Wonderful winter wedding

I am not even sure there are words that could adequately describe how amazing this venue was. It wasn't just the ballroom, and ceremony spaces that made this the perfect venue for us. It was the service we received by Chuck and his team. From making a menu that gave us exactly what we wanted and within our price point, to how they helped direct our ceremony, to hanging glitter filled snowflakes in the ballroom and everything in between. Chuck would respond to our emails, calls and questions within 24hrs sometimes it was within 20min. We had a wedding with about 160 guest and it was under $10,000. The amount of compliments we received from our guest about the food, service and set up were amazing. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have an elegant wedding with top notch service and not looking to break the bank.

Amazing Time

We attended a wedding here last week. Such a nice setup with the ceremony downstairs and reception and cocktails upstairs. Food was amazing as was the DJ and Decor. We had an amazing time.

Fabulous Event!

My event was not a wedding -- but it was a beautiful fundraising gala with over 300 people in attendance (including a day-time golf tournament!). The LCC is an amazing venue with excellent and attentive staff who are there to make your event perfect! Food and service -- the entire event -- was excellent and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Perfect Wedding

My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at the Leicester Country Club for our wedding! Chuck, our day of coordinator was great! Easy to work with and pulled everything together beautifully for our special day. The gazebo and ballroom were both beautiful!

Courtemanche wedding

Choosing Leicester country club was the best decision I made. Chuck was a godsend and made sure my day was absolutely perfect and stress-free. The ceremony space was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious everybody loved it, not one complaint. Everything was decorated exactly the way I imagined it if not better than I could have ever dreamed.Chuck and his team also went above and beyond to fix problems they didn't have to, even made my grandmother a boutonniere when somehow hers was forgotten. They go above and beyond for you there and we highly recommend this place, I wouldn't of wanted to get married anywhere else.They made our day perfect! Thanks y'all!

Perfection!

This place was so so amazing and accommodating and flexible with everything we threw at them, they even made a special appetizer that I wanted and let me rearrange the buffet how I wanted! All the staff were so so friendly and Jessica was such an amazing coordinator, I would recommend her to anyone! My wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, the venue and the grounds it’s on is so beautiful! I will be forever thankful for this place!

Unforgettable

Leicester country club was the most beautiful setting for our wedding. It had amazing views of the sun set. And the reception area is perfect! Jess was our planner and she was everything I could have asked for and more. She knows what she's doing which is a huge relief on your big day!

Leicester Country Club was absolutely amazing for our wedding. We worked with Jessica and she was fantastic!! She was extremely responsive, answered every question we had, and made sure everything was as smooth as possible. I highly recommend LCC for a wedding venue!

Let me start by saying that Jessica is absolutely amazing ! From booking the venue, to food tasting, final meetings, all the way to the wedding night, she was just on top of it all ! Not one moment through out my wedding planning where I felt on edge! I also want to thank the staff for helping out as well. From the servers, to the bartenders, you were all awesome !

My wedding day was absolutely beautiful, Sara helped us out in every way possible, even with my one thousand emails and calls. Everything went off perfectly, without a hitch, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing, and I could not have asked for better!

Sara was wonderful to work with. She made me feel at ease and not stressed out. Sara has a wonderful personality to handle anything that was headed her way. Prom was a huge success and would not have been that way without Sara.

The staff was great.
Would have another event there in the future.

We had a lovely reception at Leicester Country Club! The staff was friendly and attentive that evening and our coordinator Jessica was responsive and helpful throughout our entire process. Our guests raved about the food and had a great time on the dance floor. The room looked beautiful and the staff set it all up according to our instructions so we didn't have to do any work! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a large reception on a budget.

Leicester country club have the best crew they are so profesional starting with our coordinator Sara Louis she made sure that everything ran smooth always with a smile on her face and a lot of energy. Food was great

Our daughter got married at LCC in June 2016, they did such an amazing professional job we decided to go back for her baby shower which she is expecting twins! We dealt with Chuck again, he is so attentive, caring and professional. Everything you need is never a problem and he gets back to you so quickly. The day was perfect. The wait staff did an amazing job, food was delicious, the place is so clean. We highly recommend them for any type of function! Thanks again everyone at LCC! Another job very well done!

Chuck and staff were simply AMAZING!! Calmed me down while I was nervous over a pending storm, worked great with all my vendors and facilitated my event timeline PERFECTLY!!! I am to this day told by guests it was not only the best Quince they’ve been to but better than most wedding!! Thank you!!!

Working with Jessica Dobbins at the Leicester Country Club was fantastic. She was most helpful in all our wedding planning. She brought our vision to life with the decorations on our wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly and the food was excellent from the cocktail hour (bacon wrapped scallops, Mmmm) to the main course of the various stations. All of our guests raved at how beautiful everything was. As an added note, the waitstaff was fabulous. Everyone was courteous and helpful and very pleasant throughout the afternoon and evening. You won't be sorry booking with them.

I had my high school reunion at Leicester Country Club. Chuck and his staff were totally outstanding. Very easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone looking book their event there, to do so. You will be very satisfied.

We needed a bigger venue for our Banquet this year due to an increase of participants. We met with the Country Club and discussed what our options were and set our date. They were great with helping us organize everything and the room was set up beautifully. Sarah was very helpfully and made sure we had everything we needed for a successful night. The food was fantastic and the staff were excellent. We got nothing but positive feedback from our guests about the Leicester Country Club. Highly recommend them for any of your events, we will defiantly be returning next year.

We just celebrated our wedding on 10/7/17 with Leicester Country Club and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chuck was fantastic and was everything we needed in a wedding coordinator. He was laid back and got everything done without has having to worry one bit! Many guests have commented about how good the dinner was and how great the service was. My husband and I didn't have to worry about 1 thing the entire night! We were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the night just like our guests. Chuck was very helpful with planning our timeline for the night and making sure we stayed on schedule during the reception. Honestly not 1 complaint from any of our guest or the bride and groom. Fantastic experience!

Chuck adapted to all of our needs during the event. We had a group of people come late and he made sure fresh food was provided for them. The staff was quick to provide anything we needed. They were friendly and easy going. Great experience!

Leicester Country Club is truly the best bang for your buck. They have a variety of packages they offer including some that have full open bar packages, cake, center pieces, etc. We had about 200 guests and found there to be plenty of space and everyone had such a great time. The food and apps are delicious and we were able to attend vendor events and had more then one tasting as well. There are gorgeous outdoor areas for pictures as well as a ceremony! It rained on our wedding day and the team there was amazing about quickly setting up a nice indoor area for our ceremony and everything (as far as we know) went so smoothly!! Sara Jean-Louis, who works at the Leicester Country Club, is a truly amazing wedding coordinator! Her personality makes her feel like she is family and she made it so we did not have to worry about a thing through the entire wedding process. She was quick in responses to questions or concerns and checked in with us often to make sure we were set and ready. She set up and organized everything beautifully the day of our wedding and became more then just our "coordinator" but our friend! :) She is awesome to work with, is a true professional, and helped to make our day and the whole experience perfect!!! :)

My family and I have been clients of LCC since my husband and I got married in 2012. I cannot describe how happy and pleased we are with their amazing service. Chuck and his awesome team are always so kind and flexible not to mention the menus are fantastic and the quality is excellent. The venue and its surroundings are beautiful as well!!!! My husband and I got married at LCC on July 9, 2017. We had both our ceremony and reception here, and both the outdoor gazebo (for ceremony) and the indoor reception hall were amazing. We purchased one of the packages, which made the planning super easy. Our wedding coordinator, Sara, took care of everything for us! She touched base on timeline, went through every detail to make sure the ceremony and reception were seamless, and was accommodating for some of our more quirky desires (i.e., figuring out how to set up indoor lawn games and a game table). She set up our centerpieces, guest book table, etc. the day-of so that I had nothing to worry about. She checked in with us during the reception to make sure everything was going the way we wanted it to. She was AMAZING. I was left with zero regrets on my wedding day (and isn't that exactly how it should be?). I would recommend LCC to anyone in a heartbeat.

We can't thank Sara enough for everything she did for our amazing wedding at Leicester Country Club! Our families raved about everything and our wedding reception far exceeded all of our expectations!! From the food to the decor, everything was perfect and we were so happy with it all.

Additionally, Sara was there for us every step of the way during the planning process and she truly went above and beyond for us. She was attentive to detail, quick to reply to every single email/phone call, and she made us feel special. I wish we could re-live the day all over again because it was just that magical, and Sara and her team made it all possible!

We held our annual golf tournament fundraiser for our charity here. This was our 3rd year having this event here and as usual it was wonderful! Cheryl and Chuck are fantastic to work with and are very accommodating. The food is delicious and their golf course is beautiful. They are always attentive at the event to make sure we have everything we need and they are very responsive to questions and emails prior to the event. we have another event that we have been hosting there as well that has always been a crowd pleaser. All of their staff is friendly and wonderful and very accommodating. We look forward to each of our events there every year! They always do a fantastic job.

Lcc was the most amazing place! II would absolutely recommend this to other brides and for other functions. They were so easy and fun to work with! The staff there could not do enough for you! They took a ton of stress off you! They made wedding planning easy and fun! Everyone there was so nice and professional! All very personable and made the environment so relaxed! They offer so much so if your a bride looking for a place to have your wedding I would highly recommend checking them out! My day was absolutely magical and went perfect! LCC took our wedding dream and turned it into a reality. We were lucky enough to have Chuck Bois as our wedding coordinator and he went above and beyond. We got married April 29, 2017. Leicester Country Club was amazing! I understand why they are so highly rated. They are pros. They made me so comfortable, they were more than accommodating they cared and assisted with everything.
They knew the big details and the the little ones to make the day go off without a hitch. If there was any issue that day, I didn't know about it, they just handled it. Chuck is awesome.
Also, we did a golfing contest (closest putt, longest drive) that was just great! Again, they took care of the details and when we didn't have a club, they had one at the ready - So responsive and flexible!
I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars!

The crew and staff couldn't be more accommodating and professional. Chuck Bois was the best - as was his staff. Beautiful settings and effortless on my part. They made sure it was all put together properly. I was on my own with this one and they made sure I knew what I was doing and lead me the way. This was such an affordable venue and was as beautiful as any fancy place out there. Thank you LCC. WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME.

I hosted my son's baptism at the Leicester Country Club and we had a wonderful experience. Chuck was there from start to finish. The service that Leicester Country Club provides is extraordinary. They are extremely flexible and work with you to customize your menu choices. I highly recommend Leicester Country Club and if I do have any events in the near future, I do plan on hosting my event(s) here. All the servers were extremely generous, and I received many reviews from my guest that the food was great and they loved the location. If you haven't already, I highly suggest you visit the Leicester Country Club!

Leicester Country Club gave us so much for our money. The service was fantastic, the food was amazing, and we just loved our coordinator Nancy Raymond! She really helped us through the whole wedding process whether it was planning or just listening to us vent when things got tough! If you plan your wedding at LCC, know that you will be 100% taken care of. You will never have to worry about being forgotten or lost in the shuffle. They will make you feel as though you are the only wedding they have! We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding reception!

Preparations up until the big day went smoothly and any worry or concern we had was addressed in a timely and professional manner. The day of the wedding went incredibly smoothly. The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner were timed to perfection. Sara and her team were nearby all day and on hand if needed. We cannot say enough about Chuck, Sarah and their entire team as well as the general manager who we saw serving food, bussing tables, and coordinating groomsman to name a few things. Leicester Country Club is the most amazing place ever to have a wedding. It is affordable, the food is beyond amazing (yes we had a sweet potato and white potato bar), they were super accomodating for all our venders, we got to take pictures at this beautiful covered bridge which came out phenomenal. When we had to move the ceremony inside due to rain, Chuck talked to me the bride, calmly and asked my opinion without pushing anything on me- even inside- the ceremony was amazing- people said it was intimate =-) I have heard from a majority of the guests after the wedding who wanted to tell me how amazed they were by the venue and the staff. Anything I didn't think of- they did, They allowed my mom to be a huge part of it, talked out the ceremony with us, basically were overall amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely go with uplighting from your DJ if you book- it made the pictures and the chef stations were AMAZING!!!

The staff was so friendly and helpful all the way through the process. The staff takes care of everything so as to allow you to enjoy your big day without worrying about the details. Their prices are the best in the area. The food is amazing. They have a great list of vendors (except food, which they provide in house) to choose from if you don't have one in mind already. The outdoors are a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor wedding and make for beautiful photos. I have no complaints about this venue or the staff :)

This is an absolutely no risk venue. The food, service and decor are top notch at reasonable prices and the weather matters not. The event coordinators and service staff are so professional yet friendly, respectful and accommodating. The amount we spent was well under $2,000 and included three hors d'oeuvres, two choice main dish with sides (buffet), salad and champagne toast for 43 people. (Bar and DJ are extra).

I cannot say enough good things about LCC! They were the perfect choice for our ceremony and reception!! Our ceremony was outside at the gazebo, it was picture perfect in every way. Our cocktail our was in the Leicester room and reception was in the ballroom - all spaces were so lovely. Chuck was more than accommodating with every little thing!! He was always very quick to respond and helped us make sure every detail was just perfect! Thank you Chuck and staff for an absolutely unforgettable evening!!!

The ceremony was beautiful, the picture opportunities were amazing at the bridge.

The reception hall ... Ohhh so beautiful. I was a little nervous about Chuck setting it up but it was so beautiful. Everything was where it was supposed to be.

I loved every single thing about this facility. The prices were very fair and the food was amazing. We got rave reviews from our guests.

Definitely get the mashed potato bar ????.

The staff at the Leicester Country Club was amazing, they offer everything you need Justice of Peace, Florist, Cake and Photographer. They literally work with your busy schedule and are on top of things. Leicester country club exceeded our expectations. They were on top of everything and made sure that we had everything we needed for our special day. Deb and Nancy stayed very close to my wife and made her feel extra special. All we had to do was show up as Chuck and his staff handled the rest. From the very first phone call to book a viewing of the space to the time we got in our cars to leave after our wedding day, every person on the staff was with us. We would absolutely say this was a very professional and fun venue. It was so easy to express our vision and they created it to perfection. We chose to have the chef stations and everyone of our guests raved about how great the food was! Wonderful staff, so easy to work with and very organized. We had our ceremony outside at the gazebo and it was beautiful and plenty of room for our 130 guests. The ballroom upstairs never once felt congested during our reception. The tables were placed perfectly and while we sat at the sweetheart table our wedding party was right there in front of us not far away at all. My husband said if it was him writing this review all he would of said is don't look anywhere else!

Laura Blessington along with the rest of the staff at Leicester Country Club went above and beyond to make our wedding day amazing. We cant complain about one thing! Planning our Massachusetts wedding from San Diego was a little stressful until we found this venue and Laura. She took care of so many details and it made our planning so easy. She is organized,responsive, and has a great personality, definitely someone you would want in charge of your wedding. The venue was set up exactly how we pictured, and the food was amazing. They also offer cake, DJ, and photography suggestions which made our job so easy. Also, the on-site ceremony space looked gorgeous, as did the bridge for photos.....I would recommend this venue to anyone in the Massachusetts area.

My husband and I recently got married here and we are so happy that we chose Leicester Country Club. Everyone at LCC was wonderful! They took care of everything for us! They took what I asked for and ran with it! The most difficult part about working with LCC was trying to decide what we wanted on the menu, because we loved pretty much everything. We even had a couple of last-minute things, and they just smiled and took care of it! Chuck was very laid back, but professional, and was prompt in responding to my emails. They customized everything to us, and it felt like we were the only wedding that mattered to them (even though I know they are pretty much booked solid). I honestly couldn't say enough about how amazing our day was here! Wish I could give MORE stars!!!

Every step of the way during the wedding planning and the actual wedding was more than I could ever hope for. I worked with Chuck as my wedding coordinator and he was incredibly helpful the entire way through. He really made sure that I had the wedding of my dreams and I wouldn't change a thing! The staff during the wedding was sooo fantastic - I had a server that was essentially dedicated to me and my husband for the whole night, and she was amazing (thanks Deb!). The food was just outstanding - we went with the chef's stations package and it was a HUGE hit among my guests. Some of my friends who have been doing the wedding circuits for the last couple days said it was some of the best food and setup that they have experienced.

In summary, it was an amazing day and I know that it certainly wouldn't have gone as smoothly without the help and support of the staff at the Leicester Country Club - thanks again everyone!!!

We really enjoyed working with Chuck at the Leicester Country Club. He was always helpful and his experience helped us when trying to structure parts of the ceremony.

He and the rest of the staff worked hard to make our day such a success. They made sure everything ran on schedule, which helped make everything flow better. We could feel their support throughout the evening.

We were very impressed with the food. In fact, this was one of the things many of our guests complimented us on. It made choosing the meals that much harder.

I had the privilege of working with Laura Blessington for my daughters wedding. I am very pleased with Laura and the staff that worke along with her. The wedding went off just perfectly and there is not one thing I would change. My daughter and son-in-law had the best time at their wedding and was very happy with their special day. I am so grateful that we found Leciester as it worked out perfect for our needs. We loved the loved grounds for our ceremony and of course for our photographs. The food was good as was the bar staff. Oh my goodness, there are not enough words in the English language to say how pleased I was with our wedding venue! When my now husband and I decided on that general area for our destination-ish wedding, we toured 3 venues and easily decided on LCC for 2 huge reasons- the ceremony location and the coordinator, Chuck. Although weather during the wedding week caused to have to change locations for the ceremony last minute, I am still so pleased with our decision! Chuck helped me every step of the way- and I only was there in person for that initial meeting!! I was so confident that he would make sure everything went off without a hitch and boy did he deliver! Everything was so beyond perfect, I didn't have to worry about one thing. Chuck was very accommodating and matter-of-fact. He worked with our budget, our weekday wedding, and any silly question or request I had. I could go on and on for days about how amazing LCC is and if I could go visit Chuck every month just to thank him and give him a hug, I surely would!!

We had our Wedding on a Friday night, and not meeting the minimum for the upstairs ballroom they still allowed us to have our reception in the ballroom, we had picked a package and when we went to go for our final details meeting they had changed that said package, but they still allowed us to use some of the old things from the original package. LCC is a great place to get married at and I'm so glad we got to have our wedding there. The staff was so friendly and caring.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Leicester Country Club is. For one thing, our wedding day ran as smooth as silk - if anything happened, I still don't know about it! Julie even fluffed my train before I walked down the aisle! She and Cheryl were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were funny, relaxed, accommodating and cheerful throughout the whole process. Another great thing about them was how willing they were to work with our budget. We had other venues tell us our budget simply wasn't do-able. LCC worked with us to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. And the food!!! We had a brunch buffet, including scrambled eggs. People are usually wary of scrambled eggs at a buffet, but our guests were raving about how delicious they were! The French toast was delightful, and the muffin and scones display refreshing. The upstairs bridal suite was comfortable and beautiful. Cheryl and Julie told me that all I'd have to worry about on the wedding day was my hair and makeup, and they were right. Everything was simply perfect - there's no other way to describe it!

LCC was perfect right down to every last detail! Chuck was fabulous...he always answered my emails promptly and always willing to help with everything (right down to the sunset time!). He was right there through the reception to make sure everything went perfectly. Debbie was professional, wonderful, always smiling and even helped to bustle my dress multiple times throughout the night. Mark our server was always willing to get whatever we needed in an instant. The service for my guests was amazing and dinner went off without a hitch (they even cooked the steak to order). My guests said the food was amazing...very untypical wedding food!!!! There is not one aspect of my reception that I would change because it was perfect! Thank you Chuck, Debbie, Mark and the rest of the crew for a night I will ALWAYS remember <3

Leicester Country Club was the only place we visited when it came time to choose our wedding venue. We had done lots of research online and priced out many other possibilities. After visiting LCC, meeting with its staff and seeing the Grand Ballroom for ourselves, there was no question that it was where our reception would take place.

The primary detail that influenced our decision was LCC's affordability. They offer a variety of packages to suite whatever your particular needs may be. We opted for the Grand Package and were able to customize things as needed; including adding extra appetizers, open bar for the full night, purple table linens and a second entree choice for our guests.

Planning was also a breeze. We worked primarily with Laura Blessington. She was organized, efficient and communicative with us; she was always available to answer questions for me when needed. Laura was also extremely helpful in reviewing and planning all the details for the reception. She helped to incorporate all of the elements we wanted into our reception, went through everything with us, and was funny, calm, and enjoyable to work with through the whole thing.

I never had to think about what was going on behind the scenes and everything went flawlessly. We had a blast at our reception and received many compliments about how tasty the food was. We had a handful of people mention that their fish came out cold, but the staff at LCC quickly remedied any issues that came up.

In the end, our experience at LCC was amazing! We have amazing memories of that day, got to work with some incredible vendors, and have absolutely no regrets in any of the decisions we made. Both my husband and I would highly recommend the Leicester Country Club for your wedding! You will not be disappointed!

Leicester country club is beautiful and affordable. Their outside ceremony area is beautiful and their inside ballroom can work with any theme. The staff is all very helpful and the food is delicious!

Leicester Country Club is an absolute asset to the wedding/events industry! Chuck and Julie were complete professionals while maintaining a fun and easygoing demeanor. LCC's wedding packages are a great value, as they often include cake, flowers, etc... This definitely was a plus in planning our wedding. One half star is missing, but only because my guests said they had wished there were two bartenders, as the cocktail hour was spent in one long line. We had our own champagne in our waiting room, so no worries here! :)

A Lovely Place to Get Married

We were married outside in the gazebo in the fall at Leicester Country Club at sunset and it was beautiful. The ballroom was spacious and the coordinator was a Dream! She literally saw the color of the table cloths were wrong the day before the wedding and managed to get them fixed in less than 24 hours. They handled every food allergy we threw at them, and the food was very tasty. A great, cost effective venue that is ready to tackle whatever event you wish to have.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very professional and knowledgeable about what will look good and make the experience seamless. She and the LCC staff worked very hard on the day and always made sure we had enough food, drinks, and the event went smooth. Highly recommended for a wedding venue in Central MA!

Jessica and the rest of the staff were great!!! Jessica helped us plan the event, decorated the room for us and made sure we did not need anything the night of the party.

I love LCC! It is truly a beautiful location. The food is excellent and the staff is great! They did anything I asked of them! They definitely catered to me and my husband the day of our wedding and they made us feel special. The only issue I had was our reception felt very rushed. It was probably my fault because I was running behind, but they took my cake and food before I was finished. However it was still the perfect day and I would recommend anyone to get married here! Beautiful scenary, great for pics! Loved it!

Had my wedding here and although very stressed up until the second I walked down everything turned out amazing, the food was perfect and they made sure anything I needed I got! It was a beautiful night!

Leicester country club was great. The food was amazing, the staff was awesome so accommodating, they set everything up for us and the dance floor was huge. The setting was amazing. The outdoor gazeebo is beautiful and the coveted bridge was awesome for pictures. Loved it!

This venue was perfect for our budget and the location that we wanted for the anniversary party. I would recommend anyone interested in using this space. The staff was helpful and professional throughout the planning process and during the evening of the event. Everyone had a great time.

We had our wedding at Leicester Country Club on July 5th 2014. Overall, the place is clean, the food is excellent and it is a great value for what we paid for. The golf course itself is very pretty, it is photogenic sceneray, spacious so, we got lots of great pics with friends and families. Chuck was our wedding coordinator and he is very responsive, experienced and helped us create a beautiful wedding for us.

However, there are a few things to take notes. We had the upstair ballroom and the air conditioner wasn't cold enough. I thought it was because of my bridal dress and thus i didn't have enough ventilation, it wasn't the case. my bridesmaids and audience told me that they felt the same.

LCC also advised us that they would be providing basket to receive well-wishes and greeting cards. There was none at the gift table at the reception. My guests felt it was inconvenient to leave their cards so they started giving to the parents and to us while we were going around to take photos. So, you might want to double-check with your coordinator (your choice: whether a guestbook or basket) is actually confirmed to be there.

One last advice is regarding the headcount. ALWAYS take the low headcount you are expecting. Be conservative. The reason is because you can always go up the headcount number and if your headcount is higher on the wedding day (and if you qualify) you can get the upstair ballroom. The upstair ballroom is much bigger ; fits up to 300 people and the minimum requirement to take upstair ballroom is 125 people. The downstair event room fits up to 125 people.
If you take the high number initially and that is what they put on the contract, they can make that headcount final (although you might have understood that you have flexibility between the two rooms at the original explanation). You will end up paying for people that aren't going to be there.

Overall, the place is beautiful, people are nice, service is great.

Great value for the price. We wanted to have our ceremony and reception in the same location and the LCC worked out great. The scenery overlooking the golf course was amazing in the Fall. Our guests were able to go direclty inside after the ceremony for cocktail hour while we took our pictures. The prices of the meals was very resonable and the food was awesome! They were very accomodating when it came to adding/removing items from our package so that it fit our budget.
