Fabulous Sports Themed Rehearsal Dinner

The venue has the perfect patio setting for our Sports themed Rehearsal dinner party. Michele, Amy and Kellie were incredible to work with and ensure every detail I had envisioned was played out perfectly. Their chef presented a wonderful Nashville/Southern menu including their version of Nashville Hot chicken which was to die for. It definitely impressed the crowd. So glad we chose them to handle this most memorable event! One of the bridesmaids was so impressed she booked her wedding with them, after our event!

Gorgeous! Cozy, perfect

Most beautiful all-in-one place for a wedding near Nashville! Amazing for flexibility if it rains or the weather is overall bad...can easily be indoors and just as gorgeous (mine was indoors by choice because I thought it was even better!)

Stress free Stunning experience!

I’m so excited to be working with this team! Kellie, Maddie and Amy have been a huge help in making our magical day come true. When we set foot on the property for the first time we were blown away with the venue! There are so many options on where we can host each part of our day! Beautiful, Professional, and Perfectly Prepared

Legacy Farms helped me and my husband have the *perfect* wedding day. Their all-inclusive plan(s) are well-made and thought-out so that you can sit back and enjoy your wedding day without all the stress! Whenever we had an issue in the planning process, I could go to the coordinator/planner and know that my question(s) would be addressed swiftly and with compassion. We ran into one issue with the seating chart we built/brought, and the team was on it so quick that I wouldn't have known there was even an issue if they hadn't told me! The way they fixed it up was so fantastic and beautiful, it was as if that was the planned version the whole time. The location is stunning, and with so many different locations on property, you feel like your wedding is unique and your own. I couldn't recommend LF enough.

We are so glad we chose Legacy Farms!

My daughter's wedding at Legacy Farms was absolute perfection. From the first meeting with their planner - where she eased my worries about needing to plan much of the wedding from a distance - to the delicious French toast we lingered over at the B&B on the morning after, happily reminiscing already about all the details of the ceremony and reception, our experience was terrific. Firstly, the property is so beautiful, and even though we knew we wouldn't partake fully of the outdoor areas because it was January, we loved being able to welcome our guests to such a special place. The indoor spaces, lit with lots of candlelight, were the perfect mix for us - rustic, warm, and cozy but also elegant enough to feel like a true celebration worthy of such a momentous event. We were guided expertly throughout the planning with decisions regarding food, flowers, and decor, and also the details of how every part of the ceremony and photos and reception would unfold. After the fact it feels like every one of their suggestions that we took turned out to be better than we even dared to hope! Having the ceremony and reception in two spaces in the same location made things so easy for us, and our guests. The planning staff kept things moving so smoothly on the day of the wedding we barely had to keep track of anything at all and could just soak it all in. The food was delicious, plentiful, and we loved the variety and flexibility provided by the buffet style "stations" we had chosen. The DJ who works regularly with the venue was a friendly, personable, and talented master of ceremonies who kept the flow moving throughout the night. A handful of our closest friends and family stayed two nights with us in the beautiful historical bed and breakfast right on the property, which was so comfortable - several guests commented on their beds in particular! - and of course incredibly convenient. We loved relaxing by the fire for a while with the groom's parents after the reception - one final perfect detail! Many thanks to our wonderful host, our attentive, reassuring, and meticulous planner, and every last member of their staff!

Gorgeous venue (and Amy is incredible!!)

Legacy Farms was the first venue my husband and I toured, and we immediately knew it was the one for us. The pricing, setting, and wedding planner were all perfect.

The fact that the venue came with a built-in wedding planner was one of the things that sold us on it. Planning is not my strong suit, so I was very nervous about having to plan a wedding, but I was lucky enough to have Amy. Amy Richardson was our wedding planner, and I cannot sing her praises enough. She was truly a joy to plan our wedding with. She was incredibly responsive. She put my mind at ease and coordinated ALL the logistics of the catering, entertainment company, and decorations so that I didn't have to worry about any of it. She was kind and thoughtful and made sure all of my concerns leading up to the day were addressed in a timely manner.

My husband and I truly felt like she had our best interests at heart; she didn't try to up-sell us on our wedding package (which would have turned us off immediately) - instead, she helped us choose the package that gave us the most value for the least cost.

Amy (and Legacy Farms) was also very flexible. I wanted an outdoor wedding, but I also wanted to be in the shade. She helped us figure out where on the grounds we could have the ceremony so that it would be both outdoors and shaded (not the easiest thing). She helped us customize everything according to what my husband and I wanted. In the end, we ended up having the wedding indoors due to rain, but because the venue came with a built-in rain plan, we didn’t have to worry about that at all!

Amy did all of this in 3 months (we picked our venue in late July and had our wedding in mid-October). Not once did she make me feel stressed out about how quickly the wedding was coming up; she did everything quickly and efficiently and according to schedule. Amy Richardson was friendly, warm, and was the main reason my stress-levels were so low leading up to the wedding.

As for the venue itself, it was gorgeous! It fit my vision for a rustic, woodsy wedding perfectly. We received so many compliments from guests on the romantic atmosphere and beauty of the venue. The food was delicious; moist chicken, tasty sides. We had a cheesecake bar instead of a traditional cake, and all three cheesecake flavors (plain, chocolate, and lemon-lavender) were incredibly tasty.

If you’re looking for a low-stress, beautiful wedding experience, I highly recommend Legacy Farms!

Best venue for the best day!

When looking at venues, Jared and I had several appointments set up but ended up only going to our first one because we fell in love with everything at Legacy Farms. The staff and the venue were incredible and when you know, you know! We were given a wedding planner, Danielle Clark, and I was not sure what to expect as I had never planned a wedding or been a part of the planning process. Danielle BLEW MY MIND. She was my go-to for EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING you can possibly think of and then all of the things you haven't thought of yet. Danielle never got mad at me for sending her emails almost every day for a year and a half... I sent her A LOT too! She worked with me to make sure we could have our dog in the wedding and that was VERY important for us. Danielle truly gave us the most perfect day. She has a patient, positive, can-do personality which really made us connect with her.

The day of the wedding, Danielle was amazing with everything. I gave her the reins on extra decor and she did phenomenal!!!! Our coordinator, Tori Holder, was a life saver with all of her help and hustle around to make sure everything was going smoothly. Jared and I had nothing to worry about and here we are, 6 weeks later, and our guests are STILL talking about our wedding day. From the venue, to the staff, to the food, to the decor and the simplicity of having everything all in one space... Our families and friends had a night they will treasure forever celebrating with us. The food was fantastic, I'm still swooning over the mashed potatoes and the caramel apple cheesecake bites we had... and we might be biased, but we had the best wedding food by far! Our wedding day would have been a mess without Danielle and Tori and the rest of the Legacy Farms staff and I cannot thank them enough for helping me with the best day of my life!

Where do I begin? There are too many wonderful things to write about; our experience with Legacy Farms was incredible. We had our son & daughter-in-love's rehearsal dinner at the Manor--it was fabulous! The staff did an amazing job decorating, preparing and serving food, and cleaning up. We were treated in such a special way. We can't thank you enough for making the evening spectacular.

Legacy Farms and Amy were such a dream. Although it rained, there was plenty of beauty at Legacy Farms and Amy handled everything flawlessly. I planned my wedding while moving three hours away and it couldn’t have been any easier. Food, flowers, decor, everything was handled and displayed amazingly. Can’t say enough good things.

Danielle at Legacy Farms was absolutely fabulous to work with, she made the planning easy which took a lot of stress off of us!! I would highly recommend Legacy Farms to anyone that is getting married, they are a top notch team and everything was beautiful, we couldn't have asked for a better venue or better wedding planner. Legacy Farms made my special day absolutely perfect. We chose to have a smaller wedding because we had a smaller budget but by no means did I feel like they did not care as much as if I had more money to spend. Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with and everything that they did made my day feel like we had spent a million bucks. I love having all the options of where to get married at the venue and I'm so happy I picked the pier out on the pond. I would recommend Legacy Farms to anyone looking for a small intimate wedding or up to a large Grand wedding as well as they can accommodate anything.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Danielle and the whole Legacy Farms team. From the very beginning, my husband and I posed a challenge for the team as we live in Texas and Legacy Farms is in Nashville. Through this challenge, Danielle worked tirelessly to make sure we had every little detail figured out for our big day, even from afar!

The day of our wedding went smoother than I could have ever imagined it would have and that was all thanks to Danielle and Tori. Danielle worked flawlessly with my vendors and helped everyone stick to the timeline to make sure the whole day ran smoothly. In addition to this, she put all the décor in place to make sure it was everything I imagined. It truly was so beautiful! Tori was there waiting with a covered golf cart the second it started raining while my bridesmaids and I were outside taking pictures. After this, she was there to corral our huge bridal party and family into the correct order so that the ceremony ran perfectly. It was so wonderful not to have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day since I knew I was in such great hands.

Aside from all the wonderful service I received, I can’t imagine a more unique and beautiful venue and we received SO many compliments from guests about the gorgeous setting for our wedding. I would highly recommend Legacy Farms and their team to any bride looking to get married in the Nashville area!

Legacy Farms was an awesome venue. Amy Richardson and the staff made it an absolutely stress-free event. The staff listened to my daughter's ideas and brought them to reality. Legacy Farms was the PERFECT venue for my wedding. As soon as we were booked, Danielle was one of THE best parts of the whole process. I always told people, I would have gotten married there just so I could have her as my wedding planner!! She was always on top of everything, helping me every step of the way. If I had a question she answered it ASAP, and if I got stressed she was always there to calm me down. Her attentiveness and efficiency made the entire process so much easier and helpful. The entire staff was so helpful and always made sure everything was just the way we wanted until after we left in the limo!!

We used all of the vendors that Legacy Farms offered and were very impressed! Donnette was so easy to work with on all of our paper goods, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! We also stayed on the property for the weekend and got ready in the Manor! That was so special for me and my bridesmaids to open the night and celebrate the night before! Danielle made sure the day of the wedding ran so smooth so we didn’t have to worry about a thing! I couldn’t have imagined my wedding day anywhere else and wish I could do it again!!

Danielle and Legacy Farms did an AMAZING job for our November wedding! I was able to express my vision for the ceremony and reception and Danielle made it a reality! They took care of flowers, decor, DJ, catering, cake, etc and it was all perfect! I was able to put little touches and details where I wanted but they were able to take care of the big things that I didn't have time to do or worry about. Our wedding was exactly how I envisioned it but better! They go above and beyond to make sure every event they do is top notch! We are so happy that we chose Legacy Farms!

When my now husband and I first viewed Legacy Farms we knew right away that it was going to be our venue. The property was gorgeous and the staff was so helpful. We live in Florida and choose Nashville as a destination wedding. We were a little concerned about planning a wedding from so far away.-But Amy at Legacy Farms relieved all of our worries. She was so responsive and helpful to any question we asked! She really made our vision for our wedding come to life. Planning our wedding from hundreds of miles away became a breeze thanks to Amy and everyone at Legacy Farms. Our ceremony went off without a hitch and the reception was even better than we had planned it. Most people say that planning a wedding is a stressful time in your life, but I can honestly say that not one thing went wrong during the entire wedding process or our wedding day! We would recommend Legacy Farms to anyone and everyone! They will by far exceed your expectations.

We called Legacy Farms to check for availability & pricing for an autumn elopement, the package that was listed on their website was supposed to be removed from the site but hadn’t been removed yet. The owner agreed to let us purchase that package since it was their error in not removing it from the site. So we were already off to a good start! When we arrived for the venue tour, we knew that this was where we wanted to start “Our Forever Legacy” together. The property & grounds were beautiful! We especially liked that that they offered a Plan B for outdoor weddings. We chose to have our elopement ceremony on the Covered Pier and cake & champagne in the Manor House. What we really loved it that Legacy Farms took care of all of the details….cake, flowers, music, officiant…. so that we didn’t have to. All we had to do was show up on time! The only issue that we had was a communication mix-up about the flower bouquet. I had specifically stated that I didn’t want any purples or yellow in the bouquet and the day that the florist purchased the flowers, they were purple and yellow! I responded back that I didn’t want those colors and I gave them a list of specific flowers and colors I wanted….and on the day of the wedding they were indeed able to accommodate and there was no yellow in the bouquet. There was some purple, but it was very dark and almost looked burgundy/brown which is closer to what I had asked for. The cake was beautiful & the champagne was perfect! We signed the contract in the middle of August and got married on November 1, 2015. It’s amazing that our wedding turned out just as we had hoped in 3 months’ time! Legacy Farms made our wedding day one of least stressful days of our lives for us. Danielle Gill was our wedding planner and she was a rock star! We can’t imagine how this would have turned out without her help in planning and detailing everything!

We got married here in December and had a fabulous wedding. The staff was friendly and supportive and always ready to answer questions. The decor and food was amazing. The family and friends that attended our wedding said it was one of the best they've ever been to.

We also rented the house for the weekend so we could spend some extra time with our out of town family. This was the best decision of the whole wedding. The food provided was excellent and plentiful. The staff was present but unobtrusive for the weekend.

Kelly and Danielle did everything they could to make our wedding special, and we are grateful for their help. Oh - all of this is made even more amazing because we asked them to plan a wedding and two nights of guests with less than 10 weeks notice! We highly recommend them!

Everything about this venue was the most amazing experience of my life!! The owner Kelly was incredibly helpful, sincere, and very accommodating to all of our needs and wants. Danielle, who was our planner was everything we could have hoped for and more! She and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything about our wedding was a perfect experience. She conversed with me over every single detail to make sure everything would be exactly as I wanted. If you do not book your wedding experience here, you are missing out on a picture perfect time. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing this venue. I wish I could do it all over again because it was so wonderful!

Legacy Farms was THE PERFECT place to have my daughter's wedding. Not only is this a beautiful location and makes excellent wedding pictures, but the staff is amazing. They are so professional, organized, accommodating and genuinely happy for the bride and groom and all involved. We did not know any of the staff before we selected Legacy Farms, but now have some great friends there, especially Danielle! She was our key rep at Legacy Farms and she made sure that all of our visions came to life and our special day came together perfectly.
I HIGHLY recommend this venue to all brides, for small or large weddings, simple or extravagant, they do it all and you will be very pleased!

Extremely organized, professional and helpful. Walked us through step by step all the details for our wedding without overwhelming us. They made our wedding exactly what we wanted. Absolutely beautiful venue. Rustic charm with no extra decorations. Wouldn't change anything!

Legacy Farms was amazing!. They were professional and thorough and all of their planning! They were flexible and accommodating to what our daughter wanted for her perfect day! Danielle, Kellie and Kelly were all amazing. From the beginning of our event planning through the end of our special night, they were right there with us, creating an evening that was even more than we had hoped for. They seemed to have insight into our desires even before we shared them, and saw everything through. The venue was impeccable, the dj and lighting amazing, and the food was delicious. And, the cake, there are just no words. Every one of our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, with several coming back to us and saying that this was the most beautiful wedding they had been to.

Events at 1418 was the perfect venue for my wedding reception. For an all-inclusive experience it was very reasonably priced. We were able to attend a tasting to preview potential food options. The food we chose was delicious and our guests loved everything we had. I had four planning sessions where everything was very well organized and we were able to easily make most of the decisions. Amy, Mary-Alice, and Kellie were all super helpful and very responsive throughout the entire planning process. They helped make a huge event as stress free as possible. I loved that they could help with as many or as few of the details as possible. They helped me figure out flower arrangements not only for the reception but for my off site ceremony as well. I had a great experience with Events at 1418 and would highly recommend them!

A Catered Affair is the exclusive caterer for our wedding venue, CJ's Off the Square, and now I know why! Their food is amazing! Oftentimes catered food is bland and lacking seasoning but not with these guys! Their praline chicken tenders were so good my husband is now requesting I try to recreate them at home. They also blew me away with the execution of my wedding cake vision, which was a mashup of several pictures I had found on Pinterest. AND, the cake tasted amazing! If I'm being totally honest, I went to their tasting event a few months ahead of our wedding and was very underwhelmed by the selections they were serving and was a little worried since I didn't have a choice of caterer. But after having tasted the food on our wedding day I can't believe I ever doubted them, it was so delicious! We chose a heavy hors d'oeuvres buffet over plated dinner and some of the items we had in addition to the chicken tenders were steak biscuits, crab cakes with remoulade, and mini twice baked potatoes.

I had the pleasure of working with Main Events Productions at their event space, Events@1418, for a fundraising evening in November. What a wonderful experience, from start to finish, from planning to execution.

If you haven’t been to the event space at 1418 Church, you are missing out! The exposed brick walls of the 100 year old building lend an ambience unseen in today’s hotel banquet spaces. Add a few candles and voila, it’s warm, it’s inviting, it’s perfect for a crowd of 100 people.

Kellie Bryson and her team have planning down to a science. They make the process easy and think of everything to help make your event a success. They are thoughtful in their planning, insightful in their recommendations and prepared for anything. From Kellie, to Chef Chris, to our servers that evening, everyone truly cares about you and the success of your event.

Chef Chris has a gift for bringing food to life and we were all members of the clean plate club. When chicken was suggested, I thought really, another mass produced chicken entree! Wrong! The chicken was tender and flavorful, vegetables were crisp and the chocolate/vanilla dessert would satisfy any sweet tooth in the crowd. Even the salad got rave reviews. It was love a first bite and my guests would have bought a bottle of the dressing had it been available.

I cannot say enough about Main Event Productions but don’t take my word for it. Call Kellie for your next event!

I have used A Catered Affair for my events since moving to Nashville four years ago. Kellie Bryson and her team always provide spectacular food and service! The menu is always interesting and unique - I am amazed at the selection and creativity. The staff is very professional, keeping the buffets and bars tended. They also clean up and leave the house looking better than it did before they got there! I highly recommend them!

I could not have been happier with the level of service my husband and I received planning our wedding reception. Mary Alice, Amy, and Rachel all went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our event. They took the time to help us plan all details of our event plus even helped with our ceremony and linens for an off site wedding. This is truly a one stop shop and eliminated all stress! We really can't say enough about how fantastic the crew at Events@1418 were throughout the wedding process! From our very first visit to look at the space through the day of our wedding we were always listened to & made to feel like the top priority. What drew us to Events@1418 was the list of all-inclusive packages on their website that work with a variety of affordability; the intimate, urban space & ideal location right on Church St. Not once did we ever feel pressured to upgrade to a higher package that was out of our price range or have add-ons to our package. Our vision was simple: we wanted an intimate & somewhat non-traditional wedding that made the most of our money. The Platinum package was perfect for our budget & included all the extras that supported our wedding vision. Additionally, the staff at Events@1418, specifically Tamie Torres (contracting), Rachel Ferrell & Amy Richardson (planners) made it easy for our busy schedules by creating a timeline of meetings over the course of our engagement to finalize different aspects of the wedding. They kept these meetings succinct but also made sure we were accomplishing our wedding vision during the time we met. With our wedding package everything was covered from the lovely wedding invitations, flowers (by Enchanted Florist), plated dinner menu, all linens & table settings and the most stunning wedding cake (by Amy Richardson). Every service provided felt luxurious despite our smaller budget. Also, we greatly appreciated how exceptionally attentive Rachel & Amy were via email as questions came up. We also loved our DJ, Kelly Farmer of Party Patrol; we had very specific music requests & mixes/edits that he was happy to create for us. The music was a perfect backdrop for our ceremony!

They way Rachel & Amy executed the planning of our wedding was absolutely seamless, stress-free & supportive. We simply could not have asked for more; it was the most beautiful and memorable day!

We planned a small wedding reception at Events@1418 within a few months and it was such a relief for me as the bride to not have to worry about all the minute details because the Legacy staff took care of everything as we were planning AND on the day of our wedding. The chefs were great at working around the gluten, dairy, and peanut allergies of ourselves and our guests and the food and cake and specialty French fruit tarts I requested were amazing! The decor they arranged was perfect and the brick interior has a hip, urban feel. It was a great venue for our intimate wedding and was definitely worth the cost because the staff took so much stress off of us so we could enjoy our day. We will always be grateful to them for their help!

We visited several venues in&around Nashville.Legacy was first.We couldve stopped;the bar was set unfairly high to the venues following;all nice but lacking that“this is it”offered by Legacy.From our initial property visit w/Kellie through detail planning w/MaryAlice this team wholly delivered.From follow up calls,to the reminders of things needed coming from out of town,we felt we didn’t have a“wedding planner”but a partner.At our site visit,we saw all the potential ceremony sites.Kellie is so thorough&attentive to detail,not only showing site options,but detailed how others have done it;painting a picture for us to detail our vision.We had 3 of the children w/ us(aging 7-11)&her willingness to include them was not only sweet but appreciated.During planning we worked w/Mary-Alice;I can’t praise her enough on partnership.From our initial call though ceremony’s end she had it&never missed a beat w/every detail finely managed.Things we communicated as “must-haves”such as music selections,seating arrangements&sequencing;other things not thought of were at the top of her list.We wanted to be outside;God will do what He will,but this team planned for His rain day.We selected a micro-wedding package which means no rehearsal.WHAT??I assure you,no problem;she orchestrates&directs it all perfectly.From décor,food,cake,music,clergy,photography,blended family inclusiveness she clinched it.Specifics of our day:we opted to be married on the pier,the water end.It is gorgeous,as is the whole property,Not to mention,in the event of light rain,we&the guests were covered so we could still continue outside(a Mary-Alice reassurance).Our guest list was 28(10 of which are under 13 years of age)¬ one unconsiderated.We opted for Scoobie Photography;this husband-wife team is swift,precise,candid&fun,use them.Brandon performed our ceremony&he is personable&personal.The super short version-if you want a perfect day partner w/ the Legacy team,you will not regret it.9.28.14

What a truly wonderful event! I am the mother of the bride and the one that funded the event. From the first meeting to the time we pulled away after the reception, we were showered with help. The planners listened to our vision for the wedding and every detail of the wedding and reception reflected our vision. The loft of the Event Center was just the rustic chic place we were looking for. The flowers were luscious and beautiful! The food was delicious and beyond plentiful. The ceremony music (violin) was so beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. The DJ was just right and really helped to move the night along at just the right pace with just the right music were wanted for dancing. The wedding planner made sure that the schedule of events stayed promptly on time. We were so impressed with all the little details that the Legacy Farms staff implemented throughout the entire event. I highly recommend them!

The team at Main Event Productions was an absolute dream. My husband and I cannot rave about them enough.

We lived in separate states when we were engaged--neither of us living in Tennessee near the venue we chose (Legacy Farms). Thanks to M.E.P., planning was a breeze even with the distance. We were also very appreciative of their support to military couples.

Amy Richardson was our wedding coordinator and goodness gracious is she phenomenal. She is organized, friendly, enthusiastic, realistic, positive, flexible, creative...everything that you could ever dream of having in a wedding coordinator and more. She easily adapts to budget and last-minute changes--without sacrificing excellent quality! Not only will she supervise and assist in your planning process, but she will also coordinate your meetings with other vendors, facilitate an efficient rehearsal the day before, and manage the set-up and clean-up the day of. With everything she had to keep track of, she still made us feel so special. And on top of everything, she will keep your entire wedding experience flowing smoothly without stress. She really makes your dream wedding a reality (seemingly effortlessly to us)...and I still felt completely in control of our wedding, yet without having to deal with any of the nit-picky details/complications.

She referred us to excellent vendors--like to Party Patrol Entertainment and to Enchanted Florists. Please see my profile for reviews on other contributing companies as well.

We also chose to book the Manor on their property the night before and the night of--which made such a difference in how special the weekend was. As a bride, me and my bridesmaids got to wake up and get ready together while watching all the decorations go up. It was so exciting. The owner, Kellie Bryson had informed all the staff of our names and everyone was congratulating us. They were so sweet and welcoming.

We could not be more thankful for our perfect wedding. Thanks Amy and M.E.P.!

I had my reception at their location on 1418 Church St. It's a smaller venue with a rooftop views of downtown. Amy was helping me from the very beginning and was very accommodating. She and the rest of the team turned the space into our vision and changed the menu according to our taste. Everyone was raving about the food and the surprise batman cake exceeded my expectations. The moment I saw Legacy Farms, I knew that it was MY venue. I didn't even want to look around at any other venues. All I had to do was hope and pray they still have my wedding date available; they did! Once we officially booked the place, the staff was beyond helpful. I had over a year to plan and they helped me every step of the way. Amy who basically helped me from the beginning was amazing! She made sure I was not stressed and always, always emailed me to see how the wedding planning was going. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. Everyone and I mean everyone, were so unbelievably amazing, helpful, and so kind.

The day of the wedding, when I walked into Legacy Farms, I was beyond ecstatic with how the decorations, colors, set up, EVERYTHING was. The staff listened to exactly what I wanted and they made it beyond perfect. It was absolutely beautiful. My cake was everything I wanted and more. I didn't use any outside vendors. I used everything that Legacy Farms had to offer and that was a decision I will be happy with for the rest of my life. I can't thank Legacy Farms and the staff enough for everything they did for me. As a little girl, I always dreamt of having that fairytale wedding and thats exactly what Legacy Farms did for me. They gave me a wedding I will truly NEVER forget.

Found Legacy Farms while doing a web search of Wedding Venues. I knew the minute I found them I would use them. The pictures posted on their website depict the grounds as they are. No smoke and mirrors. We set a time to meet with a coordinator and while visiting we set our date. The entire planning process was a dream come true. Main Event Productions did EVERYTHING for me. Between emails, phone calls, and a few sit down meetings the details were hashed out.

We rented out the manor house for all "out of town" guests and since our out of town guests were also those attending the rehearsal we opted to have our rehearsal dinner there as well. The food was excellent. Our menu consisted of steak, shrimp, veggies, bread and a dessert. Main Event Productions was very observant of any food allergies and dietary needs. During dinner we inquired about the history of the house and Ms. Kelly gave us a history lesson which proved to be entertaining.

The day of the wedding was BEAUTIFUL. The decorations, food and cake far exceeded my expectations. To top everything off the professionalism and friendliness of the staff were out of this world. Ms. Kelly noted that I didn't eat much breakfast the day of the wedding and delivered a plate of fruit to the bride room.

The ceremony was perfect. We hired Rev. Rich through Main Event Productions and he did a marvelous job.

After the ceremony we had a 2 entree dinner for all guest. We had a minor hiccup that was quickly resolved. The catering van broke down on the way. Not to worry, the staff at Legacy Farms jumped into action and had you not known about the minor hiccup you would have never known. When I learned of it I told Amy, wedding planner, that it was "no big deal you can't eat without the bride and groom".

If you are looking for a full service venue than Main Event Productions at Legacy Farms is the way to go!!! I hope to use them again in the future.

This was my third wedding and was also a destination wedding. Kellie at a catered affair was wonderful to work with. She even helped us decorate with specail lighting and curtains and gave us a fair price. The guests and I loved the food. The beef and the chicken were the best I have ever tasted. The caramel choc explosion desert was fabulous. The salads in martini glasses were a great idea and very tasty. The servers were very nice and worked hard. Everything was set up on time and ran smoothly due to A Catered Affair. I truly apreciate the best wedding that I have given or attended. Thank-You Kellie!

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Belle Meade Plantation in Nashville. We are from Chicago and did all of our planning long distance. Kellie Bryson at A Catered Affair was amazing and we highly recommend her. She was there for us every step of the way and put any worries of ours at ease. We first went to Kellie to help us with our catering needs and she ended up helping us with so much more. Being from out of town we could not go to the Belle Meade and figure out how we wanted to set up our reception. Kellie took care of us completely, we told her what our vision was and she made it all happened to a tee. Whenever my mom and I were unsure about a certain decision we were able to call Kellie and she would help solve our problem. We were not sure who to go to for decorations and Kellie again helped us out. She found the lowest prices but the best quality for all of our decorations. When it came to the day of our wedding, my husband and I could not be happier! The presentation of our food and desserts were outstanding and we got many compliments on it. The bartenders that A Catered Affair hired were wonderful and treated our guests with utmost respect. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend A Catered Affair, they were wonderful!

We just had our wedding and reception there. The grounds are beautiful this time of year and they had recently made some renovations. The venue looked amazing and they set up everything for us! It looked better then if I did it myself! It started raining 10 mins before we were suppose to start (my wedding was outside) They were on top of it with back up plans and even let me push the time back 40 mins to make sure I could have the wedding I wanted, outside. They are absolutely amazing there, so friendly, kind and very professional! Everything ran so smoothly and I was completely stress free as were our families....that's very important when you're a bride! haha If you are looking for a fun rustic chic or outdoor country wedding, check this place out and enjoy planning your wedding....they literally do everything for you! It's awesome!!

My husband and I were married at Legacy Farms in March of this year, and we can attest that this venue is well worth it! We had originally planned to be married on my parent's property, but after mornths of struggling to wrangle all the details of planning a ceremony and reception ourselves, we decided to move to a venue. Legacy Farms was such a great decision! Their team worked with us from start to finish, assuring every detail was taken care of to our specifications. Because of their guidance and expertise, we were able to plan each detail without feeling overwhelmed with everything all at once. I was initially concerned that using a venue would prevent me from putting my own personality and touches into the whole experience. However, they did an amazing job of taking my ideas and DIY decoractions and making them all come together into a beautiful and flawless event! I have nothing but appreciation for everyone on their team from their florist, Caprice, who took our vision and turned it into a reality; our planner, Amy, who was very attentive and has incredible patience; and Robert, our DJ, who kept the dance floor going all night with the perfect mix of songs to keep everyone happy.

I enjoyed working with Amy at the Bake Shoppe to create my wedding cake. I didn't go into our meeting with an exact vision of what I wanted but I did have a few pictures and she sat with me and drew out the cake as we designed it. Events at 1418 in Nashville, TN made our wedding day incredible!! Amy Richardson and Kellie Bryson (owner) were incredibly responsive, flexible, and catered to our every need. All aspects, from planning to the event, were professionally and gracefully attended to. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end and all of our guests commented on the fantastic event space, food, and service. Very easy, intimate venue that did it all for us!! A Catered Affair created an amazing menu for our wedding at CJ's Off the Square. Our guest were so impressed with how wonderful it was and how it was not the typical "wedding food" They served amazing hors d'oeuvres and a sit down meal that was to die for. They will create a menu that is exactly what you want and make it taste better than you thought possible!

I loved working with the Bake Shoppe on my wedding cake design. They allowed me to be invovled with the design process and gave me great feed back. The cake they made for us was jsut what we wanted. I happened across a Groupon for a cake from The Bake Shoppe a few months before my wedding. I thought the deal was too good to pass up. Little did I know that my wedding cake from The Bake Shoppe would be one of the best wedding cakes I have ever tasted. The staff at The Bake Shoppe is stellar, they are always quick to answer emails and did not even blink an eye when I had a small entourage come to try cake flavors. My cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious.

The Bake Shoppe was such a pleasure to work with every step of the way and we are so thankful we found this company for our wedding! Not only were they extremely accommodating and helpful when we were choosing and designing our cake but they also created a new pumpkin flavor for our wedding to go along with our fall theme. The cake tasted so wonderful and everyone at our wedding stated it was the best cake they had ever had, let alone at a wedding! Our cake was perfect! I was a bit nervous because we were using a Groupon and cake was a not a priority to me... but Amy was very professional and helped guide us to a beautiful design! We had a very simple, custom design that we wanted to do around each tier that matched our invitations and she took it to the kitchen and experimented with the new design. She even emailed me photos along the way to confirm I was happy with the pattern before they used it. We had several positive comments from guests that the cake was delicious! Would definitely recommend Bake Shoppe to anyone wanted a professional experience and delicious cake.

My wedding cake couldn't have been more perfect!!! First of all, it was absolutely delicious (red velvet and sour cream almond)... our guests loved it! My husband especially loved being able to taste the flavors ahead of time. They helped me design a cake that matched our wedding style and colors to a tee. We used the Bake Shoppe for our wedding cake and groom's cake. The Bake Shoppe was recommended to us by our wedding planner, and we booked them immediately after our first tasting. We liked so many of the flavors, so we mixed and matched the tiers of our cake with strawberry, chocolate, sour cream almond and raspberry. They were very professional, and the cakes looked beautiful. They followed our requests exactly on what we wanted them to look like. The cake was delicious, and we were surprised by how little was left over at the end of the night! Highly recommended.

We are so thankful that we found this venue. We were going to go in a completely different direction for our wedding but when we showed up for our tour with Jerry, we were sold! The venue is so appealing because it's so versatile, it's pretty any time of year and the staff is amazing! I have a full-time job and my parents live in Wyoming so it was important to me that I chose a team of professionals who could guide me through the planning process without stressing me out. They truly know what they are doing and our day was perfect because of it!
Thanks to Legacy Farms, especially, Amy Richardson, our fabulous coordinator, we were able to select the best vendors and really not stress about the day. Amy was very easy to work with and we really enjoyed getting to know her.
Kelly Farmer with Party Patrol was our DJ. He was wonderful when it came to making the right music selections for our wedding and he made sure our guests had a great time! He introduced us to the music of The Vitamin Quartet; which we used as our pre-ceremony music and he worked with me as we plotted the best surprise entrance song for my new husband!
Caprice Palmer with Enchanted Florist is, in my opinion, a dream come true! My husband is very knowledgeable about plants/flowers and he was very picky about having the right variety for our day. We thought this would be an impossible task due to our budget and special requests but, somehow, Caprice was able to read our minds and had a vision in a matter of minutes! Our flowers were gorgeous and she was able to incorporate copper wire from my Grandpa's workshop to memorialize him for my family.
Our cake was made by The Bakke Shop and it was so beautiful I didn't want to eat it! This is one area where we were totally clueless as to what we wanted. Again, Amy came to our rescue at one of our planning meetings and basically designed it for us. It was very elegant and tasty! Honestly, cake tasting is something we should all be able to do every day!
Helen Murin is to thank for making sure everything from the time of our arrival on site to the time everybody left went so smoothly. Thanks to her, the froom made it on time!! She is fantastic at organizing and directing! She made sure that every little detail was just as we had planned. Our candy table looked fantastic thanks to her!
Finally, I'd like to say that the owners, Jerry and Kelly, have done a fabulous job making this property so spectacular. They are so passionate about how they run their business and it shows in everything they do. I don't think we would have selected this venue if they hadn't updated the reception hall so well. They really gave it a modern feel. I am not really a "country girl" so this is what got me. Also, I am so grateful to their crew for staying up all night just to make sure our chairs were finished for the reception.
My wedding day was so amazing and I know it's because of Legacy Farms and all of the talented people on their team. Thank you for the best day of our lives!

The staff at legacy farms helped to turn my wedding from my dream to a reality. All of my friends and family still rave about it being the best wedding they've ever attended. Kellie was able to really encompass who my husband and I were and implement it into all the details. They were so easy to work with and anytime I contacted them, I received a response very quick. I have recommended this venue to everyone I know getting married. It's beautiful and the perfect spot for your dream romantic wedding! Oh and the food was out of this world and presentation was what you can expect from a professionally trained chef!

We had initially planned on having cupcakes instead of a cake, and I am so glad that we went against our initial decision! We absolutely loved our wedding cake!! For our wedding my husband and I ordered four cakes and two dozen cupcakes from the Bake Shoppe. Every single treat was absolutely divine. The cakes were moist, the icings buttery, and each sweetened to perfection. We can't wait to visit the Bake Shoppe for all our future sweet-treat needs!

Our wedding cake was delicious!! We were able to sample multiple cakes and more options than anyone else we had spoke with offered. The cake was BEAUTIFUL and well priced. My husband had a very unique idea for a grooms cake and he was not disappointed with the results. they listened to what he wanted and put it on the cake. We had no problems with the cake and our top tier was saved for us for our aniv.

Natalie and Amy at The Bake Shoppe were very amiable and willing to please. Make sure to go to their cake tasting and bring your "colors" and maybe a picture of the detailing on your wedding gown. Our wedding cake was gorgeously decorated, delicious, and melted in your mouth! Guests went back for second servings! In addition, their prices beat local grocery bake shops!

Hands down the BEST catering company in Nashville. They catered my fabulous wedding as well as my wedding cake. They are so great to work with and very flecxible. I wanted to taste the food before I made a definite decision and they were willing to let me and taste test foods during a wedding in the back kitchen area they were in. Legacy Farms in Lebanon TN, is a remarkable venue. The views, scenery, decor and unique personalized options the venue had to offer were second to none. We researched and visited venues in 5 states before finding and falling in love with Legacy Farms. Just a short trip from downtown Nashville, there is plenty of activities for your out of town guests pre and post wedding. From the Manor home, to the barn, to the covered bridge, to the Pier on the lake, the venue is a photographers playground. The staff were professional and friendly. They treated us as old friends. We would not have changed a thing. Thank you Legacy Farms for making our wedding more special then we could have ever imagined.

One of the main things people said during the wedding and after is how good the food was. A catered affair did a wonderful job, even the salad was delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything better and highly highly recommend them. They even came up with a vegetarian dish for 4 of my guests that they really loved as well. Kellie and Chef Gary the food was fantastic.....My favorite, the demitasse shooters of squash soup and the goat cheese bites! Everyone commented on how delicious it all was. I am looking at our pictures from Myrick and the food display was absolutely gorgeous!!!!!! Chris was even pleased and I told you, if he can be pleased with the food, you are a winner!!! I knew I wanted to use The Bake Shoppe for my wedding cake based on previous desserts I had tasted before. I knew I would be getting the best of the best, but I had no idea just how amazing the crew at Bake Shoppe really was... I wanted a design that was simple, but off the books. I only had a tiny picture of what I wanted the cake to look like, but Amy and the Bake Shoppe crew nailed it! The cake was gorgeous-- the picture of simple elegance. I chose to have white cake with white icing and I couldn't have gotten more compliments on how wonderful it was! All my guests just loved the taste! Two weeks after the wedding a guest even said to me, "I had three pieces of cake and I would have eaten more if it was socially acceptable!" Thank you so much for the most beautiful wedding cake I could have ever imagined! I will recommend you to every bride I know! THANK YOU!
