I recently got married at Leoness Cellars on 4/22/23 and it was nothing short of amazing! Bernadette and staff were awesome and amazing! The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations! Bernadette ensured everything went smoothly and handled business when necessary. The views were amazing and ceremony site was beautiful! The barrel room was breath taking! I loved everything about the venue and what it had to offer and it did not disappoint at all. Thank you Leoness for an amazing day!!!!

Leoness Cellars wedding department was so great to work this! My best friend's daughter got married there in October and it was so beautiful! I worked a lot with Bernadett and Victoria day of and they were wonderful! As well as their staff had great hospitality! I couldn't be more thankful of how everything ran so smoothly. We had a blast! :) Thank you to everyone who made her day so special!

Bernadette and the entire Leoness Cellars team were fantastic to work with. This Venue is truly magical. All of our guests were in awe once they walked into the ceremony lawn. I could not have asked for a better team to help make my dream wedding come true.

We cannot recommend this group enough. They exceeded my husband's and I's expectations of what our wedding could have been.

We found this place by accident by looking through wineries in Temecula after a last-minute cancelation with another venue. The team worked with us the next day. We had a great tour and wine tasting and, after a short discussion, quickly chose Leoness.

During the following year, they did have a change of staff but stayed in contact with us and kept us in the loop every step.

Alex and Taryn eventually were the people we worked with, and I could write a book about how amazing they treated us and ensure that their day went on without a hitch. Again, communication was vital here. They answered our questions quickly and professionally. They worked with us on selecting linens and keeping our vendors in the loop. FYI - they have a great list of vendor partners as well.

The day of rehearsal and wedding rolled around, and they guided us through every step of the way. Jorge and I left everything we needed for the ceremony and reception at the venue on the day of rehearsal. Their staff set up the reception and ceremony site for us, and we brought extra supplies too, just in case. They outdid themselves, and it looked better than we ever imagined.

Every staff person we had was just a pleasure to work with, from the bar and waitstaff to the 3rd party security team. Geuniuanly pleasant people to work with given that we had a bi-lingual party, it never was an issue.

If you are looking for your perfect venue, you need to stop by Leoness and talk to the team.

The restaurant was quick with responses. It was priced adequately for a lovely experience. The staff was very attentive and made the experience even better.

We could not have hoped for a more perfect wedding venue than Leoness. With so many wineries in Temecula, it can be hard to choose- but the view from the ceremony lawn at Leoness made the decision easy for us. Absolutely stunning. After the ceremony, guests take a short walk through the vines to the barrel room for the reception. Our wedding was in August 2021 and the vines were bursting with green leaves and grapes- absolutely gorgeous! Our guests loved it. The only thing better than the view at Leoness was the staff. Alexandra Jones, our wedding coordinator, was extremely attentive, responsive, and so friendly from day 1 . Thanks to her, the day of was flawless. We had an absolutely perfect day, thanks to Leoness! We would recommend Leoness to anyone and everyone!!

You cannot beat the beautiful vineyard views that Leoness Cellars provides. The backdrop to the ceremony location is just stunning! I still have guests raving that Leoness Cellars was the most beautiful wedding venue they have seen. This venue also provides the unique experience of walking through the vines to get to the reception area, creating a fun photo opportunity for the guests during cocktail hour.

The Barrel Room is the perfect setting for the reception. It really immerses you into feeling like you're in the wine production room and brings the winery theme full circle. Just have some up lighting around the room and that's all you'll have to do since the room is already so stunning.

Alex and Louise were our coordinators and what a great team! They made us feel comfortable and confident going into the big day. I did not have to worry about a single detail being incorrect or the timeline going astray; truly a wonderful, professional team. Thank you Alex and Louise!

Leoness Cellars was the most beautiful venue and perfect location for our wedding! The ceremony spot overlooking the vines is so incredible and breath taking! And the barrel room makes for an incredible evening with your guests and loved ones. The ceremony spot is so beautiful it really doesn't require much of anything in terms of decorations. You will feel like you have been transported to Europe. The catering company used for dinner service (Temecula Catering) was exceptional. We had so many comments that the food was the best anyone had ever eaten at a wedding! We completely agree! The wine at Leoness is also so good! The staff at Leoness on rehearsal and wedding day were incredible! So attentive and made sure everything went smoothly! One of the other nice things about Leoness is that it is not as known as some of the other wineries in Temecula and is one of the more affordable wineries in the Temecula area. We would highly recommend this picturesque winery for your wedding!

My husband and I began our search in May 2018 for the perfect winery venue for our wedding day. We have been visiting Temecula Valley for almost four years now and absolutely love everything about wine country. We inquired at various wineries and Leoness Cellars stood out to us in so many ways. It is elegant, allows one wedding per day, a beautiful barrel room that can accommodate about 200+ guests, and has an absolute breathtaking view of the rolling vineyards at the ceremony site. Their red wines are so delicious too! When we asked to visit and look at their establishment for our potential wedding, we were greeted with a warm smile by Mary and Lindsey who showed us around the grounds, provided complimentary tastings, and made us feel so comfortable. They were both professional and answered all our questions/concerns that we had. When my fiancé (at the time) and I left Leoness, we knew right away that this was the place we were going to say “I DO.” After booking our wedding with Leoness, I began working closely with Mary who is the site coordinator through email. She was amazing and made my entire experience of planning my wedding stress free. She responds quickly to all emails, is well organized, and extremely kind. She would email me reminders and would check in to assist/support me with any needs that I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have worked with throughout the whole planning process. She constantly updated any plans I had made for the ceremony site and reception area and organized tastings with the caterer in a timely fashion. We recently got married on November 9, 2019 at Leoness and it was absolutely magical and more than I had envisioned! Mary and the staff did a fantastic job of catering to us and our guests in a professional and friendly manner. It was intimate, private, and beautiful! My guests still talk about my wedding (it will be one month tomorrow) and I get daily compliments from colleagues about my photographs that I have shared on social media. The day of our wedding, Mary and her team were available at all times, catered to our needs, and ensured that my husband and I got our wine and dinner during dinner service. My husband and I have become members at Leoness Cellars and will continue to reminisce about our wedding day that took place on their grounds. If you are looking for a vineyard feel and intimate setting for your wedding venue, please take a tour of Leoness Cellar grounds and look into their packages. You won’t regret it.

I have looked at this venue for forever and I can't wait to have my dream wedding at Leoness!

My husband and I recently got married at Leoness and we are confident that it will be a wedding that is not soon forgotten or talked about. We started the wedding venue search in January of this year, and it was an easy decision once we compared spots of where to have our wedding. Leoness really has it all. Vineyard views, spectacular wine and food, affordable, AND our amazing planner Mary and day of coordinator Alex who we now feel like we will be mailing Christmas cards! Mary made the process so easy. She was responsive and was there for us the entire planning process. When it came to the day of, I felt like I was a holiday celebrity! They have weddings so dialed in, that I did not have to worry about a thing. When I wanted wine, wine appeared. Food? Cheese and crackers would be there waiting. Private car? Sure! All the way up to the ceremony site and throughout the vineyard to take pictures. Our wedding was absolutely magical. For me, releasing control of planning is not an easy task, but with Mary and her team at the helm, I was at ease from moment 1. Not to mention THE WINE! Many of our guests told us they thought that the wine was the best they had tasted in the region. So much so, we had a group of friends go to Leoness to taste and for the lunch the next day. Leoness has not just become where we got married that one time. It is somewhere we now have friends and will visit for many years to come as a happily married couple. You will not regret choosing Leoness as your perfect winery venue!

Me and my fiance just went by there for a tour to inquire about possibly having our wedding there and it is sooo beautiful! The lady was super helpful and honest and they took us the same day we called!! I have no problem getting ahold of her and they respond to all of my emails within 1 hour. This place is truly amazing and we look forward to having our wedding there in November of 2017.

This venue was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The views, the wine, the staff!!! All was absolutely perfect! We got married in May of this year and all our guests continue to rave about our wedding! We worked closely with Mary and Erica to ensure our day was perfect and they did not disappoint! Know if you have you're wedding here all will be perfect and guests will continue to talk about your wedding for years to come! Thank you Leoness for Turing my dream wedding into a reality!!!

We are absolutely thrilled that we decided to have our wedding at the Leoness Cellars. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! So many places and different backdrops to take pics: white gazebo, brown gazebo, tasting room, barrel room, and the wine yard. Staff is professional, warm, and courteous. And the best part is that we get to have the entire facility to ourselves for the evening! Just our wedding guests; no Leoness customers. It is so wonderful to go about without running into random people or waiting in line for the restroom etc. Leoness has really great wedding packages. Catering, tables/chairs/linens, china, serving staff, wine...all excellent! Mary McCabe, our wedding coordinator, was AMAZING!! I had sprained my ankle, trashed my cell, and totaled my car all within three weeks of the wedding. Mary took care of EVERYTHING!! She emailed me wedding and reception floor plans and detailed timelines well before the wedding. On the day of the wedding she was a force of nature!! She made sure my wedding party was comfortable and well fed. She made sure our guests felt welcomed and knew where to go. She made sure someone was there all evening to offer me water or anything else I may need. She made sure our DJ, photographers, and florists etc. had all that they needed. I had sent about 300 votive candles. By the time we entered the Barrel Room for reception the entire hall was glowing with candle lights!! She made sure everything flowed perfectly!!! At the end of the day, she even helped us pack up including the left over cupcakes. All in all the BEST DAY EVER!!!

My husband and I couldn't be more grateful to Leoness Cellars, events manager Laura Mitchell, and coordinator Mary McCabe for making our wedding day the best day possible!

We got engaged in July 2013 and quickly started searching for a venue in Temecula. We knew that we wanted to be married at a winery but we were also looking for a more private atmosphere. We had been to Leoness before and remembered the breathtaking views of their ceremony site. However, it wasn't until we met with Laura that we knew Leoness would be the perfect place for our wedding.

From first contact, Laura was professional, responsive, and attentive. When we met initially she gave us a tour of the property and explained in detail how the day of our wedding would flow from the ceremony, to the beautiful outdoor cocktail hour, and then down to the barrel room for an amazing reception. She assured us that her staff was experienced and that we would not need the added expense of a wedding planner because they work to take care of everything on the day of the event.

We are so glad we put our trust in Laura and Leoness. She and our day of coordinator, Mary, were in constant communication with us throughout our entire wedding planning process and met with us several times. They were responsive and helped to answer several questions via email and phone, which was important to us because we live in the San Diego area. They were so flexible when it came to accommodating requests and helping us to incorporate personal touches and decor to make our day special. Mary helped to coordinate our rehearsal and informed our bridal party about what to expect.

The day of our wedding was absolutely spectacular. The staff was completely attentive to our needs and the needs of our guests and the venue was set up and decorated to perfection. We received several compliments from our family and friends stating it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever been to. We truly had the best day.

Leoness has the most gorgeous ceremony site and the Barrel Room is larger and holds more people than the others in Temecula. From the word go, Laura and her team at Leoness were a wonderful help. We met her at least 4 times and she was always responsive to phone calls and emails. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the winery was and the barrel room is such a unique place for a reception! Laura was very open to our completely redoing the suggested floor plan to meet our needs for the size of our wedding and the extra touches we added. Our family, guests and even our photographer and videographer also had never seen anything like it and thought the place stunning.

I recently got married at Leoness. It was the best experience ever. The day could not have been any more perfect than it was. Laura and her team were very friendly and made the whole experience very easy. The barrel room looked amazing. The ceremony site was incredible. The pictures came out amazing. Laura and her staff were very attentive but it never felt like they were in the way or anything they made sure everything was taken care of. There were a few tiny issues but I didn't know there were any the day of the wedding because they took care of it all. My husband and I could not have been more happy with how it turned out and would defiantly recommend Leoness to anyone who wants the best experience ever.

I was recently married at Leoness and I would highly recommend it to everyone! I was in awe from the moment I saw the view but it wasn't until I met Laura, the wedding manager that I knew I had to be married here. She was so knowledgeable and organized and wasn't pushy like the other places. Laura seemed to really care about our wedding and was so helpful throughout the whole process. She always had a hug for me, which every stressed out bride could use. The entire staff that day was amazing. The winery is gorgeous and the food was great too! They exceeded my expectations. Truly phenomenal!

Mary, Britney, and Lindsay were all wonderful to work with - their attention to detail made things very easy for me! Everyone there is super nice and excited to help make your day special. The location is stunning. The ceremony site is right next to the vines and sits on a hill, which gives an amazing view. The guests are able to walk through the vines to get to the reception site, which I thought was a unique feature to Leoness. Couldn't recommend this place enough! Can't wait to go back!

I had my dream wedding at Leoness Cellars. Everything was just perfect from the food to the setting. The staff was very good at their job and professional. I did not have to worry about a thing. It was everything I had hoped for and then some.

When we began looking for wedding venues, I pictured a vineyard. As SD residents, I knew Temecula would be the destination. After doing my research, and visiting countless wineries, Leoness stuck out above the rest. Unlike other venues, I knew our wedding would feel intimate and private. I loved how Leoness only allowed one wedding per day. (If you're looking at Temecula venues, that's something I would definitely inquire about...). After booking our wedding with Leoness, I began working with Mary, the site coordinator. She was amazing. I loved how quickly she communicated through email. She was always available for us to meet at Leoness, and always very knowledgable and assuring. I'm slightly sad our wedding is over, because I won't see her as much. She was so kind and easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. Unfortunately, there was projected rain on the forecast. Mary was so quick to send me updates and alternative options for a rainy forecast, even on her day off. Luckily, it didn't rain...and our wedding was incredible. Our guests loved it! My husband and I felt like we were in a dream. There is nothing like that ceremony view on that hill. It's gorgeous... and the barrel room. It's so romantic. We are extremely happy we chose Leoness. I couldn't have pictured the happiest day of our lives anywhere else!

Leoness went above and beyond to make our wedding a fantastic day. They had great communication leading up to the event and were very flexible with our plans. The onsite coordinator made the difference and ran things flawlessly. We even forgot a case of wine keys and they shipped them to us free of charge. Fantastic Venue!

Everything about this place was perfect to us - the ceremony site overlooks the mountains, the barrel room is awesome, and the patio lets you spend some time outdoors with firepits if you want them lit. We did hit a few snags - even though the venue was always accommodating. The person we were working with left the company abruptly (or at least it felt that way to us) - we were transitioned to a new point person and started working with Lidia and Mary who were absolutely wonderful. Mary thought of everything and helped us along the way. We were a little worried when Leoness started undergoing some construction 10 months before we got married-- just two months after we selected the venue. However, everything was done with plenty of time before the big day and all of the changes were fantastic. They were also extremely transparent with us about the changes showing us the design and letting us know how ultimately it would be better for us. One thing to note is that the getting ready rooms are dark/have poor lighting (it is an auxiliary barrelling room) so warn your photographer ahead of time and potentially show them the room before the day, so they are prepared. Overall, we had an excellent experience, and there are many upgrades available if you are interested in special linens or chairs or anything else. They will help you get what you want, and they do have the ability to obtain some craft beers if the bar selection is not enough for you!

After doing extensive research, Leoness Cellars is one of the most beautiful venues in the area. I mean, how can you beat that ceremony view?! We booked them quickly & are so glad we did! Mary & her team were wonderful throughout the whole process & were always available to answer our MANY questions & concerns. This was somewhat of a destination wedding for us, & Mary made sure to accommodate to our schedule whenever we were in town for a meeting, always starting with a glass of wine. Mary & her team truly went above & beyond. We planned our own wedding & it was extremely DIY (even down to the bride’s brothers doing all of the décor & flowers – which is a hobby of his, definitely not his profession) & Mary & her team stepped up where we were lacking to make sure everything was taken care of. It truly felt like they cared about the success of our wedding as much as we did! They were extremely flexible, & really were willing to work with us to make any of our crazy ideas come to fruition. We also appreciate how Mary & her team handled problems that arose. Throughout the planning process, & even the day of, whenever an issue came up, the staff at Leoness Cellars was quick to come up with a solution &, even better, admit when it was their mistake. We really respected their honesty & willingness to admit their own faults. This trust definitely helped reduce the stress of wedding planning!

Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the wedding venue was & how this was one of the best weddings they have ever been too! It was also fun bragging about all the awards and recognitions Leoness has received for its food & wine. It definitely lives up to its amazing reputation. All in all we had a wonderful time collaborating with Mary & her team & definitely miss working with them so closely! We hope to make it down to Temecula to pop in & visit soon! Thank you so much for all of your flexibility, patience, professionalism, honesty, hard work, and great energy!

I was very happy overall. They are very busy and i had a hard time choosing linens etc with the slow responsiveness which initially concerned me, but they really brought their A game the day of the event and everything turned out great.

My husband and I were married at Leoness Cellars in July of 2017. We had booked the venue in November of 2015 after getting engaged under the arbor! We fell in love with the ceremony views and the barrel room and couldn't wait to get married there!

Wedding Coordinators: We worked with Mary and Alex upon booking the venue. Both ladies were very professional, accommodating, and always willing to meet with us to answer questions. Everything went great up until 1 week before the wedding. There were issues with the wedding contract and the venue admitted to writing a contract with many errors. Long story short we were reimbursed for their mistakes, however we were extremely upset to have to deal with contract issues so close to the wedding. Mary and Alex had said over and over that they had been in the business for so many years and knew what they were doing, however...1) My bouquet was lost and pushed back our start time 2) I was put in a coordinator's car (Paige) to be transported from the barrel room to the ceremony ( This freaked me out as I didn't know what was in the car or if anything was going to get on my dress! I had been told I was to be transported by golf cart) 3) There were NO golf carts ready to drive guests back up to the parking lot during the reception or AFTER! This was our biggest disappointment and our guest had to walk back through the vineyards in the dark to return to their vehicles. Unacceptable. Paige was super sweet and the most accommodating on the day of the wedding.

Bridal Suite: My bridesmaids and I only used the bridal suite to get dressed in and take getting ready photos (we had our makeup and hair did off-site as the suite is very small). I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The floor was DIRTY! My feet were practically black from walking from one room to the next. I was frustrated, but had to stick to the timeline of putting my dress on.

Overall, we had the wedding of our dreams, all complaints put aside.

This winery is really spectacular. Unique and off the beaten path in Temecula. We were able to provide our guests with multiple transitions throughout our event. Started outside for our ceremony, then moved down the hill at an outdoor patio for cocktail reception, then a walk through the vineyard before heading to the barrel room for our reception. Amazing. The challenge we had was the inflexibility of the venue with regards to set up time. They have a very strict contract with no room for negotiation of even 30 minutes extra or dropping off of equipment before your allotted 2hrs before event start. Be aware of that and be really sure your vendors can work under that timetable. Our Leoness coordinator, while great to work with in person, was not always responsive over email or to phone calls. It took multiple times to get a hold of her. It also took them 4-5 weeks from the signing of the contract to confirm and cash the deposit check. That was problematic, because it delayed further planning until the exchange of money and confirmation happened. We also got a wine club membership (to lower the cost) and that took several months to process. However, on the day of, the staff were amazing. If anything was an issue, I didn't see it, which is the way you want it to go down. We got nothing but compliments on the service during our event. Recommend the venue, but be ready to send constant emails and don't expect speedy responses during the planning process.

We LOVED having our wedding at Leoness! We looked at almost every winery in Temecula and Leoness was by far our favorite! We loved the backdrop of the vines at the ceremony site! We definitely picked our venue by the look, but were disappointed at communication, etc. with the event coordinator in nailing down the contract and planning. Things were not always clear and there was little flexibility with the winery. Because you can only be onsite for a limited time, it made it much more difficult and rushed to not be able to have my bridesmaids arrive early and use the bridal suite to get ready. Because this was a destination wedding for us, all the girls had to get ready separately, which made everything rushed once we actually were able to arrive. Mary (our wedding coordinator from Leoness), who we communicated with closer to the wedding was awesome, and I wish communication with her had happened through all the planning. I think that would have made things less complicated. The day of the wedding staff were absolutely awesome! Again, we loved this site, but just be prepared there is no flexibility and very little made us feel Leoness wanted "us" there, but rather just the cash! But A+ as far as beauty! We can't wait to see our pictures!!!

I got married here in 2011. It is gorgeous. Everyone love it...BUT beware, if you are looking for a nice, warm, understanding event manager, this is not the place. The event manager at Leonesse is not flexible about anything - the way the set-up is, where things are placed, etc. It is only her way (or the "typical" way they do things there) or no way. I asked for many things to be set-up a certain way, and when I got there on the day of, nothing had been done the way I wanted it. I really could go on and on about so many issues I had with her....Also, be careful when you get invoices. Make sure you triple check the math and that they are using the orginal quote numbers they gave you. I had many issues of with all of my invoices...With this all said, I will say the place is gorgeous and my guests LOVED it!!!

The only good thing about the venue is the view, which is stunning.

Leoness has such high turnover with its wedding coordinators. We had 4 of the course of a year.

On our wedding day, they didn't save my husband and me enough appetizers to at least each have ONE of each appetizer.

The icing on top - we were told by the staff that THEY THREW OUT OUR WEDDING CAKE before we even had a chance to get a slice. When we told our coordinator, she said she would talk to the staff. No reimbursement offer or anything.

Again, avoid.

I recently got married here, and although the venue is GORGEOUS, the staff really puts a damper on things

The wedding coordinator (Laura) is not much of a coordinator, in fact I hired an outside wedding coordinator because I didn't trust her that she would make things run smoothly. She is all about the money and not at all about customer service. I would email/call multiple times to ask a question and would get no response for weeks until I mentioned the word "payment", then she would call back in 10 minutes. She was rude to every single one of my vendors; all of my vendors are so sweet and amazing, there's no reason to be rude. She didn't even say Hi to my husband on our wedding day or check on him once to make sure he was doing ok. My mom was getting dressed in the bridal suite, Laura knocked, and we said hold on, well she just kept walking in and we yelled "HOLD ON" (my mom is very conservative) and Laura still proceeded to walk in and leave the door wide opened while my mom was half naked. She must have some memory loss, because multiple times when we would discuss or change things she wouldn't remember and I would have to remind her. She even told me I was wrong about the bar package so I went back in my emails and forwarded her our conversations to prove that I was right. My bridal suite was supposed to be locked all night, and it was NEVER locked. At one point my bridesmaid told one of the workers that it needed to be locked and they didn't do anything about it. Because it wasn't locked, one of my girls and I got money stolen out of our wallets (and I guess this isn't the first time that's happened). I could go on and on, but basically Leoness is beautiful but their staff isn't so great and I was so disappointed with the way we were treated. If you want to work with someone that doesn't return calls/emails, that is rude, and forgets details (one of the most important things) then this is the place for you!
