Luis was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process! We were unsure of what songs to pick, and Luis walked up through exactly what to do and gave plenty of suggestions. He always reminded us not to stress! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ/ MC for our special day!! -

Luis from Level 5 Entertainment was an exceptional DJ at our wedding. As a personal friend, his integrity and values shone through in his dedicated service. He not only flawlessly set up his equipment but also went above and beyond to assist with various wedding tasks. Being military members ourselves, we greatly appreciated his professionalism and would wholeheartedly recommend him for any event.
Throughout the evening, Luis's music selection kept the energy high and our guests on the dance floor. He skillfully balanced our preferences with crowd-pleasers, creating a fantastic atmosphere that truly highlighted our special day.
There was an existing sound system at our venue and it was somewhat challenging to tie both systems together but that didn't interfere with the evening. While this didn't impact the overall experience, it is something to note for future events.
Above all, Luis's personal touch and commitment to ensuring our day ran smoothly were truly invaluable. His genuine care and attention to detail stood out, making him not just a vendor but a cherished part of our wedding memories. Thank you, Luis, for being a crucial part of our unforgettable day and part of my life! -

My wife and I recently got married in Islamorada, FL. Planning for a destination-style wedding carries stress as these types of weddings do but Luis and Level 5 Entertainment were extremely helpful and professional the entire time. From inquiry to the event, Luis made sure we were going to receive exactly what we had envisioned for our special day. We felt very comfortable with him after our inquiry and booked with ease. He had a wonderful and easy procedure to follow to make sure we had the right song choices and his wealth of knowledge in music helped guide and create such a great night for us. One thing that stood out to us was the adaptability of the event itself. As Florida weather does, we planned for an outdoor night, and by 330pm hit had started torrential downpouring, we delayed the ceremony a bit and had it in the rain. Audio was provided outdoors and it was perfect. Dinner was inside and Luis already had the indoor sound system set up and ready to rock for an easy transition and fun cocktail hour and dinner for our guests!
Any questions or any concerns, Luis was there for us right away - if we ever need any sort of entertainment when we're back in Florida Level 5 Entertainment is our first pick!
We can not recommend their services enough!

A Jack of all trades!
Luis and his wife Aileen made sure that all areas were covered at my daughter’s 21st birthday party! The music was amazing, they made sure my guests were happy and always checked in on my daughter to make sure she was having the time of her life! They did not skip a beat. If you want a worry, free event doesn’t matter what kind they are the duo you want! Thank you Luis and Aileen for making it such a memorable moment for us! -

Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Luis and Aileen! Luis, our MC, was an absolute highlight of the party. His ability to keep the energy high and cater to our multicultural crowd was truly impressive. The music was spot on, and all our guests had a blast! We didn't want the party to end!!
Aileen, our day coordinator, was a lifesaver. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that the event ran smoothly. Her dedication made our wedding day possible.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the incredible job that Luis and Aileen did. They helped make our wedding day unforgettable, and we're so grateful for their expertise and professionalism.

I don’t have enough words to express the gratitude of finding you to be a part of one of the most important moment of our lives! Since day one we clicked. Your professionalism, perfectionism, aware to the little details was what made our day even more special. You have definitely made it soooo special with all the surprises that not only touched our hearts but, the ones present. Thank you once again! I would not only recommend you a billion times but, for sure will have you do our daughters sweet 16, future wedding and everyone’s in the family. Your passion for the music, is what makes a difference on your work. From day one with only one phone call, you figured out our style of music and the types of songs we liked. From the rehearsal to the wedding you guys made everyone feel very welcome and very comfortable to enjoy the party. My dream wedding could not have happened without Aileen! Who’s also attentive to every detail and walked us through every step. Very organized, professional and cared to make sure we were happy at all times. I could write a novel about how amazing Luis is and why he deserves the highest of recommendations! From the very first correspondence, he was responsive, professional, attentive, enthusiastic, and supportive of us and our vision for our wedding day. His communication leading up to and on the wedding day was impeccable, and even MORE impeccable was his ability to get the party started and keep it going all night long! He played all of our favorites, perfectly matched the energy of our guests, helped us manage the event smoothly, and kept everyone dancing their hearts out until the very end. Not to mention, he took amazing photos and videos, checked in with us all night, and showed genuine compassion and care for us throughout the planning process, my now-husband's deployment, and on our wedding day. We will look back on our memories of our wedding with nothing but the biggest smiles, and Luis is such a big part of that. He is not just a DJ for us, he is absolutely a friend for life! Luis was the DJ for my August wedding and he was the absolute BEST!!! He was very attentive, fun and professional and completely delivered on all of our requests and exceeded my expectations. He absolutely put my mind at ease and everyone had a great and enjoyable time, there was never a dull moment. Definitely RECOMMEND him to everyone!!! He definitely went above and beyond. Luis with level five entertainment was amazing. We booked him around eight months prior to the wedding day, and he would keep in contact not just regarding his duties however, but to make sure my wife and I were doing OK and if there’s anything else he could do to help. After talking with Luis, my wife and I felt more relaxed, this man knows how to run a wedding. His music was great, he is personable, kind, and just the whole package. He even helped my 97-year-old grandmother when she needed help walking and gave her cover from the sun. He is an amazing individual, he is an artist, and truly made our wedding one for everyone to remember. I truly cannot thank this man enough. Luis, you are a master of your craft. Again, thank you! -

Where do I start….
Well, if your from florida your familiar with our evening rain showers. Well they didn’t fail to show, in the middle of dinner service!!!! Luis from level 5 entertainment kept the party going. Our friends and family danced the night away in the rain and shine! It’s easy for things to go wrong, but as long as everyone is having a good time, that’s all they will remember. Luis did a great job of making what could have been a complete disaster, an epic night! Thank you Luis!
