I bought my wedding dress, veil, and hair piece, and my bridesmaids bought their dresses from LeeAnn's. We were very pleased with their service!

I worked with a about three dress consultants for my entire process. I feel bad that I cannot remember there names, but they were all very helpful and nice. The first gal I worked with asked me my budget and my size; I told her, and she grabbed me a couple of dresses, while I looked. I found two that I liked, and she wrote them down and let me come back another day to try them both on again. She was very easy and pleasant to work with.

The second gal I worked with grabbed the two dresses, when I had come back. She was very good to let me know that since they were off the rack, it was come as you buy them. So, I would have to pay for any beads missing on my dress or anything else wrong with it, which made me look at the dresses more carefully. She helped me see a few things wrong with the one dress, and told me her thoughts on how they looked. She was great to work with. I pick out my wedding dress that day, and was very pleased! I was so exited. It looked great on my wedding day.

A guy helped me with my brides maids dresses. He asked me my colors and what length I wanted the dresses. He let me have look, and told me which dresses came in the color I wanted. He was very helpful.

The consultants called me every so often to let me know who came in for their fitting and who didn't so I could give them a call, if they couldn't get a hold of them. They explained their dress policy very well, and when the payments were due. I had a great experience there.

Choosing my dress was one of the most difficult things in planning a wedding. I had a design in my head, and tried looking for it, but could not find it here in Winnipeg, MB. I followed some advice and went to the States to look for one. By coincidence, I found the dress at our first bridal stop in Fargo. Although, it took a while to come in, the design, quality, fit, and price was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and shared their opinions on different fits, and accessories. I would recommend LeeAnne's Bridal to anyone looking for a dress in the nearby area of Fargo, ND.

I first met with the LeeAnne's Bridal staff at the Fargo Bridal Show. They let me know what they were having a trunk show and encouraged me to book an appointment. I am SO glad I did! I had a whole posse with me and they set up benches for them to check out each dress and had a dressing room and mirror section dedicated to me....during one of the busiest prom shopping weekends! They made my part feel very welcome and they really enjoyed the free prom dress show.

I worked with Jess and she was so sweet and helpful. I described the dress I had pictured in my head to her and she let me loose in the dresses to find a few to try on. They have a HUGE selection of styles and I was a little overwhelmed. I tried a few on that I liked, but wasn't sure if they were "the one". Jess let me know that she had the perfect dress for me and went back to find it.

Let me tell you, Jess is VERY good at her job and was spot on with the dress she had in mind. It was EVERYTHING that I was looking for! Since we booked out appointment during the trunk show, we got a pretty good deal on the dress. As an added bonus, I got a very yummy cupcake and my whole party got champagne. I couldn't have been happy with my decision to go with LeeAnne's Bridal. I can't wait to go back with my bridesmaids to find their dresses!

They are very easy to work with and very understanding. The place I originally ordered my dress through went out of business. Leann's went above and beyond to get my dress for me instead. Should have started here all along. Very friendly. Their alterations department is awesome and great and skilled at what they do.

I have nothing but good things to say about LeeAnn's Bridal! I would definitely recommend them to a friend! Cindy - the owner - is completely wonderful and she does all the alterations and she does amazing work! I looked like a beautiful princess on my wedding day and it was all thanks to LeeAnn's!

I bought my dress here and when I discovered it was too short, Cindy worked with me on adding lace to the bottom of the dress for added length. It turned out beautifully and Cindy did an amazing job sewing it on.

I found my dream dress during their "trunk" sale! I had Sarah as a consultant and she was sooooo helpful :) The best part was during this sale I was able to get my dress 20% off which was amazing. The process after the initial purchase was easy and stress free. I also selected my bridesmaid dresses from LeeAnnes - they were extremely helpful but I do warn brides about getting one shoulder dresses... the dresses at the store the girls try on are worn so they are much looser. Every single one of my bridesmaid had to get the armpit altered so they could move their arm up and down. Otherwise no issue with ordering and they even have a service where they steam everyone dress for free before the wedding!

Gabby that used to work their was amazing. She helped me find my wedding dress. I tried on a lot of dresses but she never gave up on me. Once I found the dress she even took the time to show me color schemes of which brand names dress would actually have the colors I wanted. She was so much fun, joked, and laughed. I didn't get my bridesmaid dresses their because the new people they hired were rude and didn't know anything. When I brought my bridesmaids in to look around the lady got made at us and said we had to have an appointment. When I bought my wedding dress I came into look around. Had to create for of the same forms because nobody could find the first one with my info on it. It's a great place to go if you want cheap pricing on dresses.

I went into this shop expecting not to find my dress but low and behold I found it! They provided great service, and I custom ordered my dress by adding a foot onto the train and it turned out perfectly! The owner does all the alterations by herself and my complicated lace dress was perfectly done at a reasonable price. The accessories seemed a little overpriced however. Bridesmaid dresses seemed to take a little long to get in but it was fine and that easily could have been the manufactures problem. After we had ordered the dresses already I got concerned about the color I had picked and they gladly ordered me a large color swatch from the company so I could get a better idea how it looked. They were a great help! I LOVED my dress and so did everyone else!

I purchased a Maggie Sottero dress from LeeAnne's Bridal. It came in under the amount of time they said it may take to get in, so that's a plus. I am 6 feet tall and the dress was just a LITTLE too short so they added lace to the bottom and it really matched well and I felt better about the length. Sometimes I had to call four or five times during opening hours to get someone to pick up the phone because I didn't get a timely call back when a message was left. Some of the workers were nice and some not so much. There was a muscly lady there and I liked her. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name. Anyway, the alterations were great and at a good cost as well. I would still recommend them to others looking for dresses because they have a large variety and for the most part were better than the other dress shops I came across. Thank you.

Originally I was working with a gal at Leeann's that was absolutely amazing, she was so attentive and helpful. Well she went on maternity leave and never came back :( after that the staff there couldn't have seemed to careless about me or my bridesmaids. It was a struggle to have them work with my schedule (I was driving there from 2 hours away and they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by wanting to come on a Saturday morning - when they were scheduled to be open). When we were there for our appointments the staff was busy doing other things rather than trying to help us - it seems that those girls in shopping for prom dresses were a higher priority than the wedding dress I had already purchased and needed to have altered. I had originally been so happy with the salesgal that help me find my wedding dress during my first appointment (Erin - she was awesome), since then it was more frustrating than anything. However I will say that the alternations were great, and reasonably priced.

The consultant that helped me book my appointment was very helpful in finding something that would work with my hectic schedule, and directed me to a trunk sale that would offer some great discount opportunities.

During my appointment, however, the consultant I worked with seemed distracted (I believe I was her only client at the time). She brought me numerous dresses that I couldn't even get into because they were considerably too small - it was discouraging and I don't think she sensed my disappointment at all. I had to explicitly direct her to stop bringing me dresses in sizes smaller than "x".

Fortunately, my sister was helpful and supportive and I did end up finding a beautiful dress from their selection. I did get to see some wonderful dresses, but finding "the one" was a tough process.

I did get a cupcake and free champagne for making a purchase that day. That was nice.

    Worst experiance

Last Fall my Mother booked a reservation with LeAnn’s my family and I were able to find a dress. This dress was beautiful but wanted to have a sand underlayer vs the while on the sample dress. It was explained that could be ordered.
I paid for the dress and was explained by the bridal consultant that there was going to be a trunk show for the designer whom designed my dress that next week or so. So, she would include my dress in that order and gave me a percentage off. 10-15% off my dress. I do want to note that the sample dress was the EXACT same size as the size I ordered.

Months later the dress arrived in the shop and I was asked to come in to try it on. Within hours, on that Friday, I was able to go in and try the dress on. Sadly, the dress did NOT feel or look like what I ordered. In tears, I explained to the consultant the difference in the ordered dress vs the sample dress.

This included: being to tight, my chest of up higher then desired and bunching under my chest. I do want to note that I am extremely busty so finding a dress that would accommodate this would extremely important.

Through my tears I explained this was not the dress I ordered and left crying. That weekend I saw the bridal consultant, whom assisted me at my appointment, at a local event. She reassured me we would get the dress fitting like the sample dress and asked I come back in while she was working. So I did. I verbalized my concerns and showed her the areas of discretion. In addition, we again tried on the sample dress to show her the differentiation. She reassured me that all would work out and alterations could be completed to make it like the sample dress.

    I trusted her.

Upon my first alternation appointment, within LeAnn’s, I explained to her my concerns of the sample dress vs my ordered dress. I was able to show her areas that did not match. Explained my bust could not be lifted as high as they were, that the dress was bunching under my chest and need to have chest covered with nude material to be held in. If I recall, we even tried the sample on again at this appointment to show her.

I left the dress with the seamstress to return weeks later after her alterations. This appointment was 10 days before my wedding.

I could would never hope what occurred on my worse nightmare. When trying on the dress they could not zip it.
    Issues include:
    • The dress would not zip. It took TWO consultants to zip me in.
    • The dress was extremely tight.
    • Boning was placed under my chest that hurt so bad it was sticking into my skin + was painful.
    • My chest was two inches higher then at my first session.
    • The bottom of my hem was uneven.
    • The seamstress has hemmed the bottom of my dress was uneven.
    • The two rows of bedding, under my chest, has been moved. It was placed unevenly so one side was higher then the other. As well as, thicker to thinner rows; which were not previously there.

Again, I explained my concerns to the seamstress, showed her problem areas and requested we find a solution. She stared at me. I asked her if she was going to say anything, to which, she reported “I am thinking.” She never said anything. In discussion, she determined it was not a seamstress issue but rather ordering the dress issue. So pulled over the consultant. Again, I explained it was not an ordering issue bur rather work she had done that was unacceptable. Eventually, I requested I get down off the stand to take the dress off.

I looked like a biscuit can waiting to pop. Sadly, I am not even kidding. It was BAD!

Simply, I was extremely sad my $1500 purchase was ruined.
I left the shop crying! I called my mother in law + discussed the situation. We decided I would call LeAnn’s and request a solution to the problem occur as I was 10 days from my wedding + my dress was worse then ever.
I received a solution the next day which they suggested was to go to a seamstress they had chosen with my ordered dress AND sample dress.

I called my sister and we determined I was 10 days away and we could not play sewing class with their seamstress or any seamstress they would suggest when I trusted them before and I was in the situation I was in.

They allowed me to take both dresses, to their seamstress. But again felt I could not do that so drove 1+ hours to get my ordered dress looked at and sample. She determined my ordered dress was to ruined to fix. The dress looked like a child’s sewing project! We determined the dress was unsalvageable and agreed to go ahead and start alterations on the sample dress!

In between this time, I explained to LeAnn’s that we would start alterations on the sample dress with a lady I trusted back home. This resulted in being told I stole the dress/es when I did not go to their person; stating my ordered dress looked just fine; calling around until they found my seamstress + unprofessionalism.

The owner is also the seamstress, SHOCKINGLY!
She agreed with my Mother in Law we would return the ordered dress the following Wednesday and receive a 10% discount. However, she had already picked up my ordered dress without me knowing. I refused the 10% discount knowing my pain + suffering was beyond 10%. At all times, they never took accountability for their seamstress ruining my dress, lying about picking up the dress, demanding my dress looked find as a “biscuit in a can” look and being incredibly disrespectful as a paying customer.

After days and days of back and forth, and a week before my wedding, I determined I needed to focus on other things beside LeAnn’s Bridal wanting to be disrespectful, unprofessional and downright rude.

I also want to note, that the seamstress whom ruined my dress, never once talked to me again after doing so and make the bridal consultant do all of the verbal communication.

I truly feel their unprofessional stance on the whole topic was disgusting! I would never ever want someone to go through what I had to go through. All within days of my wedding!

Although taking them to court might be an option…the word of mouth of my story would greater affect them vs a monetary value I could receive! I can only hope nobody else receive the disrespectful care, situation and experience I had to go through!

Although I originally loved my dress, the "dress" turned out to be one of the worst parts about my wedding. The Thursday before my wedding, a sales associate called me to ask what my fabric was made from. After telling her that it was silk (and that silk can't be steamed) she told me that the seamstress was out of town and no one working was trained to press the dress. She continued by telling me that she thought the dress looked okay. After insisting on coming into the shop to look at the dress, I was shocked at how absolutely wrinkled it looked; I didn't even need to look closely. The sales associate quickly packaged it up and after visiting for a few minutes sent me on my way to find my own solution. She had no numbers of people to call and offered NO assistance. I found a dry cleaners in town that afternoon and had them press the dress. When I went to pick up the dress the next day, they showed me that there were also footprints on the dress train. They had done their best to spot clean it, but unfortunately could not get some of the stains out. Thankfully, after some haggling, LeeAnne's reimbursed me for the pressing and spot cleaning.

Got my bridesmaids dresses there and and from the beginning they were horrible to work with. Communication between staff sucks and they have the worst customer service I've ever seen. Go there and you'll regret it.

The owner of this store needs a rude awakening. I purchased my veil from her location and God help me, if I didn't love it, I would have thrown it back in her face. First of all, the credit card was charged the DAY the veil was ordered. A veil I was supposed to have in about 10 days. Over a MONTH later, it finally came in. When I had called to check on the status and asked why we had been charged if the veil hadn't even shipped yet, the owner snapped at me and said that SHE TOLD ME it was on backorder and there is nothing she can do about it and I just have to wait until it gets there. Well, she never told me it was on backorder, she told me it would be there in 10 days. Never again would I give them my service. I used to really like this shop but for some reason or another, the wedding industry in this town thinks they can get by with screwing people over. Ridiculous and rude.
