Lili coordination and stationeries are the best

We hired Lili to make our invitations and let me tell you that her job is amazing, all my friends and family were very impressed with the high quality she created them, Also we hired her to coordinate my wedding, and it was perfect, she was on top of everything, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing before and on the wedding day. Lili’s work is impeccable! We have never seen more beautiful work anywhere else. She is so easy to work with and you fall in love with her. She did the invitations, table numbers, menus and place cards for us. All hand made and high quality. They were also reasonably price. You will not be disappointed! She is an artist! A day to remember

Lili and Heather played a significant role in many preparations leading up to our wedding. Lili, handled many aspects in a professional and timely manner all while working with other vendors that were part of the wedding. The day of the wedding, Heather was a tremendous help in making sure vendors, decor, and such was running smoothly and collaborated well with the wedding venue coordinator. For instance, ensuring the wedding went as scheduled. A team effort was demonstrated throughout the entire process. Overall, our wedding was beautifully put together.

Lili is great and very enthusiastic!

Lili helped me create wonderful memories for my daugther’s 15th birthday. She organized a beautiful waltz and surprise dance for the party and as a “Day of Coordinator” made that day stress free and everybody enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you Lili!

Wedding Planning doesn’t have to be boring!

Lili is the kindest, most lovely personality to help you on your special day. She makes sure you’re laughing and feeling relaxed through the entire process. I was a wedding train wreck till I met met her, and I 100% recommend letting Lili take your vision and making it more than you ever imagined! It doesn't get any better then Lili

Not only was Lili my wedding coordinator, she made my wedding invitations. I've never seen a more beautiful invitation before. I had a wonderful time working with Lili, she brought all of my dreams to life.

Lili, were do I start, my daughter ordered invitations and the were simply beautiful she adds a special touch to all of the invitations. We then went on to hire her as our day of coordinator and that was the best decision we made. Lili was very helpful, it didn't matter if it was on the weekend or not she was always available to answer any of our questions and put our fears to rest. I totally recommend using Lili for any of your wedding needs, her attention to details and the help she gives is superb. Lili goes above and beyond no matter what type of wedding, party or any function you might have. I have already given her name out to some of the ladies her at my job. She was not just a day of coordinator she became our family. Thank you Lili for all your hard work, love and support!!!! Besitos!

When I met Lili I was stressed out because there was so much to do and so little time to do it. After my first meeting with Lili I was immediately relieved. She took care of everything and I am so grateful to have had her as my wedding planner because my wedding was beautiful and everyone had such a great time. Lili was AMAZING to work with. She took an idea that I had and ran with it and made it so much better than I ever expected it could be. We met several times just to go over everything and ended up talking forever. She is so passionate about what she does and how she helps all these couples make their wedding dreams come to life. I am very blessed that I had her do a few things for me because it allowed me to see what all she has in her shop to do future things. I cant wait to work with her again. Lili, I thank you for everything that you did. From the Custom Card/Money Box to the table numbers, everyone loved it and are still talking about that BIG GIGANTIC Diamond on the top of the box and how it lit up. Thank you for everything and I cant wait to work with you again on something.

She’s simply amazing and her works speaks volumes. Everything she did for us was like something out of a fairytale. Our guests all loved and are still talking about the invitations and asking for her number. She will be getting a lot of referrals from me. Oh and be ready to laugh a lot.

Lili V was so friendly and working with her felt like family. We initially met with because i was interested in wedding invitations and then found out she was also a day of coordinator. My wedding invitations were so beautiful and personalized and my wedding reception turned out beautifully with her personal touch. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator for a great value. Also works with you to save you money without sacrificing quality. It was a pleasure working with Lili, she was there for me on my big day and I was so glad she was there to make sure things were the way I wanted.

Lili charged very reasonable prices for professional, creative work. I was able to have customized invitations and programs for the same price range of templates. When you work with Lili she becomes more than just a paid consultant.

Great event planner!!!! She took care of everything and made work even when unexpected things came out. She does her job in a exceptional way that none one (vendor) will como to you and asking nothing about the wedding before during and after. If you feel like relying on a wedding planner and let your even go smoothly, work with Lili. She will take your wedding as hers. Ohhhhh!!!! Lili V. was amazing to work with. Since day one she was approachable, friendly, and very professional. Most of us don’t have a deep pocket. We have a set budget and we only hope it’s enough to allow us the day of our dreams. SHE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!! :-) You can confidently give her expectations ($$$) and she will stick to it through the end (unless we brides go crazy and start adding “must haves” lol!). Even then, she’s great at explaining whether it’s worth it or not, always knowing that in the end, you have the final say since it’s your big day. Something I truly appreciated. On the other hand, if you find a little more money to invest, she will help you do so wisely!! Lili is extremely talented and crafts the most amazing wedding invitations!!! We got lots of compliments on how elegant and classy they looked. As an Interior Designer, I must say I was very keen about details, colors, accents and anything that had to do with décor. She delivered! My reception was beautiful! Romantic and elegant, with the coziness Autumn provides. She was on spot overlooking every detail of the big day, making sure we ran on the clock, as discussed. After the party, her team took care of all the stuff that’s usually leftover. She even took it home and stored it for us until we came back from our honeymoon!! Thanks Lili for making our big day so special!!! We definitely started with a wedding planner and ended up with a friend. :-)

I love Lili!!! Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic. She really makes you feel everything is going to be perfect in your big day. Like any wedding some unexpected things happened, but I was not aware of any thanks to LiLi. She handled everything really well which allowed me to enjoy my day without worries. AMAZING!!! I went to Lili originally for invitations after seeing her work at a bridal show. Not only are they the most gorgeous invitations I had ever seen, but they were very affordable! She is very patient and helped me design a custom invitation to exactly what I was looking for. She has all the sparkly paper and rhinestones you could think of! And if she doesn't have it, she will find it for you! We got so many compliments on our invitations, one friend even said he felt like he was being invited to a wedding for the Queen of England they were so fancy. Haha After meeting her I found out that she is a Day of Coordinator and we booked her for our wedding day. She is soooo helpful and I can't imagine the stress level we would have had not having her there! She goes above and beyond her day of coordinator duties by decorating from the very beginning and cleaning up at the end of the event. She even has tons of awesome decorations that she let's you borrow at no extra cost! This helped us save money on decorations that we would have had to buy. She let us borrow so many things, and to just name a few she brought for us: gazebo draping and a chandelier, sparkly silver charge plates, sparkly Mr and Mrs. sign, many cute signs (some personally made for us to keep!), lots of different rhinestone decorations, cake cutters, this amazing silver sequined table cloth for our gift table, and much much more! I wish I would have known abut Lili before we started planning as I would have used her as our wedding planner. I hear that her connections with vendors would have saved us a lot more money!

Lili was extremely helpful throughout this whole process. There are so many details we didn't even realize that we needed to include, but she thought Iof everything. Day of the wedding, we had no worries because we knew she was taking care of everything. Lili helped our wedding planning process and wedding day be as enjoyable as possible. Lili was absolutely amazing. My wedding day could not have turned as great as it did without her. If you are planning your wedding on your own, save yourself the stress and hire Lili. I initially went to Lili just for invitations and that's when I realized that she does everything! EVERYTHING! It didn't take long before I realized that I needed her for the more than I thought. She helped me with all of the details and things that could have easily slipped through the cracks.

She went above and beyond what I asked of her. She recommended fantastic vendors as well. No matter when I reached out to her she was always there. She calmed and eased my fears and even wiped a few tears. Thanks to her my wedding day went off without a hitch! I'm forever indebted to Lili for the services she provided as my day is filled with nothing but great memories. She is worth every penny plus more! :)

Lili is an absolute must in your wedding planning!! I found her at an Expo and I am so happy with my beautiful wedding invitations! Lili is so accommodating when it comes to appointments, easy communication thru text and after 5pm appointment times for those who work! She customized EVERY bit of what I wanted for my beach invite and her attention to detail is on point! Loved the special touches of the Swarovski crystals- it's even perfect for the ones who enjoy the simple, clean and neat side of things
She's affordable and the finished product is Worth WAY MORE than she charges !

We met Lili at a wedding showcase and selected her to do our wedding invitations, which were absolutely gorgeous and at a reasonable price! We then selected her as our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond our expectations. Even though she was just suppose to help us the day of, she assisted us every step of the way and gave us good advice. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew she would have everything under control. I highly recommend her! Thank you for everything Lili!! We love you very much!

Lili V has such wonderful advice and knows how to pull a wedding off! She helped put the finishing touches on my wedding and had all of the last minute things I was missing for my wedding like a beautiful Mr. & Mrs. gold sparkly sign and gorgeous table runners. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend for brides thinking they can do everything themself to hire Lili V. Your wedding should be stress-free so you can enjoy your day, and Lili can help with that for sure. I was also impressed with the quality of the table numbers she made me. I have been crafting and making cards for years, but having her make them professionally made a huge difference and it added a really beautiful touch to each of my wedding tables. I love how nice she is as well!

OUTSTANDING!! Lili is with a doubt the most amazing wedding planner in Tampa Bay. Not only does she have a passion for event planning but she also has the energy! Lili is on top of it. She managed to get us absolutely everything we wanted. I am the crazy, spreadsheet obsessed, REFUSE to go over the budget type of bride and towards the end I thought I was going to need to nix all of the fun stuff... from videographer, grand entrance with red carpet, champagne, and step and repeat, bongo drums, groom's cake and other small details.. LILI MANAGED TO GET IT ALL.. and even surprised us with more! ALL in BUDGET. Everything was executed flawlessly. She saw our vision through and made our wedding the PARTY we wanted it to be. Every vendor she suggested was amazing. We went with her top catering, linens, florist, dj and cake ( for groom's cake) picks. She knows the industry and has GREAT rapport with all the vendors (even the ones she didn't recommend.) Anything she touched turned to gold. Lili always responded to our calls, emails, and texts. Lili left no stone unturned and DID EVERYTHING from booking vendors to setting up appointments and coordinating the day of. She never said no! When our bar vendor refused to get back to us Lili made certain they got the job done and BETTER than expected. I genuinely feel blessed she was a part of our special day. If it was not for Lili, wedding planning would have driven me mad. Throughout the process and days leading up to the BIG day people would ask my husband and I if we were stressed and told us not to sweat the small stuff, ect. I legitimately had ZERO stress.... all because I knew Lili had our backs. Having her there made the wedding planning process and the execution of the day a breeze! Words can not describe how above and beyond Lili goes for her clients. She is a hard worker, kind person, and exceptional at her craft. Lili will make certain your special day is exactly as your dreamed and ON BUDGET! LOVE LOVE LOVE HER.

My husband and I decided to throw a big bash at our home. We went to Lili for our invitations. I will say WOW!!! They were amazing. Just what we wanted and perfect for the occasion. I highly recommend Lili when it comes to all your invitation needs. I use her all the time for my invitation needs from Christmas parties to Easter gatherings.

I love the invitations Lili made for me! She was totally understanding of what we needed and wanted. She even individually colored the leaves on the tree in our invitation. I'll be honest, I didn't price compare much, but one of my bridesmaids who recently got married said that it was a great price for a handmade item. I have already recommended her to several people and I recommend her to you as well!

We went to Lili for our invitations and end up hiring her services for planning/coordinating the day of our wedding. The invitations were uniquely lovely. With her experience and fun to be around kind of person, she helps me be organize, to keep calm and to make things easier. She is a very creative and accessible person. We are very happy!! I thought that for a wedding I will not need a wedding planner, I found Lili by accident and it was the best accident that could happen to me, is a wonderful, responsible, patient, with many ideas person, my wedding would be outdoor and Lili decided three weeks before the date would be better to switch to indoor, I must confess that scares me but she inspires a lot of confidence so I relax and leave everything in her hands, I can not ask for a better night, stayed with me from beginning to end, I highly recommend her. She helped me to organize the ceremony, reception, invitations and calm my nerves. I am grateful for her kindness and help.

Lili V. was the best for helping with complete coordination of our wedding; she has so many talents for performing the important details involved with planning and completing a wedding and reception event (examples: invitation design and printing, vendor referring, event planning coordination, deciding every detail with the bride and groom, energy, and etc., etc.) She is a very enthusiastic person who can help keep the entire event in prospective while keeping the event moving toward your wonderful day.

Lili is like a one stop shop, she made the invitations for our beach wedding and as the time passed by she also help me with coordination and decoration ideas. She was very helpful in getting me organized to make sure that the wedding became a total success. She is a very enjoyable person to be around and her sense of humor made things easier and smooth. Lili is very organized and carries out all requests that we made. She is also very creative and her wedding invitations, rehearsal dinner invitations, table numbers, place cards, etc. were beautiful. She answered the phone every time we called her. She is also very good with money and worked with our vendors to keep us within budget. Most importantly, the wedding itself went perfect because of Lili's hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. You can tell that she loves what she does and has a passion for weddings. My husband and I worked with Lili for the purposes of receiving draping services for our wedding. We were both truly impressed with Lili's professionalism and quality of services. Lili showed her character of being prepared when she went to the venue before the wedding day to view the space and verify the measurements given. Lili also demonstrated flexibility in staying for the ceremony in order to transfer draping to the reception space. The fabric used for draping was high quality and made a statement as far as decor. I would fully recommend Lili for anyone who is seeking draping or other wedding planning services!

Lili was amazing!!!!:) My daughter and I just happened to walk into Apple Blossom's in Tampa. We were excited to find that is was one stop shopping:) Lili welcomed us, with her cheerful personality, and made us feel right at home. We ordered the invitations to the wedding from her and couldn't be happier!!:) They were so beautiful. My daughter was looking for something unique and that's what we received:) We also ordered our flowers through Apple Blossom and Scott was awesome. Lily delivered them to the venue and set them up. Lily went above and beyond to help out. She even mended a bridesmaid dress that had been torn! Thank you Lily!! I will definitely recommend Lily V. and Apple Blossom's to family and friends!!:)

Lili V. The Company really made our dream wedding come true. Lili is an amazing event planner/coordinator, very professional, organized, super passionate for her work and dedicated, enthusiastic, and truly talented person. Both my husband and I feel that she did an extraordinary job planning/coordinating our wedding. Lili was 24/7 for us and she puts you first all the time!!! I could call her at any time with questions and requests and she would ALWAYS answer her phone and worked on things immediately.
She also did all the invitations, favors, decorations, thank you cards, and special gifts. Once we chose Lili as our wedding planner/coordinator we did not have to worry about anything else, she took care of everything and scheduled meetings with us to make sure we liked what she was doing or to change things around. She also got the BEST deals on all the rentals and she really respects the value of money so she works hard to get the best value for your money. She made sure we stayed under our budget which we really appreciated!
She knows and has connections with many vendors and she set up all the meetings with them (without making us feel obligated to use their services; just interested in providing us with as many options as possible and ensuring that what we chose was what we really loved).
In addition, she truly made us feel like family and gave her VERY BEST in everything she did.
Once again my husband and I (and all of our family and friends) are extremely happy with the spectacular job she did for our wedding and we cannot talk enough about how beautiful everything was and for sure we can say that without Lili V. The Company not even a fraction of what was done could have been accomplished.
We STRONGLY recommend her for whichever event!!! We know we will for sure choose her again for our upcoming events!

I was so pleased with Lily V The Company.. Lily was a pleasure to work with and my daughters Sweet 16 birthday party was PERFECT!! Lily searched, provided options, and found the best value for every detail requested. The tables were beautifully set to perfection and liking. She worked very hard. She was there for the event and conducted herself in a very professional manner towards vendors and party guests. She assured the hotel staff had everything in place and correct, she received cake delivery, and handled EVERYTHING that evening. It was the best monies spent. I was able to forget about everything and be a part of the party with no worries. I have referred her to friends and will continue to do so. Very pleased...no complaints. Thank you Lily

My fiancee and I were initially impressed by the creativeness, quality and beauty of Lili's hand made invitations. She delivered all that and more. Lili was very professional and eager to work with us and create the products that we envisioned. She was very pleasant to work with and the price was very reasonable for what you get. I was lucky to have met Lili. I met her 2 months before my wedding day at a bridal show and thank god I did. With only 2months left and so much that still needed to be done I knew she would be perfect, others I have met could not compare. Her craft skills are amazing! She was very professional and always Made it about us and our special day! Great personality and easy to work with

Lili is a wonderful person and great to work with! She is professional and listens to your needs and executes well. We should have engaged Lili earlier in the process to assist with vendor selections, however, she dealt with the final details and everything was beautiful!

I did my first round of invitations with this woman. She was wonderful in person but when we had to communicate over phone or email unfortunately the language barrier was a problem. My biggest complaint though is that she shipped my final invitations with two different addresses for the venue. Attention to detail in the text was not there. If you need a simple invite though she does do a pretty invite.

My then fiance' now husband and I met Lili at a Bridal show and immediately fell in love with her bubbly personality. Initially, we hired her to do our invitations which were beautiful and very affordable. After a few conversations she expressed that she was also a Day of Coordinator so we hired her for that as well. Everything was going smooth up until a few days prior to the wedding. The night prior to the wedding it was discovered that the time on the invitations were an hour wrong (stated 6pm but wedding was due to begin at 5 pm) and the majority of our guests were coming from out of town. She'd informed us that she would not be able to make the wedding rehearsal because of another wedding but she would send her husband instead. Her husband was unaware of everything going on so my officiate had to take over. After rehearsal she did not call and confirm ANYTHING went well or ask any questions and everytime I called her she rushed me off the phone. The day of the wedding guests and vendors were calling me for information. The vendors informed me that they could not get a hold of her. I called Lili around 10am and she was just getting out of bed. Everytime I called her after that she never asked me what the problems were or tried to be accomodating at all. She was supposed to arrive at the ceremony site by 3 pm (the site was not set up), she arrived to the site at 5:05 pm. Our contract stated that she was supposed to have an assistant that day and she did not. Lili ruined my day for me and at the end of the night I respectfully spoke to her and she'd agreed that she had not done a good job. That night we agreed that she would give me some, not all, of my money back. I went on my honeymoon, experienced a few extra days due to hurricane Irma and when I returned she ignored me reaching out to her and only responded to tell me to "READ THE PART OF THE CONTRACT HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLLOW" which stated no refunds... which is what someone could say had they were in line with
