Lilypots will not dissapoint!
Stop reading this review wondering if Lilypots is the right florist for you and go book them. Seriously! Cassie and her team will go above and beyond for you, and it is so clear that they love what they do.
Lilypots uses a portal to keep everything you discussed documented and in one place, so that you can always check back on your vision. Cassie truly does not miss a beat and will do everything in her power to make your floral dreams not only come true, but she will exceed them. From a bride that was getting decision fatigue, it was such a relief to have Lilypots there to help me with whatever was needed, and they were a vendor that I knew was being honest and trying to make the most of my budget.
Once the big day finally came, Cassie and her team were amazing! Our vision became a reality and they FAR exceeded our expectations. Our wedding guests are still making comments about how much they admired our florals, and it makes my heart so happy! The masterpieces that they design will truly enhance your wedding in a way that only Lilypots can do.

Cassie and her entire team were wonderful to work with! I got married on 2/4/23 in Galena, IL and she made my floral dreams come true! She understood my vision and created the most beautiful floral installation for our wedding day. With it being a Winter wedding and having to travel to our venue, there were no issues at all. The flowers were fresh and my bouquet lasted for over a week! I highly recommend Lilypots to any future bride! -

I am so glad that we hired Lilypots for our Lake Geneva wedding! I cannot say enough positive things about working with Cassie for our wedding!! Not only is Cassie incredibly talented but she is so fun and sweet to work with! I do not know much about flowers and after speaking to Cassie shortly over the phone she somehow captured my vision and brought everything to life!! When we met with Cassie in person everyone that walked by us knew her and told us that if she was our florist our wedding would be beautiful and they could not have been more right! Cassie even worked with our wedding coordinator to set up our chuppah and it looked beautiful with the floral arrangements! Every single person at our wedding came up to us to tell us they had never seen more gorgeous flowers at a wedding! They really were all the talk and we are so thankful we decided to work with Cassie and the Lilypots team! Thank you so much Cassie! -

Cassie is amazing!
I worked with Lilypots for my wedding and booked early on to make sure I could secure her. After the initial proposal I ended up changing my mind with the direction of the colors/floral type and Cassie so quickly pulled together a new proposal and it was soooo stunning that we ended up upping the budget because we were so impressed. She was responsive, kind, so easy to work with and incredibly talented. Everyone commented on how beautiful and unique the flowers were and I couldn't agree more. -

The most perfect flowers
Lilypots is an amazing florist to work with! We had them do flowers for our small wedding in 2020 and our bigger 1 year anniversary. The flowers for both occasions were perfect. They listened to everything that I imagined and made it come to life. The florists made the whole process easy and helped me decide the perfect arrangements for the day(s). All the arrangements were beautiful. I would 100% recommend. -

Lilypots was hands-down the BEST! During our first consultation meeting I was able to come to their location and use their on-hand greenery and vases etc. to mock up what type of centerpieces I was looking for; before I knew it we had been there for 2 hours! Over the course of the year during planning, Cassie was in contact and readily available for any questions, concerns, or changes. The team at Lilypots was extremely easy to work with and collaborate with to help bring to life my imagination. I was speechless once it all came together and saw everything for the first time. The Lilypots team brought to life my dream. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was magical and more than I could have ever dreamed of!

Lilypots never fails to put 110% into everything they do. All staff are hard working individuals who not only put more hours into their work than anyone could imagine, but they also have families of their own Who they are all involved with. It takes truly talented people to juggle all of that and still be top notch in their industry! I’d never recommend anyone else because Lilypots is the ONLY florist who can take your vision and recreate it even better for your special day. They’re honest with their pricing and will give the perfect advice and recommendations if your budget is a little tight. You can tell their number one priority is your happiness and to make sure you LOVE your flowers on your wedding day! It makes all the difference at your wedding to have the perfect flowers in all your pictures, throughout your venue, and in your ceremony, so why would you settle for anything less than perfect? Lilypots is the ONLY option! -

Pure talent, creativity, passion, & professionalism! !
Prior to our wedding, we had always used Lilypots for any arrangement that we needed, from holiday centerpieces to arrangements sent as gifts. So, when it came time to chose a wedding florist Lilypots was the ONLY florist on our list! Cassie & Laura ( and crew) are so talented and knowledgeable, I was SO confidant that the vision in my head of our wedding day would materialize perfectly, and it did! It exceeded my expectations, and was truly a DREAM come true! They went above and beyond, giving us advice and support in many other aspects of our wedding as well. Cassie, actually made a special trip to NYC to handpick the dried floral for the bouquets at the wholesale flower market! When they couldn't source something in a certain color, they found alternatives, and even spray painted some of the greens to accomplish my "look". The best part of my experience with Lilypots was that they really seemed as genuinely excited as I ( the bride) was to bring this wedding vision to life! I would use Lilypots a million times over, and highly recommend them to anyone having any type of event! I look forward to continuing to work with Lilypots, and stay connected as they continue to grow and create beautiful designs! THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The talent and creativity that comes out of this little shop continues to blow me away! Thank YOU Lilypots, and especially Cassie for making sure our day was total perfection! Lilypots was so great to work with! They allowed us to be present on our wedding day and trust that they would handle all of our floral and decor with ease. Everything was beautiful, from the moongate up at our alter, to the candles in our center pieces. They also made sure to wrap my bridal bouquet with a swatch of fabric from my mom's wedding dress, which felt so special. Both my husband and I would highly recommend them for all of your floral needs! Thank you, Lilypots! -

Absolutely stunning!
AMAZING! Lilypots exceeded all of my expectations for a florist! The first quote I got back was a little more than I was willing to spend, but they assured me we could get the price to where I was comfortable with! I loved that about them! Their shop is adorable and they were seemed genuinely excited to be working with me(which I found rare with other florists in the area.). They were so easy to work, quick to respond, and made our day absolutely beautiful! Our flowers were stunning and we got so many compliments on them! -

Alidia Sent on 10/02/2018I can't say enough good things about Lilypots. They traveled all the way to Nashville for our wedding this September and their service was nothing short of exceptional. Everything from our initial meeting to the day after the wedding was so smooth and stress-free. They were kind, flexible and helpful throughout the entire process. My inspiration was Spring-inspired (in the fall, of course, ha!) and they went above and beyond walking me through every flower and helping me substitute them for in-season flowers. They were so patient during the entire process even going out of their way to talk with other florists and wholesalers to find the perfect matches for me. Cassie truly made my floral vision come to life and I couldn't have asked for more beautiful florals for our wedding. Aside from their exceptional customer service and work, the flowers themselves were stunning and so fresh! I'd recommend them over and over again. Thank you Lilypots!!

Where to begin... WOW!!!! The work that Lilypots did was breathtaking. From beginning to end, they were extremely easy to work with! We personally worked with Cassie who is AMAZING. She knew my vision before I even knew my vision! My husband wanted shotgun shells with his boutonnière and Cassie was able to work with it! Everyone at our wedding kept complimenting them all night... along with our moongate arch which was BREATHTAKING! I can’t believe how organized and talented Lilypots is. They made my wedding unforgettable! Thank you again to Cassie, Laura, Steve and everyone else at Lilypots! -

After lots of work and planning, on June 23rd I was able to see all of that come to life and more... Cassie you did an incredible and an amazing job on all of our wedding flowers— I was left in awe! I started my planning process about a year and a half before my wedding, and had my initial consultation around 1 year prior to my big day. walking into their quaint shop in Lake Geneva, you can tell they put so much time and care into every order. We sat down and went through book after book of flowers to get the colors "just right"! While planning from out of state (MN), they made it super easy and were extremely accommodating to revisit and adjust the numbers via email throughout the entire planning process. They were able to take my Pinterest ideas and make them a reality! Thank you! -
