Lisa was the one vendor we knew we never had to check up on or worry about dropping the ball. She was so amazing from the very first contact with her to the few days before the wedding when this bride was extremely frazzled-I never had to worry about anything with Lisa Lu Designs! Seriously. Cannot say enough wonderful things about her!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lisa Lu Designs. Lisa is a pleasure to work with, and helped us create exactly what we were wanting for our wedding invitations and programs. She was very easy to work with, always open to suggestions and collaborations. She even ended up doing the makeup for the bridal party! (She is also a Mary-Kay director.) I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to get to know Lisa. She is truly a great addition to the Springfield wedding market.

We went through Lisa for our save-the-dates, invitations, programs and place cards, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was courteous and professional, and we couldn't have asked for better save-the-dates, programs and invitations. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding! Her work is beautiful and she helped make our wedding beautiful, as well!

From the beginning, Lisa made everything easy and fun!!! We wrote the wording for our invitation and Lisa designed an awesome card for it, which everyone loved and commented about! Then she did an incredibly professional (yet fun) job of photographing the wedding and the Inn where we held it. We couldn't be happier with the services Lisa provided, the end products or the fun she helped us have!!! A+++

Lisa did an amazing job to create my wedding invitations just the way I wante dthem. She is so easy to work with and ver professional. I wish I would not have been a procrastinator and utilized her for all her services. I can't wait to work on future projets with her.

Lisa is great! I contacted her last October to start planning my wedding invitations. Not long after she started going through some personal things. She amazed me by keeping up with everything and getting our order completed with pleanty of time to spare. She has an amazing work ethic and wonderful ideas!!!! I looked through her gallery of work and kind of combined some ideas from that and from some things I found online. She came back with three different proofs that inlcuded my ideas along with her own and they were great. I got so many compliments on our invitations!

Lisa Lu Designs designed and printed my wedding invitations and wedding programs. They were absolutely PERFECT!! Lisa was very attentive to my needs and I would recommend her to anyone. She has great ideas and has a very fast turnaround time. It was a great experience!

I used Lisa Lu designs for my programs and thank you's. She did an excellent job of creating exactly what I had envisioned for the two. Her communication was efficient-I always heard right back from her and she would have all of my questions answered. In addition, her prices absolutely cannot be beat. I had some issues with some of my other vendors on my wedding day, but with the quality of product combined with her prices and customer service, Lisa Lu Designs was my best and least stressful vendor for the big event!

Lisa did a fantastic job on the invites for my cousin's bachelorette party! She was fast, helpful, and had great ideas. The price was less than I was expecting, which was great. I have already recommended her to some of my friends!

Lisa did an amazing job with your invites! I absolutely love them! She was so flexible in helping us with our time frame, and got them done, to me to preview/proofread, and printed within about 3 days or so! I HIGHLY recommend Lisa to anyone!

Lisa Lu Designs was great!!! Lisa was great to work with and saw my vision very clearly and executed it perfectly!! I searched and searched for invitations and couldn't find anything I liked that fit my vision...then I found Lisa and I meet with her and the quality of the work along with the prices could not have been better. I got so many compliments on my invitations and I loved them so much that I had her due the rest of the stationary for the wedding (programs, place cards, menu cards and table numbers). Everything matched and looked 100%better then what I could have done myself and again the price was perfect. If it wasn't for her my wedding would not have been what it was! I can't wait to use her future needs! Thank you Lisa!

Lisa did a great job with my invites, programs, place cards, save the dates, etc. She gave me several great suggestions for each, worked with my changes patiently, and delivered quickly. I was extremely happy with the result, especially for the cost.

Lisa was always there when I needed her. She was very quick to get back with me on changes and the invitations are BEAUTIFUL!! I have recieved so many compliments on them because of how cute they are. Lisa did an outstanding job and I will definatley have her do more for me for other events!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Lisa Lu. She worked really hard to make our invitations, programs, party favor tags, and sparkler tags just how we wanted them. Her prices were also reasonable, which helps when you want to stick to a budget. I would highly encourage anyone planning a wedding to consider using Lisa Lu Designs. =]

Lisa did a beautiful job on my wedding invitations. I had a specific look and color scheme I was going for and she matched them both perfectly. Admittedly, we had some difficulty and I received the wrong envelopes, but Lisa was professional, admitted her mistake and refunded me the appropriate amount of money.

Lisa did a wonderful job with our invitations. She never did follow up with us aabout save the dates and maybe that was on me I'm not sure but we didn't do them either way. We didn't begin talking about invitation design and it was hard to get in touch with her about when and what we wanted. People received their invitation the same day as the RSVP were due, we had family issues which made it a week later but it would have been nice to have the proofs and everything sooner. We decided to do thank you cards and they were ordered and done within a week. That was beginning of Nov. I have yet to receive them. I know she is sick but this is a business and if people are paying for things then someone needs to take care of it. For the last month I've sent several messages to even go pick them up and can't reach her. I'm very frustrated and now trying to figure out how to get my money back. Overall not a great experience.

has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!!! The Save the Dates are great & she was wonderful. The actual wedding invitations have horrible! She does most by email. I emailed her the end of May to start the invitations I didn’t want to be rushed. I was ignored I emailed her in June to make sure she got my email. She emailed back she did get it & will get started. I didn't hear anything else I emailed her with no luck getting any response so finally end of July emailed her & asked if she could do them or not. She finally responded with she was having system issues & will get the proofs sent by the end of the business day. I got the proofs a week later approved the one we wanted, let her know my name was spelled wrong. She sent the final proof name still spelled wrong! She sent a final proof again with my name spelled right. I paid for all the stuff including $100 of thank you cards the next day got an email they are running behind! 2 weeks later get an email they are done but she has to leave town & will just leave them on her front porch. I go & get them THEY ARE WRONG! I email her & try to call her. She emailed me that she would call the print shop. A couple days later they are done at the print shop I have to go to the print shop & get them. I go pick them up. On 08/19 ask about the thank you cards. On 08/20 she told me she would get me the design today. Never got anything sent email on 08/26 ask what is going on got an email 08/27 she had family emergency & is not active in business. Email her 08/30 sorry to hear that & asked if she could do them or just refund the $100. Never heard anything 09/04 sent email asking for a refund she emailed back she have them Friday. I emailed back we want a refund we haven't even got the proofs. I NEVER heard anything on 09/09 sent an email asking about the refund. She emailed back she will mail it today 09/09/13. Today 09/17 emailed back about the refund I NEVER GOT!!! So now it looks like I will be fighting for my $100 refund back.
