Kara is amazing! She did our engagement and wedding photos which all turned out great. Exactly what we wanted. For the wedding she also did my daughter's hair which looked amazing! We have since booked her as our birth photographer and we could not be more excited! -

We used Life Expressions Photography for both our engagement photos and our wedding. Kara did an excellent job at making sure we were posed in great positions for our engagement pictures. I was very nervous for the photos and Kara instantly put me at ease and the day turned out to be a lot of fun. For the wedding, Kara went above and beyond. She helped at rehearsal when the officiant could not be there. The day of the wedding she made sure to capture every moment of the day. She was very flexible working with both the bridal party getting ready and the groomsmen group. She was just there for anything I needed the whole day. We have such fantastic pictures from everything from the getting ready through the end of the night. The turn around for the pictures were great. Kara gave preview pictures quickly after so you at least got to see a few and then she mailed the disc with all the others not too long after. I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. My husband and I have discussed we wished we could plan another party of some kind so we could have Kara again. I have and will continue to recommend Life Expressions to anyone looking for a photographer. -

Kara's photos of the pre-cermony, wedding ceremony and reception are gorgeous. She really has a keen eye for not just capturing a moment, but the style and grace of the person or scene being captured. After our wedding we did photos in full wedding dress all around KCMO, the photos at the various fountains, parks, Union Station are absolutely fabulous. The experience was great, Kara helped me stay fresh and happy with all the changes and moving locations. We even did photos with our Harley in a park in wedding gear. We love the photos. We stayed in contact with Kara and last year had her do family photos with us and the kids at the WWI Memorial and Union Station. She again showed her tremendous flexibility and professionalism with the kids who have special needs. Kara is a truly talented photographer. -

Life Expressions Photography for the win!
I highly recommend Life Expressions Photography. Kara is amazing. Her eye for detail is spot on. She captures each moment at the right time. She goes above and beyond when it comes to taking your wedding and reception pictures. She's an understanding, flexible and down to Earth photographer who cares for her clients behind the camera and in front of the camera. -
