    I LOVED my flowers. I got my bridal party's flowers done here and I absolutely loved them. They were willing to work with my vision, and do whatever they needed to help with that vision. The flowers were at the venue on time, and looked better than I could have ever imagined! Really reasonable prices too! They were great!

    I have to say, I only used Lillie's because it was who my vendor used as part of their wedding package and I was a little nervous to be "stuck" in using them. When I called to make an appointment to meet, they didn't seem very nice, but when I went in for my meeting Jennifer and her daughter were SO NICE and so excited to be doing what they do. I had a few special requests for my bouquets and they embraced each challenge. They made me and my maid of honor the most amazing bouquets that were hand delivered to my room on the day of the wedding, which was one less thing i had to stress about. The bouquets exceeded my expectations. Jennifer and her daughter are so good at what they do and so sweet they made this part of my planning more than easy. They even left me an extra little tossing bouquet as a surprise which I was shocked about! Such a nice little detail that I had overlooked! Lillie's is wonderful!

    Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous arrangements! Had to follow up for the contract. Overall , wonderful people and arrangements!!

    I loved Jennifer (the owner's) service. She was great with me from the start. I loved working with her. Every time I called with a question she was super friendly and accommodating. I wanted blue roses and she was able to order them from a farm in Holland. They were beautiful and the exact color I wanted. I am giving Lilies a B- because I wasn't happy with the size of my bouquet or the bridesmaids bouquet. I asked for them to be tight, but I didn't realize that would make them smaller. She should have mentioned this to me, but maybe this was my fault and should have been more clear on the size I wanted. I must say, the centerpieces were lovely (just what I asked for) and so were the arrangements she made for the church, which we also used in the reception room.

    Lillies was terrible. When I met with Jennifer (the owner), she continuously left the table to answer phones and help customers. I had made an appointment with her, but she felt it was okay to leave our meeting for a half hour to assist other people. She basically handed me a stack of books and told me to pick something out while she answered phones. My wedding was in March and my appointments with her were in February, right around Valentine's Day, so you would have thought she would have had more people working!
    Fortunately for Jennifer, my appointments were after work, so I just picked something out of the books rather quickly in an effort to get home faster. The day of the wedding the flowers arrived. Jennifer dropped them off late and left quickly. She had to know they were terrible. They were alot smaller than I expected and looked nothing like what I picked out. My bouquet looked dead and my center pieces looked like someone picked the flowers out of my grandmother's garden. I would have never used Lillies if Renault Winery didn't allot us money if we used Lillies. What a waste!

    I did not have a good experience with this florist at all.
    First, all of the girl's bouquets were very small, including the bridal bouquet. Everything was way overpriced too for what we received. I spent $260 on my bridal bouquet alone. I could have put it together myself if I knew this was what I was going to get! My groom's boutonniere showed up broken and was basically falling apart before the ceremony even started. The colors were completely wrong...I asked for lavender purple flowers and ALL the flowers were pink. They looked nothing like the pictures I had provided as examples. I asked for some dark purple flowers as accents, and they were completely lackluster. The greenery looked wilted. Basically, these flowers had no vibrancy. My next problem was that I always had a hard time getting in touch with someone at the store to help, and my emails were never responded to in a timely manner. I felt like I had to hunt people down just to get a receipt for a payment or an answer to a question.....or anything!! There is nothing worse than feeling like you are a nuisance to a vendor that you are paying to provide a service. That is so unprofessional, in my opinion, and I honestly felt like they could care less about us. The only good thing I can say is that the delivery guy was very nice, and very appreciative of the tip we gave him. Before the wedding, I had considered paying for a bouquet preservation kit, but needless to say I changed my mind on that. Why would I want to keep a reminder of how horribly my money was wasted on an inferior product? My husband and I paid for our wedding ourselves, so we were on a very tight budget. I would not mind putting a little extra money into the flowers, but this was such a waste of our hard earned money, and we were extremely disappointed by this vendor. I will never support this business again, and I would seriously advise other brides to look elsewhere.
