Linen Effects Helped Bring Our Vision to Life!

We used Linen Effects for our décor rentals, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Walking into their showroom for the first time can feel overwhelming—they truly have almost everything you can imagine to help you create your dream event. But their team is fantastic about guiding you through the process, giving you space to look, think, and figure out which pieces feel right for your vision.

They helped us find special items that made our wedding feel personal and unique. We chose a beautifully detailed tablecloth for our head table to make it stand out, and we used their gorgeous chargers to bring an extra touch of elegance to our guest tables. One of the best parts of meeting with them is being able to see your vision come to life right in front of you. Sometimes you don’t know for sure until you see it set up—and they make that possible.

The team at Linen Effects was kind, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. All of their rentals are beautiful, high-quality, and customizable to fit your event perfectly. We truly enjoyed working with them and would absolutely recommend them!

Wonderful team, selection, and overall experience!

The rentals from Linen Effects were what let our own personality and style shine through in our wedding design. They have an incredible variety of everything to choose from, and Russ and Paige made the selection process fun, easy and not overwhelming at all. They understood right away what aesthetic/feeling we were going for, and helped us make it happen even more beautifully than we could have imagined. We didn’t get to pick things out in person since we were planning our wedding from abroad, but that posed no problem at all thanks to Russ and Paige thoroughly presenting us our options during video meetings to make sure we loved what we were putting together. Delivery, installation and removal were so smooth, we did not need to worry about a single thing. We recommend them wholeheartedly!!

Christmas Wedding in Minneapolis

We had a great experience working with Emily at Linen Effects. We did most of the planning ourselves (we only had a day of coordinator) and Emily was so helpful in selecting multiple linens for our venue and even assisting with our table layouts and which linens to use on which tables. We also saved money by picking up and returning our linens and chargers and LE made the process so simple and they provided help with loading. They had a lovely selection of everything you could possibly need at LE.

Great Selection!

Linen Effects has the best inventory, quality and service around. One of the things we struggled with when looking for supply vendors was modern decor and JCE had it all! The team was exceptional to work with, helped us bring our vision to life, made sure we were taken care of, and helped us stay within our defined budget. Would use them again and again!

Best Day Ever!

We absolutely loved working with Linen Effects for our wedding. It was so fun to visit the showroom and see the fabrics and other details in person. Heidi, Russ, and Justin were so wonderful. Everyone at Linen Effects listened to our ideas while also offering expert advice to make our vision come to life. Best rentals and decor hands down

We are still reveling in the beauty of our reception venue thanks to the wonderful and high-quality decor and rentals from Linen Effects. Often the little details can be so overwhelming, but they made the entire selection process so easy and seamless (and not to mention, fun!). Fabulous decor and so many options!

JCE/Linen Effects worked out perfectly! They had everything we needed to bring our vision to life, including stunning gold flatware that just added something extra! We had the most gorgeous linens and table settings, and then beautiful harvest tables for the head table and a special table for our families! They also thought of adding shelving to display our cakes and SO many people sent photos with one description “WOW”! It was so nice to have the decor from one place and to have so many options to make the event unique. So happy with how it turned out! Cannot recommend more highly!

Linen Effects was a gem to work with. The greatest joy I had was finding out that Jenna Culley and the JCE team took over the Linen Effects company which combined our wedding planning services in a seamless way. Linen Effects brought our wedding vision to life and their variety of options for use was incredible. If there were items they may not have had, they made an effort above and beyond to find the item or find something similar.

When we had our reception room revealed, my husband and I cried. The JCE/Linen Effects team truly brought our vision to life. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful scene. I 10/10 recommend Linen Effects.

Emily at Linen Effects was so helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. Like so many couples in the past year, we had to postpone our wedding, and the Linen Effects team made sure we were able to move our reservation to the next year and make any adjustments necessary for the new venue.
Everything was so seamless, delivery and pick up made for one less thing we needed to worry about that day, and everything looked picture perfect. The linens were the perfect addition to our formal event at Bavaria Downs. We are so glad we worked with the Linen Effects team, thank you!

Emily at Linen Effects took the stress out of finding our decor! She was so easy to work with and flexible to our needs and budget! She was also very thorough in remembering what we discussed after every phone call and was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions. Stunning Linens!

Linen Effects added the perfect touch for our wedding! The linens were super high quality and gorgeous. When we went in to look through the selection, the attendant was so patient and helpful. We were back and forth on options and couldn't have asked for a better experience in choosing the linens for our big day. Quick and easy napkin rental for wedding

I decided about a month before the wedding that I wanted a pop of color on the white tablecloths the vendor provided, so I reached out to Linen Effects to see if it was possible. It was! They even had the color I wanted in stock. When our final headcount came in a bit lower than we had originally quoted, they let us reduce the quantity and gave us a refund for the adjustment after the event. It was a great touch for the ambiance, the napkins were clean and good quality, and the whole process was easy!

Excellent Wedding Rental Company!

We hired Linen Effects for our wedding and they were the best rental company we have ever worked with. We used their custom gold dishes, they did our draping on the ceiling, and provided us beautiful table cloths and chair covers for all of the tables. Excellent linen options and customer service

I have worked with Linen Effects on many events in my work life and loved their great linen options and customer service. So for my daughters wedding I didn't think twice about using them. They didn't disappoint!!
While I'm used to doing large events, my daughter Katie isn't, and she was worried making the "right" choices for her big day. Emily is a dream to work with, and she gave Katie great options and advice. The linens were beautiful, we've received so many complements about how beautiful the tables were. Beautiful linens, great service.

We used linen effects to create a lake-themed, Minnesota wedding. They were flexible with us and allowed us to do the pickup, decorating, and drop-off ourselves. When we realized that we had forgotten two table clothes for our wedding cake tables, we were able to add them in on the day of pickup. Thank you Linen Effects!

Amazing company to work with! I HIGHLY recommend!

Linen Effects truly saved my wedding day décor and did so at the eleventh hour! When my previous chair-cover vendor failed to send my order, I called Linen Effects in a panic. They were kind and patient, helping me choose something similar and preparing it for pickup in 30 minutes. Oh, this was on late Friday afternoon, two days before my Sunday wedding.

The ladies in the warehouse helped me load the boxes into my car, showed me how to install the covers, and made it easy to drop them back off after the wedding. All in all, Linen Effects was AMAZING to work with and I can’t believe how lucky I was to find a local vendor open and able to help at such short notice. Plus, the covers looked absolutely beautiful and worked perfectly for my décor.

Perfectly completed our wedding look

Our experience with Linen Effects was so great! We were able to go in during business hours to peruse the linens they had available. They took our favorite options and laid them out on a table with silverware and a lantern (the centerpiece I knew I wanted), so we could get an idea of how things would look. We ordered the linens a few days later via telephone, all very easily. We were able to adjust the order about a month out, at no extra charge. The linens were pressed and ready for my then fiancé and I to pick up at 8:30am, about 4 days before the wedding. We returned them in the garment bag they provided, no problem. They looked beautiful in our reception hall and they absolutely MADE the décor. I had so many people compliment me on them and I honestly believe our antique French countryside wedding wouldn't have looked nearly as good as it did without them.

Emily from Linen Effects was amazing to work with! She was able to recommend products that paired wonderfully, were within our budget and would show us what the final product would look like! Something I did not get at Festivities! SOO many more options and higher quality at Linen Effects with better customer service and better pricing! Very knowledgeable, and patient even showing us different ways to tie our chair covers; to make sure our vision was met! We were a little nervous with the time window our venue gave us and Emily assured us that all work would be done in the given window and we would NOT get charged extra because of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM, THEY DID BEAUTIFUL WORK. THEY EVEN DID LAST MINUTE PIPE AND DRAPING FOR US AND THE VENUE!

I am so glad that we chose to rent our linens and centerpieces from Linen Effects! I researched various rental companies, and Linen Effects was very affordable. Russ was amazing to work with! He helped us make decisions on linens and decor that really turned out beautifully. Russ was very accessible and quickly responsive to my emails and requests. He spent alot of time helping me design a layout for our venue. Russ was even in contact with some of my other vendors to make sure that what we envisioned would work seamlessly. We rented sashes, table number holders, gold cutlery and charger plates for our wedding from Linen Effects. Of all the wedding rental stores I looked up, I found Linen Effects to have the best selection and flexible rentals. I don't like gaudy stuff, I wanted items that were elegant and glam but not loud. I am glad I found Linen Effects, the rentals made our wedding so much prettier!

I have nothing bad to report from this company. Everything they did was beautiful and flawless. From the actual decor to the service, I was so happy. Our venue was stunning and the process was so easy because communication from Linen Effects was on point from beginning to end. Linen Effects delivered and set up table linens (three different looks), chargers, chair coverings, votives, candelabras, couches, cocktail tables, and drapery and twinkle lights.

I had a wonderful experience with Linen Effects! Both the cocktail table linens and gold candelabras I rented were gorgeous and the perfect touch to the room. Emily J was extremely responsive, cooperative and easy to work with! She was very flexible in making changes based on our table numbers, and was so friendly!

The items at Linen effects are beautiful and truly unique. The staff was wonderful to work with...(Thanks Emily), and our linens and candle centerpieces exceeded my expectations. The cost is very reasonable per item and they offer discounted pricing for certain groupings of items. I.E. crystal candle sticks and matching cylinders.
Thank you for helping make my daughter's wedding the incredibly beautiful and memorable event that it was!

The Linen Effects team was amazing! Offered for me to come in with my florist and help put my thoughts and theme into action! Incredible selection, and super communicative through the process, very professional, gave me advice and helped with the creative approach. Also knew the venue (and likely been at every venue) and everything was incredibly straightforward for pricing & billing. Linen Effects did the chair covers, chair sashes, centerpieces and table numbers for our wedding. It was easy to work with Russ and he was flexible with the ever changing guest count. Leah was so fun to work with and incredibly patient when I had trouble deciding between multiple linens. I also had questions about other decor items after we left (votives, cake plates, etc.), and she was incredibly responsive. In the end, we were very happy with everything we rented and had a ton of compliments on how beautiful the linens were. I would work with Leah and Linen Effects again in a heartbeat!

We used Linen Effects for our linen needs, and they were wonderful! We met with Leah, who was so accommodating. Sometimes it can be hard dealing with a bride and her mom who don't have quite the same vision. Leah was great at dealing with both of us and helping us a find a happy medium. She knew we wanted something simple, yet elegant and that the linens were important to us, but we didn't want to overspend. We decided on beautiful beige linens and decided to add a lace overlay to half of the tables along with the dessert table and guestbook table. It was the perfect balance! We decided to pick up the linens and bring them back afterward, which helped us save on the travel expenses. They had the linens perfectly organized for us to make it easy! I am so happy with how great the tables turned out and am so thankful for their help!

I was married in Oct '14 at Aria in Minneapolis and used Linen Effects for my centerpiece rentals as well as all of my linens. I went to the TC Bridal Fair and received a coupon for $10 linens!! I really wanted candelabras for my centerpieces but knew I couldn't afford to buy 20 of them so I found great ones at Linen Effects. I got 24" white ones for only $15 a piece AND they come with the candles in them! They also have larger ones but I wanted to keep it budget friendly and I had many compliments on the decor! For my harvest style head table I rented their Iron Tree centerpieces that stood 5 feet high and were 8 feet long along with magnetic hanging crystals and popped some orchids on the branches and they were really the WOW factor at my wedding. Many compliments on all of the decor! Don't be afraid to check out their showroom because I honestly didn't think I could afford anything there but Leah really helped me find items that I wanted, within my budget! The best part is....they deliver to your venue AND they pick them up after your event for a fee and it was amazing not to have to worry about dealing that that on your wedding day!

I used Linen Effects for our seat covers, sashes, and aisle runner. They did a beautiful job setting up the day before, and were able to pick up on the Monday after so we weren't charged an extra fee for that. The ladies that set everything up did a wonderful job and waited to do the aisle runner until I was there. I'm quadriplegic and am in a wheelchair so that was nice that they waited to do that to make sure I could get down the aisle with the way the room was set up before taping it down. They had a nice variety of colors and styles for the sashes that fit our colors perfectly. The aisle runner had a beautiful damask design that I loved. Couldn't have been happier with their services!

Walking into the venue on our wedding day, Linen Effects had truly transformed the space. The ambiance was breathtaking and truly more beautiful than what I had envisioned. We were referred to Linen Effects by another vendor. The experience with Robin was wonderful. She could see the vision we were trying to create and quickly picked linens we fell in love with. Originally we had decided on a lemon zest overlay with a white under cloth to give a soft yellow feel. Everything was great. Then through the fun business of seating arrangements, we changed the table layout (round to rectangle). This caused us to have to change our linens as what we chose only was available for round tables. We were unable to make it back to the studio. Robin was so helpful she setup mock ups of our chosen linens placed on rectangles and emailed me pictures of it. We didn't like it too much. I searched their website for an alternative. Finding one, she again did mock ups for us and sent us the pictures. We fell in love once again. The pictures didn't do them justice. We got tons of compliments on the linens at our reception. It was so beautiful. I highly recommend them to everyone. They have a wide variety of colors, styles, etc. I'm sure you'd find something you love. Thank you Robin!

So thrilled that we were able to work with Linen Effects!!! About 6 weeks out from our wedding we decided to change our linen rental company! We had a huge request for the linens, and were nervous about finding a vendor who would be able to meet our needs!! Within a week, Linen Effects had come back to us with a quote that was $1000 less expensive than our previous vendor. Even on short notice, they were able to deliver everything perfectly!! Their prices were fair, and their service was great! I would recommend Linen Effects as the TOP linen rental company in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area!!!

I worked with Russ Mohr for my August 10th Wedding, and was really pleased with the results. Russ executed my vision flawlessly and made several smart recommendations along the way. While linen rentals were much more than I origianlly anticipated, it was worth it. The really made our reception venue look amazing.

Russ was very flexible and easy to work with. He was able to help us make last minute changes and add ons the week before our wedding. Russ definitely knows what he is doing and presented himself as extremely professional and experienced.

The Linen Effects showroom was fun to visit- and I really appreciated how Russ created mock ups to give me an idea of how our reception tables would look altogether.

I was happy with Linen Effects, and Russ Mohr in particular, and would defintiely recommend their services to others.

We used Linen Effects for our table clothes, table number markers and chair covers. You cannot be disappointed when using this company. The selection of linens, color combinations, and table accessories will amaze you. The staff at Linen Effects know what they are doing and can take your ideas and make them into something incredible. On my wedding day, when the guest were first let into the ballroom, all you could hear were gasps of air...they were floored at how amazing the ballroom looked. We had an excellent experience with Linen Effects! When we first met with Leah we were feeling very overwhelmed by the idea of putting together the look we hoped to create. Leah did an amazing job of showing us all of the different pieces their company had to offer. We put together a number of different table settings so we could see all of the elements together before deciding on exactly what we wanted. The estimate for the job was turned around very quickly and Leah was great in working with us to add and remove things until we were within our budget and happy with the look. Shortly before the wedding we realized that our numbers would be lower than expected and they were happy to reduce the order and refund us back the difference on what had already been paid. On the day of the wedding everything arrived on time and was arranged perfectly for us. The tablecloths we went with provided the 'wow' factor we needed! After the event staff was on time again for clean up and was very friendly! Linen Effects' products are top-notch-- much better quality than those we looked at with other large companies in the area and the service is terrific. Highly recommend!

Great choices and service for table and chair linens. Possibilities were endless and the tables looked great. Set up prior to the wedding was excellent and left nothing for me to worry about. So much better than standard white linens.

Linen Effects was very easy to work with! They were very patient with me, as I was not quick to make decisions that may seem minor (i.e. table cloth/napkin/charger combo). I ended up using the chargers from my venue, but their linens turned out beautiful. They also did a great job folding all of the napkins perfectly, which seemed like a huge undertaking for a 250 person wedding!

I needed last min. table linens less than a week before my wedding. Linen and Effects made it happen. They were flexible with pick up and drop off times, so I was able to save some money that way. The linens were gorgeous!

We rented chair covers and ties from Linen Effects. They were nice by the fact that we were an out of state couple and they let us drop by without an appointment to look at the show room. We originally rented a few vases from them as well, but we were told the vases were banged up and tarnished from sitting in storage. The chairs and ties themselves were lovely, but I thought that the prices (including labor) were a bit high. We put a deposit down, but I was the one to actually contact them less than a week before the wedding to confirm number and pay balance. They seemed offended that I didn't wait for their call, but it was less than a week before the wedding and they should have been happy that I wanted to pay them.

I love their rentals and everything was great the day of and teardown was a breeze. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the product. I will warn you, if you are have questions, changes or just want to check in with them they are not very responsive anything a month before the wedding, it took multiple emails, calls, and people reaching out to get a hold of them (They are very busy). Happy we had them, but not sure I would recommend them over a smaller rental vendor.

They have a wide selection and the staff is knowledgeable. I would suggest getting in there to reserve your linens as soon as possible. They have a limited amount of things and book up fast.

Stay away from this vendor. I worked with Russ to pick out linens for my daughter's wedding a year prior to the event. Russ shared that recoils make any changes in the amounts up to 30 days prior to the wedding and could change everything including the linens up to 3 months prior to the event. He pressured for a signed contract and I signed with. $1k deposit. A few months later we changed our mind and wanted to go with a different look as we found something fabulous with another vendor and Linen Effects could not get these items at their store . We shared with Russ that we wanted to cancel and being that it was still 7 months prior to the wedding what would be the cost to back out. Russ shared a $250 cancellation fee and sent me an email confirming that. Being that we really wanted the other product we made other arrangements. Over a week later after a commitment to another vendor Russ shared that he made a mistake and it was really another $350 on top of the $250 cancellation fee because they purchased "special" linens already for our event I found this hard to believe because originally he shared that we could change the entire order up to 3months prior and still adjust the amounts up to 30 days prior and this was still 7 months before the event . Russ and Linen Effects did not honor their word or their email outlining only a $250 cancellation fee. This vendor is not trustworthy and does not honor their word or written communications. There are other local vendors with better choices and similar pricing that are more honest and trustworthy and honor their word and written communications. Seriously be very careful and do not believe what they share with you and communicate even in written form. This is a big day I would go with another vendor that will do what they say they are going to do

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR, THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD AND AE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY. We picked out linens that we liked a year from the wedding date. Russ said that we could make changes in our order with the amount up or down up to 30 days before the date and also could change and do something completely different up to 3 months before the event. He pressured us to sign and we put down $1, 065.00 towards the total. 7 months prior to the wedding we found another look that we liked better at another company and wanted to cancel the agreement . Originally Russ said we could make changes up to 3 months before the event and our agreement said a $250 cancellation change, which we were ok pay and Linen Effects did not have these products available. We contacted Russ and he shared that we could back out of everything with just the $250 cancellation fee and put that in writing to me in an email. About a week later after we committed to another vendor he came back and said that he made a mistake and Linen Effects actually had purchased some "special" linens for us and we would have to pay the amount that they purchased for those linens in addition to the $250 cancellation fee. I don't believe that they actually purchased those linens 7 months prior to the wedding when originally Russ told us that we could even pick out something different up to 3 months before the wedding. Russ shared that they paid $350 dollars for the linens and that they wouldn't give me our money back because they paid to order linens (which they could rent out for other weddings). They refused to share invoices that they had for "ordering special linens" and I don't believe they r ordered them and Linen Effects was finding ways to keep more of my money. They did not honor the email and communication on only a $250 cancellation fee and went back on their word. This vendor does not honor their contracts, nor keep their word you should be very careful before doing business with them.
