Working with Greg and Linen Sensation was truly one of the highlights of our wedding planning. From the very beginning, Greg was warm, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He helped us navigate options, offered thoughtful guidance, and made the entire décor process feel seamless. He also helped with last minute request like the design of drape behind the sweetheart table. It was great to meet Greg prior at the Carnation Farms open house!

The linens and décor we rented were beautiful and elevated the entire space. Everything arrived on time, perfectly prepared, and exactly as promised. It was clear how much care and pride Greg puts into his work — the quality showed in every detail.

Great Linen Rental

Greg was super responsive and helpful. He really took the time to help us with figure out how many and what type of linens that we needed, which was really helpful. Since our wedding was out of range we scheduled a pick up and drop off time to grab the linens and that process was very easy. Definitely recommend as a place to rent your linens from for either your wedding or event!

Photobooth pictures are the best form of wedding favors!

We were very satisfied with the service - setup and communication was great and our guests had an easy time & a lot of fun using the photobooth!

Top Notch Experience!

Highly recommend Linen Sensation. We rented table linens and a Photo Booth for my son’s graduation luau and I was very impressed with the service and quality. It was a very seamless process booking the Photo Booth & choosing our preferences. There are many background options to choose from that’ll suit almost any party theme! Setup and takedown was done in a very timely manner. By far one of the best vendors I have ever worked with in the Seattle area. If I could give them 10 stars, they’d have it!

Excellent service for our wedding

They did an amazing job decorating the Woodland Park Zoo's food court to make it feel so much more upscale! And they worked wonderfully with our other vendor partners to put things together in a very tight timeline! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect...and effortless.

With all the vendors we were juggling with for our wedding, Linen Sensation was by far the easiest to work with. We simply explained what we wanted, and it was done.

We never met with them (which honestly made us nervous), but it didn't matter. We explained what we wanted via email, and, like Santa's Elves, they took care of everything overnight. It was so easy, and they made our venue that much more gorgeous. They were fantastic!

Fun for our Wedding!

My wife and I invited linensensation to come for our wedding. They did a good job, very responsive with my questions months before and people loved taking photos at their booth. Bonus, we were able to download all the photos our guests took!

The mirror Photo Booth was a hit!

For my mom’s 80th birthday party we had Linen Sensation bring in their mirror Photo Booth and everyone enjoyed it. It was easy to arrange and staff was very helpful and fun! We would definitely use them again for our next event!

Easy and professional

We were so impressed by the work Linen sensations did at the wedding. We were so thankful the company offers to do set up and tear down, as it saved us a lot of set up time (which was limited to two hours the day of the wedding). The linens looked gorgeous, and it was exactly what we wanted. Our contact was super kind and very professional and made the entire process very easy. We're so grateful!

Fantastic vendor

So flexible!!

I asked their availability a month before my wedding. My wedding was on Saturday and in August. I was sure it’s a busy season for them, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were not available. Tho I was hopeful! Greg was quick to respond and the team accommodated to my wedding line deco. They had another event to deco on the Saturday, but the team came to the venue in the morning and took down the deco on the next day morning. I’m really thankful for Greg and the team to make my wedding pretty and special!

Last minute help for a huge conference...

I hired Linen sensation for all the n=linen needs for my wedding. They did such a great job that when my sorority was looking for a vendor for chair covers, I didn't hesitate to connect with this company again. The communications were prompt and their pricing and products are awesome. I will absolutely be using them again.

The BEST vendor!!

Hired Linen Sensation for their mirror photo booth at my company holiday party and it was a crowd favorite! The mirror photo booth was super fun and very easy to use; very different than your usual photo booth. There was a long line throughout the night. Everyone just wanted to keep going back! Shoutout to Greg for being very easy to work with! He provided such great service! I will DEFINITELY hire Linen Sensation again for any big event I plan.

No hassle, reliable vendor!

I used Linen Sensation for string lights and pipe and drape at my barn wedding. The result of the display was absolutely beautiful and the crew was so professional and efficient that I didn't even have to say a word to them at my venue - they connected with my coordinator right away and knew what to do!
Greg is responsive and reliable and even though I didn't end up needing to add linens to my order, he was prepared to come through when I thought my caterer wasn't going to be able to secure what I needed. I really appreciated the "yes, we can!" attitude. I had such a positive experience working with Linen Sensation that prior to my wedding, I hired Linen Sensation for a gala I put on for my job. Both instances were seamless, affordable, and I highly recommend this vendor for linens, lights, or their other fun elements like the mirror photo booths. How cool!

Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Greg at Linen Sensation for our wedding. Greg was knowledgeable of our venue and had great ideas about what would make it beautiful for a reasonable cost. He came prepared with a friendly and professional staff, and executed the setup and teardown of drapery in both our ceremony and reception spaces. He even helped us hang some of our own signage on the pipe-and-drape setup he created! Greg was flexible, and met with us in-person and over the phone prior to our event to ensure that we were on the same page.

I even had some custom items I wanted to add and he worked with me to make it happen even though it's not a service they normally provide. Amazing result!

Greg was awesome to work with and very prompt. He was always open to our ideas and offered some suggestions when needed. I had to postpone my wedding 2 times and he was very accommodating and by the time our wedding day came, I was just in awe on the layout set up. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. Prices are unbeatable!

I found this vendor through Facebook and I was surprised that their office was so close to home. From setting the initial appointment to the wedding day, they were very professional and I am so lucky to have found Greg! His prices are unbeatable and he was very attentive to our requests. Cedar Lodge of Maple Valley-Wedding

Linen sensations did such a beautiful job setting up for my wedding. We got married at Cedar Lodge of Maple Valley. I had ordered celling drapes, table cloths, and asked for a specific drapery set up for my ceremony. He delivered everything to the venue, set up my ceiling drapes and the drapery for my ceremony and took everything down the next day. This definitely helped by giving us more time to set up our other decorations. Without hesitation, they instantly replied saying they can make it happen ad match the picture I sent them. Greg has been extremely helpful in this whole process and I am grateful for all that he did to make my wedding extra special. They are able to do so many other things, I would definitely check them out. Super affordable too!

Greg is amazing!

Greg was so easy to work with! He’s very responsive (even had time to answer my questions before he left town). The drapery and uplighting we used for our backdrop was beautiful. On our wedding day, we had to change venues the last minute and Greg was totally understanding and by the time I arrived at the venue, he had already had the backdrop set up! Fantastic Photo Booth Vendor

Greg went above and beyond to make sure our photo booth experience was perfect. He allowed me to make a number of changes to our contract over time and was very responsive the entire time. The print-out design was perfect and the photobooth experience was great. Lots of great props as well.

Linen Sensation supplied the linens, lights, and photo booth for my wedding last weekend. Throughout the planning process, Greg was professional, responsive to all forms of communication, and provided a lot of guidance and advice. When we visited the store, we were amazed at the selection of color, fabric, and designs available to us. On the day of, Greg and his team showed up early to make sure the venue was decorated as per our discussion and was ready prior to the event. All of our guests complimented on how beautiful the venue is! We also rented the mirror booth, which was a huge hit - they provided so many interesting props and made sure the guest knows how to operate the photo booth - everyone had such a blast! We were very impressed with Linen Sensation and highly recommend hiring them for your next event!

Greg was very easy to work with. Very quick with communication. Scheduled meeting to go over colors and items needed was easy to do. Greg and team were awesome! You have no idea how much of an understatement that is. They were there to make us happy and not price gouge us. It was so tiring having to negotiate with people that may or may not care about our happiness and then we were introduce to Greg and Linen Sensation. They were just such genuine people. All I can say is OMG!!!!!!! Our back drop, head table and cake table were over the top!!! Our guests were blown away. Greg was such a wonderful professional guy to work with. Linen Sensation did the draping and uplighting at our wedding reception this summer. The reception was in a large tent outdoors which had up to 150 people inside. The draping added a whole new element to the decorations and made it absolutely gorgeous. It looked very elegant for the cocktail hour and dinner. Once the sun started to set, the uplighting became more prevalent and the pop of color added so much character to our dance party! The pictures in the evening and for dancing turned out very, very cool because of it. Greg is very easy to work with and was able to work with our venue to set-up and take-down all of his equipment without a hitch. We absolutely recommend Linen Sensation to enhance the ambiance and atmosphere of a wedding with their amazing work!

Above and beyond! Greg and Linen Sensation were amazing - great communicators, very responsive, but most of all... we had a snafu with our venue changing setup date/time, etc. the day before and LS, despite being booked during wedding season, were willing to do whatever they had to do to make our setup happen (with no help from the venue) and they came through and the room looked amazing. Greg from Linen Sensation was very responsive and up front about the cost of the piping and draping for my wedding through email and on the phone with my wedding coordinator. Not only did we have everything settled less than 2 weeks before my actual wedding day, I was very satisfied when I walked in my venue to see how it was in person. Their set up included set up and a small additional cost for tear down which was well worth the money! I highly recommend.

Greg and his team did an excellent job within the short amount of time they were given to set up! The room looked very beautiful and we especially loved our cinderella style drapery for the head table and LED lighting around the whole room! Linen Sensation provided the uplighting for our event, after we spoke with them at the Seattle Wedding Show. Greg was quickly responsive to our inquiry, and had our contract drawn up in no time. Although I didn't interact with them directly before the wedding (a testament to how smoothly they came in, worked with my coordinator to set up, and left without any issues), the lighting looked beautiful and really enhanced the room. It was also an extremely good value - well below so many other uplighting companies we spoke to. Would definitely recommend their services!

Working with Linen Sensation was easy and stress free. We borrowed some linen at Linen Sensation since we didn't want to spend too much on decorating our reception venue. We borrowed some table runners, chair covers, and chair sashes. We picked up and dropped them off to save money.

They were beautiful. However, it was unclear what the chair sashes were, so we assumed it was mini table runners and used it elsewhere. It was fine since it was great on our other tables and we partially forgot we ordered it in the first place!

Overall, I think this is a great place to buy great high quality runners at a decent price! Highly recommend if you're in a budget.

The wedding coordinator picked up the chair covers so the first time I saw them was at the wedding rehearsal. The material and design of the covers made them easy to put on the chairs and equally as easy to remove and they fit well. I had a relative return the covers and because the time and place established at first wasn't real convenient for her, she was able to call the number for the return person and reschedule not just the time but the place as well to make it more convenient.

I did not get a chance to see and thank Vicky on site of my wedding day but her crew has done a wonderful job setting up linens and cleaning up afterwards for my wedding. It was a little difficult reaching Vicky on the phone but her email response time was superb. Some vendors nee follow up emails or phone calls but not Vicky! She is on top of things and I was able to trust her to do all things included in the linens. She knew exactly what I needed the chairs at the venue was an odd shape so initially we thought, scuba (elastic) type chair covers but she recommended the regular type and it looked way better! Lastly, her selection of items is nearly limit-less. I needed table cloths, chair covers, and pipe and drape (needed pipe and drape for hiding catering set up area). Out of five vendors I was recommended in the south King County area, no one had all three AND they had event promotion discounts on top of already low prices!

Greg and Vicki were very flexible with meeting times to discuss linen rental for my wedding. the champagne rosette table linens were gorgeous!!! They also offered the best price around the Seattle area for that particular linen! I will recommended linen sensation to all my friends!

Linen Sensation (LS) did a fantastic job! My wife and I were planning a Seattle wedding from California and LS great communication and customer service skills were top notch. Linen Sensation was great. They offered a great package the my wife and I couldn't refuse. On top of that, their service was excellent, from the time we initially contacted them to the our wedding day. There was even a period of time when we my wife and I didn't follow up with them due to everything that goes on during the wedding planning process but when we were able to touch base, they knew exactly who we were and everything we had went over in previous conversations. The products offered were great as well. Our wedding color was purple and we only wanted a few up-lights and they did a great job utilizing what they had to maximize our color and causing that "WOW" factor among us and our guests. Thanks, Linen Sensation, you truly made it a night to remember; the up-lights were beautiful and helped set the mood for the evening in the right direction.

The people at Linen Sensation accommodated me and my time. My wedding was beautiful with the pop of color the sashes and table runners provided. Tiffany Blue is a hard color to match, but their product was perfect!
