May Showers!

Alaina was our planner for our May 25th wedding.. in Colorado, the weather can be a bit crazy in May! The forecast showed lots of rain and overcast weather for our evening ceremony but Alaina had come prepped with ideas and solutions if we had needed a new plan - her demeanor is really what put us at ease for what could have been a really stressful situation! She was prepared, punctual, and made our day so lively and special. As a bride planning from out of state, Alaina made my life SO easy. Cannot recommend her more! The venue itself was perfect - the exact location my husband's parents were married in 30 years ago! So cute and can fit any vibe.

So amazing!!! Made my dreams come true!!!

I recently got married at Lionsgate and it was truly the best night of my life!! All of the planning leading up to the wedding was made so smooth thanks to our provided coordinator, Madeline. We had 3 meetings before the wedding (aside from emailing back and forth) and each time we basically just told Madeline what we wanted and she made it happen! She’s like a fairy godmother!! The venue looked beautiful, the recommended vendors were awesome and so professional, the catering was delicious, really everything just went off without a hitch!!! Also this place is just sooo beautiful. When I was telling people about my wedding, I told them “I mostly just can’t wait for you to see how beautiful the venue is”. All of our pictures were sooo stunning and the getting ready suites were so much fun for all of the bridal party! Absolutely recommend!!!

Coordinating our dream day

Alaina was such a joy to work with! She was incredibly knowledgeable, offered opinions and advice when needed while still centering our vision and decisions, and was so supportive during the entire planning process. Despite having I’m sure several weddings at various stages that she was coordinating, we always felt like a priority and never waited more than 24 hours for a response, and usually it was even less than that. Alaina’s attention to detail often meant that she was a step or two ahead of us and our day ran so smoothly because of her tireless focus and boundless energy. I can not recommend Lionsgate enough because of the experience we had with Alaina!

I want to get married here again!!

I recently had the immense pleasure of working with Alaina Reis, the Event Coordinator at Lions Gate Event Center in Lafayette, Colorado, for my wedding, and I can confidently say she is nothing short of magical. From start to finish, Alaina demonstrated an unparalleled level of expertise, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned and executed.

Alaina’s positivity and energy are truly contagious. She approached every interaction with a warm smile and a can-do attitude, which made the entire planning process not only stress-free but genuinely enjoyable. Perfect Venue!

The second I pulled up to Lionsgate Event Center, I knew it was the one I wanted to get married at. Then when we walked into the office the staff was very friendly and welcomed both of us. We got help from Lauren who gave us the whole tour and let us stay and look as long as we needed, we were able to ask all the questions and received an answer on every single one. We not only loved the venue, but we also loved the staff and felt very special being there which is exactly what we wanted. I seriously can't wait to get married at this AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL venue!!!!!

Dream wedding!

My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Lionsgate Event Center for our wedding in November 2023. Incredible experience!

We had our wedding at Lionsgate (The Dove House) in Sept of 2023, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the second we stepped inside, we knew it was our venue. Lauren was so helpful and flexible with getting us locked in. Madeline was our planner and she was the PERFECT addition to our day, making sure everything went off without a hitch. The venue itself is stunning and required very little additional decor, which was so helpful when planning. The vendors recommended by Lionsgate were also wonderful, and our wedding was truly more perfect than we ever could have imagined. Our guests had an amazing time and were well looked after by all of the staff. Would 100% recommend to any couple looking to have a fantastic celebration of love!

Exceptional Venue and Staff

We had a flawless experience with Lionsgate Event Center! The staff is exceptional, professional, friendly and efficient. The grounds are gorgeous and each of the venues is uniquely beautiful. We held our wedding in the Chandelier Barn and it was everything I dreamed our wedding would be. The Chandelier Barn is breath takingly stunning!! The Gatehouse was perfect for our dinner reception too. The entire team is amazing, most specifically Hanna, our wedding coordinator. She was incredible to work with, she made everything so easy and her attention to detail is impressive! Hanna was immediately responsive in communicating with us and her professionalism is top notch. I was not stressed and did not worry about anything throughout the planning process, and on the day of our wedding. Everything flowed perfectly, and Hanna was in charge of it all. She made great recommendations and suggestions when we needed them and made the planning process so smooth. I would highly recommend the Lionsgate Event Center as a venue for any special occasion. And I would 100% recommend that you request Hanna as your coordinator!

Beautiful Venue and Excellent Coordinators

Excellent for having the wedding of your dreams with minimal stress. Me and my now wife explored this venue first, then looked at all the other venues in Denver, and then came back here because no other could compare. Their coordinators are skilled at what they do, Natalie did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding. Their staff is always so nice and the vibes are great. The prettiest venue and our guests were completely wowed. Highly recommend for your special day.

BEAUTIFUL venue, amazing staff, great coordinator!!

My husband and I got married at the Gatehouse at Lionsgate Event Center in mid-July 2023, and it was AMAZING! Our coordinator, Natalie, was absolutely incredible!! She was so friendly and made the whole planning process fun! Natalie knows SO much and had info and ideas for every question or thought we brought to her! We had 3 meetings with her in person at Lionsgate leading up to the wedding, but we also sent her so many emails with questions that she always responded to so quickly! We were able to customize everything and make the wedding perfect for us! On the day of, Natalie was so helpful and just made everything run so smoothly! The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS - we got sooo many compliments from guests about it all! Our ceremony was outside in the beautiful grassy/garden area, then we went inside the Gatehouse for the reception. The stained glass and wood accents everywhere were beautiful, and it was such a nice, unique space! We had about 120 guests and had plenty of room for dinner tables, bar area, food station tables, and a huge dance floor that was full all night long! There were also two getting ready rooms - one beautiful one for the girls and one huge, fun room for the guys with a pool table, poker table, TV/game system! Both my husband and I enjoyed our getting ready areas so much with our wedding party and also went back into them during the night if we needed to grab anything we stored in there (like my change of shoes for the reception). We also booked the Chandelier Barn as a rainy weather backup for our ceremony (didn't end up needing it for that, but we went there to sign our marriage license after the ceremony and take some pics, and it was gorgeous!). The whole grounds is just so beautiful - you don't even really need to get your own decorations because the venue is so lush and beautiful on its own! There's so many great spots to take pictures too! Everything through Lionsgate was amazing - they were so helpful throughout the entire year-long planning process and day of! I would 100% recommend Lionsgate (and Natalie!!) to anyone planning a wedding in the Denver surrounding area!

Utterly Perfect!

Absolutely amazing venue! Hands down the best decision we made for our wedding was getting married at the Lionsgate Dove House. The venue gave our wedding a romantic, vintage, intimate feeling that was perfect for us. Our venue coordinator was Alaina Reis, and WOW. She bent over backward for us and was so helpful and friendly, we truly could not have done it without her. It felt like we had a whole wedding planner instead of just a venue coordinator, we cannot express our gratitude towards her enough! If you're considering getting married at Lionsgate, DO IT!! You won't regret it!

It was perfect!

We had an amazing experience at Lionsgate. It was gorgeous and everything ran so smoothly, it was the perfect day!

I’m not sure what they pay Madeline Hughes, our amazing coordinator, but it is NOT ENOUGH! She made everything from beginning to end run so smoothly and saved me so much stress. She was amazing and I’m so grateful for her.

10/10 Venue and Day!!

We were looking for a place near Denver, that was still accessible but not in the city and Lionsgate fit all of those criteria. On top of that the team was so incredibly helpful and kind (our coordinator Madeline was fantastic!!!) and made all of our visions for the day come to life. Working with Lionsgate took a lot of stress out of paying vendors, keeping track of timeline, etc that you would get in a different venue selection which truly helped us to be present on our big day. June 23rd will be one we remember forever!

Most beautiful venue with oustanding staff!

We had our wedding at the Gatehouse at Lionsgate with the help of our OUTSTANDING coordinator Hanna, and it was truly the most amazing day! Lionsgate has such character compared to other venues and provided for some absolutely beautiful photos. We even had guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, which we feel was in big part to the venue. Our coordinator, Hanna, was absolutely amazing! She was so quick to respond to questions and helped us with so many of the details, and provided some wonderful suggestions. Hanna’s expertise was a huge weight off our shoulders during planning and especially on the day of the wedding. Everything went seamlessly – we had guests tell us they had never been to a more organized wedding. Lionsgate also has wonderful preferred vendors that they work with, and we ended up going with pretty much everyone we met with on their recommendation (besides a few of our friends we went with in certain areas). They also have a number of decorations and signs that we could use for free, which was awesome. We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more talented and helpful coordinator and staff. We already miss working with them!

The Gatehouse at Lionsgate & Madeline were incredible!

We had our wedding at The Gatehouse at Lionsgate and with the help of Madeline, our wonderful coordinator, everything turned out beautifully! The venue is amazing on its own, but she really helped bring everything to life, including her help with finding all our vendor partners within our price range. We absolutely could not have done it without her. From initial planning to final day-of details, she was helpful every step of the way. Wonderful experience

Lionsgate Event Center was the perfect place for our wedding. We were located at the Gatehouse and Hanna was our wedding coordinator. I have only good things to say about Hanna and that staff that works at Lionsgate. They really do pour over every detail and make the entire experience as stress free as possible. Leading up to the wedding, Hanna went over all the details of the layout of the venue to the timeline and her expertise was extremely helpful with getting everything planned. On the day of, Hanna was there every step of the way to make sure everything was going as planned. She was very attentive to every need and she was great at cuing us to what should happen next. I was so nervous about the entire wedding process and Hanna really took away all those nerves and I couldn't be happier about how the entire wedding turned out. Thank you so much Hanna and Lionsgate - I hope to be back again to take more photos at your beautiful venue in the future. You made our special day something to remember and I'll always be so thankful!

Wow-Factor - Phenomenal - Utterly Uh-MAZING!!

My fiance and I held our ceremony and reception at Lionsgate Event Center (Gate House) We worked with Natalie Mercier who was an absolute GEM! Our planning took 3 years (Thanks to a postponement due to COVID) but was completely well worth the wait! Natalie was always responsive and truly worked to make our vision come true. I will never forget stepping into the venue on the day of the wedding and seeing it all come together. Natalie and Lionsgate WELL exceeded our expectations, right down to the tiniest last detail. So many of our guests even said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, hands down! The venue is incredible, the staff knows EXACTLY what they are doing and if you want a fairytale wedding, book with Lionsgate! They are incredible at what they do!

Amazing staff and Venue

We are so happy with the team at Lionsgate Event Center. From the very first email asking for more information to the actual day of the wedding they were nothing but professional and easy to work with. Hanna was our coordinator that came with the venue and she was amazing, she answered all of our questions and emails that we threw at her the entire way through, at some points I think she even responded to our emails within a 5 min span, it was amazing! The pricing was very affordable for everything we received with our package. Our photographer had more than enough places to take amazing photos that we did not even need to venture offsite. Their chandelier barn is breathtaking and was the perfect backdrop for our small intimate wedding. Another amazing detail you get with Lionsgate is the flexibility with vendors, we were allowed to book with their list of preferred caterers but were also given the option to bring our own food that their staff would serve as well (which is a great perk that a lot of venues do not let you do). They have a design room set with a ton of centerpiece/decoration sets that you are free to use as well (another fantastic perk that helped save us money in the end). I would recommend Hanna and Lionsgate over and over for anyone looking or a gorgeous and affordable event for their big day, they made it stress free for my husband and I but also made it unforgettable and beautiful.

Couldn't have asked for better!

You can't go wrong by going with Lionsgate and getting paired with Alaina as your coordinator--we are so grateful! The venue is stunning and Alaina is everything you could want or need in a coordinator. We had a daylong event with a Christian ceremony in the morning and a Hindu ceremony in the afternoon/evening and she was so organized that it all went without any problems. I can't imagine this day without her and the Lionsgate crew.

Unique and Wonderful

Working with Alaina and the event center was fantastic. Having to reschedule twice due to the COVID times was crazy and Alaina helped us manage the whole situation with ease especially with us being the super indecisive people we are. One of the reasons we went with lions gate was the fact that they included all the variety of table clothes,chargers, chairs, centerpieces,etc. that we could ever imagine. The inclusivity of having all those things built in and easily accessible made the planning process and ease. Day of couldn’t be smoother. We showed up with all the tables already set up to our exact specs., Alaina handled all the things kept us on track and we had absolutely no concern about scheduling or anything the day of. She was a wonderful coordinator to work with, and we had an amazingly fun wedding!

Beyond Perfect

Oh my goodness! This venue was beyond a dream to work with! Like so many others, the recent pandemic completely upended my original plans. Alaina was such a dream to work with throughout this whole ordeal, she helped us choose a new date, and made sure everything went flawlessly! We cannot recommend this venue enough, their packages worked so well for us and our busy schedules, and we’re so easy to put together initially and then completely reschedule once it became clear that this pandemic would not be over in time for our original day. All of our guests were so happy with the location, the layout, the photo opportunities (hello air stream!), and the size! Even though our guest count dropped by over 60% neither the chandelier barn nor the dove house felt empty, the layouts were all so perfect for what we wanted for our special day! We’ll definitely be back for more pictures on our anniversaries!

Best Value, Best Staff

2020 Covid bride here! I toured Lionsgate in 2019 when my now husband and I got engaged, and we immediately fell in love. You can tell it is a super special venue, and everyone I communicated with throughout my experience was so kind. There are so many different spaces on the property that can speak to different types of brides which I love, but I completely fell head over heels for the stained glass. You are not going to find that anywhere else.

As I then went through the booking process, and started working with our day of coordinator, Ashley Bellerive, she was so much more than a day of coordinator. I am a huge planner, and loved getting all of the details put together and thought through, but the level of research she put into putting my vision onto actual paper was just completely above and beyond. I felt the work she did honestly was like having a real wedding planner to hold my hand through so many issues and questions. She reached out to all of the vendors that involved the venue, and coordinated meetings and questions and proposals. She had great suggestions and recommendations for anything I asked her, and really made an effort to understand what I was wanting to achieve and what was most important to William and I on our big day.

Unfortunately, our wedding was planned for October 2020, and all of our guests had to fly in. Due to Covid, that just wasn’t going to be safe. I had been optimistic for awhile, but once the summer came and we realized travel was not going to be safe, we worked with Ashley on rescheduling a date for 2021. Even though restrictions for Colorado would have allowed our wedding to move forward per venue regulations, Ashley and the venue understood our individual predicament, and worked with us to find a new wedding date that wouldn’t require a rescheduling fee.

As of now, due to Covid and it’s effect on my husband and I’s personal lives and jobs, we then faced the fact that we needed to cancel our wedding completely for financial reasons. Despite having planned so many things out already with Ashley, she and the venue were extremely kind and understanding, and came up with several different ideas to try to work with us in the future. We did go through with canceling, but even through that process Ashley was amazing. She communicated with all of our booked vendors to try to see if anyone would be able to refund us any amount of the deposits we paid. Based on my experience with Ashley, I feel like she should be an independent wedding planner lol. But then again, Lionsgate has such a family feel to it, and everyone I met with had that same passion and joy, the entire company is probably on that level.

Planning your wedding with Lionsgate will not only get you a beautiful venue to host your most precious day, but the experience will be another joy to add to your journey of love. I cannot recommend this venue and the staff enough

An Amazing and Stress-free Experience

Thank you, Alaina!

Wanted to start off with how amazing our coordinator, Alaina, was throughout the entire planning and execution process. You as a couple will get to decide on every detail for your event, but Alaina will be there to help with the little details I would have never thought of. She put my wife's mind at ease with our every request, as well as with the crazy pandemic situation and constant changing regulations. She took the reigns and demonstrated her experience and vision as a coordinator. Our wedding was beautiful, and we have Alaina to contribute to making it possible.

The Lionsgate Event Center is beautiful. We had hoped to have our wedding during the Summer, but with the pandemic we had to adjust to the Fall. This did not alter the venue's unique and charming decor. Highly recommend this venue to any interested.

Lionsgate ensured my wedding was perfect!

My husband and I made the best decision by booking Lionsgate for our wedding - we knew it by how comfortable we felt from our first inquiry through the end of our wedding. Not only was the team, and specifically Natalie Mercier, always quick to respond thoroughly, but were so accommodating and just plain lovely through all of this Covid mess. Our October 17th wedding was everything I ever wanted - so perfect, beautiful, magical, and flawless! Natalie is a gem and ensured everything ran smoothly. The venue even set up a HUGE outdoor tent at The Dovehouse (at zero cost to us) so we could have a fully safe/outdoor wedding that was Covid-compliant. They obviously care deeply for their clients and it shows in every step along the way. Plus, the vendor recommendations were top notch and we were so pleased with every vendor from hair and make-up, to catering, to flowers, rentals, and more! Save yourself the headache and book them for your wedding - so much will be taken care of for you and at great prices! Thank you Lionsgate for such a dreamy day that we will never forget!

Amazing!

Lionsgate is Amazing!! the staff is hard working and very friendly. Ashley Bellerive was our Coordinator and we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! Ashley, was wonderful in getting to know both my husband and I and our vision for our wedding. I wanted tons of Disney elements and Ashley helped make our fairytale wedding come true! She was quick to reply to questions and very patient with me when I changed my mind many times! Ashley and the other staff were very professional and knowledgable when it came to covid-19 restrictions and all that. With Lionsgate's and Ashley's major help we were still able to have the wedding of our dreams in the midst of a pandemic. They kept us up to date with any changes during the covid shut downs and helped ease our stress. I highly recommend Lionsgate venue but I even more Highly recommend Ashley Bellerive as a Coordinator! Just a wonderful experience all around! Thank you!

Unforgettable

It's been 3 days since our wedding at The Gatehouse and I am STILL receiving compliments from friends and family about how beautiful our wedding venue was and how AMAZING our Wedding Coordinator, Ashley was. When we were looking for venues, my fiance knew he wanted to choose somewhere with a coordinator because I tend to be a little OCD and crazy about the details. I can honestly say that our wedding NEVER would have been as absolutely perfect as it was if we didn't have Ashley. Planning our wedding during COVID and having to make the decision to not reschedule was so stressful. Ashley was always updating us, answering every question we had and truly made us feel at ease every time we talked to her. She was always a step ahead and made us feel like a King and Queen on our wedding day. We cannot thank Ashley or Lionsgate for making our dreams come true!!!

Dream come true

Our wedding was absolutely amazing, regardless of the craziness due to COVID-19. Brielle was our wedding coordinator and was so helpful throughout our entire planning process. The venue is breathtaking and works as the perfect setting for all your pictures! We are so glad we had our wedding here!

Highly Recommend

COVID-19 could not stop this venue from giving us a day we will never forget. From the day we toured the venue to the day we said yes to getting married at this venue, the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed. We got married under the chandelier tree on the Dove house side of the property and had our reception in the Dove house. Ashley was our coordinator. She was outstanding to work with. We had our own wedding planner and together they gave my husband and I hands down the best day ever. Throughout the entire process Ashley was prompt, timely and most importantly truly cared about us as the couple to make our wedding day special day. She listened to our needs, she was always organized/prepared and has the most friendly personality. This venue and staff go above and beyond-a manager even ran out to grab my husband and I some tums because our stomachs were in knots from all the days excitement- and we cannot thank them enough for everything. We highly recommend you check venue out.

We LOVE Brielle and Lionsgate Event Center

My husband and I got married at The Dove House on October 5th and all I can say is WOW! Our day was so amazing and special. Brielle was so great to us and exceeded all of our expectations with planning and on our wedding day. If I know anyone who’s getting married in CO, I’m referring them to Lionsgate! While doing our tour Val was amazing

She showed us all the ins and outs and explained what we would get from their location. She was easy to talk with and just made us feel at home and like we were with family it was simply put amazing. We booked that venue pretty quick after our tour!!!

OMG! Get married here!

This place is WONDERFUL! Included in the price of having your wedding here, you get a coordinator, access to beautiful centerpieces, and a gorgeous venue with indoor and outdoor options! Our ceremony was in the chandelier barn and it was magical! The Gatehouse is the perfect reception area with an awesome bridal suite and groom room! We worked with Alaina and she was the best! Super professional, responsive, and helped me plan for details I may have missed. She also helped set up the reception area while I finished getting ready and helped make our day perfect!

Amazing Venue and Staff!

The Venue is gorgeous! It’s perfect for our wedding! It’s absolutely Beautiful!! The staff at Lionsgate are very professional! If you need help finding any vendors they help you and the vendors they suggest also come with discounts! We had a family emergency and the staff and manager were very understanding and helped us find a plan to pay the remaining balance we owed. The staff at Lionsgate are truly amazing!

Loved Lionsgate!!

I would recommend Lionsgate to anyone who wants to get married in the Denver area. The minute you step onto the property it is clear that the entire staff wants you to feel comfortable. We worked with Val initially totake a tour and get our booking secured. She was awesome! Super helpful and very friendly. After that, we were paired with our wedding planner, Natalie. She helped us find the perfect vendors and made sure our vision came to life. Our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted and that is all thanks to Natalie and the team at Lionsgate. Lionsgate has every detail nailed down. Every corner of the venue is beautiful and the staff does an excellent job of making sure you and your guests are taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about Lionsgate!

Wonderful experience

Honestly, couldn’t be happier with our experience with Lionsgate! From our first tour with Lauren to our wedding day (which was perfect despite a freak snow storm.) everything ran seamlessly and we felt seriously taken care of. Couldn't have been better!

Where to even start!? Too many good things to say I don't know how to capture it in this tiny box! Lionsgate went above and beyond all our expectations from day 1. I went to an open house for Lionsgate last April and thats when I knew it would be our venue! We booked the venue for 2020 thinking we needed two years to plan our wedding. Come to find out once we started talking to all the vendors we couldn't wait to get process started. We moved our wedding date up a whole year! Lionsgate provides you with a wedding planner for the second you book with them! We worked with Hanna, and she made our day come together better than I had expected! She made sure we could move our date and wouldn't mess anything up. Once we had moved it, everything got so real! Hanna finds all the vendors for you, and forwards your information and from there you call and set up meetings! Everyone she found for us were perfect. We went with a different flower lady and different cake baker and she made sure that our deposit transferred over with no issues. Hanna let me go the venue multiple times to show my parents and my friends before the big day! I loved showing everyone what it looked like! The yard at the Dove House was one of the main reasons why we chose it. It was huge! So many good picture spots, and they have a life sized connect four game! Inside the Dove House is beautiful and there are so many rooms and nik-nacks to look at! I don't want to give too much away! The day of our wedding was flawless and Hanna made sure it was perfect! She did a bunch of little things I asked her and since I forgot the cake topper she found one in her office that worked perfectly! She helped set up the guest book station and the tables and the centerpieces! I did no work except for getting ready and "okay-ing" everything! My husband and I already miss her, as she's been apart of the biggest day of our lives for over a year! I could go on forever about all the good things about Lionsgate and Hanna and the entire staff! Everything was 1000 times better than I could have dreamed!!!

Beautiful venue for a wedding

We recently had our wedding at Lionsgate at the Gatehouse and it was fantastic. Planning was so much easier since the venue provides a coordinator for you throughout the entire process. Which is incredible! Hanna, was our coordinator and she helped with anything and everything. She reached out to different vendors for quotes, offered design and set up ideas, reminded me of tiny details that are easy to forget, and kept everything in line the day of.
The venue offered a beautiful space, I continue to get compliments from guests on how gorgeous and fun the venue was. The venue was also beyond generous and flexible, able to accommodate anything that I asked for and would often surprise me with how much the venue offered. I truly believe this venue is well worth the value and I am so glad we chose to have our wedding at Lionsgate. Thanks to Lionsgate and Hanna, our day was absolutely incredible. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning an event!

Gatehouse magic

If you are looking for a french fairy tale mixed with rustic bard wedding - look no further. We just got married at the Gatehouse and could not have loved our experience more. It was romantic, colorful and totally unique. Our coordinator Alaina was THE BEST. (Side note: every Lionsgate couple is matched with their own awesome wedding coordinator)! Alaina was knowledgable, friendly and answered alllllllllll of my million+ questions in a speedy manner. She met my needs before I knew I had them and I trusted her with my wedding coordination fully. She even wore a purple velvet shirt to match our theme on the day of the wedding! Such a dream! Visit this wedding venue - you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Venue, AMAZING wedding Coordinator Alaina

When we walked into Lionsgate- The GateHouse- we knew it was where we would get married. The GateHouse was large enough for 250 guest count yet still had character and charm. After booking with Lionsgate we were paired up with our Wedding Coordinator Alaina Reis and we seriously hit the JACKPOT with her. Alaina was the unbelevieambly helpful, kind, thoughtful, smart, and dang she knows weddings. I do not know how I could have managed planning a wedding without her. Alaina was very responsive to my questions; she was honest and she went out of her way to make our day so special. I know she works with other couples at the same time but I honestly always felt like top priority and after getting to know Alaina it was clear that she makes every bride feel this way because she truly cares about you and making your day uniquely YOU. Alaina answered my hundreds of e-mails in a timely fashion, she was available to meet with my fiancé and I on numerous occasions. She sent me helpful tools such as a planning tool to make sure I was on track with dates for big items (when to send save the dates, when to schedule our rehearsal, etc.). Lionsgate has a design room where you can go in and design exactly how your tables will look including linens, flatware, centerpieces, etc. Alaina made herself available for the multiple times we went into the design room. Lionsgate provides all linens and place settings and has numerous centerpiece items you can use such as lanterns and vases. Alaina made contacting other vendors EXTREMELY easy. When I asked for recommendations for a DJ she sent us tree -- just enough to have choice, but not too many to feel overwhelmed - she did the same with all vendors. Every vendor Alaina set us up with was top notch, I would (and have) recommended each of them. I cannot thank Alaina and the entire staff at Lionsgate for the day of our wedding-- they worked their butts off. Alaina set up all our decorations in the reception hall and made the reception hall everything I dreamed it would be. On our wedding day it ended up hailing golf ball sized hail 30 minutes before the ceremony was set to begin. Alaina was calm, cool and collected and made sure that despite some last minute changes (moving the ceremony inside) everything went off without a hitch. Lionsgate was the perfect venue for us and we could not have done it without Alaina, she ROCKED. 10/10 would recommend and cannot imagine working with any other wedding coordinator. THANK YOU for making our wedding the best day of our lives!!!

The Most Perfect Wedding Day

My husband and I are so incredibly happy that we held our wedding and reception at Lionsgate Event Center in the Gatehouse. From the first day when we toured the venue, we knew Lionsgate was different. From the venue itself, to the wedding coordinator that is there to help you from start to finish, to the kindness and attentiveness of just our tour guide, we knew Lionsgate was the place for us. This was the only venue we looked at and we don’t regret that decision for one moment. Beyond the absolute beauty of Lionsgate, one of the things that stood out the very most to us during our planning process was the how amazing our wedding planner, Brielle, was. I can truly say without her help and guidance our day would not have been nearly as perfect as it was. She helped us find every vendor we needed and knew exactly which vendor fit the type of wedding were hoping to have. Every idea we brought to her was met with positivity and the willingness to help us make that idea come true. She also had excellent suggestions for us that we had not even thought about but with her guidance it made our wedding even better. I am a very high strung, type A planner and I can truly say that I was not all stressed about planning our wedding because I knew from the moment I met Brielle that she knew exactly what she was doing and I could trust her to guide us. The day of our wedding was truly perfect for my husband and I. From the moment we got there to the moment we left everything went so smoothly and even if it didn’t, we had no idea. Brielle and her staff handled everything so efficiently and professionally. Dustin and I did not for one moment worry about any detail and we were able to spend the entire night enjoying our first hours of marriage and enjoying the love and positivity surrounding us with family and friends. We truly will never be able to thank Brielle enough for everything she did. She is a wonderful person and absolutely incredible at her job. I would recommend Lionsgate to absolutely anyone. Not only are their venues gorgeous but the inclusion of a wedding planner throughout your entire wedding planning process is a must have. Knowing you have someone to help you and back you up as a couple through what is generally a stressful time can make all the difference. Lionsgate will do everything they can to make your wedding dreams come true and ensure that you enjoy every minute of your celebration of love and marriage!

Do it do it do it

For those of you who don’t want to read this big long thing, I put a “why you should book here” bullet list at the bottom.
From start to finish, Lionsgate stole our hearts. We had booked, no exaggeration, 8 venue tours. We had a date picked (a year and 8 months away at the time) and I wanted to get a thorough jump on making sure we made this day perfectly “us”—and that started with the venue. All were beautiful (it is Colorado after all) but none of them measure up to the care, elegance, and personalization that Lionsgate provides. Most other venues had a “but.” This is great “BUT” what if it rains? BUT you can’t have your fur child here. BUT you’re required to hire an outside coordinator. BUT no rentals are included. BUT they haven’t built the venue yet (yes, I’m serious. We literally toured a patch of dirt.) The second we arrived at Lionsgate—we knew. Enter Valerie. Guys, she is everything. She toured us around the venue and answered every single question we had and every question I didn’t know I had. When we sat down to look at some available dates, the Gatehouse (one of 3 venues on the property) wasn’t available. Woof. My husband was really stoked on the gatehouse—with it’s elegant copper bar, beautiful white pergola equipped with a fountain that shoots off when you say “I do,” plenty of yard space for games, and breathtaking ivy-covered everything. There's an old barn covered in chandeliers that make you feel like you're in a movie, and Dove house has that rustic farm feel (including about 30 different types of chickens!) Since the Gatehouse wasn’t available on our date in 2019 Val suggested we boost up our wedding date to May 2019— and of course I scoffed. I can’t plan the wedding of my dreams in a short 6 months! Val and the rest of the Lionsgate staff instilled so much confidence in us that I actually agreed. 6 months later, we had THE. PERFECT. WEDDING. Lots and lots of that is thanks to our personal wedding coordinator, Brielle. (Oh yea, they include a full-on wedding coordinator for you to help with everything from design work to vendor booking and literally anything else you can imagine.) She takes so much time and care in planning out your perfect day detail by detail. She is responsive and kind, even when you tell her you need to book hair and makeup for 5 girls less than a week from your wedding! Brielle is truly on top of everything and will ensure your day goes smoothly. I thank my lucky stars for her and for Lionsgate every single day, even after it’s all finished. BOOK HERE NOW. JUST DO IT.

Dreams Come True

I am still getting compliments from everyone in Lionsgate Event! It was such a beautiful venue. Our coordinator Ashley made the day so seamlessly easy! We used the Chandelier Barn and Dove House and both were perfect! Between the getting ready rooms and the basement “boys” room, there wasn’t a single person not in awe by this venue.

A Wedding to Remember

We would hands down recommend Lionsgate. From the moment we walked in the door to check out the venue to staying in the bridal suite the night of our wedding, there is nothing we would have changed. Every single person you meet at Lionsgate is supportive, friendly, and accommodating. Brielle, our wedding coordinator, was amazing. She helped us every step of the way and by the end of our wedding had truly become a friend. Brielle always had everything under control and made the whole wedding planning process and day of seamless, easy, and stress free. Lionsgate does an amazing job of making sure the bride and groom are happy. They never stopped bending over backwards for us and truly made our day magical. There is absolutely nothing I would change.

As far as Party Liquor, which is the alcohol distributor you have to use when you choose Lionsgate, no complaints. Joe, the owner, was responsive and helpful as we were choosing the beers and wines. I thought the price of the package was fair and all of our guests thought the bar tenders day-of did a great job.

I would pick this place over and over again. We got married here on October 5th! We were married in the Chandelier Barn which was absolutely breathtaking! Hanna was our coordinator and made the day run so smoothly! She made the planning process easier by providing vendors that worked perfect for our big day. They people at the front desk were amazing at answering my questions as well. The liquor company that is teamed with them is also amazing, Joe made it easy to custom build a package for our needs. We had literally zero problems with the venue or anything on the big day!

Lionsgate was the perfect venue for our February wedding! Ashley was our coordinator, and she did an outstanding job working with us leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding! Ashley was a great help as we decided the timing and flow fo the ceremony and reception. Ashley kept everything flowing the day of the wedding. She was right there with us directing us through the ceremony and reception. She coordinated between all the vendors on the day of the wedding and everything looked wonderful and flowed perfectly! I did not worry about anything that day - I knew Ashley would handle everything well and she did! Lionsgate offers their flatware and their large selection of linens and reusable decor all included in the price of the venue. Their wait staff was very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend Lionsgate for any event!

Had our wedding at Lionsgate this weekend and it was magical! Alex was our coordinator and the GM of Lionsgate and she was fabulous! She was there from before our event until well past, and she made sure everything went seamlessly. If there were any problems, we were unaware because Alex and Lionsgate took such good care of us! We were well fed, which I hear doesn't always happen for the wedding couple. The venue was absolutely stunning and all the vendors they recommended were flawless. The execution of our whole event went so well, I can't recommend them enough! I did not have one single thing to worry about on our wedding day except getting ready, enjoying myself, and being in the moment. Thanks Alex and thank you Lionsgate for a wonderful wedding!

This was the third time we have used Lionsgate Event Center for our nonprofit Gala. This year’s theme was the Great Gatsby, past ones include Wizard of Oz and the Oscars. Lionsgate is a wonderful venue. Ashley was our hostess. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and helpful event coordinator. She was personally in attendance and available during the evening festivities. The event center is a lovely venue and has been a dependable experience over the years.

Lionsgate Event Center is a dream venue with the best staff you could ask for! Alex was our wedding coordinator and she exceeded our expectations and assured us that we had the most perfect reception. Everything went off without a hitch and even if it didn't, I didn't have to deal with it! Weddings are so stressful so having someone like Alex run the show is worth every penny. This was for my daughter's wedding, we were all very pleased with the price and service. The staff were all very helpful. They took care of everything for us, we didn't have to worry about set up or clean up or making sure that everything ran smoothly. The location and venues are beautiful whether you have an inside or outside event. We also got an okc season discount and a short notice (2 months) discount, no other venue even came close to their price. At full price they are still the best value with ask that they offer.

We had a wonderful experience with this venue! Our wedding was in late October and I can't begin to describe how beautiful it was. The staff was very helpful and emailed us back quickly with answers to our questions. My favorite part about Lionsgate is that they are so welcoming and allow visitors to walk through the venue at any time. This was nice because we could plan all of our decor and get great ideas for how to set up for the big day. They have a cool design room where you can look at different table cloth and napkin colors to decide what looks good. They also have some light features that can be used for the big day. We used the oil lamps and they helped set the mood. I definitely recommend this venue.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding planning experience! From the start, we were assigned an amazing coordinator (Karli) to help keep us on track. Not only is this venue absolutely gorgeous and super unique aesthetically, the entire coordinating process made the logistics of wedding planning absolutely stress-free. We were planning from out of town, so weren't familiar with all the vendor options in the area, so Karli helped us out and connected us with awesome, tried-and-true vendors. Unlike other places, though, it wasn't an all or nothing set up. We were able to pick and choose which vendors we wanted to book ourselves vs. having Karli book through Lionsgate. Also, what was super convenient about the vendors set up through Lionsgate was that all deposits and final payments went through Lionsgate - super easy to keep track of!! Part way through planning, Karli had to hand us off to Catherine due to a schedule conflic. I was a little nervous at first about this, but I had no reason to be whatsoever! Catherine picked up right where Karli left off and was so amazing to work with. Not only was she super on top of everything, but her enthusiasm and excitement made the day feel that much more special. We had such a FUN time. All of the staff at Lionsgate were super professional, efficient, friendly, and so easy to work with. SO happy we chose to get married at this awesome location!!

Lionsgate helps do it all! Karli was there every step of the way during planning and kept me so calm the day of our wedding! The Dove House was perfect for our 100 guests. It was raining the morning of (I was freaking out) and they helped come up with a plan b just in case we couldn't have our wedding outside like we planned. Luckily the rain stopped just before we arrived and it all turned out perfect!

My biggest suggestion is to book additional time at the venue the day of for setup and photos. You will want it!

We just had such an amazing Labor Day Weekend wedding at The Dove House at Lionsgate Event Center. Our wedding planner, Karli, was incredible! She was so respectful and considerate of everything I envisioned and was on top of everything as far as the timeline for booking vendors, submitting payment, having ideas finalized and planning our final meetings. Even though she was at a bit of a disadvantage, since I didn't want to use any of the vendors on her preferred list, she still went above and beyond to work with my vendors, meet with them in person, and make sure their needs were met.
Even with somewhat of a "rowdy" crowd, Karli was amazing at keeping everything organized, making sure I was having the time of my life, and making sure that no one cam etc me with any issues. I admire her patience and unconditional support for the events she manages.
I could not have asked for a better day. We are still receiving calls from family and friends telling us this was the best wedding they had ever been to. We hands down will recommend this venue and staff to everyone.

We were married on June 23rd in the Chandelier Barn (holy cats - magical) with our reception in the Dove House. With just over 100 guests, our wedding was straight out of Pinterest and everything I could have hoped for. From the moment I entered Lionsgate Event center, I knew this would be the place I’d marry my person. Everything from the professional and friendly staff to the amazing grounds, I felt immediately comfortable and confident that Lionsgate would not only help me execute the wedding of my dreams but make it fun during the process. By the end of my tour, I felt like Jes (the Director of Sales) was a new best friend and just as excited about our wedding as I was. I also loved the fact that every idea I had was met with a “yes” but also a realistic expectation. They offered a perspective and type of support that made the process of planning a wedding a little less stressful & a lot more fun. Our coordinator, Audrey was a complete gem. She worked with us on every detail and made me feel at ease day-of. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick Lionsgate time and time again. Beautiful, affordable, and experienced. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did!

A wedding planner comes with the venue, and ours was very helpful keeping us on track and letting us get a strong sense of what was remaining to be done, what we needed to do, and what would be handled largely by the venue. The venue was beautiful and laid out well for our wedding with about 110 guests and could have handled more easily. A fantastic experience at a fantastic venue.

This place was fabulous! We had our reception at the Dove House which was a spectacular 1940's home that suited our wedding perfectly. Catherine was AMAZING, seriously AMAZING!! People kept asking me if I was stressed out leading up to the wedding and every time my answer was absolutely not. She coordinated many of our vendors and facilitated communication between them all. Every last detail was handled. Another great thing about using the venue's preferred vendors is that you only pay the venue. We were able to pay the flowers, food, DJ, and Venue through the same transaction (made things super easy)

The day of she directed the event flawlessly. There weren't any hiccups (which is seriously unheard of). I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking. It is the best price for what you get.

We got married in the Gatehouse at Lionsgate in June 2017 & we could not be happier with our choice! From the beginning we loved the big stained glass window & the blue dog on the side of the chandelier barn, but the planning process with the help of Audrey is what made me the happiest about our choice. Unfortunately we had to move out of state halfway through the planning process which then required Audrey to work with me as far as planning meetings around when I could get flights back to Colorado and to shoulder a lot of the responsibility when it came to vendor coordination. On our wedding day, Audrey helped to keep everything running something, even when things came up, so that we were able to relax & enjoy our big day stress-free. Almost every guest we talked to at the wedding & since has told us more than once how beautiful the location was & how much they loved Lionsgate. The guests have also raved about the food from Origins Catering & the cake from The Makery, saying that both are some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Audrey was also very helpful in finding us an extremely personable officiant & a phenomenal florist, A florae. We can't thank our vendors, Audrey, & Lionsgate enough for making our wedding day amazing!!

We are so glad we ended up choosing the Gatehouse at Lionsgate for our wedding venue. We couldn’t have possibly loved the location more (or the staff, especially our coordinator Karli) — and all our family and friends were equally impressed. We looked at a couple of different options for our wedding venue, including Lionsgate. One of our biggest requirements was that the venue allow outside food, because we’re huge foodies and were also trying to keep costs down — and we wanted to bring in a whole pig from our favorite Chinese place and assorted takeout from our favorite Indian place. (By the way, the guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve had, and it came out to be a 10th of the price we’d have paid at a venue that would have locked us into their own caterers.) Overall, out of all the venues we looked at that allowed us to bring in our own food, Lionsgate was by far the best. It had a bit of the rustic feel we were looking for (the Gatehouse has a beautiful white silo with green trim and ivy), but it wasn’t too kitschy or fake. The outside is beautiful, with its green lawn and white gazebo and iron gates — as is the inside, with its stained glass windows and wooden floors and copper bar. It’s a beautiful location with a lot of character, and we fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. It’s also got a TON of perfect spots for photos: the silo I mentioned, chandeliers hanging from trees, stained glass windows, barn doors, painted murals, a swing on a porch, ivy-covered walls, a restored vintage yellow truck, and much more. It was also pretty great that the venue cost included nice white outdoor chairs, dinner tables, nice dinner chairs (not just crappy fold-out ones), linens (with a ton of choices), cutlery, dinnerware, and even lamps/vases/candleholders and other centerpiece decorations. And their staff sets up and cleans up everything for you. And if you don’t have a caterer, you can just pay a per-person staffing fee and they’ll also make sure to help

We got married in the Chandelier Barn which was absolutely amazing!! We couldn't have asked for a better ceremony space. You don't even need many decoration due to how elegant it looks inside! Also, so many great areas on the property to take photo's day or night! Lighting is amazing in the Dove house and around the property as well. We had Catherine as our coordinator and she did an amazing job! Couldn't have asked for a better coordinator which made everything go so smoothly. I would recommend this venue too, as it is very reasonable for what it provides to you. Also, they really try to work with your budget and not go over.

This venue is so unique and beautiful! We fell in love with it from the very beginning! Big plus-they do "date nights" sometimes, which serve as a great opportunity to go explore the venue, meet new vendors, and get a feel for what the Gatehouse looks like with vendors in place. I'm convinced that we had the best coordinator that they have to offer. Ashley was with us every step of the way, from day one. She was always available to answer my questions and was beyond helpful to a bride that had NO clue what she was doing. She saw our vision and helped us make it a reality. She's full of wonderful suggestions from everything to centerpieces, to rehearsal dinner locations, to seating chart arrangements for divorced families. Our wedding day exceeded all of our expectations and Ashley was there making sure everything ran smoothly, from start to finish. We did a winter weekday wedding, which we found to be very affordable, especially considering everything that we received for what we paid. They have a new venue, The Chandelier Barn, which is absolutely breathtaking!! It's like something straight out of "Beauty and the Beast". Everyone that attended our wedding could not stop commenting on how beautiful both of our venues were and how great Ashley was. We had the perfect snowy backdrop for a true "Winter Wonderland" wedding! There are so many fantastic photo spots throughout the venue, too - it really is the most unique wedding venue that we toured, and I'm SO glad we picked Lionsgate!

Lionsgate Event Center is a one-of-a-kind venue. We were so happy that we had our wedding here and all of our guests were in love with the uniqueness and beauty of the Gatehouse. Alli, our included coordinator was very helpful and knowledgable!

Best place we found with the best prices! Amazing staff and helpful people! Wait staff for the wedding was superb and everyone is so professional. Catherine was our wedding planner and she was perfect! She was always there answering questions and helping with advice! Seriously, the best! And so beautiful! All the lights and beautiful stained glass was perfect for a night wedding! Amazing!

The Lionsgate Event Center was the rare treat that provided us with supreme value with an amazing location and fantastic amenities. Our journey started after viewing nearly a dozen other venues in the Denver area. We were after a fall wedding (11/6), and we kept running into locations that were either too… Hotel conference room feeling, or locations that charged an inordinate fee for that great space. Furthermore, locations that seemed to provide good value in their fee, were actually worse deals after realizing the additional third party rentals we would be responsible for (chairs, lights, etc) …the costs just piled up.
Enter Lionsgate.
We had our tour and fell in love with the grounds, especially the Dove House: their smaller venue. The Venue was a mix of an old rustic home and an amazing outdoor space that had such character and charm, it would take several more paragraphs to capture it. Upon meeting with our eventual wedding coordinator Alli showed us all of the options that Lionsgate had to offer. This was huge; in their already reasonable Fall Fee, all of the linens, tables, chairs, decorations, market lights, centerpieces and more were all included! It was so refreshing to see a place that didn’t offer a barebones experience at a premium price, or try to nickel and dime us with all of the small stuff. Furthermore, the location had an extensive contact list for caterers, DJ’s, photographers and a myriad of other services that they handle. A word limit prevents me from writing more, but Alli and the outstanding staff and location at Lionsgate made our wedding the perfect. Thank you Lionsgate!

This was the perfect venue for our special day. Everything was perfect all the way down the the smallest details. Ashley was amazing and we couldn't have pulled it off without all her help and experience. I can't recommend this venue enough. We got so many compliments on how amazing and perfect it was.

This venue was everything I had dreamed of plus more! They were able to fulfill my childhood dream of an outdoor fall wedding, and were so accommodating to everything I needed done for my special day! The staff was amazing and my coordinator, Ashley was a lifesaver! She ensured every last detail was covered and kept me calm and up to date about every last detail throughout the whole process. They helped me find the most amazing vendors and everything about my day was spectacular. It truly was the best day of my life and I just wish I could have made the day last forever!!

I'm not sure how anyone does a wedding on their own. The stress alone would kill me. I have an overwhelming amount of gratitude and awe for the Lionsgate . They not only made my dream day come true but they have a coordinator included with the venue! No amount of money could replace the help they provide . When we renew our vows we'll be back and all my friends will get recommendations from me to go here! LOVED IT!

First off I need to say that my wedding day would not have been as fantastic as it was without Lionsgate. They offer two fantastic venues to choose from. We used the Gatehouse side of the venue, but both are very unique in their own way but which ever way you go, you will have the day or night you were hoping for. The greatest thing about Lionsgate, is that they want it to be what you want it to be. They have a list of vendors that they work with all the time, who know the venues in and out and what you will remember and keep from that day will be made by the vendors you choose for your wedding. Which leads to all the incentives that are offered by having your wedding held by Lionsgate. Tables, chairs, plate and glassware, flatware, linens, centerpieces and ceremony music are provided and is included in your venue price. If you were to go somewhere else that is multiple other vendors you need to find and book. Also, a lot of the vendors or things that you need can be done in house. We ordered our invitations and save the dates from them. We were able to find what we wanted and they were better than what you can find using the internet. The Planning room in their office allows for you to plan and play with all of the options they allow you to choose from! So many options for every kind of person and theme/look you could possibly want! Then there is their wedding planning package! If you have a budget that you CANT budge on, they will go to each of their preferred vendors and get the vendors to work with your set budget! I work in an accounting office and 6 out of the 10 months I was planning my wedding were extremely busy. This allowed me to plan my wedding but without all the legwork. When I had time to meet with the vendors I could and I was able to still plan out every detail I wanted too! Alex, was our planner and day of coordinator. Alex helped out with any and every question I had and keep us on our timeline the day of, to a T! BEST DAY EVER! Thank you!

Hayden and I had such a blast planning our day and having the most amazing wedding at the Gatehouse. Catherine was truly the best to work with and made it so smooth and easy for us that we were relaxed leading up to the event and the night could not have gone any better. If you are looking for a wedding venue that will work with you daily on making your dream wedding happen this is the place to have it.

Tears are coming to my eyes writing this, Catherine and all of Lionsgate staff are beyond amazing! I had a very large wedding which was self catered and the staff jumped in to help in all aspects. I originally went to Lionsgate and the Gatehouse because of the size of my wedding, it was one of the few places that could accommodate us, I had 300 guests. There was no hesitation when they found out the size of our guest list only excitement. Catherine was a fabulous coordinator. She was always happy and excited to work with us and made the entire process so much smoother. It was like working with a best friend. Included in the package for using the venue, we got linens, glassware, centerpieces and all the basic necessities.

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. I wanted an outdoor space with trees, twinkle lights and elegance and the Gatehouse had all this and more. The reception set up was breathtaking and the lighting guy, Scott recommended by Lionsgate, made everything magical. Two months before the wedding I started to freak out because my makeup person backed out on me and Catherine came to the rescue and recommended a fantastic hair and makeup duo, Elegance by Design.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Catherine and all the Lionsgate staff. They had a huge role in making my wedding day perfect! Thank you!!

The grounds are absolutely stunning, the staff is professional and beyond helpful. We are a lesbian couple, Wiccan and had a traditional handfasting, which our coordinator hadn't seen before. Additionally the ceremony was set up as a double spiral, with us walking in from opposite sides. They helped us with place settings, choosing linens and even helping us find a choreographer for our first dance.

A few days before our wedding, my fiancee hurt her back and couldn't carry anything. The staff volunteered to carry box after box of centerpieces, ceremony items, and apple cider for us. They were thoughtful, generous of spirit, went above and beyond and sincerely cared about our wedding day as if it was a member of their family getting married. We felt cared for and supported during what is traditionally a crazy, stressful time.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect due in large part to them.
