Great Wedding Limo

We hired Le Limo to provide us with transportation on our wedding day on 10/18/2025. We utilized the online booking system to request our transportation and a representative reached out to work with us on timeline and what our needs were. They were very helpful in helping us plan the timing. We ended up having a stretch limo pick us up at the hotel where we were getting ready and drive the groom and groomsmen to the church, circle back, and drive the bride and bridesmaids to the church. The driver was on time and ready waiting for us both times. After the Mass, the driver took the entire wedding party to the venue and even provided complimentary champagne and water. We also chose to have a private limo transfer for just us as the bride and groom at the end of the night. Everything was seamless and on time. We are grateful to have picked such a helpful and professional company for our big day!

Highly Recommend!

We had a great experience with Le Limo for my wedding day! Our driver arrived early to pick up myself (the bride) and 6 guests from our hotel and patiently waited until we were ready right on time with our 8 passenger limo. The ride to the Villa at Ridder Country Club was smooth and stress-free. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I looked into. The only small downside was that we couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work in the limo, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing wedding day guest transport service!

We used Le Limo for the guest shuttle limo bus. And, we did it relatively late in the process. They still had availability, booked quickly, were super communicative, and made sure to get all the details needed. Worked really well with my wedding planner. And, also made the process easy and seamless the day of - I made my grandmother the POC and she helped to run point with the shuttle bus driver. before it departed for the ceremony. I didn't have to worry one bit while we were at the church! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a limo service.

Wedding Limo

Used Le Limo for our bridal party transportation for our wedding this summer and they were great! The front office was very helpful and easy to deal with. For the day of, the driver was very polite and on time. We received a text when he arrived. The only complaint was that the driver forgot to get champagne for our drive. Overall, would recommend again!

Great and easy wedding transportation

We rented a party cruiser bus for our bridal party/parents for our wedding in April 2022 and it worked out very smoothly. Had used Le Limo before, was very easy to book and confirm all of the right details, bus showed up on time and was exactly as we expected, driver was very nice / friendly / helpful. Did not need to think about it at all, trusted it would show up on time and all worked out perfectly. Would recommend.

Great Experience!

My husband and I rented a Rolls-Royce for our transportation from the ceremony to reception. The service was fabulous, they were there early, and were very easy to work with.

Exactly the Car I Wanted!

Not only was Le Limo’s Vintage 1960 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud the exact car I pictured for my wedding day, but our driver Paul was the nicest guy! He was punctual, genuinely kind... we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Huge “thank you” to Paul and the Le Limo team!

Looking back on my September 2, 2017 wedding, there are so many smart wedding planning decisions my husband and I made; hiring Le Limo, is hands down one of the best choices. Our wedding party was 24 people, finding a quality bus for that size party was not easy. The Luxury Liner bus was impeccably clean, SO much fun to drive in, and fit a large bridal party very comfortably. Our driver Robert went above and beyond his job description has helped our wedding day go off without a hitch. The amazing driver, text reminders, prompt and on time service, office assistance, and professionalism shown by the company was the 5 star service every bride and groom want on their wedding day! We were very pleased working with Le Limo to provide transportation services at our October 2017 wedding! The Le Limo team was very responsive throughout the entire process, and helped us think through various scenarios for providing transportation to our guests.

Le Limo was very reasonably priced, especially compared with other vendors, and we appreciated that the team let us break up a 6-hour rental into two trips (helpful since we had a break between our Church ceremony and the reception). The Le Limo team kept us apprised of the status throughout the day, and made sure all guests arrived safely and on time.

We would highly recommend working with Le Limo for your wedding transportation needs!

Le Limo did a great job with our rentals. We had multiple cars booked with them: a Rolls Royce for the bride and groom, limo for the bridal party, and shuttles for the guests. There was an accident which prevented the shuttle from arriving to the hotel on time, and Le Limo was able to quickly send two limos so that everyone made it to the ceremony on time. The Rolls Royce had champagne for the bride & groom and a red carpet to get into the car. These were very nice touches!

We decided the week before our wedding that we wanted to book transportation for the wedding party. Given the lateness, I was very stressed and worried about it. I read some incredible reviews for Le Limo and my experience with them was just as great! They were extremely responsive, professional and helpful. The party bus and the sedan for me and my dad arrived on time and we had no issues. The party bus was clean and stocked with water and champagne. It was perfect! I would very highly recommend Le Limo!

We reserved the white trolley for our wedding day and was so happy with our decision. They were flexible and accommodating with our travel itinerary and multiple trips back and forth from the hotel to the venue for the wedding parties, family & guests. The trolley was beautiful and our guests loved the trips. Great service!

I cannot say enough good things about LeLimo. We used them for our wedding in August and had 3 vehicles- suv limo, 8 person white limo, and luxury liner. They were professional, punctual, and friendly. Phyllis in the office so organized and made sure everything was perfect. The drivers were awesome and did anything to please us on our wedding day- 2 of the drivers helped me get our of the limo with my dress and helped me hold it before the ceremony. The vehicles were so clean and perfect. I highly recommend LeLimo.

We were very pleased with our choice to book Le Limo. Phyllis was fantastic to work with and we had reservation details within minutes of communicating with her. Our first look plans changed at the the last minute and along with them our transportation needs. Phyllis took care of the changes and relieved a lot of stress we had from this last minute change. We were called a few days in advance to confirm the details of our reservation and the limos arrived promptly. They were exactly as expected and the drivers were professional yet warm. I chose Le Limo for my wedding transportation on November 1st, 2015. I found the staff at Le Limo to be incredibly helpful from the time that I arranged to view their limos at their Open House to the final steps of confirming pick ups leading up to my big day. My driver, Tom, was punctual, professional, and attentive to not just me, but all of my bridesmaids. I chose the 8 passenger limo for 4 of my bridesmaids and myself, and we had plenty of space to spare. Overall, my husband and I were very impressed with the service at Le Limo, and we would strongly recommend them.

LeLimo is an excellent limo service. We were very happy with our driver that day - he was at the hotel on time, well-mannered, poised, professional. We had a schedule to transport the wedding party, parents, and then the bride and her Dad to the chapel and the driver was just perfect. The bride's Mom had forgotten her corsage at the hotel and the driver quickly drove her over to retrieve it before the ceremony began. He was a perfect gentleman, helpful and encouraging. There was a lot of thunder and lightning going on after the ceremony and he said he checked the weather and the storm wasn't supposed to hit our area. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and attention to detail in making this day less stressful and thoroughly enjoyable for my beautiful daughter, The Bride! We ordered the brand new 8-10 passenger limo, equipped with champagne, bottled water, juices for the two ring bearers, little snacks for the children. I highly recommend LeLimo for it's value - not very expensive, dependability and excellent, caring drivers. Highly recommend.

I recently booked a 12 passenger limo and a rolls royce for my wedding. The service was exceptional! I highly recommend booking them for all wedding and transportation services. I had Mr. Schievink who drove the Rolls royce and he was very detailed and on time. He went beyond his service and it left a great impression. I was waiting outside the church in the Rolls Royce by myself as instructed by the wedding coordinator. Mr. Schievink made sure I was well hydrated and he called over several guests who were arriving because I wanted to greet them before the ceremony started. He told me to stay in the car and he walked over to the guests to show them to the Rolls Royce. He did this for me for more than 3 different group of friends/families. He gave me those special moments with the guests before things get chaotic. I really appreciate his efforts!

I'm so glad that we went with Le Limo. We had a huge wedding party and we weren't going to fit in a regular size limo with 19 people. There was just something about getting a limo bus that didn't say "wedding" to me it's something that I would use for a bachelorette party, so to find the trolley that this company had was so exciting - and it was a San Francisco trolley too which was unique. Unlike other trolleys I looked at, this one has seating around the edge instead of benches - so much easier to deal with when you have a big poofy wedding dress. The trolley was clean, the driver was nice and on time. I didn't even have to talk to him other than to say thank you (I was a little nervous) he knew exactly where he was going. The champagne they provided was also good champagne and not that cheap undrinkable stuff (these things matter!). But my favorite part of the trolley was that it had air conditioning! :D It's very likely that this feature kept me from passing out while wearing a multi-layered corseted dress on an almost 90 degree day in mid June. ...And the staff that I talked to over the phone was very pleasant which was also much appreciated.

We booked Le Limo's Wedding Package, which had everything and more that we would need for our big day.

On our wedding day, our driver, Jim, arrived right on time (if not early). He got there before we even made our way downstairs from our First Look! I should also mention that Jim was very sharply dressed. We have a couple of photos where Jim appears, so it is nice that he was so dressed up.

As soon as we arrived in the hotel lobby, Jim introduced himself and explained how things would work for Family Portraits. He would need to drop us off at the location and then drive around, so we should give him 10 minutes warning when we would need to be picked up.

My father needed some help getting in and out of the vehicle, and Jim was always right there to help, even pushing him up the steps when he needed it. I really appreciated this given the fact that one of the main reasons we got the vehicle was to make things easier for my dad.

We headed to our Family Portrait location. The trip was really fun in the Land Yacht. We have some great photos from both outside and inside, and the vehicle looks great. It was immaculate!

When we got to the Family Portrait location Jim was quick to offer us all some much needed water. And after we were done with photos, Jim picked us up quickly (less than the 10 minutes he thought it would take!), and brought us to the venue.

It was such a pleasure working with Jim and Le Limo on our wedding day. I had read about many mishaps with transportation, and I am happy to say we did not encounter any of these. Jim always used the quickest route to get us from point A to point B; the vehicle was clean, fun, and ran smoothly; and Jim’s assistance with my dad really helped to make our day a success. Thank you so much Jim and Le Limo for providing us such top-notch service!

We booked the white 2013 Chrysler 300 for the bridal party to go to the church and my husband and I to travel between the church and the reception location. Our driver was very professional and prompt. He got us to the church right on time, which made the rest of the day run that much smoother. My husband and I also booked a town car to take us from our reception to our hotel. The driver for the town car arrived early and was waiting. He was friendly and personable. It was the perfect end to a perfect day/night!

Le Limo was excellent! We rented a 20-person party bus for our wedding and it was perfect for our 15-person bridal party. Our driver, Allen, was excellent too. He helped me on and off the bus, and made sure we had everything we needed. Also, amusingly enough, he held my dress train up as I walked up the first set of stairs into the entrance of the church, and helped straighten out the train of my dress as I walked up the second set of steps with my parents before walking down the aisle! He truly went above and beyond and I was so grateful for his unexpected help!
Allen was also more than happy to shuttle us and the photographer around town after the ceremony to get photos in different spots, and drove the photographer back to her car since we were in the middle of a snowstorm!
I would 100% recommend Le Limo to all of my family and friends. Plus, their prices were amazing and they offered us an off-season discount (December wedding). Check them out!

I would HIGHLY recommend using Le Limo for transportation as part of any wedding. The trolley was absolutely amazing and the service was unbelievable. The driver (...sadly can't remember his name) was beyond helpful. He was constantly making sure my dress train was perfect (even getting ready to walk down the aisle) and catering to mine and the bridal party's needs. Also, the office staff were great to work with and very easy to get in contact with. Everything about Le Limo was perfect!!!

We rented a 30-person trolley to take the bridal party from hotel to church, and then the entire wedding party + parents from church to reception. Excellent service and we had a really friendly driver. They were very prompt, allow you to plug in an iPod if you want, and they roll out a red carpet for the bride. We had photos taken in a park and it was freezing, and the driver was kind enough to offer me his jacket for in between shots. We also unfortunately had a car accident (not the trolley’s fault but someone behind us), luckily everyone was okay, but the driver also handled everything so professionally and got us out of there as soon as he could. Highly recommend!

We are so happy with our decision to use Le Limo and their trolly. On the day of the wedding, we were every where we needed to be on time and in style! The trolley was big enough to fit our whole wedding party and their dates. We have pictures on the trolley that are unique to other weddings we have seen. The driver was great! She was professional and friendly. All of the trolly guests enjoyed their ride and we were pleased to have a space to have everyone together for the travel so we could relax and celebrate.

Extremly professional,arrived before scheduled time ,very friendly ,the inside and outside of the limos were so clean and limo drivers were dressed outstanding ,and very very polite and helpful .They called two days before the wedding to go over the schedule for the wedding day to make sure everything was correct ,also changed a pick up time of the grooms limo without any problems at all .We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to any one .I E.mailed them a few days after thanking them for everything .

We rented the trolley and mercedes sprinter to transport our guests to our wedding. We got to take pictures in the trolley afterward and it was so nice and cool after our hot weather ceremony. The chauffeur was great and the trolley is just adorable! I loved worked with Phyllis in the office too. Would definitely recommend using them for any transportation needs (we are even thinking about using them for our airport transportation)!

When all the other limo companies wouldn't accomodate the time schedule I needed, LeLimo did and without any questions. They got my husband to the wedding on time and in complete style. We rented a trolley from Le Limo to bring our wedding party from our "first look" location to our ceremony. We first inquired about renting their trolley when it was still in the production stage but Le Limo was extremely responsive in regards to its delivery. We put down a deposit without ever seeing the trolley yet trusted Le Limo's professionalism to deliver on its promise, and boy did it ever!!!

The trolley ride is still our wedding party's favorite memory from our special day. Our entire party from four year old flower girls to 80 year old grandmother danced and laughed the entire ride!! Some of our most memorable photos from that day were on the ride to the "big I Do". Thanks Le Limo for a stellar mode of transportation!!

We used a party bus and a rolls royce. Everything was perfect from my first interactions with them right up until after the wedding. They are a great company to do business with. The bus I think was brand new, and the rolls was in great shape. The customer service and the drivers were top notch. They verified directions via email and also over the phone several times and showed up early. I booked with them in February for a June wedding, and got a great discount. They drove all the way from shrewsbury to Plymouth MA with out giving it a second thought. The drivers were flexible, as we had a split second change as to where the pictures were going to be taken, and they just rolled with it, the bus even stopped by the packy so the wedding party could pick up some beer! After the wedding, I got a bill, which I questioned becuase I had paid in full, and didn't go over any time limits or anything. They were even so nice to deal with in regards to that, and recognized it was a mistake on their part and very kindly removed the charge, with no "gruff". They really are just a great company.

We rented a shuttle bus and a SUV limo for the night. The pre-event service was excellent. They confirmed the information a week in advance and then again 2 days prior. Both the drivers were highly professional. The shuttle bus provided water to all the guest. The limo made separate pickups for the groom and bridal party. It had plenty of champagne, soda and water for both groups. The shuttle stayed all night and was available for any guest who wanted to leave early. I would recommend them for any occasion.

LeLimo was a great addition to a great day. They literally rolled out the red carpet for the wedding party. When the limo came to our house a red carpet was rolled out for the bride to walk on to get in the limo! The driver was early, very friendly, patiently waited while we finished pictures, and helped everyone into the limo. His name was Bruce Schievink. There was complimentary champagne for us and the beautiful white limo was in perfect condition. Fully stocked (waters, and mints, too) and clean. We had an unexpected request to stop for a bathroom trip (nerves!) and the driver found a place immediately, assisted the bride in getting out and getting back in and never once complained about the unexpected stop. He actually joked with us about that being his first bathroom break for a bride! Bruce was polite, fun to have and I would recommend him and this company to anyone in the Worcester/Boston area who needs a limo.

Le Limo was fabulous. We rented a 16 passenger luxury coach for our wedding. They helped us coordinate our schedule for the day and the driver was right on time for everything.
My husband forgot to get a celebratory bottle of bourbon for the ride from the church to the reception and our driver offered to run out and grab it during the ceremony, how awesome is that?
The limo was very clean and roomy enough for the entire bridal party (14 of us in total).
We would highly recommend this company!

We used Le Limo for our wedding last month. They were so accomodating during the booking process. We were looking strictly for an 8 hour shuttle services for the wedding party and didn't need the typical 'red carpet' wedding package most offer. The price was very reasonable and it was great that gratuity was included, one less thing we didn't need to worry about on the day of the wedding. They do not give you a price run around just because you say that magic word (wedding)! We booked the 15 passenger bus and it was beautiful (I believe this was a few weeks new when we had a chance to use it)! Our driver was on time, very professional and had no problem getting us there and back with out a hitch. He even helped us find one of my BM's purses at the reception in the dark - thanks to his flashlight! The open house on Saturdays is great and truly one of a kind because you can actually see the vehicles you'll be using. I would highly recommend using Le Limo!

Le Limo was beyond spectacular and they saved my wedding!! I got married on May 19, 2012, I had a different limo company booked for my special day. Well, a week before the wedding this terrible company backed out on my wedding with NO explanation. Panicked and upset, we began calling around to different limo companies who were trying to charge me triple what the original company was, they were trying to rip off a devastated bride days before her wedding. A family friend works for Le Limo and he was contacted asking if there was any way Le Limo could fit us into their schedule for the day. Not long afterwards, we received a call that they were not only going to do our wedding, but that because of all the trouble we had already been through they were DOING IT FOR FREE out of the kindness of their hearts! It was unbelievable that other people were trying to rip us off and these awesome people were going to do it for no cost! I literally cried I was so happy and could not believe how nice these people were. The day of the wedding, the spectacular driver Jason showed up at the house early, bearing champagne and a red carpet!! It was overwhelming what these people did for my wedding and I could never say enough about how wonderful Le Limo is!!! Use Le Limo for all of your special occasions!! They are spectacular people with huge hearts who really do care!!!!!

We loved Le Limo. Our driver was great - on time, professional and courteous. He had a challenging day too since it was pouring rain. He had me pretty well protected with two umbrellas.
We had a limo bus for the our wedding party. It worked perfectly! It was beautiful, new and clean. And it fit the whole wedding party which made transportation from the church to the venue so much fun.
I also received a discount since the wedding was off season.

Le Limo was very easy and flexible to work with. I talked with Phyllis and she gave us a reasonable quote based on what we were looking for. I told her that we had not finalized our timeline yet and we were told not to worry about it. About a month before the wedding when we had everything finalized, the original timeline had to be slightly tweaked but it ended up being fine. She sent us payment reminders when they were due. The limos were clean. The driver was courteous and punctual. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely recommend them.

We used Le Limo for my son's wedding. They married at the reception site and I wanted my son to still have the joy of riding in a limo to celebrate. We sent a stretch white to pick up the ladies and a 12 passenger black SUV for the men. The limos arrived early and the drivers were dressed very professionally. The men went to a venue for pictures while the limo waited. he was very patient and polite. The ladies had the same experience on their end. Both limos arrived at the Country Club at the same time and the mens' driver kept their vehcile way back, far from the disembarking bride. The bride's driver directed guests how to get to their seats and assisted in shielding the bride from view from the mens' limo. We held on to the SUV until the reception end to take the couple back to their hotel. It was a wonderful experience made so easy by Le Limo. Right from the booking process with Phyllis straight through the day. I have already recommended them to several up and coming brides... A #1 in my book!!!!

Professional Transportation for Your Events

We reserved buses from Le Limo for our wedding weekend: the night before and the day of our wedding. Everyone I spoke to at Le Limo were so incredibly kind and helpful! Reservation of the buses were so easy and they were super flexible about adding more coverage when we realized more guests would be using transportation than first expected. The drivers we had arrived early and were gracious and professional. All of our guests were so grateful to have transportation to and from our events. Le Limo is a fantastic option for your event!

I highly recommend Le Limo for your wedding needs. Their service was superb from beginning to end. Phyllis in the office was super helpful, and very quick to respond to emails. She called a few days before the wedding to confirm everything, and all the details were spot on. We booked a Rolls Royce (gorgeous car), an 8 passenger limo and a 12 passenger limo. The rates were very fair, and Phyllis was very accommodating when we added the 12 passenger limo later on. The drivers were excellent as well. The cars were beautiful inside and out. They gave us champagne after the wedding ceremony, on our way to the reception. The drivers were very patient, attentive, and professional. I have seen other limos, and there is just no comparison to these, in addition to the magnificent customer service you will receive. If I were getting married again (which of course I don't plan to:)), I would go to Le Limo in a heartbeat.

The only reason I did not rate 5 stars for value is because we used Le Limo for my husband's bachelor party, our wedding and for guest transportation. We were charged an additional $250 because the wedding party ran a bit late. I would have appreciated if they comped the $250 because we used them for several events. Other then that, I thought very highly of their services.

They were on-time, which was what I was most concerned about! The drivers were friendly and professional, and Phyllis in the front office was fantastic to deal with for all of the planning and logistics. We had one issue where the passenger door of the Rolls Royce flew open while we were driving, so just be aware of that and make sure the driver checks the doors before leaving.

These guys were great - they called ME to finalize everything, to confirm all the changes, etc.... they arrived about 5 minutes early at my house before the wedding. They took my bridal party from the church to the reception and even took them on a detour so they could stop at a liqour store for more champagne!

Kind drivers

Overall the booking process was very easy and Le Limo was super flexible. A lot of my guests didn't end up coming due to covid concerns so our bus didn't have to make multiple runs to the hotel/venue and the company was very quick to respond to that change. The one downfall of the night was that the bus we rented for the guests to bring them from the hotel to the venue kept breaking down every time the vehicle came to a stop. The company didn't call me to notify me of this issue, instead I was hearing it from my bridal party that the bus was broken down on the side of the road with guests on it. I had to call them 30 minutes before our ceremony and figure out what was happening. The person I spoke with on the phone was kind and reassuring which I very much appreciated and the guests did make it before the ceremony. They did send a second vehicle for return trips to the hotel. I'd still recommend them despite the mechanical troubles because some things just can't be foreseen, I just wish there'd been better communication.

They were very professional and easy to work with. I rented the 26 passenger Land Yacht for my wedding and it was perfect. Our driver was very friendly and flexible. I'd definitely recommend Le Limo!

The service we received from Le Limo was wonderful.
Booking was very easy and convenient. We rented the 26-passenger Land Yacht for our large wedding party. Our driver was very friendly and professional. He was extremely helpful and flexible when we decided to make a slight change in where we wanted our pictures taken. Le Limo was outstanding and we highly recommend them for your wedding!

The folks at Le Limo are wonderful to work with. They are friendly and courteous, and were a great help in planning the timing of the day. I called them a couple of times the week before the wedding to tweak the timing of the transportation – and they were always accommodating. The only problem came on the day of the wedding, which is unfortunately not when you want the problems to occur. We used a 20 passenger limo bus to shuttle both the bridal party (groom first, and bride second) and all the guests (most of whom were from out of town) from the hotel to the wedding. We had two trips booked for the guests. The driver apparently never made the second trip, and four of our guests ended up missing the ceremony (thankfully, most of the guests had caught the first shuttle). Luckily the guests had a car, and could drive themselves to the reception. But it was disappointing, to say the least. My husband also told me that the driver made a wrong turn when taking them to the wedding site, which ended up causing a ~10 minute delay for the rest of the trips. He says the driver was friendly, although I didn’t get a chance to meet him (since he was late picking up me and my bridesmaids, we just jumped in the bus without saying hi). I realize we were running the shuttle on a tight schedule, but the fact that it stayed right on schedule for the three runs at the end of the night makes me think it was possible. Overall: disappointing.

In response to Le Limo's response below: I appreciate your response. There is, however, a documented record that we arranged to have two rounds of pickups at both hotels -- it was in the contract. Presumably such written documentation is in place to avoid possible miscommunication on the day the service is provided. Why the driver ignored those instructions and risked the miscommunication is unclear. Regarding the manifest of passengers or head count: had I been asked to provide one, I would have. In fact, I remember communicating with you that I was putting together a schedule for guests and trying to organize them into the first and second groups, so that would have been the perfect time to ask. I guess a constructive suggestion would be to request that information from future parties.

Thank you for your feedback. We value each and every bride and know what a special day her wedding day truly is. In regards to the statements above, we have been told that there was a miscommunication between the chauffeur and the 1st group of passengers at the Hampton Inn. When asked, he was told that there were "no more passengers" to be picked up at that hotel, not realizing that they meant for that 1st trip only. We were not supplied with a manifest of names or total head count of passengers expected to use the bus service and did not know anyone had been left behind. In addition, the chauffeur took the left at the winery instead of going straight and had to simply turn around. We work hard to ensure great service and it is unfortunate that these miscommunications happened. Our office staff will ask more questions in the future so that our chauffeurs are better prepared. We welcome the opportunity to provide future service to this bride and groom and turn a "disappointing" experience into a fantastic one!

Making arrangements over the phone and scheduling was easy and pleasant. The price seemed a bit high however the overall service was timely and professional. We had a vehicle that sat 18 and paid for complimentary champaign. I don't feel two bottles was adequate for 18 people. And there weren't enough champaign glasses for each of us to have one. The only other problem i had was "red carpet" service was also in the price we paid. I didn t see the red carpet come out once. The vehicle was very nice, new and fun. I would have felt like we got a better value if the total price was under $1,000. We paid $1,120 for 4 hours.

Good Experience

Hired two drivers for our wedding day. Both drivers were very prompt- even arrived a little early! Very respectful and helpful drivers. Would recommend their services!

Le Limo was a pretty good company to work with. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. However, we did have two issues. Initially there were some communication issues on their part which resulted in us driving over an hour to see a limo that wasn't there that day. They were apologetic and offered to have the limo come TO US to see it, but they never followed through on that offer. We ended up driving the hour each way a second time to view the limo before booking it.
Once we had the limo for our event, it was on-time and the driver was very friendly. One of the doors was jammed, though, and we were unable to access the limo through it. We had to use the other door, which was fine, but it was a little disconcerting. Who wants to get in a limo that has a jammed door!? Overall, a decently good experience. I don't believe that either of our issues are the "norm" with Le Limo, but wanted to give an honest review of our experience.

We urge people to call before coming out so that we can confirm that the vehicle of interest is in our lot. On the follow up, we are sorry that we were not able to find a suitable time to get to bring the vehicle to you. The problem of the overhead door was caused by a switch malfunction, that was unforeseen and has been corrected.

I booked Le Limo for my wedding in June 2018. I booked a Trolley for the wedding party and a Rolls Royce for my husband and I . Prior to booking Phyllis was extremely nice and helpful. The day of the wedding they did show up on time the only thing I’m disappointed about was I was told that we were getting champagne and water for both the Trolley and the Rolls Royce. My wedding party asked for it the Trolley driver Laughed and said “ No I didn’t pay for it.” It was in my contract as a matter of fact.

Also - the Rolls Royce was supposed to get red carpet service which I didn’t get. Didn’t get champagne either. As a matter of a fact I didn’t even get the enjoy the ride to the venue with my husband because the driver just kept talking to us. We tried to ignore him but he wouldn’t get the clues. We didn’t want to be rude but we also would have liked to enjoy the ride to ourselves with the champagne we were supposed to get.

We hired 3 vehicles for our wedding. One was a white 36 passenger shuttle bus. On the day of the wedding, at the last minute, we found out the shuttle bus would not be coming because it broke down (OK things happen). In it's place they sent 2 black 12-15 passenger buses, which were late, and obviously could not accommodate all our passengers! Not only that, one of the buses got lost (1st day for the driver) and those guests almost missed the wedding ceremony! The extra guests ended up on the limo bus with the bride & bridesmaids on the way to the ceremony, but on the way back we had to squeeze 20 people (in formal wear) on a 15 passenger max vehicle. All of this was paid for in advance, including the driver's tips, as is required by their contract. We got no apology, no discount, or refund from Le Limo. They caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience right before the wedding ceremony. Either do not use them, or try to renegotiate the contract so you do not pay them in full in advance, so you have some recourse when things go south.

Yes, sometimes things happen. Our shuttle bus did broke down just before the wedding. Rather than leave the guests stranded we called on one of our affiliates to come to the rescue. They did not live up to our standards nor the bride's expectations.
Unfortunately, until this posting, we did not hear about the customer's dissatisfaction nor did we get feedback from our affiliate. It's hard for us to respond unless we know about their disappointment.

Reconsider

I booked Le Limo 16 months in advance of my wedding for a party bus. We met with John, the owner at the time and he was great and even told us he was going to throw in a limo for transfer of the bride to church because it would look better in the pics than the party bus. He was very kind and accommodating. However, I noticed the deposit was never withdrawn from our account, so I called back and John had never booked us. We had to call FOUR times because he kept forgetting or losing our information. This should have been a red flag, but we had family that had used the company before with good experience, but one friend who ended up being late to her wedding because the limo was late... Weeks before the wedding I called to process the last payment and confirm all was good to go. We had booked the Land Yacht II 40 passenger ( it was beautiful inside). I called again to confirm everything was all set just a few days before the wedding. My husband I were SO excited for this bus. We talked to family and friends about it over and over and how excited we were because it was gorgeous. On the day of my wedding 1.5-2 hours before pick up I got a call from Le Limo saying that the bus went out the night before and had "mechanical issues," they were going to send their trolley. THIS RUINED the moment and morning of my wedding for me. 16 months of anticipating for this to happen. The trolley, they say, is luxury and one of their top rentals but it does NOT compare to the bus we chose and it did not go with my wedding at all. We had NO time to call another company or to seek other options. They should have called me early that morning - not with barely any time to spare. I understand things happen, but this was my wedding, ONE day I will never get back. One thing I appreciate is that they sent the other bus and they were on time and the driver was kind and helpful, BUT 16 months of anticipation to get something we did not want nor choose was so disappointing.If it was rented that day what would they send us? The trolley carries 35 and in NO WAY does it compare to the bus that had large screen tv, a private section, 40 passenger, a bathroom! NO comparison! Andrew, who I believe is the new owner was not understanding. He told us the trolley was rented for the same as the bus. What they dont understand is they completely ruined it for us. We got a very small refund, and when we asked for more he said "how about $500 toward your next limo rental? That was the breaking point for me. When would I rent a limo? In addition, my dress was wrinkled in the bus because we had a large party and no space. The pictures taken inside the trolley were disappointing.

As I said before, they sent transportation - they think that was good enough, but it wasn't. It does not matter what the other vehicle goes for - it ruined the look and theme we wanted and most of all the excitement that we had and they could care less. Take a look at the pics yourself - they dont compare.

The driver was just terrible at his job. He was late to getting the groomsmen to the church. His GPS device was not working so I had to use my phone on the day of my wedding to help the driver get us to our venue. This was not the worst thing in the world.

The driver scraped the underneath of the limo by driving over speed bumps. I'm not sure how he does not know the correct speeds to operate a limo over a speed bump. I think the owner of the company should be more worried about this. But it made for loud noises and unprofessionalism.

The thing that really got to me was almost getting in an accident at the venue. When we finally arrived at the venue, the driver forgot to put the car in park, or better yet, to turn off the limo. The limo started to roll backwards almost crashing into the photographer driving behind us. We had to yell at him to make him aware of the situation before he ran back into the limo and put it in park. It was memorable and a little humorous but very unprofessional.

I really had high expectations for Le Limo, especially considering how much I paid up front. I ended up paying for an extra hour at an outrageous rate, partly because of the incompetence of the driver. Very disappointing to say the least.

On a high note, the limo was clean and well kept. But I would think twice before going back to this vendor.

From this posting, we can understand your frustration and offer our sincerest apologies for your experience. We were previously not aware of the challenges mentioned.

Our policy at Le Limo is to provide exceptional service without compromise.
We do feel it necessary however to clarify a few points mentioned.
Our research indicates that we were on time for the pickup, but additional stops were added to the trip that were not planned for in the allotted time. Although we pride ourselves on knowing our service area, we cannot possibly know every route and pre plan our trips accordingly to meet the demands of the schedule. In this case, our driver did ask if the clients might know of a shorter route, but at no time used a GPS other than his own. The addition of three locations for photos caused a delay beyond our control.

As for the other issues mentioned, the unit in question had two manufacturing defects at their cause. As we learned, the clearance of the vehicle and weight rating were not as specified by the manufacturer. This caused the unit to sit too low when loaded. The second was a faulty driveline that caused the transmission to slip a few feet back, even though the vehicle was put in park.

Our driver quickly responded to this challenge and at no time was there a risk of injury or accident to other parties. This was only the third trip for a brand new unit and we were disappointed as well. The vehicle has since been returned to the manufacturer as it did not meet our quality standards.

In regards to the over hours fee, it is important to clarify that our hourly rate for overtime is the same rate as contractually agreed upon at the time of your booking. We neither upcharge nor add additional fees when an event runs over the allotted timeframe and as a business charge accordingly for the time you use our service.

At Le Limo, we make memories, not excuses. The safety and satisfaction of our clients is always our primary concern. Our 27 year history and thousands of happy brides speak to this tradition and we offer our sincerest apologies that your experience with us did not meet expectations and thank you for your feedback.

As if the hurricane this weekend didn't cause enough disruption for our wedding and guests we had to deal with an incompetent shuttle company as well. I read the great reviews and had high expectations but they completely dropped the ball. We had no issue with the limo but the shuttle was just awful. We had scheduled two trips from three locations (hotel to church to reception to hotel). Each trip was supposed to happen twice because 50% of our guests were from out of state and didn't have cars. We got everyone to the church ok but half our guests were left at the church because the shuttle never came back for the second trip (and this was after both my wedding coordinator called and groom spoke to the driver in person about needing 2 trips). Then the guests that did make the shuttle were dropped off at the wrong location forcing them to walk in a downpour to the reception despite the guests on the shuttle telling the driver he was at the wrong drop off. Then at the end of the night we had to cut our reception short because the first trip from the reception to the hotel left early and practically empty and when he came back he refused to wait for us to finish our last song and wrap things up. We were billed for a 3 hour evening package that said we had the shuttle from 930 until 1230 but the driver wouldn't wait past 1015 for our guests and us (bride and groom) to get on the shuttle. We had to rush goodbyes with family and friends who travelled long distances because he wanted to leave. It's now been over 24 hour's since we called with our first complaint and we still haven't heard from the manager, not only that we were billed an additional $450 two days before our wedding after receiving notice weeks before that our balance was paid off. Absolute disgrace and we are waiting for a decent refund, will never recommend. This rating is half a star too many.
