I have been a bridesmaid In 2 weddings coordinated & planned by Leah Elizabeth Events and a guest at another 2. Being part of the wedding party can be stressful with so many moving parts the day of, but Leah and her team are so organized and do all of the thinking and hard work for you so all you have to do is go/do what they say and celebrate with your bride! Imagine the movie the wedding planner with JLo, that’s literally Leah x 10! She thinks of everything and makes the entire wedding experience enjoyable and seamless. 15/10 would recommend booking her for your wedding!!! -

Leah and her team were fantastic! I'll start with how fun, down to earth and organized she is. As a bride who also works in the wedding industry, I loved how she worked with vendors and kept me in the loop with her communications without me having to step in. She has a great sense of how much to guide versus listen to ideas. Finally, I was impressed with how much communication she put in before the day, but on actual wedding day, made all the calls and worked almost entirely behind the scenes, without me having to make a single decision.
Overall I could not recommend her more, you can 100% trust her to run your most important day.

We hired Leah for month-of coordination, and she was absolutely incredible. Leah truly made our wedding day seamless. From start to finish, she was organized, calm, and on top of every detail. My husband and I had hired our vendor team and began coordinating with them prior to the month before our wedding. Leah stepped in as if she had been there from day one. I especially appreciated how accessible and communicative Leah was throughout the last few weeks. On the wedding day, she truly handled everything behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy the day. Her professionalism and warm, reassuring presence made such a difference. Leah was such a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t have done it without her. I could not recommend Leah enough! -

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Leah! I really wanted to plan my daughter’s wedding myself but knew I didn’t want to hold a clip board all night! Best decision ever! I was introduced to Leah through a mutual connection in Maryland. When I was first looking for a wedding planner for my wedding in New York State, I assumed I needed someone who knew the area in which I was getting married. It turns out, that’s not true. Leah assured me she could take on a mostly unknown area, so we hired her for her full-service wedding planning services.
Leah helped me scout out vendors, set up meetings to vet them, and guided me through recommendations, feedback, and suggestions for everything from selecting a videographer, to choosing rental pieces in a showroom (I didn’t even know what a charger was), to giving me advice about our welcome party and selecting a menu for 100 people for a post-wedding brewery event. She was so easy to work with, so calm, encouraging, and supportive, and always available for a ton of phone calls throughout the planning process, easing my concerns when I was stressed out.
Leah brought her two assistants, Mo and Casey, for my wedding weekend. They were an amazing team and took care of every detail of my wedding weekend. I showed up to my rehearsal dinner and it was decorated to perfection. They took care of literally everything for our wedding day: My picture frames, seating chart, table numbers, cocktail napkins, signs, photo booth accessories, candy jars, napkin rings, and much more. I basically had to show up, take photos, get married, and have the best time ever. They even had to do some emergency dress safety-pinning for me after the ceremony when I felt like my dress didn’t feel tight/secure enough. I feel so lucky that I didn’t have to worry about getting all of those things done on the day of my wedding. When my husband and I returned to our hotel room at the end of the night, Leah and team already had everything packed up and returned to us - even extra meals from the reception (which was beyond appreciated).
I started my wedding planning with only a vision of emerald green table linens and jewel-tone flowers I wanted at the reception. Leah helped me expand upon that vision and truly bring it to life in a way I could never have done on my own, especially with a full-time, demanding job. Our wedding day was so spectacular. Leah and I spent a lot of time on the details, especially for the reception. When I walked into the room, I was stunned to see how beautiful it all turned out. It completely exceeded all of my expectations.
I would 1,000% recommend Leah and her wedding planning services to everyone. Investing in Leah’s full planning services was by far the best money we spent for our wedding. She listened to everything I told her and knew exactly how to make my visions a reality. Leah and her team were an absolute joy to work with. They allowed me to be totally present and enjoy every minute of our beautiful wedding day. -

Best Wedding Planner
Having Leah as my daughter's wedding planner was the best decision. Leah is highly organized and knowledgeable about every wedding detail needed. Table settings, flowers, etc. As the MOB it allowed me to enjoy the planning process since Leah was there taking care of every detail. We were deeply grateful for all of Leah's help with Juliana and Carlos' wedding in Annapolis. Leah was very reasonably priced, and we communicated on a regular basis and more often as necessary based on the timing and situation. She was available by phone, email, or text anytime we needed to just ask a question, were concerned about anything, or run something by her. This was extremely valuable to us as we were a 5-hr travel time to the wedding site. She was great to work with, professional, in control, always with a positive attitude, and easily approachable--we knew she would consider what we wanted and could take care of whatever we needed. We could not have done it without her! From advising us on vendors (Rehearsal dinner at Carrol's Creek, Florist Raimondi's, Brushed Beauty, Caterers (Z&G), and Select --all amazing), making hotel arrangements, and completing the contractual obligations (e.g. walk-through at the vendor's site, Chesapeake Bay Foundation since we weren't able to travel there) to creating the timeline, coordinating with everyone, and taking care of last-minute details (e.g lining up a backup photographer when the one we contracted had a family emergency the weekend prior).
It was a fairy tale wedding that is captured in our hearts and those of our family and friends forever. Everyone kept telling us how beautiful, really elegant, and perfect the night, food, and ambiance were. And they had fun! We are so thankful we were working with Leah! She calmed our fears and anxiety that day. It was perfect! -

Want to start by saying that when our daughter told us that she wanted to do her wedding in Baltimore we got concerned, a destination wedding involves a lot of extra planning and coordination, but God put Leah in our plans and that was the best decision our daughter ever did, she made every step and details so smooth and efficient that we felt as we were in Baltimore doing it ourselves. We have no friends or relatives living in Baltimore and everyone that took the time and effort to travel was very impressed of how everything came out so perfect and beautiful, Leah professionalism made us very proud and our daughter was able to have the wedding of her dreams, words can not express of how grateful we are of having chosen Leah the best wedding planner!!

Where do I begin?! We hired Leah about 1.5 years out from our wedding day. From the moment we first chatted, I knew I could trust Leah with anything and everything wedding related. we hired Leah to take the stress off the wedding day & she did exactly that. From creating timelines for families & bridal parties, coordinating vendors, and help bring our vision to life- Leah’s professionalism & wedding-expertise made our day more than we could have ever asked for. Leah was an absolute rockstar to work with during our wedding. She was always available, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring our wedding day went as planned. She did an excellent job coordinating vendors and ensuring everyone was constantly collaborating and on the same page. Her “team” mentality provided me significant relief on day of planning and allowed me to spend my entire day taking in the moment and cherishing the memories. Her expertise and focus made me comfortable that if a “hiccup” occurred she would gracefully address and handle. Given her support and focus we did not experience a single “hiccup” during our wedding day.

When asked about our wedding, I always respond with, "It was the perfect day!" I can truthfully say this thanks to Leah, who made our day completely seamless. I will never regret the decision of hiring a wedding planner for my big day and I cannot express enough how Leah went above and beyond to make sure everything went right. To say that she's on top of it is an understatement. The day went so smoothly and the amount of stress taken off my shoulders was amazing. I literally didnt have to worry about a thing. From helping with vendor scheduling to all of the visions coming to life - Leah was amazing. Her team was INCREDIBLE and they all knew exactly what to do.
Leah and her team were an absolute BLAST to work with and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't choose anyone else to share my day with. My drink was never empty and I didn't have to lift a finger to keep the wedding/reception moving flawlessly. I can't thank her and her team enough.

above and beyond
Leah went above and beyond for our wedding at a private home in May. Private-home weddings are tough to pull off, but Leah helped us navigate through the process from start to finish. She was a calming presence from start to finish and helped ensure our vision was met with each of our vendors. Our day couldn't have been more perfect. She and her family also went above and beyond collecting (and cleaning) oyster shells which we wanted to use at each place setting. Leah has an easy-breezy personality and can deal with personalities of all types. She is a strong leading voice. When a close family member passed away, Leah didn't let it affect her work. We were very grateful to have Leah throughout the process! -

My fiance and I both struggled to plan our wedding and had many moments of stress throughout the planning process. We decided to hire Leah as a month of coordinator for our April 2023 wedding and the second we did that the stress melted away! Leah is professional, fun, and thinks of EVERYTHING! She will even help plan things above and beyond the basics (she planned the desserts at our welcome party for us because we didn't want another thing added to our plate). She also had the idea to get these foam glow-sticks that helped bring the ENERGY to the dance floor! I would recommend her a million times over! -

Our daughter’s wedding took place at the Gramercy Mansion on 12/3/22. From the beginning Leah understood our vision for a wedding weekend at the Gramercy. The bride and groom wanted a relaxed evening for the rehearsal dinner. Leah, along with our catering team from Classic Catering did a wonderful job. The wedding and reception the following day was more formal perfectly fulfillling the bride’s vision of a winter wonderland with lots of white and silver and fairy lights. Leah along with our florist, Karen of Raimondi’s and Amelia from Classic Catering made our daughter’s wedding lovely. . As we look back at pictures from friends and photographer, Winnie Dora, it makes us all smile. -

Leah was a dream come true!
Bringing on Leah as my coordinator was one of the BEST decisions I made when planning my wedding! Leah was highly responsive, supportive, accommodating, and calming throughout the entire process -- including during the hiccup of maneuvering a venue change due to COVID. Leah and Mo were godsends throughout the wedding weekend -- they went above and beyond making sure EVERY ASPECT of the weekend was magical. I 10/10 recommend bringing on Leah as your coordinator. She's a trailblazer in the coordination space, an absolute pleasure to work with, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience -

Made the Big Day the Best and Worry Free
Leah took care of the planning, logistics and execution with extraordinary professionalism and a calming presence on our daughter’s wedding day. No way we would have pulled it off without her and it gave our family and guests an opportunity to truly enjoy a joyous day carefree.
Like any successful planner Leah was able to handle those game-day audibles with Tom Brady like leadership and confidence since every wedding has a human element which means things may require some quick thinking and decision making.
We will always cherish our daughters wonderful day and we’re able to be in the moment and not have to deal with the myriad of things we would have been distracted by. Absolutely fabulous service and give her our highest recommendation. A true pro! -

She coordinated & paid all the vendors, created a weekend timeline for everyone in the wedding party, brought gifts back to the house, & even let the dog out the night of the wedding! We cannot recommend Leah highly enough! We met with her several times prior to the wedding and stayed in contact via email and phone calls in between sessions. She was incredibly organized and detail oriented - helping to identify gaps in decisions that needed to be made or details that needed to be planned. We had hired the majority of our vendors like the venue, catering, DJ, florist, photography and video ourselves, but there were so many little details Leah took care of that we would never have even thought of. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was instrumental in coordinating vendors and handling all parts of wedding planning that is difficult. When it came to the wedding week/day, we had nothing to worry about because Leah had everything figured out. She took care of everything and made sure the day was perfect. Not only was she organized and very knowledgable in all things wedding, Leah is extremely personable, professional, and so easy to work with. We highly recommend her over and over again. Leah is a wedding planner who’s got your back from start to finish. With just six months to plan our wedding, I was feeling pretty stressed, but Leah was always so positive and reassuring that it was totally doable!
