All I can say is "Wow"!!
We used Lezza for our wedding at Brookfield Zoo. During our planning process, we were responsive. We had a short tasting at their bakery. During that tasting, we were able to sit down with a designer, who helped us plan what our wedding cake looked like. She had books of photographs on hand for inspiration, which helped us with our vision.
The cake turned out incredible! She really brought our vision to life. Even more than that, it was absolutely delicious. There were so many tasty fillings available, and the cake complimented it well. -

She listened to what we wanted and let us try all the cake we wanted. Everyone raved about our cake at the wedding and they will give you a fresh topper on your anniversary instead of eating frozen cake! Awesome!! -

They took ideas for the design and ran with them, making exactly what we wanted with very little additional instruction from us. They were even able to mix two cake flavors to make the cut slice look like zebra print! So cool. And delicious too!

User1524866 Sent on 02/01/2014BEAUTIFUL CUSTOMIZED CAKE!!! We asked for a custom made animal print cake since our wedding was at the zoo and the final product was breathtaking. Not only was it beautiful but it was so delicious too! We did different flavors for each layer and no one could decide which was their favorite. We would highly recommend Lezza for any of your cake needs! -

Katy Sent on 06/10/2012Just four months before my wedding, after I’d already had my cake tasting, we found out that our bakery had closed. Let’s just say I was a bit panicked. Luckily, my venue chose another bakery: Lezza’s. Because I live out of state, I only had one opportunity before the wedding to do a tasting. I was sad that my fiancé would not be able to join, but I brought along my parents to help.
Things happen for a reason, and I am SO glad that we ended up having Lezza’s make our wedding cake. The tasting with Louie was awesome. He let us try several different kinds of cake; all of which were unique to their bakery and extremely tasty. We loved that this was a family owned business. Unlike the other bakery, he gave us almost an entire cake to take home with us after the tasting!
Louie also make us 250 cake pops – half were vanilla and half were chocolate. His team individually wrapped every single one and tied a purple bow to each. The presentation was beautiful and the guests LOVED them. They also made a baseball shaped cheesecake for the Groom’s cake! My husband loves baseball, and cheesecake, so it was perfect. Also, instead of giving us the top layer of the cake to freeze for a year, Louis is just going to make us a new small cake for our one year anniversary – yum!

Angela Sent on 10/21/2011We didn't really choose Lezza's as our bakery, since they were chosen for us through Brookfield Zoo (the zoo paid for our cake as part of the contract and partners with Lezza's). The tasting was a lot of fun and they were able to make up different combinations on the spot until we found just the right flavors (with our size cake, we were able to choose up to three flavors - yum!). Final decisions were chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry jam; yellow cake with fudge and apricot jam; and tiramisu (my husband's favorite). I'm glad we were able to taste all three during the tasting, because on the actual day of the wedding we hardly had the time to sit down and take a bite! Instead of freezing the top layer, Lezza's offered to have us come in for our one-year anniversary and they will make us a fresh slice of our wedding cake flavors. Can't wait! -
User2131985 Sent on 05/14/2015The cake tasting was the most delicious tasting for my wedding. Brooke was very helpful and all the cakes we tasted were very yummy. It's a little overwhelming to choose between all the different types of cake and fillings but Brooke is very willing to help out. We loved the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and layer of raspberry. It was a huge hit.
