged mirrors and dressing screen in the bridal suite made for beautiful pre-ceremony photos. The managers were accommodating and flexible as we requested tables for various needs during set up. Our guests commented that they enjoyed ample parking, outdoor rocking chairs, and that the spacious interior felt “like home.” The food was delicious and attractively displayed. I highly recommend the Lemon Caper Salmon, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and Southern Style Green Beans. Our fruit and cheese display during cocktail hour even had a small melon carving shaped as a swan - an unexpected extra touch. The large dance floor was perfect for our party time. The only item that our wedding party mentioned that did not meet our expectations was the bar service; we received many comments after the event that the drinks were very “weak.” Also, the bartenders had a tip jar on the counter (even though we were paying their gratuity in full.) Due to the jar, some guests said they thought it was a cash bar and did not order drinks, which was unfortunate, because we paid a substantial amount per guest for the open bar. I would recommend updates to the website as well as rental prices and fees have changed.Litchfield Country Club's reply:
