They made our vision come true

Worked with their Pittsburgh, PA branch for our wedding and they made our vision come true and within our budget! We had a general idea of what we wanted, and Bonnie gave such great suggestions and made our reception space so gorgers. Such wonderful staff that was amazing to work with throughout the whole process! Highly recommend!

We would highly recommend Linen Hero for any event you are planning!

We were referred to Linen Hero (and Chris LaMar, specifically. The Indiana territory manager for Lined Hero) by a local florist, which meant we received a 15% referral discount (every penny counts when you’re planning a wedding!). From our first interaction with Chris, we were confident her company had the selection, quality, and service we were looking for in a wedding vendor. At first we were apprehensive about having the items shipped (as opposed to using someone local) but they agreed to ship the items in time to arrive TWO days prior (rather than their standard 1 day prior) and they actually ended up arriving on Wednesday for our Sunday wedding! Whew! That took a lot of stress off of us. We had also thought they might need to be steamed after they arrive, but that turned out not to be the case, surprisingly. Chris scheduled a Fedex pickup the following day, removing yet another task from our to do list. We would highly recommend Linen Hero for any event you are planning!

I worked with Linen Hero so many times through work and knew that I needed to order from them for my wedding day. I walked in without an appointment (oops) and they were able to assist immediately! I had an idea of what I was looking for and they made my dream a reality. I wouldn't have had my tables looking any other way.
I look forward to using their services again!

Linen Hero was excellent, they made what I thought was going to be stressful, stress free! Jaclyn was very easy to talk to and helped me find just what I wanted. We had rented chair covers and everything was perfect!

I worked with Sarah and she was great! I showed her my inspiration and she ran with it! The linens they delivered were impeccable and the pricing was phenomenonal. I would highly recomnend Linen Hero as I worked with them for this, my 10 year vow renewal and 10 years ago at my original wedding.

My mom and I met with DeVonna for our linens and she was fabulous. She knew her products and had great ideas. Her prices were reasonable and what I expected. The concept that we put together is great and I'm looking forward to seeing everything put together.

This is the perfect service for a destination wedding! I had my wedding in Vegas and they shipped the linens to the hotel a few days before so they were there waiting for me.

On thing that they did that I LOVED was they sent me sample swatches before I made an order. They are not tough sales people, they genuinely care about your special day. :)

Loved my experience, would recommend them to anyone.

I worked with one specific gentleman the entire time — he was unbelievably helpful and very kind.
The linens matched my pantone color perfectly and there was no fuss at all with this vendor.

We got our table runners and linens from Linen Hero. We weren't looking for too much, just a runner to make sure our milk glass vases didn't melt into the venues white table linens and a linen for our sweetheart and cake table. I was a little worried when going to the show room we might have an associate that would try to sell us more than we came to look at--not at all the case. The person who helped us was incredibly helpful and agreed that we didn't need any more than what we were looking for. The people at Linen Hero have the experience and expertise to help you with any rental you need and can suggest options if you need some help. This is definitely a one stop rental shop.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Chair Covers & Linens! Amber & DeVonna were so prompt in responding to my every question and request, and were extremely pleasant to work with! The Atlanta Linen Hero office couldn't have been better. The helped me define and make my dream wedding a reality. Christie brought me into her showroom to get some ideas. She then worked with me and my caterer every step of the way to provide the most gorgeous tables. The linens were such high quality and delivery and pick up were seamless. I will use them for all my future party linen needs.

Chair Covers and Linens provided the linens for my renewal at Eagle's Landing Country Club. Their service and value are just unbeatable! Everything looked amazing. One word: Amazing. Chair covers and linens supplied the chair covers and linens (duh!) for my wedding in Ann Arbor and did such a wonderful job. Every person who works there is so friendly and helpful. I had 2 meetings with them and went through samples with them and the whole staff was helpful in giving their opinions. They coordinated with the venue (University of Michigan Union) and I had to do no work other than write the check. I would recommend them in an instant for any work you need done!

Rented chair covers and sashes and paid for installation and pickup for my July 31, 2011 wedding at the Detroit Yacht Club. They were prompt and the covers & sashes were installed beautifully. They are also a preferred vendor for the DYC which was an added bonus. No worries here only had to remove the covers and sashes and put them in their bags and they pick them up.

We rented napkins, sashes, and runners from Hero Linens and could not have been more pleased with their service. We ending up changing our color choice a few weeks before the wedding and there was no problem in accommodating us.

WOW! fantastic service, they will match any price so you know you can get the best product and the best price! We saved so much money and the linens were shipped in these perfect boxes all washed and pressed and the installer was so detailed at the install. This company has the best prices on linens. I looked for months. Their prices on black chair covers and gold sashes cannot be beat anywhere.

Also, there was a problem with my credit card and they took care of it right away. I used them in Pittsburgh, PA, and paid for someone to come out and put the chair covers on. They looked perfect and were not wrinkled at all.

I wanted chair covers since I was a little girl, and these were absolutely perfect. They arrived early and were easy to return. Couldn't ask for anything better!

The selection at Chair Covers & Linens is very big and it's almost 100% sure that you will find the color that you're looking for. They will try anything for you on their tables until you're satisfied with what you want and how you want your chairs and tables to look. I did not have any problems with them at all. After paying for everytihng, about a week before the wedding, we didn't have to talk to them again. They had everything set up on time the day of and came back and got everything without even having to talk to us again. Great service!

Chair Covers & Linens was a wonderful place to rent chair covers from. They had some of the best pricing and they were so easy to work with. The chair covers were it great condition and were not wrinkled up and the bows for the chairs were beautiful. I am very happy that we choose to go threw them for our linens. I stumbled across Debbie Polley's branch of Chair Covers and Linens while searching for linens for my wedding. Every other vendor I interviewed with would have cost me at least double what spent with Debbie. I didn't want to give up the quality of linen I was looking to dress my tables with, but knew I had to stay in a budget - Debbie helped make that happen. I wound up with exactly what I wanted and my wedding reception was beautiful because of it. Her service and attentiveness to what I needed was above and beyond and I'm so grateful to have had her assistance. I can't recommend this company enough to my fellow brides and event designers!

We have to say Debbie at Chair Covers and Linen rental was our favorite vendor above all our other vendors. She was an absolute delight to work with. She spent a lot of time helping us select our chair covers because we needed reassurance that we were choosing wisely. In the end, we choose the basic ivory chair covers with ivory satin sashes and WOW, it was beautiful. By using the ivory linen it made our flowers really POP! My advice is if you are having trouble with making your color scheme work, go monochromatic, as Debbie advised me- it really worked well for us. We also highly recommend Chair Covers and Linens, it was virtually a seemless process. They delivered right on time as they promised and the return shipping was a breeze.

Their website was really clear and easy to navigate and when I called in their customer service reps were really knowledgeable and very helpful! The chair covers were 1/4 of the price I was finding everywhere else and when they arrived at the venue they were in great shape! Everything went as planned including their scheduled FedEx pick-up the day after my wedding, right from the venue! I didn't have to worry about a thing!

Finding Chair Covers & Linens was the best thing i ever could have done. They were up for the task of providing me EXACTLY what i wanted from the type and feel of fabric down to the very color. My representative even sent me up to 10 different samples, all a different times just to make sure i had exactly what i wanted. I was very impressed with their service. This place is really great. The rentals looked great, the people were easy to work with, and everything came ready to be set up and then mailed back once we were done. The chair covers were sent in boxes through UPS and came with bags and prepaid tags to be sent back. They weren't very flexible about delivery time so I had them sent to my place of work as someone needs to be available to sign for the boxes.

We had ordered chair covers with organza bows. Everything was clean and neat we did have to install them ourselves but it was very simple and fast. They had provided me with a sample chair cover and and a couple color bows because i was not sure what one I wanted. They were very helpful on the phone and easy to work with.

We rented our linens from Linen Hero and were very pleased with the presentation! We had the company put on all our chaircovers and table cloths and when we showed up the day before the wedding everything was perfect! We highly recommend Linen Hero!

I had a great experience with this company. I rented linens from them just a couple weeks before my wedding. They quickly sent me out a sample of the fabric to see it and quoted me prices right away. They also agreed to create an extra tablecloth for me since the did not have enough linen in stock of what I wanted. Their price was competitive with other companies (actually the cheapest I found - although personally I just find linens overpriced on the whole) and they were willing to modify the quote as my needs changed. They delivered the linens on time; the FedEx pickup on Monday seemed to get messed up but they were cordial and courteous in setting up a new pickup time and everything was resolved smoothly. The linens themselves were lovely.

They do not have the largest selection I've seen, but since the price was the best (and they had what I personally needed) I would absolutely recommend them.

We spent almost two hours in the showroom looking over chairs and tablecloths. We never felt rushed or got the vibe we were overstaying our welcome. We were so happy walking into our wedding with the way everything looked. I'm glad we went with the Chiavari chairs!

They did an overall great job. I have no complaints about them. they were on time, got everything done, everything was done to my liking, ( I am super picky), and I never saw them, which in my case was a god thing!

If you are looking for linen, this is the manufactuer that eveyone gets their linen from. Much cheaper! I needed pillowcase chair covers. A store in Richmond, VA was charging me $8.00/chair. The Linen Hero had them for $4.00/chair. I was able to get a discount on the chair covers and I got them for $1.99/chair. I was pleased with the service that was given. The linen was sent directly to the venue and the venue sent them back for me as well.

While searching for a place for some chair covers & napkins for my wedding reception, a friend of mine recommended Linen Hero.

Linen Hero has a wide range of linens and colors for your special events. They were very helpful in sending samples to ensure that the chair covers would fit perfectly. Their prices were spectacular.

Pros:
1. Linen Hero shipped the linens in plenty of time for my reception and the quality of the linens were great. The linens were an integral part of the table design since we did not do a large flower centerpiece. They made the table look really elegant and brought in the colors of our wedding into the room.
2. Since they do not have a warehouse nearby I was able to meet with the sales consultant at my venue and see real sized samples of what I was considering renting. She had a lot of great suggestions to keep me within budget (incorporating the venue's linens, using table runners, alternate fabric choices, etc).

Cons:
1. In my area they basically operate as an online company. This would be fine except the colors of the fabrics on their website look nothing like the actual fabric! I wasted a lot of time ordering additional fabric samples since the colors were totally not what I was expecting. It would have been easier to meet with the Sales consultant in the beginning and see her book of samples (I wish this had been offered to me. It would have saved me so much time!)
2. The sales lady could be difficult to communicate with via email. Sometime she would get back to me and sometimes she wouldn't. She was great in person, but not so great on the internet.

Chair Covers & Linens offered a beautiful product at a reasonable price. Christine in the Baltimore office went out of her way to accommodate our schedule! She was extremely responsive and was quick to provide any requested information. Her quotes were timely and accurate! The chair covers and sashes looked terrific and brought our reception decor to the next level! Beautiful!

We used them for our chair wraps. The rest of our linens were from the hotel, but we wanted pink wraps to add a splash of color to our reception room. They were good. They sent samples immediately and then were able to place the order and have it shipped out in time for the wedding, after a large fiasco with our first choice for linen rental.

The linens did look beautiful even though they put the wrong overlay on my tables. They weren't wrinkled and the chair sashes were professionally tied. The value was pretty good as they price matched another quote I had. The company however was not the easiest to deal with when you have a complaint. I had to call them several times after my wedding to complain that they gave me the wrong overlay. The managers were also not very professional when dealing with a complaint. They tried to blame me the customer and never apologized for ruining my wedding day. I finally sent them a picture that I took of the table when I visited their showroom and picked out my linens proving they had given me the wrong one. The next day, I got a mysterious e-mail saying that my credit card was charged back for the overlays. They never admitted their error nor have the apologized. The money back was an effort, thank you Chair Covers and Linens, but it still doesn't take back the disappointment I had when I walked into my reception hall. Brides, if you use these people MAKE SURE you have pictures and swatches of what you want and double triple check with them before the big day that they have the right names down for the right linen you picked out.

They sent us dirty, stained linens. Some had holes and these were to be used on my wedding day! I would not recommend or ever use again.

I will never use this company again! They do not send you what they advertise online. They blame it on normal wear and tear, but if you're expecting to receive a red tablecloth, you should not receive an orange one. My client was extremely unhappy with the look and we had to remove them from the tables. I filed a complaint for the linens I receive. A few days later, I get a call from the "Executive Director." I seriously doubt the title because this was the rudest and most unprofessional person I've dealt with in the wedding planning industry. Not only was he unprofessional, he was extremely rude. He was speaking so loudly and fast, that I couldn't get a word in. There are too many rental companies online that I can deal with. By the way, if you order a sample, you still pay a high shipping cost and this is still no guarantee you'll get the same product for your event. Linen Hero? Not hardly. I will take my business elsewhere.

Buyer beware!!! We rented their chair covers and linens for our wedding reception through their representative in our town. She said that she would setup and pick up the chair covers after the reception.
They set up the chair covers, but never pick them up as the hotel manager told me the following day.
I tried contacting the sales rep. for weeks, but receive no reply.
I contacted headquarter, and they didn't know what happened to their sales rep.
After a week, they told me that she was in a jury duty, and she was conviniently no longer with the company.
So what happen with the chair covers and linens? They said it was my responsibility to pick them up since it was in their policy. They said if I don't pick them up they're going to charge late fee and replacement fee of $3,000.00.
So I said fine, and picked them up. The hotel wanted $50.00 for storage fee.

They are not professional at all. They treated me like it's my fault. They have never apologized.
Not only that their linen setup was different than what I ordered. It was missing 1 sash.

They treated their customers like dirt.
If you are still brave enough to use them, make sure to have every agreement signed and written.

I'd say it's not worth the trouble, and use another vendor.

Don't use this company unless you want to mess up your wedding. They didn't install 36 bows and table runners at our reception that I contracted and paid them to do. They messed up my wedding date initially also, I luckily checked in with them 1 month in advance and was able to correct them. They blamed me for having the wrong date! I think I would know. They also didn't send promised color samples. I asked for a refund for the sashes and runners that weren't installed and they refused, putting the blame on the venue. Overall, terrible experience with them. They were nearly impossible to contact and were slow with replies. Do NOT use Linen Hero/Chair Covers and sashes.
