Lee was very responsive and very easy to work with. I hired him for a corporate reception and he was just as advertised. From the beginning of the process, I found Lee to be responsive, kind and a good listener. We worked through all details together - set-up time, concessions needed, music type, length of set, etc. He answered every email with grace and was just as kind in person. Lee was amazing in so many ways. He was professional, communicative, and worth the reasonable fee. Lee pulled double duty for us. He miked up our ceremony, then played live for our cocktail hour and during dinner. Then he transitioned into a polished DJ. He truly is amazing. Lee made it so easy all the months leading up to the special day, emailing over a 400 song list that he can play live as well as requesting a small list of songs for the dance floor to establish a vibe. And a vibe it was! Everyone danced, I mean everyone! He kept all engaged and grooving. Did I say he was amazing? Lee is also a kind, passionate person who loves what he does, and it shows. Lee is a must hire for any wedding! He MC'd, sung and DJ'd for our wedding and overall set an amazing vibe. His acoustic performance during dinner was a high of our wedding. Keep it simple, hire Lee if he's available!
First of all, Lee is an incredible musician - creative, dynamic, and professional. More importantly, Lee is an incredible human - genuine, passionate, and kind.
We met Lee after seeing him play around the Phoenix area - one of our favorite shows was at Kazimierz. We immediately loved his musical style and voice. His soulful covers and energetic playing style made it so easy to get up and dance every time we saw him play. Lee is extraordinary whether playing solo, skillfully looping song tracks, or leading a six piece full band.
Without question, when starting our wedding planning we knew we wanted to book Lee. Initially, Lee was booked on our wedding day, but we were lucky enough to get him for our welcome reception playing solo. We begged him to let us know if his booking got cancelled.
Months went by and Lee remembered us - we got a call letting us know he was available for our big day. The point here is that Lee does what he says he's going to do because he's an incredible human.
We were so excited, we booked Lee with a five piece band including a saxophone player - it was awesome in so many ways. We had the best experience having Lee play two days in a row and seeing him entertain each day equally impressively while keeping them separate. Because Lee is so great, he is a magnet for attracting other great musicians to play in his band. Lee has a deep network of musicians nationally and he brings that network to you when you hire him.
We trusted Lee so much that we put little effort into choosing specific songs for him to play beyond a few critical moments. Lee is great at reading the room and the crowd, filling in as an MC for announcements, keeping the crowd on the dancefloor, and adjusting on the fly if needed. Lee brings all of himself to his audience.
The last point I'll make is Lee is also a consummate professional who is easy to work with. I couldn't recommend him more if you're lucky enough to get him booked! It is a rare gift when you can hire someone and end up counting that person as a friend - Lee is a rare gift.Lee Perreira, LLC's reply:

He had just the right songs at just the right times, was flexible, professional, and even managed to perform a song with one of our wedding guests without warning, as a request. Lee was amazing! From when we first contacted him, to wedding day, to after all the dust had settled, Lee exhibited amazing communication, an upbeat attitude, and a sense of calm amongst the chaos.
My wife and I had contacted a few local DJs when searching for the entertainment for our wedding. We got responses back and set up initial phone calls, however, most people took a few days to get back to us. And then after the initial phone call and discuss what we wanted, everyone said they’d do what we wanted but didn’t seem too interested in it. And then we ended up never hearing back from these people even after reaching out to them again. Clearly, these other DJs were not interested in doing our wedding.
In comes Lee. He responded to us immediately after initial contact and we quickly set up a phone call to discuss what we were looking for. Since that first call, Lee was always upbeat and enthusiastic about our plans. He gladly accommodated our requests and gave us suggestions and guidelines all the while not pushing us to deviate from our desires.
Lee played live acoustic music for all our Ceremony activities and then seamlessly switched to DJ for the Reception portion of the night. He also MC’d all the introductions and stuff. The value for money here getting 2 performers in 1 is outstanding.
Lee truly shined the day of as we had a fairly strict gameplay laid out, but inevitably there were in the moment changes to that gameplay that had to be made and Lee went with the flow beautifully. Not only happily making the changes but performing them perfectly as well.
Overall, we highly recommend Lee for your event. He will make sure every one of your requests is met, will carry out your plan to fruition, and will guide you along the way. If you’re looking for entertainment variety without the trouble of having to book 2 separate acts and want absolute certainty your event will go smoothly, Lee is your man!
To Lee, thank you again for being a great vendor! Our day wouldn't be the same without you.

On a professional level, I was impressed from the time I reached out through the end of the evening when the wedding wrapped up. Lee was prompt to respond for booking and for any other questions I had.
Let’s say I’m very specific about what I want. For example, he has an extensive list of songs that he gave me, and he was receptive when I asked to highlight the songs I wanted to hear and cross out those I didn’t want to hear. He also suggested that I create my own Spotify playlist to share with him to play while he took a break to eat. This was a great idea and allowed me to maintain the vibe I wanted. I wanted a song he hadn’t learned to play yet for my aisle song. He worked with me to include the verses I wanted for my entrance song because it had to be shorted to less than 3 minutes given it doesn’t take that long to walk down the aisle. He performed it perfectly vocally and stylistically.
As a musician, I couldn’t have asked for someone who sounded and performed better. I was looking for a singer-songwriter with John Mayor in mind, and Lee was perfect. As I mentioned, I am particular, and I researched and listened to A LOT of artists and couldn’t find anyone with vocals and guitar skills like Lee. I really liked the music he writes and sings too, so I invited him to perform those as well. Not surprisingly, I wasn’t the only one who loved Lee’s performance. So many of my guests commented how much they loved Lee too.
At the end of the night, he made a point to say goodbye and expressed appreciation for me which he didn’t have to do and was thoughtful. Lee IS classy, professional, and very talented. I don’t live in Phoenix, but I love to travel there, and when I return, I plan to go see Lee at one of his regular gigs.

Lee is an amazing musician and awesome human being! We used his band for our April 23, 2022 wedding and couldn't have been happier. He has an extensive song list and is very versatile. He played solo (ceremony); duet w sax (cocktail hour) and w his full band for our reception. He also provides great DJing in between sets and was adept at combining our desires for the wedding, with reading the energy of the crowd. Lee answered our questions all along the way very promptly and he really put our minds at ease because of his experience and professional (but always so, so friendly) approach. WOW! Lee and his band was amazing. Lee started off by performing solo for our ceremony and dinner. Our guests all had such great things to say to us about his sound and vibe. His music selection felt endless and he was really able to read the room. After dinner, Lee had two of his band members join him. Katie and I, along with our guest were entertained all night. They were awesome! Prior to the wedding he was very professional and easy to deal with. He understands all the planning we had to do with the other parts of our wedding, so he made his part very easy for us which we greatly appreciated! FIVE STARS for Lee and his band! Lee was the most amazing wedding musician and DJ. He provided music for our ceremony, played live music for our cocktail our and dinner, and then DJ’d our reception. He was very responsive and complied with all of our requests. He was accompanied by a saxophonist who even learned “falling in love with you” to play for my mom in memory of my dad. My wedding coordinator said “I want Lee for all of my weddings,” that’s just how amazing he is. From his professionalism, talent, and overall awesome personality and presence, I can’t recommend Lee enough!! We hired Lee to play at our small, backyard wedding in Paradise Valley, AZ. He was the perfect choice, and I cannot recommend him more highly. Throughout the whole planning process, he was lovely and communicative with us. We were spacey and all over the place leading up to the wedding, and he was patient and helped relieve some of our wedding stress. He let us know that we could plan out every song if we wanted to, or just leave it up to him. We ended up not wanting to plan too much of the music besides some of the processional and recessional songs, and we left most of the selection up to Lee, and it was perfect. He read our vibe and played accordingly. He was pleasant and kind to everyone, and he got rave reviews from not only our family, but all of the guests. A perfect event is the summation of all the little parts working together, and Lee's music and presence greatly contributed to our wedding success. Lee was really awesome! Everyone commented on how much they loved the music. He played a live song for our first dance and it really meant a lot to us. We appreciated that my husband and I met at a running race and Lee is a runner. He stayed for our entire wedding as he played for our ceremony and Reception afterward.
He traveled to Sedona from Phoenix for our wedding. He arrived on time. He is very friendly and talented. We hope to go see him sing again in the future. My only complaint is we didn't get to hear him play more because we had to take pictures with the photographer and had to step away for awhile after the ceremony, but Lee definitely entertained our guests in our absence. Lee did an amazing job for my husband’s 50th surprise birthday! He is a true professional and a very talented and diverse performer. His song list is huge appealing to all generations. Lee is the best!
I hired Lee for a corporate event and he was absolutely incredible from the moment we connected. Lee was easy to get ahold of, flexible on my budget to make sure we could work together, brought his own AV (which was MUCH cheaper than what we would have paid at the venue), made sure all our song requests were accommodated, and showed up early to ensure we were comfortable with everything onsite. Where do I begin...Lee Perreira was magical. My husband and I were looking for entertainment for our wedding day. We had a lot of moving pieces to the entire day but we knew we wanted music during our cocktail hour to create an inviting, fun ambiance. We found Lee through Wedding Wire and decided to go to one of his gigs in Scottsdale, Az. We were SO impressed. My husband and I are both big on music and Lee truly amazed us. He is beyond talented, creative and uniquely his own. His style and voice compliment each other so well. When we were at his gig, we were singing along to every song. My husband and I shared a moment and we were like “Wow!!! He’s amazing!” After meeting Lee, his personality and professionalism matched his musical talent. He was so patient with us, had amazing communication, and answered any questions we had along the stresses of planning a wedding. We had no doubt we were in good hands.
The day of the wedding, I walked into our reception hall and I heard Lee’s voice and for a minute I thought the hall had on music. His voice and music are outstanding!!! Our guests had an amazing time and he created the perfect music for our wedding day.
We plan on seeing Lee at his future performances around Arizona and in the short time we’ve known him, believe he is a friend!!

I honestly don't even know where to begin, I could say so many wonderful things about our experience with Lee. First & foremost, he's an amazing musician. He played live music for our procession, a song for me walking down the aisle, and a recession song. Then he played live during our cocktail hour and learned a new song for our first dance! AND then he transitioned flawlessly into the BEST DJ!! Our guests came up to us all night long asking, "Where did you find this guy?!" We heard endless positive compliments and high praise for Lee, everyone loved him. The combo of live music & DJ made our wedding feel truly unique and special. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish and he was so easy to work with, he's laid back but knows how to get work done. An additional bonus is that he plays at various venues throughout Phoenix all year long so we can always go see him play whenever we want because we are now lifelong fans and supporters of his career. It felt like we were working with a friend rather than a vendor. I would recommend Lee a hundred times over!! He made our day absolutely perfect and for that, I'm forever grateful! HIRE LEE ASAP!
