Key to Stress-free (relatively) Wedding!

If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, do it. It is worth it. If you've already decided to get a planner please hire Lily Elite Affairs! Stacy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was always very responsive and available, no question was too small. She really helped us find vendors, manage invitations/RSVPs, and decorations. On the day of, she was masterful in handling the unexpected twists and turns (and guests!) and helped us really enjoy our day. I can't say enough good things about Lily Elite Affairs, I highly recommend.

OMG! Stacy and her team are amazing!! They made our wedding day the best day ever!! When I walked into the venue it was so beautiful and we definitely could not have done that without her... Everything was perfect! They really know how to make a vision come to life.. (even if you're very indecisive like me).. they know what to do! :) Stacy really helped keep us on track during the whole process and really listened to what we wanted. We can not thank Stacy and her team enough for all their time and hard work they put into our special day.

I can not recommend Stacy & company enough. From the outset she responded quickly, was very responsible & efficient but also very sweet & understanding. There were few problems (mainly because Stacy knows her job so well) but the couple of unforeseen problems were handled by Stacy very politely but efficiently. Her staff were equally impressive & Stacy had all the right connections to get the most bang for the buck. She is worth every dime as I believe she actually saved us all money. Thank you Stacy! Job well done!

Amazing Service!

We just had our wedding and Stacy was a life saver! I can easily say we could not have pulled it off had it not been for Stacy. She's super organized and able to take the overwhelming task of planning a wedding and break it down into smaller, more manageable decisions. She's great at hearing what we're saying or stressed about and coming up with solutions. She also has great relationships with other vendors and was able to find us great other people at great prices! The wedding looked absolutely perfect and as far as I could tell went off without a problem. If there were any problems, Stacy didn't let me or my bride know. I can not thank Stacy enough for all that she did, and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to plan a great wedding.

Absolutely amazing!!

Having Lily Elite plan my wedding was the best decision I’ve made!! I was able to enjoy the wedding day of my dreams without the stress. Stacy was always available to answer all my questions/concerns and I always felt in the loop. I could be as involved or a hand off as I wanted to be. She was always punctual and met all the deadlines/reminded me of my deadline that I inevitably forgot. I was able to give her the vision for my day and she made it come to life and it was executed perfectly! I can’t say enough about my experience!

Lily Elite Affairs - One word - WOW!

I worked with Lily Elite Affairs for an event that occurred in my facilities this November. As the event planner for the venue, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Stacy! She is VERY organized, punctual and professional which made my job that much easier. The event turned out beautifully and even had my staff asking when she would be returning for another event. Lily Elite Affairs did a beautiful job decorating and coordinating my 40th birthday party! Stacy is so honest and professional she is great to work with. There are no words to describe the miracle that Stacy from Lily Elite Affairs managed to pull off for my wedding. From the moment we hired LEA, LLC they were professional and responsive. We had a short turn around time and they were on it. The flower vendor was amazing! The flowers at my wedding were beautiful and exactly the colors I wanted. The officiant was fantastic and listened to what we wanted and did not want in our vows. Everything came together beautifully and I would recommend LEA, LLC to anyone getting married.

Stacy stepped right in on a major festival/event and offered opinions, ideas and suggestions. Whatever choices were made, she executed to perfection, even if the decision was different from what she recommended. She's level headed, does not get flustered, but simply gets the job done (no drama). I recommend her without hesitation or qualification.

I have attended two events planned by Lily Elite Affairs (wedding & birthday/christening) both for my BFF. As a guest I can tell you that Stacy outdid herself, everything was beautiful. As a close friend to the party host, I can tell you that my BFF never had to worry about anything. Stacy was super professional and always helpful. I would recommend Lily Elite Affairs to anyone planning any type of event. You will not be disappointed!!

This was the 2nd time we have used Lily Elite Affairs. The first, was for our wedding and this time for our 1 year old daughter's birthday/ christening. It went smoothly and beautifully. Guests had a great time and were so impressed (as I) with the decor and set up. Everything was decorated better than I had imagined. The service the LEA provided at the last minute for us was phenomenal. It was kept on budget and was beautiful. The feedback we got guests was great and they could not believe that it was pulled off in such short amount of time! Stacy is excellent. She is creative, flexible, timely, and ambitious. When I was looking for a wedding planner I didn't want someone to show me all their fancy skills in event management, I wanted someone to make me feel like giving us 'our best day' was her goal. I knew immediately that was Stacy. She will work hard for you and with you. She will also work the way you want her to - like opinions, she'll share hers, prefer someone who just takes direction, she's your gak, more into handing over the reigns, Stacy will hold 'em tight. She is who you need her to be when you need her to be it. On my wedding day, I told her I'd be the bride and she'd be me (event planner, go to person, detail checker, question answerer, etc etc) And she was. Call her, it is worth your time.

Working with Lily Elite Affairs, LLC (LEA) took a lot of stress off of me during the wedding planning process. We worked with Stacy for 8 months and was able to achieve a wedding I couldn't have ever imagined. She helped us find vendors that fit our expectations and vision. She organized meetings with them and helped communicate with them. Our budget was tight and she was understanding and worked with us on it, and helped negotiate prices. We enjoyed working as a team to iron out the details and felt welcome to consult with her on any thing we needed. I can say that our dreams were fulfilled and it is easy to see that LEA works hard and has a passion for what they do. Some things didn't work out unfortunately... There was a mistake made on our invitations, but they were professional and corrected it with our guests quickly. The day of could have been coordinated better, the communication was off I suspect. We expected to see Stacy more or at least a staff member to guide the wedding party throughout and supply more help managing time because the venue was very strict on start and end times. We had to skip the bouquet toss, and more. We had no instruction on where our flowers were and when we found them had no help with pinning the boutonnieres. The photographer and DJ especially, didn't seem to know what was going on and because of that, i believe it ate up time. Other than that I believe LEA did help us achieve an unforgettable day, which was the ultimate goal.

Read your contract closely, my daughter lost her deposit at her venue as the wedding planner decorated in ways that we were told did damage? The wedding planner had done a previous event at this site and my daughter felt she should have known OR at least contacted the venue if she was planning on doing any of this.
She was NOT at the hotel until after the photographer showed up for pictures. She had told us she would stop by the hotel in the morning, go to the venue and make sure all was going well and return to the hotel so see the wedding party off. She showed up almost at the time the limo was to leave to go to the church, hence the wedding party was delayed due to photos that had to be taken for their FIRST LOOK.
The venue was decorated BEAUTIFUL by the wedding planner. She was available anytime we had questions or concerns and did give us some great advise and suggestions.
