  Great company and food is amazing.

  Wow! What can I say? They made our day magical from start to finish. The food was divine. The service was impeccable. Cristina helped us from start to finish of our wedding. What a wonderful lady and great company.

  Traditional Tuscan Wedding

  Le Cirque Firenze were fantastic! We are located overseas and organising a wedding from a distance has its challenges. We had an initial conversation with Christina who was extremely helpful and assured us that they could provide the unique service that we were looking for. Their wedding day team were very professional, the set-up was seamless, the catering staff were very attentive to all our guests, the food was delicious, and the locally sourced drinks were perfect.

  Fantastic food and service - highly recommend

  The Le Cirque team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and for non-Italian speakers, made everything extremely clear. Le Cirque catered two days over the course of our wedding celebrations (including a welcome BBQ for our guests, and the wedding day itself) - the food and service were excellent throughout, and we were delighted with how everything went (and our guests felt the same!).   Amazing food and wonderful service

  We had a wonderful experience ! Everything was perfectly organized by Christina from Le Cirque. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and professional.

  Fantastic Unforgettable Wedding

  We would like to thank Le Cirque for making our special day so magical. We were assigned to our catering manager Cristina, who was absolutely brilliant with us. On the day our guests loved how organized Le Cirque team was, everything from the mise en place to the staff and of course the food and cake were amazing.
  If you are getting married in Tuscany, we would highly recommend contacting Le Cirque Firenze.

  Fantastic experience

  I am so happy we chose to go with Le Cirque for our catering. Cristina was an absolute joy to work with, was very responsive and flexible. We were planning our wedding from the UK, and though we have family near Florence, we were not able to travel too often to Italy. Cristina helped us along the way and made sure we were happy with everything. The food and cake were delicious and my only complaint is that I did not get a slice of cake to enjoy after the party. Overall, all our guests were happy and the service was top!! Thank you again Le Cirque!

  wonderful catering service

  Dear Cristina & Jerry,
  We have no words to thank you for the wonderful catering service you provided to us. You and Jerry are the best! Our guests were delighted by the stunning food&drink you prepared for our wedding.

  Avoid their service

  I must say we've been betrayed by these people during our wedding, despite the venue La Fattoria Lavacchio that was amazing.
  We trusted them from the very beginning and they seemed very professional.
  We've been through all the details and we also confirmed the menu, during the tasting day (photos attached), as usually it works.
  On the wedding day, what has been delivered was awful, tasteless, and poor quality and presentation (photos attached).
  All the courses were completely another thing, compared to what we tried, and we can easily prove this with the photos...
  Moreover, the behavior of the manager was completely unprofessional without any interest in what was going on during the dinner.
  Last but not least, they want the balance payment 10 days in advance of their service...
  I'm still speechless...
  
  My advice, avoid this company and their awful and unprofessional service, not worth the price and they will ruin for sure your event/day.

  Customer service is wonderful but they have been unkind and inflexible with COVID-19. International couples, do not use them.

  Cristina has been lovely to deal with, but unfortunately the company is refusing to give us our deposit back for our wedding catering.
  
  We are Australians who have postponed our wedding in Italy for a year (September 2020 to October 2021) and then had to cancel because we physically cannot leave the country. We tried to cancel in August 2020 due to covid and my mother's health and it was refused.
  I waited until August 2021 to attempt again, for it to be closer to our date (in October 2021) and with Australian government proof that we could not leave, but the return of our deposit has been refused again.
  
  Whilst the contract doesn't allow for return (unless the venue is unusable) which it IS because we cannot get there and even the venue has refunded us, Cirque has given the reason as being "compensation" due to services rendered and not being able to book that date for another event. I gave them a years notice, and have not organised anything with them since signing the contract. They have not had to put any effort into our event post contract signing and so there is no way this compensation is a legitimate claim.
  
  I am sad to have to give this review, as I'm sure we could have had a good experience with Cirque had everything worked out. But they are being unfair and inflexible and not taking into account covid issues. I just want our deposit back, even part of it. We have had to redo our wedding multiple times now and this is just heartbreaking...

  Dear Claire,
  we are very sorry for this unpleasant situation. But our contract allows the possibility to postpone your wedding unlimited times (for reasons related to Covid) with absolutely no changes in the previously agreed conditions. The retainment of the deposit is actually needed to compensate for the loss caused by not being able to book the date for someone else.

  Terrible company with no ethics
