    We rented a beautiful wedding arch and chairs from LGS events. The delivery charge is a little steeper than I'd prefer, but they had the least expensive price for what I needed so that was the trade off. They had delivered to my event location before, which was helpful. And they even texted me a picture when they had it set up. The main thing I don't like is how they answer the phone. It seems silly, but every time I called I was afraid I was calling the wrong number because they just answered by saying hello instead of the name of the business. But they sent receipts quickly and stayed in communication when necessary.

    Go with someone else

    Communicating with these folks was like pulling teeth. Once we picked up our items, one of the pop-ups had the poles, but was missing the actual tent. Our wedding was being held an hour away, so there wasn't time to turn back and figure out what happened. However, the chairs, tables, and linens were all accounted for and clean.

    I tried to rent a simple chair/table package that was advertised. I found their office staff, specifically Kim, to be very short, rude and ultimately, when I questioned some very strong language within their contract, she canceled our order. I literally asked one question about charging my credit card without my permission and DONE. I found her to be highly unprofessional and with all of the other rental options in the metro area, spend your money where they want it.

    Beware! Do not use!


    The rentals were in disgusting condition. Chairs were muddy and gross, tablecloths were dirty and stained. They even had someone’s hair on one of the tablecloths. Not to mention they were all different fabrics and shades of white and did not match! When we spoke to the company they were the most unprofessional refusing to work with us. Canceling the order on the day of the event. BEWARE! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

    I never actually rented from them tried to reach them SEVERAL times about the same order three months before my wedding and then called because I had a small change and they said that should be fine and then went to put in the order and this time they did write back but with “sorry sold out” THATS IT! How are you in business? Save the time and go elsewhere.

    Poor customer service and poor quality items. When we arrived the man there was not friendly to us at all, stated he was loading a few more things then was "outtie" didn't direct us to our things or anything. And no one was there when we dropped off, a lady arrived about 15min later and I was able to tell her her things didn't work but that was it. Didn't check to make sure everything was there or put in the correct spots. Make sure all your items work before leaving, and that nothing is missing (our BBQ was missing screws when we picked up, though they are trying to say different!!). According to them it was because nothing was strapped down in our horse trailer, but we did make sure everything was held securely by wood blocks and not leaning against the BBQ. Also, our sound system we rented didn't work. It was making a weird noise through all our music and devices, we had an experienced person working the PA for us and had adjusted all knobs. LGS states it was because of the Squelch was turned up to full blast, which is possible at the time but it was previously adjusted. We wiggled the cords a little and that helped clear the sound if it was held in place but as soon as we let go it made the noise again. After all that they are trying to accuse me of not returning speakers when I myself set them with the rest of our things. Luckily we where able to work things out with family and enjoy our wedding day!

    Horrible service! Very unprofessional! They did not have our correct order prepared, when I called about the issue I was yelled at & was told they were doing me a favor. They charged me $10 cash upon delivery to correct the items.They promised a full refund which did not happen. Never again using this rental service & I strongly suggest you shouldn't either. Don't waste your time with these guys!

    I was trying to get my rentals through LGS Events and had such a hard time getting responses to questions that I had. It was the beginning of June of this year that I had tried to get my rentals set up and by the beginning of July I was getting a response to my emails once every two weeks. The owner, Kim, was not helpful, pretty rude and not professional at all. When you are a customer you expect people to give you options and help you out. I got one word answers out of her which didn't help me at all. All I wanted was a "no we don't have this, but you could use this instead" or helpful and professional responses like that. I'd also get responses from her: "Lock in your deposit fast because items may not be available if you don't get your deposit in!" then I would get: "i'm too busy right now to deal with your order, you will have to talk to me once things settle down". I could never lock down an actual order with her so I went with another company. I was still going to go with her for lights but after a month and a half of trying to figure out how to get a deposit to her, I gave up and think that I would rather pay more money for great service than to pay a lot less for crappy service.
