Quality of service was great and Luis met our expectations with a fantastic experience the entire wedding party enjoyed.
Luis arrived and setup at the hotel ballroom while we were at our beach wedding. He provided everything and in addition to our requested song list played the best dance mix of music for a festive atmosphere at the reception. He made all of the requested announcements and kept the party going for our 3 hour reception. We highly recommend Level 5 Entertainment.

Luis from Level 5 Entertainment was an exceptional DJ at our wedding. As a personal friend, his integrity and values shone through in his dedicated service. He not only flawlessly set up his equipment but also went above and beyond to assist with various wedding tasks. Being military members ourselves, we greatly appreciated his professionalism and would wholeheartedly recommend him for any event.
Throughout the evening, Luis's music selection kept the energy high and our guests on the dance floor. He skillfully balanced our preferences with crowd-pleasers, creating a fantastic atmosphere that truly highlighted our special day.
There was an existing sound system at our venue and it was somewhat challenging to tie both systems together but that didn't interfere with the evening. While this didn't impact the overall experience, it is something to note for future events.
Above all, Luis's personal touch and commitment to ensuring our day ran smoothly were truly invaluable. My wife and I recently got married in Islamorada, FL. Planning for a destination-style wedding carries stress as these types of weddings do but Luis and Level 5 Entertainment were extremely helpful and professional the entire time. From inquiry to the event, Luis made sure we were going to receive exactly what we had envisioned for our special day. We felt very comfortable with him after our inquiry and booked with ease. He had a wonderful and easy procedure to follow to make sure we had the right song choices and his wealth of knowledge in music helped guide and create such a great night for us. One thing that stood out to us was the adaptability of the event itself. As Florida weather does, we planned for an outdoor night, and by 330pm hit had started torrential downpouring, we delayed the ceremony a bit and had it in the rain. Audio was provided outdoors and it was perfect. Dinner was inside and Luis already had the indoor sound system set up and ready to rock for an easy transition and fun cocktail hour and dinner for our guests!
Any questions or any concerns, Luis was there for us right away - if we ever need any sort of entertainment when we're back in Florida Level 5 Entertainment is our first pick!
We can not recommend their services enough!

DJ Luis Is Your Guy!!
As a wedding planner, I was so pleased with the service that Luis provided for Chey + Dylan's intimate destination wedding! Luis was the most communicative throughout the entire process. But what I was so grateful for was Luis's industry knowledge and adaptability! The wedding was in late June in Islamorada, and the weather was going to be an unknown factor. Luis kept us in the loop with the rain plan leading up to the wedding, and on wedding day he performed a ceremony in the rain, and flipping the reception from indoors to outdoors twice! He was wherever we needed him to be and always had the best energy. Luis knew the venue like the back of his hand, and was so prepared for any scenario. I can confidently say he was key in the overall wedding experience, and truly helped pull of an incredible wedding day.

I could write a novel about how amazing Luis is and why he deserves the highest of recommendations! From the very first correspondence, he was responsive, professional, attentive, enthusiastic, and supportive of us and our vision for our wedding day. Our friends and family danced the night away in the rain and shine! It’s easy for things to go wrong, but as long as everyone is having a good time, that’s all they will remember. We contacted Level 5 Entertainment for our son's and girfriends high school senior year graduation party. We were in luck he was available for that day. To begin Luis is an amazing Mcee and DJ. He simplified how everything should flow. To add, our youngest son wanted to play a song in the guitar as a gift for his brother. We didnt know Luis also played guitars. He organized the song with our son and both played it. We cant thank him enough for making the event so special for both of the. Our family is in full gratitude for everything he did that evening. Professional and so much fun. My son and his now wife hired him for their wedding at The Islamorada Fish Company April 21, 2023. Louis was the best. He made certain everything was perfect from the beginning. Louis helped me with my mom (96 years young) he made sure she was guarded from the sun and had such kind words for her, while we were busy with the photos. The minute it was time to start the reception he was on it, he didn't waste a moment. He also worked closely with the wedding planner at the venue. When she said it was time to eat he made the announcement, he had everyone take their seats and before you knew it everyone was being served a wonderfully prepared and hot meal. He stepped aside when my daughter in-law wanted to sing and play the keyboard to my son. Louis and she worked on this for months and he made it happen, he even had a few Greek songs that not only the relatives enjoyed but friends as well. He is kind, fun,flexible, and it actually seemed that he enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed him. He is a treasure and provided a most memorable wedding night. He was amazing! Thank you, for a wonderful wedding Louis!

Amazing DJ! The whole package
Luis with level five entertainment was amazing. We booked him around eight months prior to the wedding day, and he would keep in contact not just regarding his duties however, but to make sure my wife and I were doing OK and if there’s anything else he could do to help. After talking with Luis, my wife and I felt more relaxed, this man knows how to run a wedding. His music was great, he is personable, kind, and just the whole package. He even helped my 97-year-old grandmother when she needed help walking and gave her cover from the sun. He is an amazing individual, he is an artist, and truly made our wedding one for everyone to remember. I truly cannot thank this man enough. Luis, you are a master of your craft. Again, thank you!

Level 5 entertainment was a preferred vendor for our venue. Everyone of our guests told us that our wedding was “the best wedding they had ever been to”. Personally, I was so impressed that the music, MC, and timeline was so spot on that no one was left sitting in their seats. I personally have never attended an event that everyone was interacting and dancing the way they were at our wedding. The flow of the event is highly contributed to Luis. Luis as an individual was very accommodating and helpful always. He makes you and everyone feel like you have known him your whole life. He is a professional at his trade and if there were a higher star rating he would get it .

I'm so glad we had Level 5 Entertainment for our wedding down in the Florida Keys. Luis was amazing and made sure that everything went as planned and that everyone had fun, while cracking jokes the whole time. I don't think there was ever a time people were sitting down during the reception. He even made sure to play songs from my favorite band.
Our wedding was amazing and was only better because we used Level 5 Entertainment. They were professional in every way, very personal, knew what they were doing, and worth every penny. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ to make our special day, even more special.

Luis was amazing. We didn’t really know exactly what we wanted as far as songs and style. With little information and just from talking to us Luis hit it out the park. He was getting compliments nonstop from guests and we still had 2 more hours. Luis went above and beyond, and gave us options and ideas that we would have never thought of. Amazing! All my dreams come to life!
All my husband, my guests, and I talk about to this day was the unforgettable night that was our wedding! I am so grateful that I found Luis and his incredible team! It was the BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process. All of our dreams came to life! It was that and MORE than I ever could have dreamed. Hiring a DJ wad one of the hardest steps we made, because the expectation was so incredibly high. He exceeded the expectation and now I will never trust anyone else with such an important event.
Luis was kind, understanding, fun, and patient throughout the entire process!! I can't thank him enough for his service and the love he poured out the day of our wedding by giving us the greatest experience ever! He covered our entire wedding and MC'ed the event as well. Everything was so smooth with no questions asked. His delivery and transition from the ceremony, to the reception, cocktail hour, dinner reception, and party were FLAWLESS! All my nerves were put to rest. He created a mood and atmosphere the entire night that I had envisioned since the day we started planning. All of our guests had the time of their lives! Even the photo booth guy broke it down with us! Hilarious! Photo book guy (Ivan man,,,if you're out there, we need you for ever party) said it was the best music he had ever heard at a wedding, He couldn't help himself haha! During dinner, Luis played reminiscent songs from each decade and we all sang along and ate like a family of happy vikings in the medieval times! All of our guests, every single one, danced until they couldn't anymore. Our favorite memory was our last song, which just yesterday we heard playing at Disney, and it brought us to tears. We just had to stop and dance. Worth every single penny and more! I would do it all over again with Level 5 Entertainment. You will not regret hiring them! Easiest decision you will ever make!

Luis was so much fun to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. He is patient and funny! He was a great MC! He kept our wedding timeline flowing smoothly. We LOVED working with these guys, and they created the PERFECT wedding atmosphere! The ceremony was micced nicely, so you could hear the officiant and then our vows. The introduction at dinner was perfect and a lot of fun, as well as the DANCING, which was Off. The. Charts. People had SUCH a good time, they were calling it an awesome and fun wedding!!! Together, they worked to make sure we had everything we requested and enjoyed ourselves too, which was really nice. Communication was awesome, attention to detail was awesome, and they really, really, really make sure to listen to (in this case) their grooms. Can't recommend enough!

If you are looking for an amazing event DJ seriously don’t look any further! The music was amazing from the ceremony to cocktail hour throughout the whole reception. Aileen and Luis helped us from the beginning, from narrowing down songs to helping finalize the timeline. I even broke my foot the day before my wedding and Luis was the best at helping us improvise. One of my biggest “wants” for my wedding was a full dance floor, and if you are looking for that too; hire him. My dance floor was packed the entire time. Honestly, such a down to earth company that I would use again!

Luis was out DJ and his wife Aileen was our planner/day of coordinator and the day would not have been the same without them!! My husband is Brazilian and had very specific music he wanted for the reception and Luis not only came through with what we requested but also found the perfect mix of other music to work perfectly with the party vibe we wanted. Aileen went above and beyond with helping with everything, managing dilemmas with venue owners and all bumps and issues that popped up along the way. They both took the time to get to know us before the wedding so that by the time the day came they could handle it all and let us enjoy the day. They even helped us get some supplies back to a friend in Miami after the wedding which they DID NOT have any obligation to do but helped us so much!! They are awesome and hiring them would be the best decision to make for your wedding!!!

DJ services and Wedding Planner - Review
Aileen- you were INCREDIBLE. I can't thank you enough for coordinating our wedding Saturday. You made our evening effortless and allowed us to focus on friends, family and fun. You were assertive, sensible, calming, organized, creative, and most of all, trustworthy. Your design sense was impeccable and your execution was flawless! I couldn't be happier with the way the wedding turned out and am so glad we decided to have you for the whole planning period. Not to mention the fact that you turned my vision into a reality and filled in all the gaps. It was absolutely stunning.

Hiring Luis and the Level 5 Entertainment is the best decision you can make for your wedding. If you made it to this page and they are available, do not look any further, BOOK THEM.
I am not experienced in getting married and hosting weddings (lol), so I did not know what we were doing when trying to figure out what to do for our special day. We knew we liked to dance and that we would need music, but there was so much that we didn’t think about that made the world of a difference at the wedding itself by hiring Level 5.
Luis reminded me that if I had a ceremony outside, I would need speakers and microphones, so everyone could hear us and the officiant. This is one of those DUH moments, of course I need those, but I completely forgot. Luis also asked us all the different kinds of music I needed, walking in, walking out, introduction, pre and post processional, first dance, father dance, mother dance, I mean whoa. I did not have so much music in mind, and it was hard for me to list what I wanted. He recommended many different options that took our wedding ceremony and reception to the next level, truly made everything special. He makes sure to have a contract, to protect all parties involved; we had no doubt that our DJ was going to ditch us at the last minute. It was clear to me that the Level 5 team are professionals and they know what they are doing.
The music was AWESOME. We danced the whole night long and ended the wedding with a huge bang. There was a clear mix of music for everyone of all ages and cultural backgrounds to enjoy. It was everything you want from a DJ /MC, I could not have asked for anything different.
Luis kept in touch throughout the entire process, checking in on us and double-checking timelines and our updated choices. He was timely in showing up, started right on time, and kept the party moving along. His equipment was great, wireless and clean (no messy wires and bulky set ups); clear sound, no feedback, and no technical problems. But beyond the professionalism and timeliness, it was the character behind the team.
Let me explain, a DJ / MC team does not need to be worried about whether you need a drink and where the officiant is, but they were. They want to make sure that they work with everyone to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Everything they took care of for me was something else I didn’t have to worry about and for that, I could not be more grateful.
Luis, Aileen, and the rest of Level 5 entertainment team, my husband and I are eternally grateful for the work you guys put in to give us the wedding of our dreams. We cannot thank you enough and know that we will hire you for every event we ever have in the future.

Luis and Aileen are truly an all star team! They were very professional and came to the table with lots of ideas and details we could consider for our big day and allowed us to even share Spotify playlists to give them a sense of what specific songs we wanted which was a huge convenience to us. Luis has a broad base of music knowledge which was particularly helpful for us since we wanted to incorporate, cuban, Brazilian and also current day fare all into our single event. I don’t think you could find a team that’s more qualified, genuinely caring and helpful. They are amazing!

Luis made this party the best yet. He accommodated the music to exactly what we wanted. He kept everyone dancing. We made random last minute requests including karaoke and he made it all happen flawlessly!! Thank you Luis for making this party outstanding. Luis was great for our wedding! We had a backyard wedding on the bay side in the Florida Keys and it couldn't have been more perfect. He was there every step of the way even when my wife and I were busy at school. He spoke with my mom several times about the mother son dance and he took care of everything. The day of he arrived several hours early to go over songs and double check everything. Very friendly and a great DJ. I highly recommend Level 5 Entertainment for anyone interested in a DJ!

If your looking for an amazing and unforgettable event look no further, level 5 entertainment will exceed your expectations. Luis and Aileen have years of experience in this business, they are extremely responsive and cover all basis months, weeks and days in advance. They remain in constant communication with you. They provide you with innovative ideas to make for a memorable night. They are extremely detail oriented and come well prepared. As soon as Luis arrived to our event venue he assessed the area , speaker and sound position. He made us feel very comfortable and trust his judgement. The crowd was dancing all night and till today they are still raving about the music.

Luis and Aileen were fantastic to work with from the beginning. Prompt and responsive, as well as budget conscious and flexible. Planning a wedding from Minnesota for the Florida Keys was stressful, but having several phone meetings with Luis leading up to our event eased our minds. Luis kept my fiancée and I grounded as to what is important the whole time and was so creative with ideas for our wedding! For example, we forgot to get bubbles handed out to our guests before our recessional at the ceremony, but before I could even fret about it Luis had the bubbles handed out and formed a plan for our guests to blow them while my newly announced husband and I danced our first dance. He didn't have to take this on or worry about it, but he saw something I'd probably stress over and problem-solved it. It ended up being fantastic and I loved it! He also played such a wide variety of music to satisfy our guests during our reception and was prompt with special requests. To top it off Luis gave the tip we gave him to the bartender at the end of the night! That's the kind of guy he is! He probably didn't want us to notice this happening, but we did and to me it shows his character! Take my advice, go with Level 5 entertainment!

Aileen and Luis are truly a dynamic dual. From the time we booked them till the day after the party. They are extremely professional, creative and innovative. We booked them for a fifteens and Luis surprised the mother of the honoree with a tape recorded message from her daughter thanking her for all she has done throughout her lifetime, the party etc. We had several telephonic conferences to ensure we where aligned with the music expectations and Luis called us after the party to ensure we were satisfied with his services. It was truly a unique and special moment. Luis had the crowd dancing all night, even those who did not dance where up busting moves. He played a mix of music and amazing spinning skills. The sound quality, lights and MC was exceptional. I truly believe music is an essential component to an events success or failure. Level 5 Entertainment is awesome, look no more and hire Luis for your event. You will not be disappointed and your guest will talk about your party for days. Luis was amazing to work with. He very helpful with suggestions on songs and was always available through phone and emails. When it came time for our BIG day he made everything so much more memorable, everything turned out perfect. My only suggestion is to get them as long as possible, they are that good...you will want them as long as you can get them :)

Where do I start?
We met Luis and Aileen Fundora way over a year before our wedding and we just knew we had to hire Level 5 Entertainment. Their attention to detail and passion to meet their clients' needs is unparalleled.
In the months/weeks leading up to the wedding, Luis & Aileen were incredibly responsive; we had several calls a week before the wedding as Luis wanted to better understand our crowd and ensure the music played was the vibe we wanted to have at our wedding. He was very accommodating with all our requests (even last minute ones).
He offered suggestions along the way (in reference to song playlists; overall ceremony/cocktail hour/reception flow; Hora Loca music; etc..). They also provided MC services, and it was amazing!! Introductions were done to perfection.
Luis even provided a playlist for our rehearsal dinner and wouldn't accept payment.. he took his time to put a 3.5hr playlist together for us because he goes out of his way to provide an excellent customer experience.
My venue had some noise restrictions but since they had done many weddings at this location, they were familiar with the requirements, so everything went off without a hitch on the day of the wedding....seamless delivery of service.
Our dance floor was packed from start to finish with great energy!
We have received many compliments from our guests on how amazing our DJ was.
We are so very grateful to Luis and Aileen for all their hard work, dedication, and genuine passion for what they do.

Wow!! Where do we even begin!? From the very start, Luis was attentive and organized, professional and enthusiastic, but most importantly excited and responsive to our requests and vision. When the wedding day came, weather caused us to move our entire reception indoors but Luis was flexible and made arrangements with a smile. Despite moving into a much smaller reception space, the music was the perfect level of softness during dinner and perfect level of loudness for the party!! Every single person involved (guests, staff, vendors, etc) were dancing the entire night!! Each song was mixed so there were no gaps or pauses which kept the party going the entire time!! Since the wedding, we have received much feedback from guests stating it was the best wedding they have ever been to and the best playlist they had ever heard at a wedding! Luis was fun, kind, and exceptionally talented making our wedding and reception flawless! Luis even incorporated a tribute song at the end of the night dedicated to our service men and women who fight for and protect our freedom every day. We cannot thank him enough and will undoubtedly use him and Level 5 Entertainment for any future events!

I highly recommend this DJ! I used him for my wedding October 1st. Luis and his wife Aileen went above and beyond for my wedding. They were both super sweet. We had a couple phone interviews leading up to the wedding. They made some suggestions for our timeline and songs for certain events like the cake cutting. They answered all of our questions and got back to us immediately. They even found a tent rental company for us a couple days before the wedding because the weather wasn't looking too good. They were willing to book it for us and let us pay them back the day of the wedding. What DJ does that for their clients?! Luis was full of energy and did an AMAZING job DJing the reception. He was very enthusiastic being the master of ceremony. They also provided a microphone for the ceremony (at an additional charge). They were very reasonably priced. Also, Luis was ALWAYS on time or early for the phone interviews and to set up for the wedding. He went out of his way to go by the venue before the wedding (which was pretty far from where he lives) to ensure he was ready for the day of the wedding. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. Thank you guys for making my reception a truly memorable and fun experience.

Luis and his wife are amazing !! Luis took his time to meet with my husband and I to go over our wedding needs. When we first met my husband and I thought we had it all together but nope and Luis helped us out so much to finish the last details that we needed in order for our wedding to be the dream wedding we always wanted. Everyone still talks about Luis till this day! My family danced all night ! I even paid for extra hours of how much fun everyone was having!! he really does know how to read a crowd for sure!!
