Lhegend made our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be. We are not too religious (though he does do religious ceremonies too) and we really wanted our ceremony to reflect our story and be unique to us. We are from out of state and he set up and walked us through the marriage license process and mailed it back to us!
Lhegend was from the moment we had our first intro call, warm, welcoming, hilarious, and truly captured our love story. He is an incredible story teller and one of, if not the best vendor we had.

From the moment we first connected with him, he brought such a warm, personal, and genuine energy that instantly made us feel comfortable and excited. Our ceremony was heartfelt, funny, and so authentically us — and that’s all thanks to Lhegend. He struck the perfect balance of emotion and humor, and had our guests laughing, tearing up, and completely engaged the entire time. Our Wedding was featured on the Knot & because of this we had to have the PERFECT team. Legend is hands down the best choice you can possibly decide on. He carefully crafts a bespoke wedding script catered just for you around your story and it falls together like perfect poetry. The communication process with him is SO easy and he responds so fast!

Lhegend was absolutely fantastic! He curated an unforgettable experience for us, and for that, we are eternally grateful. At most weddings, the ceremony itself can be an afterthought, and it's all about the reception - but Lhegend made sure that we and our guests had a memorable experience. He also was very intentional about making certain we had moments during the ceremony to take in and feel what was happening - all while ensuring that we had perfect placement for our photos/memories. I give him my highest recommendation because everyone felt how sincere he was, you can tell that he really enjoys his work.
Oh - and yes, he really did have on the superman shirt at our initial meeting the day before the wedding! 5 stars! -

One of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process was booking Lhegend for our big day. From our first Zoom, we instantly connected with him - joking, telling our story, giving him a heads up about my mom and that she'll likely be following him on Instagram later (LOL) - it all made so much sense to have him as a part of our day. Leading up to our wedding, he was there to offer any advice, vow structure, and most importantly, to hear our story. He crafted our story in such a personal and beautiful way and I couldn't wait for our guests to hear. When I met him in person for the first time at our Rehearsal, it was like seeing a best friend again. I had never met him previously, but over the year of seeing his posts and our multiple touchpoints, he knew me, he knew my husband, he knew my family. Our wedding day was beautiful -- hot, but beautiful. Lhegend conducted the show and was truly a hit. We had so many guests come up and tell us how they have never been to a more moving and special ceremony, and he had a large role in that. After our wedding, he followed up with us, just checking in and it made me sad that our time was done! He sent us videos he captured through his glasses during the ceremony and they are irreplaceable. So so special. I cannot say enough lovely things about Lhegend! I am a wedding photographer, and have worked with him on other weddings, and I knew just from watching him work with other couples that when my special day came I had to have him be apart of it! I was so blessed that when that day came that Lhegend was available. Hiring him to be our officiant was so exciting to me, because the ceremony portion of our day was extremely special/important to my husband and I. From the very beginning Lhegend communicated well, listened to all of our thoughts & ideas, & took all of my changes into consideration. He put together a ceremony script of my dreams, and our ceremony was truly perfection. He made things personal, funny, loving, and precious. Words can not describe how satisfied my husband and I were with our decision to have Lhegend marry us. Lhegend checked all of our boxes and some! On top of Lhegend’s infectious personality, which drew us in from the beginning, he communicates well and his work is very thorough. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to officiate our wedding! Lhegend truly made our wedding ceremony Lhegendary. I can't tell you how many of our guests approached us about how beautiful the ceremony was, and how wonderful a job Lhegend did sharing our story. We loved Lhegend from the moment we first met with him. We had not financially planned for his services, but after meeting with other officiants we knew we had to have Lhegend. Not only did he do a beautiful job with the ceremony, but he was willing to help us with anything we needed. He provided help setting up, fastening boutonnieres, and checked in on us leading up to the ceremony. Following the ceremony, we signed the license and he explained every step that would happen next. This review could never be enough to say how AMAZING Lhegend is. Honestly, Lhegend was born to officiate weddings. We came across him in May 2022 when we attended a friends wedding. At the time we hadn't decided on an officiant and I immediately told my fiancé we had to book him. Setting up a consultation with him was seamless. He took the time to explain what his services included and we were shocked to realize he went well above and beyond to ensure his part of your wedding was perfect. Without hesitation we booked him. Leading up to the wedding he was stellar to work with. Sent us questionnaires to really get to know us and our story. Sent us the script to review and make any changes or adjustments to. He did a wonderful job matching our goofiness within the ceremony and making any accommodations/changes we hoped for. Lhegend is incredibly polite and professional. He immediately makes you feel relaxed and excited for your day. During our wedding, upon my entrance my soon to be husband became quite emotional and pulled out his handkerchief. My Maid of honor later advised me, Lhegend pulled his out to wipe his face as well, but appeared to do it not because he was hot, but to help the groom a bit. This was an incredible act, as many grooms become so overwhelmed and nervous they need some support while at the alter. Lhegend truly is the best in the business and I would recommend him a million times over any day of the week. I want to get married all over again just to work with him. Lhegend is the best! From the first video call, we knew he had to be our officiant. He’s so friendly and you can tell he has a passion and gift for crafting love stories. He wrote the most beautiful story of us, which both made me happy cry and laugh, I loved it!!
When it came to our actual wedding day, nothing about it was what we expected. Hurricane Ian had other plans for our wedding. We had to cancel our original wedding and we planned a new one in 24 hours on the other side of the state but still kept our original wedding day. Lhegend was so flexible and understanding and just rolled with the changes. We knew that no matter where or how we get married he has to deliver our story as our officiant! 2 days post hurricane, his house still without power, he delivered the most beautiful ceremony for us over WI-FI in his car! Everyone commented how beautiful the ceremony was and that they all thought we knew Lhegend for years! Don’t hesitate, book Lhegend, he is amazing!! -

Lhegend married us on July 18, 2022 in Captiva Florida. He was absolutely amazing! Prior to the ceremony, he organized all the legal paper work and took the time to ask us lots of questions, both together and separately, to get to know us so he can personalize the vows. The ceremony was short (exactly what we requested)and sweet and at times funny. But most importantly, he made it meaningful- more than I ever imagined my wedding ceremony would be. Truly. Meaningful. He is a great guy who clearly loves what he does, and it shows. Our family talked about how much we loved him all week. Do not hesitate for a second to have him officiate your wedding.

Congrats your search for the perfect wedding officiant has ended! If you're wondering why Lhegend has all these stellar reviews it's because he truly is out of this world at what he does! He not only helps with the big things that go with planning a wedding, but also with the little ones. He's much more than just an officiant, I felt he even served as a friend and advisor leading up to our wedding. I wasn't able to get down on one knee at the time of my proposal. Prior to our wedding day, Lhegend contacted me and suggested that at the start of our ceremony I surprise my wife by getting down on one knee and re-proposing (wish I could take credit for that idea ha!). He married us during a small beach wedding in Dunedin, Florida and made every part of our destination wedding easy. From applying for our marriage license in another state (we are from MN/WI) to easing our nerves on the wedding day, he was the best. Before the wedding, he got to know us through video chat. His process includes asking questions about how you met and when you first knew you were in love, which he then brings to life, incorporating little surprises and pieces of your journey as a couple into the ceremony. Lhegend was phenomenal. I would always recommend him to anyone and everyone. He genuinely cares about the people he works with and the work that he does. He was super professional, friendly, thoughtful, I could go on and on. I had guests at my wedding and weeks after coming up to me expressing how great of an officiant we had and what an awesome person he is altogether. We had one FaceTime call with him before hiring him where we just met each other and asked all questions. I cannot begin to express how thankful and grateful I am that we had Lhegend officiate our wedding. Lhegend was great from our first meeting! He was fun but still professional and knowledgeable. Everyone at the wedding loved him, we even had couples talking about it a month later saying they needed to remember his name for when they get married. We didn’t do our own vows, but he made the ceremony script so personalized that it wasn’t even missed. Everyone loved the ceremony, it was funny, cute, but still captured the beauty of a wedding day. He also had our marriage license back to us the next morning after the wedding, hand delivered! We are so lucky to have had Lhegend, I’m not sure there is another officiant out that that compares! -

1000 stars are not enough to rate Lhegend's service. The photo attached is not high quality but it says a lot about our wedding and our beloved officiant, which we consider part of our family now. The passion and effort he puts into writing the script and his natural ability to understand and transcribe our feelings into words are just out of this planet. Lhegend was able to touch our hearts, and everybody there and even the ones watching our online wedding were able to feel the connection we created and the love he shared with us that day. We had the best experience with Lhegend of Lhegendary Weddings! We are not religious and we were having difficulty finding the right officiant for our destination wedding on Sanibel Island. We were so happy with Lhegend....from our initial phone interview, to the rehearsal, to the actual wedding! He was very professional and had a personal touch that made him seem like an old friend. Lhegend was amazing! He really goes out of his way to keep everyone involved with his ceremony plans, adding different ideas to think about, and maybe having a little fun during it. We had looked at multiple different officiants, and what we liked most about Lhegend is that he can really help capture the moment and not make it sound like a droll speech. Before the wedding he was happy to help the groomsmen put on their boutonnière (we couldn't figure it out). Helped my fiancé make sure she was ready, and if she needed anything at all. Everyone was very impressed overall with how great Lhegend was.

Mr Lhegend Carter was an incredible officiant. He was everything we could have asked for and more. He was extremely cool, calm and confident. He was able to soothe our nerves and provided the experience we needed to guide us through our big day in a way that only a true professional could. Despite only having the pleasure of meeting him on our big day, for some reason it felt like we knew him for years. Incredible!
I had looked at a few different officiants for our wedding. However, Lhegend Carter was the only one I had to meet. The moment me and my husband sat down and talked with him we knew he was perfect for the job! He was extremely helpful along the way making sure we had completed all the tasks we needed to and ensuring that everything was in line for the wedding. My husband and I are so incredibly grateful to have found Lhegend to officiate our wedding. After our Fort Myers Beach destination wedding was postponed due to COVID, we decided to still get married on our April 2020 date in our PA hometown. My sister officiated the very short & intimate "Minimony" that I wrote myself, while guests attended on Zoom. Finally in April 2021 we felt comfortable enough to move forward with our original destination wedding celebration. From the beginning, a family friend was supposed to be officiating our Florida ceremony but this family friend decided they no longer felt comfortable traveling. We were left with just shy of 2mos to find a new officiant.
My husband and I are not at all religious and did not want anything faith based. We wanted someone that could do a really nice job, but didn't just come in as a professional officiant reciting some lines and leaving... we wanted them to get a sense of who we were and speak to that. After lots of searching on Wedding Wire and The Knot, I KNEW I had to lock down Lhegend! It was such a relief when we found out that he was available, and our initial consultation phone call told us exactly what we already suspected - that Lhegend was our kind of peoples!!! The entire process with Lhegend was seamless, he made everything simple for us and put together a beautiful script that really told our story as a couple and captured our essence. Even after the ceremony, Lhegend brought us both cold ice waters that we were desperately in need of, and even snagged me a full plate of cocktail apps to bring with me as I had my hair changed! Lhegend truly thinks of everything and treats his role in your most important day with the utmost respect to you and your significant other. I can't say enough good things about Lhegend and urge you to stop your searching and reach out to him NOW for your big day. First, let me say, as soon as my wife and I met Lhegend, we knew our wedding day was going to be special for ourselves and everyone on it. In our counseling session, he helped us open up even more about things that we thought were minimal and was very unbiased. His name fits him well; he indeed was Lhegendenry. His professionalism was top shelf; he was there throughout the process, ensuring I was okay and not nervous, knowing the pressure was on. He was punctual; hours before the wedding started, he was there for us and always checked on us. I would highly recommend Mr. Lhegend to anyone who's looking for a wedding officiant. Lhegend was the easiest choice we made for our entire wedding. He is so kind, compassionate and it's easy to see that he truly loves what he does. He was there for us through every step of the way and helped us with understanding the process behind the paper work and timing (thank god - I was so lost & had a million other things on my mind). STOP searching for another officiant and CHOOSE LHEGEND!! Okay, the caps lock might be a bit much but honestly you will not have a better experience and ceremony without this man. He is warm, non-judgmental, funny and soulful. He met us at my mother’s pool to do pre-marital counseling (btw highly recommend this step!) and even though it should’ve taken a few hours we were there longer just talking and laughing! He made our ceremony memorable. Not only that, my 6 year old niece and my husband’s 5yr old nephew “fell in love” at the wedding and now their parents want Lhegend to officiant there wedding in 20+ years! He was and is the perfect choice for us. We got married on a Saturday and he even made sure we had the marriage license certified before we left to drive back home over 3 hours away - he brought it to our hotel by 9am on Monday! We may or may not name one of our kids after him, so that should tell you something! -

The name says it all!!
His name says it all! We can’t imagine having been married by anyone else! He was able to curate us a very personal, funny, and emotional script that made our ceremony flow perfectly. He even added in a poem that he himself wrote! We got very lucky with how we fell backwards into having him as our officiant as he was a recommendation from the normally referred officiant from our venue. The conversations had with him on our wedding day before, during, and after the ceremony are some of my fondest memories and also some of my first thoughts when I think back to the big day! My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Lhegend !! From the first time we met him at the coffee shop we felt like we were hanging out with one of our best friends . It was probably the most awkward part of planning the wedding was hiring a complete stranger and make it seem like he had known us forever ! He did just that , we truly feel like we made a friend and someone who could put together such a memorable , meaningful ceremony. He had creative ideas about how to do our sand ceremony with our blended family . He was there every step of the way during our engagement checking up on us and making sure things were going smoothly for us . He was very quick with emails and helping with applying for our marriage license and he truly made anything we needed so easy . I was a wreck at the beginning of the rehearsal and he was so kind and understanding and gave me a moment to breath and relax before we started and I appreciated that so much ! On our wedding day he came up and checked on me and saved the day with safety pins for my girls ! He was back and forth between my husband and I checking on us both constantly. He was more than our officiant he was a friend and someone we could count on. He made sure we had water at all times during us taking pictures and making sure we were still doing ok even after the ceremony. We loved his poem and his humor and our family just adored him. Lhegend Carter!!! This man really mad the day a blessing!! As stressed as we were Lhegend made us feel very calm when it came down to it. I want to say that if you are getting married please do not consider him JUST HIRE HIM!! From the moment my Wife and I met with him we knew he was going to marry us. He was there every step of the way. Even to the point of telling my Wife a certain thing that made her day... He definitley started us with a BANG. Let me start off by saying how multiple guests came up to me after the ceremony and asked me if Lhegend and us were good friends. That's how personal our ceremony felt.
From our initial meeting, we knew right away that Lhegend was the perfect officiant for us! He was so prompt and professional but also so friendly and easy to work with. He had us fill out some information so that way he could really understand our love story.
