I cannot recommend Lilly Bridal Artistry enough! Lilly, Rubi, and Natalie were absolutely incredible to work with and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. I genuinely felt like a princess, and I have never felt more confident or beautiful in my life. My hair and makeup turned out even better than I imagined and stayed flawless throughout the entire day.
They also did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law, and every single person looked stunning. Everyone’s look felt elevated while still looking like themselves, which was so important to me.
One thing I especially appreciated was how accommodating and professional they were throughout the entire process. We had a pretty tight bridal suite space for the number of people getting ready, and I honestly would have preferred a little more time allotted for services, but despite those challenges, they handled everything so calmly and efficiently. Everyone was finished beautifully and looked absolutely flawless.
What truly went above and beyond, though, was how they helped me during a last-minute spray tan disaster. The night before my wedding, I had a complete spray tan emergency with blotchy, uneven skin on my chest and arms. I reached out to them in a panic, and they responded so quickly and kindly. Even though skin airbrushing was no longer a service they officially offered, they still accommodated me and airbrushed my skin to help even everything out. It made such a huge difference and relieved so much stress the morning of my wedding.
Their talent, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond meant the world to me. I’m so grateful to Lilly, Rubi, and Natalie for making me and all of my favorite people feel so beautiful on such an important day! -

Lilly was absolutely amazing and a dream to work with for my wedding. She is extremely talented and made me feel the most beautiful I've ever felt in my life. My hair and makeup were flawless and lasted all day and night, even through all my happy ugly tears haha! She perfectly understood the romantic, soft glam look I wanted and brought it to life effortlessly. Beyond her talent, Lilly is the sweetest person - so kind, calm, and fun to be around, which made getting ready such a relaxed and fun experience. I’m so grateful to have had her as part of my day and can’t recommend her enough! -

I highly recommend Lilly Bridal Artistry! Rubi, Natalie, and Violet made my wedding day extra special. Rubi did my hair and makeup, and it was flawless all day. Rubi truly is amazing! Natalie worked her magic on my bridesmaids' makeup, and Violet did their hair beautifully. Beyond their talent, they were like our personal hype squad, showering us with compliments and keeping the energy high all morning. They did an amazing job and made us feel incredible! -

Where to start! So many great things to say about Lilly. (I’m the bride who didn’t have a lot of opinions or have a great idea of what I wanted, so probably the worst nightmare for HAMU). I had two trials prior to the wedding, and Lilly was so responsive and accommodating to the tweaks I asked for. An unforeseen issue led us to change the location for getting ready literally the night before and I was so stressed and Lilly and her team handled it with so much grace and kindness. HAMU was really important to me because I had girls with such different vibes and styles, and I wanted everyone to be able to pick the style of HAMU that would make them feel the most confident. I also wanted traditional HAMU and all my bridesmaids and mom did airbrush. I was surprised when I was researching, how many places don’t offer traditional makeup anymore. Lilly and her team were able to execute on different styles and vibes without issue. They were so efficient and I truly think everyone was happy with their HAMU, which if you’ve been in weddings before, you know how rare that is. They were so accommodating to the last minute touch ups and tweaks that people had and were just so kind through the entire process. Lilly was so much fun to talk to during my trials and day of, and I felt so confident with her professionalism and I think the most important thing (especially for someone like me, who is a chronic people pleaser and afraid of confrontation) is that I felt comfortable telling her what I really liked, or things I wanted to change, etc. (even when she would do exactly what I asked for and then after, I’d be like uhm, actually I don’t like that as much as I thought I would) and she was always so receptive and kind about it. -

Stunning makeup and hair!
Lilly was on time and got all 3 of us ready for a wedding in Austin. I was so happy to hear she’d make the trip since I could not find any other artist in Austin short notice. She is very personable and made sure to ask us what we liked and didn’t like during the makeup application. Thank you again, Lilly! -

You transformed me into the vision of beauty I had imagined, and I couldn’t be happier with how my makeup looked, felt and how well it looked in pictures. Beautiful and lasted all day
I could not have been happier with my hair and makeup for my wedding! Natalie was so helpful at my trial and helped me nail down what I wanted despite not having a totally clear vision going into things. She also took my minor feedback from the trial into account perfectly on the wedding day. She and Rubi did an amazing job with our group and I was even told that one of my bridesmaids liked her makeup better than what she had done for her own wedding! Our day ended up being somewhat chaotic with the power going out and having to leave our venue early and move to a nearby bar. Even with no A/C, plenty of sweat, and zero time for any touch ups, my hair and makeup continued to look 100% through the end of the night. I can’t recommend Lilly Bridal Artistry highly enough!! -

I used Lilly Bridal Artistry for my wedding and Nat and Maranda were our makeup artists the day of. For 2 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, and the bride, our hair and makeup came out AMAZING! I got comments all night about how perfect my makeup looked and still looked natural despite having a full face of makeup. My hair looked gorgeous, and only started falling out toward the end of the night when I was going a bit crazy on the dance floor. :) The touch up kit they provided was helpful in making sure everything stayed looking great all night long. The trial was great, and communication was excellent throughout the planning process. I would definitely use and recommend Lilly Bridal again for another event! -

Lilly and her team were so wonderful and I could not recommend them enough! I made a mistake and did not actually confirm a trial date and showed up to the studio. I texted her and she was so accommodating! She showed up and still did the hair and make-up trial, which was so nice because I was only in town for a couple days. Day off, she and her team were also wonderful. They were on time, professional, and fun to have around. Honestly, I thought she made me look even more beautiful than I felt at the trial!! Would absolutely recommend them!! -

Perfect wedding day!
I am a hairstylist and my client recommended Lilly Bridal Artistry for my wedding makeup AND hair. Lilly did both my hair and makeup on the day of and I couldn’t be happier. I am Korean and had a very traditional wedding plus a Korean ceremony and asked for very subtle, dewy Asian style with a little bit of glam. She worked her MAGIC and everything was simply, flawless. I didn’t even have to wear extensions because she made my hair look SO voluminous. Thank you Lilly! I’m always recommending you to my friends, family and clients! -

Lilly Artistry was absolutely amazing. Hair design was fantastic - Lilliam was able to look at me and just know the hairstyle that would look best on me and the waves she crafted lasted all evening and photographed perfectly. This was also my first experience with airbrush makeup and honestly how can I go back to non-airbrush?! My skin looked flawless and it felt so light and breathable. I can’t wait to work with this team again! -

I got a feeling this vendor only cares about money. They were very unresponsive, not flexible at all and threw a ton of technicalities. I wanted to schedule my trial for 4:30 and they said that per my contract, I would have to pay an additional $50 since it is considered after hours even though they don't close their store until 5pm. Not flexible at all, and very standoffish. But this was not the biggest thing, they were very dry in their emails, I got the contract, signed it about 4 days later, paid about 3 days later and emailed to cancel about 3 days later. Even though the contract says my deposit was non-refundable, my wedding is 3 months away and I am pretty sure I caused no inconvenience to them, they did not have the courtesy to give me the $365 refund. I called my bank and got my money back but it is the principle I am mad about. This is a make up artist, no need to have a huge contract with all of these specifications, they should be glad they are getting customers at all. They act very entitled. Very poor customer service and I’m sorry but you should find another makeup artist that doesn’t charge this much and that is more considerate and friendly.
