We had our wedding 3 weeks ago and we received our pictures from Leo about a week ago. We cannot begin to describe how grateful we are to have found him and his crew. They literally captured every moment of our wedding, from the main moments to the smallest details. He really did not miss a single thing.
Leo also photographed our engagement pictures and I was so thrilled with the outcome. I love that he’s not in a rush during your moments, he really goes outside of the box to make the moments picture worthy. He will go the extra mile. We really wanted our dogs captured in our engagement pictures and they are extremely hyper. He managed to work with them and got many beautiful shots of my dogs individually. Throughout the months anticipating the wedding he kept in touch to make sure he was getting all the details of the planning to be prepared for your day. Leo shared the excitement of the event with you and honestly it makes you really look forward to your day even more. Leo already knows he is stuck with us for life in all events we will plan in the future ! I would recommend him in a heart beat ! -

My wedding photos are AMAZING
Leo was such a great help for me and my husband. We had never taken any photos professionally and were A little nervous we might look silly. But Leo did the most amazing job of making us feel comfortable and helping us pose and look natural for our wedding photos. Most important he made us look Fantastic. The Greatest Hype Man
My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Leo for our wedding ceremony and photoshoot. He was super professional and personable. We had a very small wedding of only 12 people so we kept the photo package small since we didn't have a ton of guests to focus on. Leo was able to fit right in and charm all of the guests as if he was always meant to be there. He doesn't come with a ton of equipment but that may vary based on the package you're looking for. He was very affordable and made us feel like rockstars when taking photos. He is an excellent hype man and reassured us whenever we felt awkward or out of place. Neither my wife or I are big on photoshoots because they can feel very vain so Leo was able to mix in a lot of natural candid shots in between the formal shoot which made for some nice lifelike photos. The one thing I will callout is that given his light equipment load, he didn't come with a ton of lighting options which could have come in handy for the church since it was a bit dim in the sanctuary. However, I reiterate that that may change with higher packages. Overall, very pleased with the experience. -

I really don’t know where to begin with leonard . He was amazing ! He was on time , actually he was early and checked out the venue and knew all the spots that would be perfect before I even got there . My ceremony was outside and it was rather cold and we lost sun light that day and leonard didn’t miss a beat . He knew exactly what to do bc my pictures came out perfect ! Also my nightmare happened about an hour into photos , We lost power!! I was devastated but honestly some of those were my fav pictures that leonard took ! I have no idea how he knew how to handle even a blackout ! But he did ! I’m so thankful I went with him and will keep him in mind for any of my future events !! -

My husband and I got married in Brooklyn, New York in Fall 2023. We quickly identified Leonard as our top choice because of his affordable prices and customizable packages. Despite not having the largest budget, Leonard worked with us to create a custom package that included everything we needed.
We had two different photographers, Leonard and a colleague, and it was the best decision we ever made. We got our photos back in a little over a week, which is an extraordinary turnaround time. All in all, Leonard captured about a thousand shots - all of which were edited and posted to an online gallery. He is also extremely creative and came up with some great poses and locations for some pre-wedding shots.
We honestly couldn't be happier with our choice. Leonard was great at communicating with us as well, always asking what we wanted to see. He went above and beyond by giving me his coat when it started raining pretty heavily as we walked to our venue, so I'd stay dry. We cannot recommend him enough! Fantastic! -

Truly Phenomenal
Leo, our photographer, was recommended by my niece, who is a model, and we're absolutely thrilled that we chose him. He skillfully captured our micro wedding on a rainy day, turning the photos into something truly phenomenal. Leo was literally the perfect photographer for our big day. He vibed so well with our entire family as well as our videographer team. He also got our photos back to us, over 700+ photos all edited, within like 2 weeks of our wedding which was crazy fast!! But also SO on brand for him. Leo did our engagement shoot as well and within 48 hours of the shoot he had our photos back to us. Whether it be a freezing March day or a hot, raining, September afternoon, Leo is your guy!!! -

After a few other photographers tried to upcharge me thousands of dollars for a wedding photography package, I felt like I’d never find a professional photographer who would listen to my vision and be able to execute on it.
In planning my wedding I learned that most vendors only listen long enough until they figure out how to pull emotional cords and then dip into my pockets. It's disgusting.
This happened with venues, florists and photographers.
Then I messaged Leonard. He got back to me within the hour and we were able to talk through my wants and needs and settle on a contract that was fair and equitable for both of us.
I didn't need a music video of my wedding produced by a videographer. I'm not famous and didn't need tens of thousands of shots from a team of photographers. I wanted the ceremony captured in pictures, along with wedding party photos and some candids of our guests during the cocktail hour - some great shots I could post on my social accounts and something to include along with this year's Christmas card.
Leonard was fully committed to this. He arrived early, set up, and began shooting. He got amazing shots of us getting ready, the ceremony, the wedding party, the guests, everything. And his turnaround time was only 8 days.
I could not recommend Leonard enough. -

Leonard is an amazing photographer. He showed up to my wedding on time and was very professional. I didn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable for him to be photographing me. I felt like I have known him for years.
Professional, he was available and alert to capture every moment, no matter how big or small or insignificant I thought it was.
He is very flexible and accommodating. He had packages/plans that didn’t fit my budget or what I was looking for at my wedding. But we worked together and made it happen. I am glad I chose him.

Married 03/18/2023 & planned in four months, Okpur was my THIRD photographer/videographer. My first two was severely unresponsive. I was in touch with Okpur from November up until my wedding. I hired Okpur and his team a week before my wedding due to issues with my others. Okpur was super professional, responsive, polite, and his work is OUTSTANDING!!! I sooooo enjoyed having him and his team at my wedding and he made the whole experience easy!!! I regret not hiring him in November - I wouldve had a much less stressful experience. I am so pleased to refer him to anyone and everyone. Not only was his work and his presence amazing - his prices were very reasonable for a wedding in New York! Thank you so much Okpur & Team for making things easy and pleasant for me. I will definitely hire if I ever need services again. -

Leonard is patient, friendly and takes breathtaking photos
My (now) husband and I got married in December in Central Park and Leonard happily faced the cold weather to photograph our big day. Wow, I can’t recommend Leonard enough - in an overwhelming and often intimidating haze of wedding photographers to choose from, Leonard was patient, friendly, and so on top of things.
Leonard took photos of our morning ceremony at Cop Cot in Central Park as well as our portraits afterward around the city. I was worried that taking time out of our day to take some extra photos around the city would detract from the magic of the day but Leonard made the experience fun, easy, and exciting. He professionally and beautifully captured our love for each other and our love for New York City. His photos are truly enchanting.
I hope I don’t get married again but if I did, I wouldn’t 100 percent use Leonard. -

Our original photgrapher bailed on us near to the wedding date. By some miracle I found Leonard and when I contacted him it was IMMEDIATELY GOOD VIBES. He was kind, didnt take advantage of our predicament and he was so professional!!! He helped us find a new videographer. He was EXTRA RESPONSIVE, had a video call and emails with us and even OFFERED TO SCOUT OUT the wedding shoot locations to allay our concerns and figure out timing and ensure he carried the right equipment. Honestly by the end he was like a member of the family. He was skillful at destressing capturing all the moments we wanted, didnt miss a thing. He skillfully navidated 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS (4 if u count the limo) His pricing was very reasonable for what he provided. He also upon final delivery after edits etc he gave us a surprise gift out of the goodness of his heart!!!! Just a phenomenal experience. -

We did our engagement photos in Brooklyn Bridge Park and I was speechless when I received them.
My forever photos are amazing.
Our wedding photos tells a story. I love story that I am glad he captured. The photos captured family and friends enjoying good music and company.
The turnaround time was pretty quick as well.
I will definitely recommend him to others.
I did find other photographers with packages that would of been a little more cost friendly but I’m glad I went with him.
If you get what you pay for, then he did his job and more.

We were lucky to find Leonard Okpor to photograph our wedding. From our initial conversations, Leonard listened to our requests and our vision for our wedding. We asked him to take lots of candid pictures and to capture the essence of our friends and family during our ceremony and reception. He was prompt to provide a contract outlining the services and asking great questions about our event and ensuring he understood our vision. Leonard came to our venue on time to familiarize himself with the venue and to find great spots to take our pictures. Leonard has a great personality. He is friendly and funny and all of our guests loved his ability to immerse himself in the event and capture our special day. I wish we had more time to take more pictures. We had a great day with him and we were so happy we had found him. Leonard stayed for the length of time that we had agreed upon. On top of the great photography services he provided, Leonard surprised us by delivering the professional pictures in less than a week after our wedding! Wow. We were so happy to get the pictures back so quickly. And of course, we love the final result. Thank you so much Leonard for being a part of our special day. Honestly when it comes to taking photos i have never seen an individual who can coordinate a session and takes such great photos that almost needs to retouching. He was on time, he worked with us and even offered to help outside his work delegation, he felt more like a family and gave an authentic experience.
