We choose light house catering for my wedding out in Plantersville. They were so friendly and communicative! Answered all of my questions and worked with my budget! The Amazing Chef Pamela!
Chef Pamela is a true talent! She is incredibly easy to work with and turns everything she touches to gold. We were lucky enough to have FIVE of her courses and each one was more amazing than the last. Not only does the food taste amazing, the presentation of each dish is so aesthetically pleasing! Delicious food with tons of customizations
Man what a great find! Our coordinator Dakota showed us this company and we were very impressed on first discovery. Their food was so flavorful and unique for the event. We went with a BBQ package, but Chef Pamela gave us tons of delicious options for our vegetarian and vegan guests. The portions for guests were huge and everyone had high marks, especially for BBQ chicken and the mac & cheese.
The customization was by far the best part. You don’t have to go for pre-made packages with no add-ons. For example, after our initial booking we later added on a coffee bar and a s’mores bar and it was no problem. Both ended up being a huge hit and were a delight.
The price was reasonable and everyone left happy and well fed. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking to go above the standard dry chicken and green beans for your guests. Chef Pamela is an innovator and ready to make something really cool for your wedding or other event!

Light House catering and food Truck is the Best! We did the taco truck with variety of fish, shrimp, beef and chicken. I tried them all it was hard to decide which was best. The food was so good. Very Happy Mother of the Bride!
Lighthouse Catering went above and beyond for my daughter’s wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, their team was attentive, professional, and truly dedicated to making the day perfect. The food was absolutely delicious—every guest raved about it! The coffee service during the cake cutting was such a thoughtful touch, adding warmth and elegance to the moment. And the ice cream cart was a huge hit! It was a fun and unique addition that our guests absolutely loved. Lighthouse Catering’s attention to detail and exceptional service made the entire evening seamless and stress-free. Always will use Lighthouse Catering
100% recommend Lighthouse Catering and Chef Pamela delicious cooking. I have attended multiple events that Lighthouse Catering served guest but most recently tried multiple entrees by Chef Pamela. The food and service left me wanting to attend more weddings that she caters just to name a few Cajun chicken pasta, flight of meatballs during cocktail hour, and my favorite shrimp and crawfish étouffée. The dishes are flavorful but not spicy just delicious. The staff were professional and very attentive will be using Lighthouse Catering for any event in the future.

A Cherished Memory
Our special day would not have been perfect without Chef Pamela’s amazing food and our awesome Lighthouse Catering crew including Christy our lead! Lighthouse Catering was phenomenal for our private event. Chef Pamela and her staff made sure every detail and every request was fulfilled for our event. The fajitas, cilantro rice, beans and all the sides were a huge hit with all of our guests! The easiest vendor I have worked with!
I had a last minute cancellation and called lighthouse catering to see if they could cater my baby shower and they quickly agreed ! It really relieved a lot of stress I had with this event knowing that I had such an easy vendor to work with! The owners Cassie and Pamela are just wonderful people and know how to ease the stress of planning events! We hired Lighthouse Catering for our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! From the initial tasting to the day of my expectations were exceeded. We had our wedding on November 14th this year and we loved lighthouse catering! They were efficient and tasty and worked with us the whole step of the way! Made the stress level of wedding planning much easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I would get married again and again just for the food!
I want to start by thanking Pamela and the crew again for an amazing and beautiful wedding! Everything was beyond perfect! Of course wedding planning is stressful but choosing lighthouse catering was the best choice we made! Pamela is a goddess in the kitchen so everything was delicious! She was so helpful with tips on saving the leftovers! I’m not sure how we even had anything left, no one ever stopped eating because the food was so good, but we did and she had boxes and everything ready to go! The communication was on point, I never had to wonder or worry if she got my message or request because she always got back to me! Even with it being around the holidays she still had an amazing response time! She was flexible and so very patient with our multiple requests and changes. She allowed us to have multiple tastings for the menu to finalize everything (honestly I think we just wanted to keep eating her cooking and couldn’t wait until the wedding so we kept having tastings). I think everyone took more pictures of the food then the rest of the wedding (including myself). All of the staff was extremely professional and friendly. I will forever recommend Lighthouse catering and personally use them for any and everything I can!

Fantastic service, generous portions, friendly people
Cassie and Chef Pamela did an awesome job giving us numerous options. We opted for the Italian dinner — the meatballs were spectacular! Each of our guests were treated like royalty. At the end of the party, they even gave the bride special attention in a moment of distress. We’re hiring them for an upcoming Christmas party, so book them now while you can still find an opening.

Lighthouse Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had a venue that required that you use their list of caterers or pay a (somewhat ridiculous) outside catering fee and deposit. Despite this - we trusted Pamela and her team with our wedding, and boy was it worth it! Communication was easy and the food was amazing! We did Tuscan Chicken, Cajun Chick pasta, mashed potatoes, salad, rolls, and green bean. Literally not a single person complained about the food and Pamela was literally the SWEETEST and best person. They traveled from Houston to come to our wedding in Austin.
Thank you Lighthouse team for being a sparkle of our day and we could not have planned our wedding (twice) without yall!

Pamela and her staff were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and everybody was friendly and helping at all times. We had Zuppa Toscana, Tuscan Chicken, Tortellini, Mash Potatoes, mixed veggies, salad and the delicious Spinach artichoke dip. The food Pamela makes its amazing, she has so many choices and you can't really go wrong with her.

Great Service, Delicious Food, and Affordable
Pamela was a pleasure to work with and her food was delicious. We got the Chicken Parmesan with the Alfredo pasta, veggies and salads and also got some of the appetizers which everyone loved (word on the street the meatballs were the bomb). Pamela was very professional and gave excellent service. She has a variety of food choices to pick from and she even has some gluten free alternatives which we had to add a few of those very last minute to accommodate a guest. She was there on time and everyone got their food in a timely manner. She even gifted us a cook book which we can’t wait to try. From the tasting to the actual day of the wedding Pamela outdid herself! I highly recommend her for your next big event.

Pamela and her team were so amazing. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. Starting with the tasting, Pamela brought out all the stops and made the most incredible homemade fajitas and sides. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how amazing the food was. As a bride on a budget, we got so much bang for our buck including 2 apps, 3 meat fajita bar with rice and beans, corn and flour tortillas, and salsas and queso. They also included cake cutting and clean up. Everything was perfect and delicious. They were all so nice and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of and ate first. Such a kind and professional team.

Delicious! Pam invited us into her lovely home for a tasting and while we originally thought of doing something different, we were sold on her tacos. The chicken was amazing and my husband will spend forever trying to recreate them. We also had street corn which was amazing. Our guests kept coming up to us telling how good it was and how it was their favorite food they’d ever had at a wedding. Her prices were also amazing. My first married fight (minor lol) was over the fact my husband forgot to bring the leftovers. Don’t even think twice about it. Book with lighthouse you won’t regret it.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when my daughter wanted a Taco and Nacho Bar at her wedding. Let me assure you I was blown away by Lighthouse Catering and the wonderful job Pamela and her team did! I cannot say enough about how much we LOVED Lighthouse Catering! They went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly. We had he Nacho/Taco bar and the guests raved about how delicious the food was. Many guests went up and received multiple helpings. Cassie was such a blessing to us! After my husband and I’s first dance, she was waiting with our plates and made sure we were taken care of. These two ladies were phenomenal and continued to check in with us to make sure our day was moving smoothly. Pamela Clark is amazing. Like people are still commenting on the food. Her loaded mash potatoes are the bomb.com and her cajun chicken pasta is to die for. Like my husband has asked her to make us a tray for personal consumption. She took care of everything that had to do with the food and plates and all that stuff. She cut our cake. She was wonderful and we had tons of leftovers. Our first married couple purchase was a deep freezer because we were not throwing anything away. We are even harassing her for more food and the wedding is over.

I cannot speak more highly of Lighthouse Catering! They catered my wedding on January 19, 2019. Long story short, about a month before my wedding I had a bit of a catering crisis and had to find a new caterer. I reached out to Pamela and she replied extremely fast and set up a tasting within a few days. Her food was absolutely amazing and her prices were even better! On the day of, I was so busy that I barely got a chance to interact with her or the servers. However, I heard nothing but compliments! The food was amazing and hot! I added a hot chocolate bar and it was a huge hit with the guests. Not only did my guests rave about the food but the appetizers were a huge hit as well! I was extremely stressed when I contacted Pamela and she soon put me at ease! We also saved a ton of money from what our original caterer wanted to charge! Almost forgot she even decorated the buffet table to match my decor! Book with Lighthouse and you will not regret it!

The wedding was next with a Cajun theme and let's just say Bon Appetite. Amazing cajun chicken pasta, gumbo, crawfish etouffee, crab cakes, stuffed crab, boudin, boudin balls, red beans and rice, cajun style potato salad and a shrimp boil with a mix of amazing cajun sausage. Pamela is an amazing chef who is kind, thoughtful, and works with you to create a fantastic menu. Pamela is patient with menu changes and understanding of issues that occur. She is awesome! She and her crew will take care of you on your day and will make sure you actually get to eat food. It was amazing and very much appreciated. Our food was incredible during the tastings and on the day of. The only critique we had is the communication was a little inconsistent early on. That tiny issue improved though as our wedding day approached. The Lighthouse Catering staff are all kind and helpful, taking good care of our guests on the day and clearing plates with care. On a different note, they offer cake cutting services too. Pamela and her staff are wonderful!

Galveston Wedding
Chef Pamela and her team put together a wonderful dinner for our wedding reception. Pamela was helpful and easy to work with throughout the planning process. She was able to put together a creative menu that was affordable and crowd-pleasing while breaking from the mold of usual wedding reception fare. Her staff took great care of our guests on the day of our wedding. We were very pleased with the experience all the way around and would highly recommend Chef Pamela and Lighthouse Catering to anyone planning a wedding in the Houston area.

We Love Lighthouse Catering!
I’m so glad we chose Lighthouse Catering for our wedding! Pamela and her team were awesome! Our food was so delicious and we received so many compliments. You also cannot beat the affordable pricing. The pretzel bar was the icing on the cake! Thank you Lighthouse catering team for making our big day incredible.

Great food reasonable price
Chef Pamela did a wonderful job four our wedding catering. We had food for 180 with choice of Tuscan chicken or pork loin with green beans and mashed potatoes. The meals were served with salad and bread as well. We added 2 passed appetizers and upgraded to China and glasses as well. With all of that our catering costs came in under our initial budget you really are getting a great price for a fantastic caterer. All of our family kept commenting through out the night and the next days how good the food was.

Food was delicious and service was phenomenal
My wife and I are broke college students and putting together our event was pretty stressful; however, the easiest, most stress free, and best part of the whole process was Pamela and her service. It was a huge relief knowing they would do a phenomenal job. Everyone at our event came up to us and was so complimentary towards Pamela, the food, and service. Could not thank them enough for their help and professionalism.

Great, but...
Chef Pam was great! Our guests all agreed that the flavors were really good. There were a few minor problems, but it didn't spoil the meal. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Outcome But Could Communicate Better
Ms. Pamela did a great job making our day as special as it could be. We had several add ons to our package with Pearls in the Pines that came out great. We recommend doing a good tasting though we like how it turned out even better on the weeding day. Responsiveness and professionalism were lacking sometimes but overall we are satisfied with the service we received.

Great food! Good service. Okay coordination.
We heard great things about Lighthouse Catering. We scheduled an appointment, but our appointment was not communicated to the chef. We showed up to our appointment, but the chef wasn't expecting us but still whipped up an AMAZING sampler meal for us inside her home. Overall price per plate was exceptional for the quality of food we got. All of our experiences with the owners were fantastic, but coordinating with their point of contact felt disorganized. For instance, sending multiple timelines and other pieces of information about our wedding, even though they had received the information from us before. But with that said, it was an amazing meal, service was great, and we had tons of compliments on their food to the point where our bridesmaids/guests want to use Lighthouse Catering for their weddings/events!

Left a lot to be desired
Very disappointed with the service for my wedding. The entire time leading up to my wedding the communication with Brianne was awful. She took days or even a full week to respond to one email. She gave me misinformation multiple times within the 6 months of planning after I had sent my deposit to secure my date. When my wedding was closer I had confirmed my guest count along with specifying the need for vegan meals and kids meals. I reconfirmed my menu 4 days before my wedding only to be extremely disappointed the day of. Not only did my vegan guests have no food options available, there were also no kids meals. Along with this, two appetizers were completely missing from my cocktail hour. We had also paid for 2 late snacks to be served ( a pretzel bar and street corn bar). As the night went on I found out the pretzels had been served at the cocktail hour and my street corn bar never showed up. All of these things had already been paid for so as you can imagine I was very upset. How can half of my menu that was paid for weeks before and confirmed days prior be completely missing? I had a set menu months before so it's not like there had been any last minute additions.
Since I was leaving the country for my honeymoon my sister offered to contact the company in order to get a refund on all of the items missing. Chef Pamela was very unapologetic with her until she sent her screen shots of my invoice which quickly made her change her tune. It took weeks for her to send me the money that she owed me back and has never tried to reach out to me to apologize for ruining my menu. I find that very unprofessional.
The only redeeming quality is the my guests did enjoy their dinner. When you have a once in a lifetime event and pay so much you would expect more from a company that has so many great reviews. I would steer clear of this company so that you aren't disappointed in your wedding day catering.
