Nicole and the whole team are absolutely exceptional! We could not have made it through out wedding without them! They were so thoughtful, kind, professional, and helpful! They filled in all the gaps we didn't even know we had! They could tie ties, pin the boutonnieres correctly, and did perfect placements and management of our VERY large families. They were so respectful of the Catholic Mass and the reception. The pictures are absolutely amazing and they returned the gallery so quickly! We were able to print them right away for our families and our new home! Would highly highly recommend the Lisa Hornak team! -

It has been such a pleasure to work with Lisa over the past two years. My husband found Lisa to do photograph our engagement as a surprise- the photos were so beautiful that we immediately knew we wanted Lisa to capture our wedding as well. Beyond beautiful photos, Lisa is incredibly warm and made us feel completely comfortable, even making the process fun! Whether with my bridesmaids or husband, we were laughing the entire time.
I requested more of an emphasis on candid photos rather than posed and Lisa delivered BEYOND!!!!!!!!!!!! She captured the day so perfectly and I am so grateful that I have these memories captured. -

Photos to capture your heart!
Lisa Hornak is simply the BEST! She made the whole wedding planning process stress free and so fun. Her work speaks for itself and we are constantly in awe of each moment she captured so beautifully. Lisa photographed our beach engagement session and our wedding day. We treasure these photos dearly! She made sure to get every shot we asked for and captured all of the small details that are often easy for the bride and groom to overlook on the busy day of the wedding. Now we have these moments to remember. Lisa made a beautiful album for us that we can’t wait to show our grandkids one day. We can’t recommend her enough 🩷 she’s a wonderful human being with a huge heart! -

Lisa was the perfect person to have by our side on our wedding day! She had the best attitude - she totally put us at ease when we started a little camera shy. She was a trooper in less-than-ideal weather and gave us INCREDIBLE photos. They completely exceeded our expectations for wedding photos, making it impossible to choose between them - what a wonderful problem to have! She completely understood what we wanted out of our photos and totally delivered, all with the brightest smile and sweetest disposition. Could not recommend her more! -

I truly cannot say enough good things about Lisa and Katie (her associate photographer) and their ability to perfectly capture our special day! From our engagement shoot to our big day, she made my husband and I feel very comfortable taking photos that we are not used to taking all while looking natural in the end result! Lisa was so calm, cool & collective on our wedding day when our mass went longer then anticipated and I was getting worried about my strict timeline for photos. She eased my mind, letting me know she had everything under control (and that she did)!! She knows exactly what she is doing and orchestrates the families and bridal party perfectly. We could not be happier with how all of our photos turned out and I couldn't recommend Lisa more for your big day! Thank you to Lisa and Katie for allowing us to constantly relive our special day with all of the incredible moments you captured.

AMAZING all around!
We are SO grateful to have had Lisa capture our wedding day! From the very beginning with booking her, she was very responsive, understanding, and so easy and enjoyable to communicate with! For our engagement shoot, she offered several prime locations for us as we were clueless where to even begin. We fell in love with our engagement photos which made us all the more excited for the wedding day. Leading up to our day, she came up with a timeline so we need what to expect, which made it so nice and easy to plan around/accordingly. Lisa made sure to get our input on portraits we wanted included as well. On our wedding day, she made us feel so comfortable while taking the photos and we had so many laughs, which came out perfectly for some of the candid pictures! We just received our photos a few days ago, less than a month after our wedding, and we cannot stop looking at them! Her style is so beautiful and we feel so lucky to have had such an amazing photographer to help us capture and cherish our day forever! -

Photos are a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone!
I don’t know where to begin with Lisa and her team. From sending me amazing planning tools, all her help as a covid bride- with amazing recommendations and just chats, to her team. They just captured everything PERFECTLY! I’ve had so many people say how they can see how happy I am through my face in the pictures, that’s that’s because of Lisa and her team. Forever grateful I can relive my perfect day with my husband through the captured photos. -

Lisa is an incredibly talented photographer. She is responsive, attentive, and punctual. Lisa worked with us through a COVID postponement, checked in on us often during the pandemic, and made our long delayed special day so incredibly wonderful. Not only does she take incredible photos, her incredibly sweet spirit makes the whole experience so happy and fun. She has a way of bringing out your best looks without making it cheesy or boring. She kept us on our schedule and made sure we got the photos we wanted, while letting us enjoy our day. I would recommend Lisa to any of my friends and family. She is my photographer for life. -

We could not have asked for a better experience with Lisa Hornak. My husband and I got married on June 20, 2020, which was an incredibly stressful time due to the pandemic. Our special day went from hundreds of guests to immediate family only. Although changing our large ceremony to an intimate microwedding was challenging, Lisa was there with us every step of the way. She adjusted our day-of timeline to accommodate all of the health and safety protocols that were put in place and even allotted time to photograph our drive-by wedding celebration after our ceremony. Lisa's photographs are stunning and our wedding album is more beautiful than I could have imagined. Lisa puts her heart and soul into her work, and her photographs and albums prove it. My husband and I are incredibly grateful for Lisa’s work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, dedicated, and talented photographer! -

Shortly after our engagement, I came across Lisa's Instagram account and was stunned by all of her beautiful photos. As soon as we picked our date and venue, we gave Lisa a call. Not only is Lisa professional and an amazing photographer, but she welcomed us into her LHP family and it was like finding a long lost friend! My husband and I were a bit nervous for our engagement shoot, but Lisa made us feel so comfortable and natural. Fast forward to 2020, our wedding year. So many of our wedding plans changed with Covid-19, and Lisa was so flexible throughout the whole process. We decided to keep our original wedding date and have an intimate ceremony with immediate family in 2020 with a vow renewal in 2021. I am so glad that Lisa was open to this plan! I am constantly amazed at how Lisa captured the love, happiness, and laughter of our wedding day in every one of her shots. -

Don’t regret not hiring Lisa !
We hired Lisa for our engagement photos and oh boy did she not let us down. We ended up postponing our original date in May due to COVID however we had no problem rescheduling to July. Lisa was flexible and quick to respond to emails. We had our photos taken during the hottest week this summer, but you would have never been able to tell from the photos. Lisa had us laughing, dancing and falling more in love with each other throughout the session. Lisa has such talent, pose and passion for photography. We would HIGHLY recommend her to any family/friends and we will definitely be using her again in the future. -

Lisa was phenomenal and we highly recommend her services!! She was fun, engaging, and was able to capture us in a genuine way. The included engagement shoot helped us get comfortable with Lisa right away and was a ton of fun. She uses natural light to its full potential. On our wedding day, she kept us on time, was very organized, and captured all of the photos we wanted. Lisa is also making us a blooper reel!!
All of her photos are crisp, clean, and captured so many moments that we wanted to hold onto forever. We could frame every single one as a centerpiece in our house. Through her attention to detail, we can relive every detail of our special day that flew by all too quickly.
Cannot recommend Lisa enough! -

Brooke Sent on 06/16/2018Lisa is seriously AMAZING! After receiving a first look at our wedding photographs during our wedding reception (like, the photos that she just took of us a few hours earlier), my husband described her as magical - and that's exactly what she is!
We were originally connected with Lisa through a friend, and we are so beyond happy that she was able to work with us (I actually wouldn't even decide on a date with my venue until I knew that Lisa was available to photograph our wedding on that day!). From there, we met with Lisa and scheduled an engagement session. She is SUPER flexible - we had to change our original meeting date a few different times due to health issues with my husband, but she was totally okay with this and never made us feel bad about our constant emails and requests pre-wedding!
During our engagement session, Lisa just put us at ease. We're not really a PDA-y couple, and we've never had professional photographs of us done before, so we were a little nervous going into it. Lisa made us feel so comfortable and I'm so happy that she includes a free engagement session pre-wedding.
I can't even put into words how beautiful our wedding photos turned out. Everything was PERFECT! About two weeks prior to our wedding, there was a 90% chance of rain all day - this had me in a panic. Lisa calmed me down and got right to work preparing. She purchased bubble umbrellas that would look nice in photos, scoped out different spots in the venue that we could take pictures while still being covered, and even offered to stand in the rain for us to get the perfect shot. Luckily, the rain cleared about two days before the wedding, and we were able to take all of our pictures outside!
Besides her clear skill and talent, Lisa is just a genuinely nice person. She always makes you feel like you are her number one priority and, through the wedding process, she became more of a friend to me. I cannot recommend Lisa ENOUGH! -

She and her team are such incredible and professional artists; I don't think our photos could have been more gorgeous and romantic. What we loved most was how great she was at capturing natural moments of the wedding and at the same time, was able to use the lighting and environment to her advantage. When we did our engagement and first look photos, she never asked us to make specific poses but rather would have us walk in areas with great lighting and colorful backdrops, which really made the photos elegant, fresh, and natural. Working with Lisa has been a wonderful stress-free experience, which made the wedding process enjoyable. Lisa was incredibly accommodating to our vision, she was also helpful in suggesting photo locations. Not only were the photos themselves amazing all the other details of our wedding package were perfect as well. The photos were mailed to us in very elegant wooden USB drive. Lisa also surprised us with a very unique approach to the wedding album. We chose every meticulous detail of the album even including the orientation of the photos. The process from beginning to end was flawless! If your looking for the best photographer in PA, choose Lisa! She will go above and beyond to capture your wedding day and make it truly special.
