DJ Jay Edwards is the absolute best. If you’re looking for a DJ for your wedding or any event, stop searching and just book him. Now.

After our very first call with him, my husband and I literally hung up, looked at each other, and said, “We love him.” He was funny, charismatic, easy to talk to, and immediately made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice.

On the night of the wedding, he was even more incredible. He was so kind and genuinely felt like someone we had known forever — like he was part of the family that day. He constantly checked in to make sure we were okay and that everything was exactly how we wanted it.

He absolutely nailed the music. The playlists were perfect and he handled all the important moments — toasts, first dances, transitions — so smoothly and professionally. We never once had to worry about a thing.

We truly cannot thank him enough for making our wedding so fun, seamless, and unforgettable. Jay is a total professional and an even better person. 10/10 recommend! 🎶✨

Jay was the perfect DJ for our wedding!

The one thing I was so particular about for my wedding was the DJ. The quality of entertainment can truly make or break a wedding. Jay was responsive and understanding before the wedding and had resolved issues before we were even aware of the possibility of there being a problem. He was personable and kind to our guests, extremely well communicated, and made sure every one of our guests had a good time ranging from ages 2 to 82. Seriously, I could not recommend Jay’s services enough and cannot say enough kind words. Thank you

Jay is the best DJ out there!

I can’t put into words how much my husband and I enjoyed having Jay as our DJ. He is absolutely amazing! He played the best music and got everyone on the dance floor. But what’s even better is that he checked in with us throughout the night and made sure we were taken care of. And that I appreciated more than anything. He made us feel important. Jay wa fabulous!

Jay did an extraordinary job at our wedding and all of our guests loved him! He is a sweetheart and is just a fun-loving soul. He stood behind the doors of our ceremony and even captured the exact moment that we were married! Our DJ is the absolute best! Professional yet personable. He knows his stuff! You can trust him to come up with a playlist that will keep your guests on the dance floor. Jay was amazing from start to finish, Consistent and reliable communication every step of the way Our guests loved him and he really kept the party going, from ceremony, grand entrance, announcements and kept the guests dancing. My husband and I are so appreciative of everything Jay did related to our wedding. He was so easy and fun to work with leading up to the big day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. We had an absolute blast dancing, so many people have told us how much fun they had and that the music was great, and my MOH who’s super critical of wedding DJ’s said he was the best DJ she has ever seen and will recommend him to anyone doing any sort of event. He was so personable, took the time to get to know us and what we prefer, and had a great referral for uplighting that worked perfectly for our space. He worked well with every other vendor we had hired, and I was even told by several guests he helped make sure no strangers came into our space during our wedding ceremony in a local garden. Highly recommend Jay!

Really made our day special

Our wedding was a dream come true, and working with Jay was an absolute pleasure. We appreciate the extra effort he put in, updating us and checking in with us during the evening. The toastmasters Emilia and Jennifer told me several times afterward how great of a person Jay is and how easy it was to get along. It was probably a little bit different from what he was used to, not emceeing alone, but Jay did a great job, and the music really reflected both our personalities AND what the guests like to hear.
Overall we're so happy we got to have Jay at our wedding; we had the best night!

Fun, responsive, energetic!

Best decision ever

I've always heard that DJs are the backbone of a wedding, and after ours, I completely agree! Jay was amazing. He was so helpful during the planning process, and absolutely blew us away on our wedding day. He checked up on my husband and me multiple times throughout the event to see if we needed anything. He kept the event running smoothly, all while giving us heads up so that we would know what was happening. The dance floor was full all night, and he did a great job of playing the right songs at the right time. We were so impressed, we really can't imagine a better DJ!!!

No Words to Describe

We knew from the moment we started planning our wedding who we wanted. He never disappointed us. Jay was really helpful and hands on throughout the entire planning process and was always available to answer questions. The day of the wedding was amazing. We had kids in the beginning of our ceremony going down the aisle dancing as I was waiting my grand entrance I could see him outside the chapel getting the kids pumped up.
He knew the right music to play as the dance floor was never empty. He checked on us multiple times through out the evening to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything.
On a personal note.. My family cannot thank him enough for the way he made my moms voice sound on his equipment My siblings and her grand kids got to her singing and it was recorded in the late 80s It was almost as good as having my mom physically there.
Thank you so much for helping make our day so special. We could not have imagined working with anyone else.

Jay is awesome! I can't recommend him enough. He is professional and gets the party going. People all night came up to me telling me how great the DJ was. He quickly corralled the bridal party and explained everything for reception into's so everyone was on the same page. He also tells you secret cues to give him which was very comforting! Overall amazing!

Exceeded All Expectations

Jay was amazing, great with communication. Jay called me a few nights before my wedding to go over the itenerary, list of songs, and my general preference in music selection. This reassured me that he was going to handle all the details, which was a huge relief. Jay did a great job guiding the bridal party, and the vendors to ensure every event was completed in a timely manner. I did not realize how much the DJs are involved with the reception, they are support of the reception celebration. Wedding - Jay was Amazing!

Jay provided such amazing service during our wedding. My wife and I are so happy we chose him to DJ our wedding! From the time Jay arrived to how he made rounds and offered us drinks and food while we were taking photos, he really blew us away!

The choice of music and also how it was blended in both languages on the playlist was flawless (Spanish and English)! We had numerous guests come up to us to tell us how awesome Jay was doing and how involved and detailed oriented he was during the ceremony.

Jay really impressed us and was a key vendor for our wedding, we couldn't be happier with how involved and vested he was during our special day.

The best decision we made was to have Jay as our DJ/MC. There are not enough thank you’s for everything he did for us on our special day, we are absolutely blown away by his attention to detail. Jay played an amazing soundtrack to the start of our lives together!

Jay is beyond amazing! He was super helpful and hands on throughout the planning process and always available to answer questions. He made our entire wedding day from start to finish a blast! He knew just the right songs to play to ensure the dance floor was always full and was able to work in many of our favorite songs just at the right time. We love that he worked with the kids throughout the night to make them feel special and really part of the event! Jay even made the time to check on myself and my husband throughout the night to make sure there was nothing that was needed. It was much appreciated and totally showed how much he cares about his clients by going above and beyond. There aren’t enough nice things we can say about Jay. He is simply just an amazing person who is awesome at his job! I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else to play the soundtrack for the start of our lives together!

It has taken us so long to write this review because there are so many positive things to say about Jay it has been hard to know where to start! He absolutely made our wedding reception go smooth as silk and everyone had THE BEST time. Our friends are still talking about it 1 year later! He took care of us in so many ways (even made sure we had food & drinks!), kept everyone dancing, made the perfect song choices for the exact right time, and was just an all around wonderful person. I would not hesitate one bit to book Jay for any event - he is a true pro and is one of the nicest people we met during our whole wedding experience. But book him early because the word is out about how good he is! Thanks, Jay - on our 1st wedding anniversary we are still talking about how we grateful we were to have you at our wedding, and how you got everyone to surround us for our last dance. Where do I begin? Jay was a consummate professional from start to finish! This guy's value is twice what he charges and knowing what I know now; I would pay it in a heart beat. In terms of vendors for our wedding at The White Room, Jay was the best decision we made; bar none! We booked Jay for our wedding reception and he also provided mics and music to supplement our live music at the ceremony. From the moment we met Jay, we knew that we could trust him to make our night as fun and memorable as possible. He accommodated all of our music requests and seemed to understand our taste to fill in the gaps. We got so many compliments on the music selection at our reception and there wasn't any point at which there was no one on the dance floor. His fun friendly attitude helped set the tone for the evening, and we really got the type and tone of reception we wanted thanks to Jay.

From the moment we hired Jay, we knew we had made a great decision. Jay is probably the best DJ I have encountered and I am positive it does not get better than him. My husband and I are music lovers, and Jay made sure to create a playlist that accommodated our musical choices, while also keeping the party moving. Our coordinator at our reception location told us afterwards, she had never seen a party not fizzle out before- we owe a lot of that to Jay. He went above and beyond the role of DJ- getting us drinks, keeping my husband calm (seriously, he suggested he take off his tuxedo jacket to cool down and it worked. Thanks, Jay), and curating a music list that kept everyone on the dance floor. He did such an amazing job and he reminded us to take everything in and just enjoy our day. Just about all of our vendors for our wedding were great, but I think hiring Jay at Liquid Entertainment as our DJ may have been the best decision we made out of the whole thing. Sometimes in the planning process, you get so caught up in where each flower petal will be placed on the ledge next to the bathroom, that you forget that the real point of this thing is to throw an epic party. And let me tell you, Jay will make your party epic. Jay thought of literally everything at our wedding, he was incredibly attentive to us and made us feel special throughout. Our day was running about an hour behind and our planner let us know that we were probably going to have to cut out some of the activities we had planned at the reception if we were still going to have time for dancing - but not with Jay around! He adjusted his technique to get everyone dancing, but also catch us up so we could do everything we had planned! So many of our guests have told us that it was the best wedding (if not the best party in general) they have ever been to, and a lot of the credit for that falls on Jay for making the entire night go perfectly, and getting every soul in that room on the dance floor. Searching for a DJ for an out-of-state wedding was definitely a challenge...and then we found Jay. We could tell immediately that he really loved his job and that he was genuinely a really nice guy. From the first conversation we had with him, he was so open and interested in hearing about the kind of non-traditional party that we wanted to throw....every time we talked it was always "yes" to anything and everything that we envisioned. A few days before the wedding he called and we went over the whole ceremony and reception and he really made us feel at ease. Then came the wedding day---first thing out of his mouth after greeting us---"can I get you anything?" He was all about making sure that we were happy and taken care of. And then he threw and awesome party, the dance floor was full the whole time! He totally felt the vibe of the guests and what they wanted to dance to and we are so so happy he was a part of our special day.

We cannot say enough great things about Jay!!! He had high standards to meet to play such an integral part as our wedding reception DJ, and he definitely exceeded that challenge. He truly made our wedding reception the hit that it was!

Jay was extremely professional and super organized. When we met with him to plan the evening, we were honestly overwhelmed and stressed by the task at hand. Immediately Jay took over and basically walked us through the entire evening. He asked a ton of questions to find our vision, some that we never would have thought of, and spent the time with us to put together the perfect schedule for the night. He went above and beyond to plan not only the music, but the entire flow of the night.

When the day finally came, it truly went off without a hitch! The evening went so smoothly beginning with the introductions, then our first dance, to ensuring every table made it to the buffet efficiently, to the parent dances, and then the party. He made sure to remind our guests of the special items we had for them: the photo booth, the koozies, the late night snack, and the candy buffet.
We cannot thank Jay enough for his services as our wedding reception DJ! We would recommend him to anyone looking for any sort of DJ services and know that he will do a fantastic job!

Jay was absolutely fantastic! He collaborated perfectly with our wonderful coordinator, Becky Morgan with L.I.F.E. Events, & made our day just perfect! He did our prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception music along with uplighting for the reception area. We had a smaller sized wedding and the majority of the people there were either older or shy, and just wanted to sit in their seats and not dance. Jay was great with the moments of "awkwardness" & did a wonderful job encouraging the timid guests to get onto the dance floor. Also, pretty much at the last minute, I decided against doing the father/daughter dance with my father & I, and instead just wanted my new husband and my daughter to dance together. He adapted to any changes I made seamlessly. He was fantastic with ensuring that Craig, myself, and all our guests had a wonderful time! Thank you so much, Jay!!

Liquid entertainment is the absolute best!!! Time is thoroughly taken to make sure you have the best music played and that you hear all the songs you ask for and do not hear the ones you didn't want!!! Jay made our day unfold so beautifully! My husband and I were left speechless interms of how to describe how pleased and blown away we were by his services. Our guests untill today can't stop raving about the music as well as the MC servises! We heard about Jay through our venue catalog as well as through our caterer who told us good things about him. Once I spoke to Jay over the phone, it felt like I was speaking to someone I had known for years. From then on, as I gave him my playlist and we signed the contract, I knew I was in safe hands. The DJ was the last vendor I booked for our wedding - We were looking for someone who could flex with the vibe of our Guests and a friend recommended Jay to us. Hands down the best decision I made was to book Jay. He was super in all aspects before the wedding - spending time reviewing the details we were looking for and making suggestions. He actually followed us when our photographer took us across the street for some post-ceremony pictures to make sure we both had a beverage. In fact, I don't think I ever went without a drink - he was the ultimate in taking care of us. He even took note of the exact time we were pronounced husband and wife (5:12pm!).

My niece and new stepdaughter (6 and 9) were fascinated by his equipment - he let them explore and see how he was playing the music. That alone won our hearts! Jay played the perfect selection of music to accommodate our tastes - for a small group, we always had a crowd on the dance floor.

I cannot recommend Jay highly enough. I wish we could have another wedding just to hire him again!

We spoke to Jay several times on the phone before our wedding day, and from our first call, we felt like we were speaking with a family member. He assured us that he was there to make our reception exactly what we wanted, and he did. When we first met Jay (right after our ceremony) he popped his head in the room and said "Heide! Jimmy! Need a drink? Want anything?" Our non-traditional entrance song as well as first dance were perfectly timed, and he delayed any mic grabbers to an appropriate time for a speech. The next day, our parents told us how great their conversation was with him after the ceremony. He's the kind of guy you want to hang out with, which is the kind of guy you want in control of your party. Do it.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Having family and friends that love to dance the night away, my husband and I were in the search for a perfect DJ while we were planning the wedding. We met with three DJ's and as soon as we met with Jay, we knew without a doubt our wedding reception would be perfect. He was flexible with our last minute changes to add the cocktail hour, communicated wonderfully with us, made sure our reception was everything we wanted and more. He had NO trouble getting everyone on the dance floor and kept everyone on the dance floor the ENTIRE night! Unbelievable, I cannot say enough positive things about Jay! Throughout the reception he communicated very effectively with myself, the coordinators, and my parents to make sure songs that were not on our list were still acceptable to play. He kept us up to date with the timeline..."Three minutes until your daddy daughter dance" and had a wonderful voice while he emceed. The up lighting in the reception hall was also wonderful, he did it very tactfully and made sure the room looked beautiful. Wonderful DJ!

Jay Edwards is the best DJ in Orlando, hands down. He's so much more than a DJ! He's incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely interested in making your wedding day the best it can be. I had a friend who contracted another DJ because Jay wasn't available for her date. She still says it was the biggest mistake. So, I planned my wedding around Jay's availability! What can I say about Jay with Liquid Entertainment... well a lot.

We started out months before the wedding with a planning session to get to know Jay and his style. He furnished a lot resource material for us to use in planning the event and some recommendations for the proper music for the proper times.

My wife and I had a very good idea what we wanted before hand, so with his resources and our prep the planning was quite simple.

Jay was spot on with everything the day of the event. He blended in well when necessary and he was at the forefront of the party when he needed to be. He helped keep the event a very classy affair.

He had all the music we requested and it was played at all the correct times. He did an amazing job and played a huge part in making sure our wedding was spectacular.

During times when his service was less demanding on him he was around to make sure my bride and myself were happy and had a drink in hand. Very nice touch!

I can easily recommend Liquid Entertainment without any sort of reservation. I just hope all other vendors at your event are half as good as Jay was at ours!

Jay is the BEST DJ you could possibly get in Central Florida! I will recommend him to anyone getting married, and I'm so happy he was recommended to me. Our wedding was a blast!

After the wedding was over, to this day, a month later, pretty much all the comments I keep hearing from the wedding were about Jay and how he made the entire night fun and come together. He was awesome the entire time from setting up the perfect lighting, and the perfect music, and keeping our bridal party on schedule. The night flowed flawlessly the entire time!

He went above and beyond for what was expected by checking on us, making sure we all had drinks and appetizers, and that we were able to enjoy our night and not have to worry about a thing! He really made us feel like it was our night, and he would do whatever we wanted to make the perfect night happen for us!

Absolutely loved having Jay DJ our wedding! I left a lot of the music selection up to him and he could not have made better choices. Our wedding planner recommended Jay Edwards to us and I am so glad that she did! Jay is an excellent DJ who is extremely friendly and professional. My husband's family came to our wedding from Taiwan, where dancing is not typically part of the wedding celebration. My family, on the other hand, LOVES to dance and requested Latin music to be played at the wedding. Needless to say, Jay had his work cut out for him!!! He did an awesome job and literally EVERYONE was out on the dance floor. It was such a blast! Jay really kept the energy going throughout the evening, and we received lots of compliments from our guests on the DJ. My husband's family members visiting from Taiwan LOVED the experience of an American wedding and that credit goes to Jay! Jay was AMAZING, all of our wedding guests were tired the next morning from all the dancing they did at our wedding. Not only did Jay play the best music, but he was super attentive. He came by our table several times to make sure we ate and had something to drink. Not only did he check on us, but he also checked on our parents. Outstanding service! Not only was he an awesome dj, but we was very sweet, when it was time to cut the cake, he saw my worried look when I couldn't find my parents. He went to locate my parents and made sure they were front and center when we cut our cake. He even reminded us to call our car service prior to our exit to make sure they were out there on time. Jay is professional, dedicated, caring and just an awesome dj. We highly recommend him because he made our special day extra special.

Jay Edwards knows his stuff. Wedding DJs can sometimes be so corny and make things awkward but i knew the moment I sat down with Jay that he was perfect for me. The music is just the beginning. Throughout the event he checked up on me and my husband countless times to make sure we didn't need anything. He even made sure I had a drink in my hand when i needed one. My friends are a rowdy crowd and love to party and my dance floor was packed all night long thanks to Jay's choices. If you think any DJ will do for your party, you are wrong. That's an investment you need to make. Jay's job is to make sure you have a good time all night long.

DJay also provided us dance floor lighting.

Jay was great! He kept our guests on the floor, made it very clear when different events were coming up so the guests wouldn't miss them (cake cutting, first dances, etc) and was on top of the schedule. He has a great personality but is DEFINITELY NOT cheesy which was one of my concerns while looking for a DJ (didn't want someone to overdo it).

Jay was incredible! In addition to being wonderfully professional, organized, and in control of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music, he also checked on us periodically to make sure we had fresh cocktails and that we were enjoying ourselves. He did an amazing job setting the tone for the evening, playing the perfect music selection at just the right time. Once the dance floor opened, he kept people dancing all night long, and he still made time to check on us to see if we wanted anything from drinks to additional song selections. His easy-going, accommodating attitude made the reception truly enjoyable, and my husband and I are so thankful we found him because he really made our wedding the grand event we had imagined. Oh boy...wedding DJ. This is one vendor I was really nervous about choosing. They will make or break your wedding!! My wedding coordinator knew I was nervous about this category, so she set me up with two DJs to meet with. My first meeting was with Jay Edwards, and I knew he was the DJ for me as soon as I met him. Initially I was so impressed with his website...he totally put all my worries at ease with the website alone. Meeting him in person was even better. I had my wedding coordinator cancel the meeting with the second DJ and I signed the contract with Jay on the spot. He is just someone you WANT around you on your wedding day.

Jay is professional, reliable, and he truly enjoys what he does. He did everything he could to make my wedding perfect. He even checked on me to see if my groom or I needed a drink during the reception! Probably my favorite part was him coming down onto the dance floor to teach me and my guests how to wobble. I had mentioned to him prior to the wedding that I didn't know how....but I do now!

I am so glad I hired Jay and would recommend him to any bride in search of a fantastic DJ.

Jay Edwards with Liquid Entertainment is the best DJ ever! We were recommended to him by some recently married friends and I'm so glad we were! His prices are very reasonable and he is such a nice guy! We had a meeting before the wedding so we knew exactly how the timeline was for the reception and he made sure there were no surprises. On the wedding day, he was there to explain to all of the bridal party exactly how to walk in so that everything was perfect. The mix of music he played was fantastic - we got so many comments from wedding guests that they'd never seen so many people dancing at a wedding. In addition to being an awesome DJ, he really cared that everything was perfect for us. He kept our drinks full and was right there to help me and the photographer fix my dress after someone stepped on it and ripped the bustle out. We were so impressed by his awesome personality, professionalism, and quality! I would recommend him for any event!

Liquid Entertainment went above and beyond our expectations! One of the best compliments we received about our wedding was how much fun everyone had and how great the music selection was that was played. Liquid Entertainment maintained the dance floor packed all night long. Liquid Entertainment was even able to provide the Cuban bride's side of the family dancing to all the popular latin hits. Jay was great! He was great at helping guide me through the planning process of what music to play and when to play it. He kept the energy up all night and the party going! The dance floor was always packed! He was a great MC and DJ. He kept us informed throughout the entire reception and was getting me a new beer each time I turned around! Jay from Liquid Entertainment, provided the DJ service for our wedding on 9/7/12. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful, attentive DJ. He helped out with the entire flow of our wedding. He worked with the caterer to coordinate cake cutting and toasts and everything. He played all the music that we asked for and kept our wedding rocking the whole night. He was so friendly. He also provided lighting for our wedding. The lighting really helped bring all the decorations together. I am so thankful that we had Jay at our wedding. He really made our night PERFECT!!!!

So the dj was one of the most important parts of my wedding. Jay did not disappoint. Amazing! He is great to work with..he played every song I wanted to hear. Awesome DJ!!!!! Jay was definitely the perfect choice for us! He did so much that I felt was above and beyond. When we were done taking photos outside during cocktail hour, he brought us Champagne and snacks. He kept us in the loop just enough, but not too much as to stress us out.

My mom made a video presentation for my husband and I to play at the reception, but when the video started there was something wrong with the audio on the DVD. Without hesitation, Jay went to my mom and asked her to name a few songs she wanted played. Literally within seconds, he had them on.

Another thing that impressed me was during the bouquet toss. The youngest girl at the wedding caught the bouquet, and by young, I mean like 8 years old. Our families are very laid back but there was definitely some awkwardness in that moment. Jay turned it right around and had the little girl throw the bouquet again to someone of "legal age". She was so excited that she got to participate and she had no clue what any of it meant anyway. He knew exactly how to handle the situation, simply based on our expressions.

I could go on and on ...and on, but Jay from Liquid Entertainment is simply the best :)

Jay was recommended to us from our wedding planner. Once she told me about him, I looked up his reviews on wedding wire. Needless to say, we were impressed by the reviews and our initial consultation and booked him. On our wedding day, all the reviews that I had read were completely validated. Jay kept on checking up on my husband and I for drinks, food, really anything we might of needed. He also acted as a bouncer for part of the night when some unruly groomsmen were asked to leave the reception. He stayed within our music choices no matter how many people requested the cha cha, and he kept the dance floor moving all night long. Everyone had an amazing time! Jay was just as active outside of the DJ booth as he was inside it... he went above and beyond any normal DJ job requirement. And not because of cost or ego, but honestly because he has a big heart. He was fantastic and more than we could of asked for. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Jay Edwards is AMAZING!

He went above and beyond our expectations... our wedding was an awesome party, just like we had hoped! Jay offered us drinks, lighted our decorations per our day-of coordinator's last-minute request, set up the microphone, helped place our chairs (in the rain!), kept everything on time, and did an amazing job playing the songs we wanted (including some country music) and the songs to which the audience could relate. And of course, Jay did not play any of the songs we "X"ed off our list.

Oh, and my husband and his buddies especially appreciated Jay downloading and playing "Turbulence" for one last man dance (I have no idea why they like the song, but it seems to be on a playlist early in the morning after game days as a "pleasant" way to rally the real players.) Haha!

We are so grateful to Jay for everything! He is a true professional, and we really appreciated all that he did to ensure we had the best wedding we could imagine!

We had an awesome time having Jay at our wedding. He paid so much attention to detail to make sure everything goes according to what we hoped for. Jay Edwards is hands down THE best DJ in Florida. My feet were KILLING me the next day from all the dancing. LOL! He completely blew my husband and I away with how he customized our playlist. We are music heads and were pretty specific and picky about what we wanted. Jay NAILED it. He was so on the money it was incredible! Throughout the night we received compliments on the music. His personality was fantastic and throughout he made sure we were doing okay. He even brought us drinks at one point! What DJ does that?! hahaha. He's amazing. I can't recommend him enough.

Jay Edwards was impressive the entire night! Jay is very accommodating with any requests and provides wonderful resources for a Bride on a budget! The uplighting he provided us with was a unexpected surprise! We paid for his personal uplighting package (which is the least expensive I found out of all my research). But we got LUCKY and a last minute surprise from one of his close DJ friends', provided us with state of the art, top of the line, wireless amazing uplighting around our reception room that was just breathtaking! (A site from the wedding show 'Platinum Weddings')
Visit Jay's website for a sample of his 'voice'! Silly as it sounds, that's one of the big reasons I hired Jay; along with his personality and reasonable pricing. I'm not a fan of cheesy DJ's and weird games so, I knew Jay was a perfect choice. He provides a tastefully classic performance with a great selection of music and crowd interaction. We are 110% impressed with his performance and services!

Finding the right Dj can be hard. There really are alot of them out there. I wanted a professional Dj with no gimmicks that knew his music and weddings. That would be Jay Edwards. When you hire Liquid Entertainment you get Jay, not a name pulled from a hat. His experience in radio lends him the skills to be a great dj; not to mention it is pretty cool to listen to 105.1 and say "Hey, thats my DJ!" From the meetings to the wedding, Jay was professional and friendly, we left every meeting laughing and feeling good about our decision. We had a lot of special requests for our reception and he handled them all with ease. At the wedding he made sure we were taken care of and even discreetly made sure I was ok with a request for Polka music. If you want a random dj that pulls giant hands out of a gimmicks box and talks like he is announcing lets get ready to rumble, you might want to look elsewhere, but if you want good service, good music, and a heard working dj who loves what he is doing, definitely go with Jay Edwards at Liquid Entertainment!

Jay Edwards was the best!! He has a very cool and pleasant personality and was very organized and focused on making our whole event go smoothly. From lining us up and telling us when to start walking down the aisle to brining us (the bride and groom) drinks and snacks after the ceremony before all the pictures. The 2 most important wedding vendors you will choose are your DJ and your photographer. And Jay is, quite literally, the best.

Jay did my son's wedding on April 2nd. He keeps the party flowing, he knows instinctively when to flow from one musical feel to the next, and he has a knowledge of music that is amazing. Bottom line, your guests will have a WONDERFUL time and that will be because of Jay.

He was very responsive throughout the process (and I had a LOT of questions! :) ) and gave us some great advice. On the day of the wedding, he did both the outdoor ceremony and the reception, and everything came off perfectly. He was also able to provide the uplighting, getting just the right color I wanted.

He has a great voice, a professional appearance and demeanor, and when the evening was supposed to end, everyone was still out on the dance floor having a blast so we had to extend it a half-hour. You don't see it very often in a wedding where almost EVERYONE is out there dancing and no one wants the night to end.

My son received calls and texts for a week afterwards from his friends that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. That is what it's all about - the guests enjoying themselves and sharing your special night.

As a mother, I'll never forget the last dance to "What a Wonderful World" when Jay had everyone form a circle around my son and his new wife ... I looked at how happy they were and what a wonderful night they had and realized that Jay had so much to do with making that night so special for everyone.

Jay was awesome to work with all the way through the planning process. I changed my mind a lot and he was completely fine with it. On the day of he really let me decide if I wanted to make any calls on odd requests. Also, he got Kory and I a drink right after the toasts when we were served our food and that was something that actually made a huge difference. If I had gotten up and walked all the way through our guests, my food would have been completely cold by the time I got back. It was good to have that few minutes with just him and I and Jay did that all on his own. Thank you so much Jay!

When I first got on the Knot, Jay was one of the first vendors I heard about. As soon as I found out that he was the back up announcer for the Orlando Magic, I KNEW I had to have him. At this time, our wedding did not even have the Orlando Magic theme. I was just in love with the fact that he was the back up announcer.
He made our day amazing.
I know not one thing about music. I listen primarily to metal and a lot of underground-ish stuff, so I'm clueless when it comes to dance music. I let Jay have complete control, and he kept everyone moving and the party going all night.
And, he went above and beyond for me. As you'll end up reading a couple of times, our original venue caught fire, and I was left finding a new place for the wedding (about 5 months before the big day). When I contacted all of my vendors to tell them what was going on, Jay was the first to get back to me. I LITERALLY had sent an email to all of them at 8:00 on a Sunday night, and by 8:15, I was on the phone with Jay, and we were talking about a new venue. It was amazing.
But that's not all. As I'm sure you guys all know, our wedding ended up being a HUGE Orlando Magic themed wedding. Well, Jay arranged for a former Orlando Magic player to "stop by" the wedding. It was a huge surprise, and it was totally awesome.
Jay also did the uplighting at our venue. HOLY MOLY did it make the place look amazing!
The whole wedding was a blast. The music was great, and the llights made the room look amazing.

A DJ can make or break your wedding. I have been to so many weddings and their DJ was so bad, that it made the wedding boring. Jay is an AMAZING DJ. He knows just what to play to get everyone dancing. Our dance floor was full the entire night. He played just the right musice to have my mom's 40+ friends dancing, and my friends 20+ dancing at the same time. He went above and beyond to make our wedding night fabulous. We always had a drink in our hand. He even gave my husband a beer to take with him, as we were leaving the reception. He made sure we had whatever we needed, and kept us up to date on everything that was going on throughout the night. I couldn't even say enough about how wonderful and professional he is. If you haven't booked your DJ, he is the one to book. I promise he will exceed your expectations.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Jay was so easy to work with. He made sure we had drinks the whole night and the song choice was great. We put off making an list of what to play till the last minute so it never really got done. Jay gave us a list and we crossed off no, circled yes's and the rest were fine with us. My mother listens to Jay every morning on her drive to work. After hearing him talk about a wedding he had done over the weekend she immediately called in to talk to him. She hired him that day for my wedding. He immeditately mailed us a packet to fill out. After reviewing his list of songs my husband and I decided we wanted to customize our play list, which Jay was very open to. The day of he played all of our songs and mixed in some great dance hits. All of my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. As for my husband and I we could not have asked for anything more! Prior to entering the reception my bridal party was lined up outside the ballroom. My wedding planner and Jay came out to let us know how things would go. Jay said he would take care of anything, he meant anything we would need all night. My wedding planner said he shouldn't make such big promises, but let me tell you he lived up to every word. He cleared my husband and I's plates, alerted us first before transitions and was constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He prepared the music for our ceremony as well which was wonderful! I can't thank him enough, and I highly recommend him!!!!
