Family Photo Shoot

Beyond happy with the service provided by Lindsay all around. She was our 4th photographer and after many years of disappointment we finally got the family photos we were hoping for!

Excellent photographer!

Lindsay is an excellent choice for your family photography needs! She has done maternity sessions, newborn sessions, and both holiday and regular family sessions for us. I cannot recommend her enough for her professionalism and quick response time.

Wonderful pictures

We used Lindsay for both of my boys senior pictures. They were amazing and she fit the scenery to their style. We are planning on her doing my oldest engagement pictures. She is so affordable and does amazing job.

Lindsay photographed our beach wedding and the photos turned out amazing! There were several photos I had seen on pinterest and wanted recreated; she executed them perfectly. Her pricing and packages are extremely reasonable, I would definitely recommend Lindsay!

Lindsay was wonderful top to bottom. She answered all my questions and put me at easy every time I got nervous or stressed. Her eye for photos is outstanding. Every engagement photo and wedding photo was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend her to everyone I know.

Lindsay Powell Photography photographed our wedding and she took great pictures! She was very professional and made the best out of the situation when it started raining for our outdoor wedding. Her prices are incredible for the amount they offered. I would definitely recommend her services!

Lindsay captured everything in our photos that I could have expected and more. She was very professional and responded promptly to inquiries. She had a really fast turnaround time and posted our photos within 3 days of our session. Would definitely recommend her!

Lindsay didn't do a wedding, she did my daughters senior pictures and they turned a great. I would definitely use her again.. My daughter was very comfortable being around Lindsay. Very good personality..

Lindsay was amazing with our newborn baby boy. She took her time with him and made sure he was comfortable. Her creatvitity and sense of detail made all the difference. We love our photos.

Working with Lindsay was great. Any ideas you have, she will make sure you get those pictures in. She also has great ideas and suggestions for any poses if you're struggling to come up with some.
I used Lindsay for my engagement pictures, wedding reception and also a boudoir photo shoot. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and gets great pictures. I found a few fantastic candids in my engagement shoot that I loved!
If you have a tough schedule to work around, she is flexible and she lets you know up front what will and will not work.
I highly recommend her

Very happy with my choice in photographer and package prices. The only thing I wish was different is the time frame in which I got to see any of my pictures. I would have liked to see them and get them back sooner.

Lindsay was absolutely wonderful to work with. I just received my pictures in the mail and they are fantastic! I would recommend her to any of my friends, family, co-workers, etc. We had to change the date two times due to my sons schedule and she was very understanding and flexible.
I will definitely be using her services again when comes time to do family pictures!

Lindsay did our engagement and wedding photos. With our engagement pictures we wanted to include our dog (a rotten/ornery chihuahua.) her bark is enough to drive most people crazy but Lindsay was patient and professional through it all. For our wedding Lindsay was sure to get the shots that we wanted as well as some awesome ideas of her own. It was a memorable day and we were thankful Lindsay was there to take photos of it all.

Photographer forgot appointment, unprofessional, poor performance, zero photo editing, high prices

I had a bad experience with this photographer and I had many strong words to say on the matter. But people have bad days and people make mistakes, and sometimes people fix them. I am suspending my review while we work on this issue. I give the photographer credit and respect for persisting under criticism and am hopeful for resolution.

For a wedding and engagement I expected a lot more. Lindsay was off in the corner and not really present a lot in the ceremony or in the reception. A lot of the pictures had a white glare ( to make us stand out... I guess). We thought we were getting a really good deal for the price, but we weren't that pleased. Even the colors of my bridesmaids dresses were not the correct color, either from photoshop or from the type of lens being used.

Working with Lindsay was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. She did not communicate at all in the process and was rude and nasty in responses to emails. I asked for one photo to make Thank You cards and Lindsay informed me that she prints them as service. I ordered what I wanted, waited a month. When I asked why this was taking so long, Lindsay responded that the cards have been waiting for pick up at her store because she doesn’t ship them out. She shipped them out as courtesy; the cards arrived as a post card when I ordered a fold card. Lindsay responded that I mentioned a fold card but didn’t say it was a requirement. Then the process began of waiting for the photos. I did not receive instructions that I was supposed to pick photos for a USB drive or a print that came with our package. Again, I found out another month later that I was supposed to do that. I am not a mind reader and I don’t work in photography, which is why I hired a photographer. When I expressed that I was frustrated, Lindsay’s response was that because I have never been married before, I don’t understand how these things work. For the money that we paid, I had higher expectations. Her talent was completely overshadowed by her lack of customer service.
