Great shopping experience and customer service

Le Bella Donna was the first wedding dress store I went to. The variety of dresses, the variety of price points and the service are the things that set it apart. This is a special shout out to Colleen who I worked with from the beginning and when I decided to order my dress VERY late she worked with me to make sure I ordered it in time so it would come before the wedding. She was great to work with from the start, and later was extremely flexible and patient. When I got nervous about the dress arriving on time, the customer service team was very responsive about letting me know when the dress would arrive. I absolutely loved my Justin Alexander dress and it was perfect for the occasion. Unfortunately, I did not like the alterations that were done by the in house seamstress and had to take them somewhere else at additional cost (and the in house alterations were not cheap to begin with). I also felt rushed at my alteration appointments. This was a little disappointing. However, the purchasing experience was wonderful and I do not think this should dissuade people from getting their dress from here.

Amazing !!!

Le Bella Donna was the second location I visited for my bridal dress. Let's just say they did not disappoint . Colleen made the experience so easy and fun. She helped me narrow down on THE DRESS! The first day I went in I still had not clue of what I wanted in a dress, I knew for a fact what I did not want, and an idea of what I liked. Colleen listened to me and brought out plenty of dressed until I found the one. You know the dress you can't stop thinking about! Within a couple days I booked for a retrial at which point I knew said YES TO THE DRESS!
Thank you so much Colleen for your help! Not only with my dress but also helping my mom pick her dress out to!

Wonderful experience

I am an August 2024 bride and had such an amazing experience at Le Bella Donna! Colleen was wonderful and knew exactly what to pull for the dress of my dreams. Colleen was patient and welcoming with my family while also making sure she worked with what I wanted. It was such a fun experience in the store. The store was clean, organized and the staff was so helpful and educated on the process. I went to a few other stores and ended coming right back to Le Bella Donna to work with Colleen. I ended up choosing the very first dress I tried on, which speaks to how great of a stylist Colleen is. I highly recommend Le Bella Donna!

Great experience!!

I had such an amazing experience at Le Bella Donna! Colleen created a welcoming and fun experience for my guests and I! I came into the appointment with a specific style in mind and Colleen was able to pull upwards of 10 dresses that all fit my vision (and they were all beautiful!) I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision at that initial appointment. I was able to book an additional appointment to try my favorite dresses on again, where I ended up making my final decision. I'm very happy to have said yes to the dress at Le Bella Donna!

Wedding dress

I can’t express how great of an experience I had when wedding dress shopping at Le Bella Donna. It started right when I walked in the store. The ladies are all so welcoming, friendly, educated, professional, and happy to share such an amazing time in your life. I meet with my stylist Jennifer which took my experience to the next level by pulling multiple dresses I had shared with her via my Pinterest inspiration wall. I fell in love with two different dresses but what really helped me make that final decision was the photos and videos that Jennifer took on my phone that make me see what I want to see on my wedding day.

Don’t pass up the opportunity to come to this amazing dress shop! I would recommend it to anyone!

So happy!!!

I said YES to the dress Saturday at Le Bella Donna and I could not be more happy with my dress. The staff was incredible. My bridal stylist, Colleen, was absolutely fantastic and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful from the second i walked in the door until i said yes to my dream dress. Thank you Le Bella Donna!

I found my wedding gown at my first appointment thanks to Colleen and the whole team at Le Bella Donna. From the moment we walked in, they were excited and made us feel at home. I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure how to articulate the dress I was imagining, but I showed Colleen my Pinterest board and she pulled the most beautiful gowns in a variety of cuts/necklines, etc. In just over an hour I felt like a tried so many different styles or gowns, and when I put on "the one" I was so confident I could say yes. It truly felt like the Colleen and the stylists were my friends cheering me on not just employees trying to finalize a sale, and I think that was what made the day so fun and carefree for me and my family. An absolute dream

There are really no words for how magical my appointment was with my stylist Colleen. She was truly so sweet, kind, fun and helpful. Hands down do not look any further for a bridal boutique. All the staff in the boutique were so caring and loving. This place felt so comfortable and warm! Colleen found me my absolute perfect gown I get to wear on my wedding day. Love my experience!

I wasn't sure if I was going to find a dress the first time going dress shopping.. However, Colleen made it POSSIBLE!! I said YES!

I went to Le Bella Donna to find my wedding dress and had a great experience! I was helped by Ombretta, and she was so knowledgeable and did a great job finding me dresses to try on. They don’t let you look through the racks, but don’t let this deter you. I sent pictures to them for “what I wanted in my dress,” and they definitely listened! They make sure they take into consideration budget, ensuring every dress you try on will be in by your wedding date, and each dress you try on will come in your size.

Ombretta did an amazing job of listening to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress, and continued to bring me dresses that had my favorite qualities. Also they have an in house seamstress (who you don’t have to use), but makes it nice and convenient.

Obviously the best quote of the day was saying “yes to the dress,” but I also said “this was the easiest decision I have made during wedding planning so far.”

Great Experience!

I had the best experience working with the staff of Le Bella Donna! Jessica helped me find my wedding gown and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to learn and understand the styles I was interested in and helped me stay on track with my budget. Ombretta was a tremendous help with finding my bridal accessories and helping my mother and grandmother find gowns for the wedding. I would highly recommend Le Bella Donna to any brides who are in search of a bridal boutique!

Ombretta at Le Bella Donna is AMAZING

Complicated Situation Made Smooth

Liz was my consultant at La Bella Donna and I cannot recommend her and this shop with more enthusiasm. My family dynamic is a bit tricky and Liz jockeyed everyone's opinions very gracefully while protecting my sanity. I was having a beach wedding and she provided really helpful recommendations for fabric and structure that made my wedding day so great. I also moved to Hawaii in the time between purchasing this dress and it arriving to the Jenkintown location. The shop was super helpful in inspecting the dress and shipping it to me. They understood my concerns over losing the dress in the mail, so they were very proactive about communication and everything worked out so well.

The Best Place

When I first made my initial appointment online I was so excited, but then I had to run into the store to ask them a question, and I knew immediately I was going to find my dress here. Jen, my consultant, was the BEST she was beyond helpful, she made me feel so comfortable. And when we found the ONE and I started to cry she asked if she could open the curtain so that my family could experience it with me. I could not recommend this place more or Jen. If you have a chance to go here - DO IT.

Amazing experience!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Liz at Le Bella Donna. She is AMAZING at her job. I went to my appointment thinking I would try on a few dresses to see what style I would like. Liz asked me a few questions, looked up a picture of my venue, and picked out the most perfect dress immediately! I still tried on 8 more dresses (all beautiful), but ended up getting the first one I tried on, which I could not believe! She was so kind and helpful to me and my family that was with me, and knew exactly what I wanted. She also picked out the most perfect veil. I got SO many compliments on my dress and veil at my wedding. I'm so grateful and highly recommend!

Best on boutique on both coasts!

I came to Le Bella Donna while visiting family on the east coast. I live and am hosting my wedding in Southern California. I have gone to several large bridal stores in Los Angeles, and none of them gave me the bridal experience like Le Bella Donna. The stylist definitely knew the vision I was going for and the very first gown she found and I tried on was THE ONE. They are now working with me to help get my dress sent to me in California. The store was beautiful and the others dresses on display were all gorgeous. An added bonus was the delicious champagne they served - it was so good I am ordering a few bottles for my bridesmaids! I never expected to find my dress in Pennsylvania, but I am so thankful for Le Bella Donna giving me and my family this memory.

Everyone at Le Bella Donna was very kind and easy to work with, but my stylist Caitlin was AMAZING. Ombretta is your go to girl if you need help finding the most perfect dress. She is talented, knowledgeable, and the SWEETEST person. I went in to the shop feeling discouraged from a prior appointment elsewhere and Ombretta completely changed everything. She made me feel understood, confident, and most importantly, she made me feel like a bride. I ended up finding my dress somewhere else but I wanted to come back to Le Bella Donna to see if they had it because the service here is that good. They had the dress that I fell in love with and I was able to fall in love with it all over again. Ombretta showed me different shoulder straps and veils to make me look absolutely perfect. I would give them my business a million times over because of how they made me feel. Her expertise is unmatched!! I didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me any dress…she took the time to find the perfect dress that matched my skin tone and body type. Every bride should check out Le Bella Donna!! Their selection is insanely gorgeous and you will be met with the brightest people.

Such a great experience. I said yes at my first visit

I tried on about 8 dresses and fell in love with the first dress I tried on. I showed Jamie a few of the dresses I saved on Pinterest and she understood immediately. She was super easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. When you know you know and I knew my dress was the one as soon as I tried on the very first dress. They have so many options and they have a plus size section which is great for us curvy women. I Highly recommend this place.

Amazing!!!!

One word AMAZING!!! From the start to the end, it was nothing but a wonderful experience. My consultant Jamie was Great!! She listened to my past experience I had with other bridal places and understood what I did and didn't t like. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I came in not thinking I was going to find a dress in my size (I'm a plus size girl) and they had more than enough dresses in different styles. Jamie got me to step outside my comfort zone and found me a dress that I wouldn't have tried on. I fell in love with the last dress I tried on and then came the water works, I knew at that moment that was my dress but needed my dad to be there to sign off. (Also help me pay Haha) Lucky it was opening an hour after my appointment for my dad to make it there. He loved it and even offered to pay for my veil as well because it brought my whole dress together. Overall, my experience was AMAZING. All the staff that I came in contact with was so nice. Jamie was more than what I could asked for. I even gave her an invitation to my wedding because without her helping me find my dress it wouldn't be happening.

Once Upon A Dream

Working with Liz at Le Bella Donna was a dream. This was my first time shopping for my wedding dress and I said YES!! Liz listened to my interests and was able to quickly narrow down my style based on my preferences and reactions to dresses. She made the process fun, simple, and stress free. Incredible!

I found my dress at Le Bella Donna and had a great experience! I had a few other appts at salons in center city, but to be honest, my experience at le Bella Donna was better than any of the others. I did not feel rushed, the salon was gorgeous, and my consultant was incredible. She was able to hone in on what I wanted before I even knew it. I ended up with a dress I absolutely LOVED that I wouldn't have ever tried on without the expertise of my consultant. Highly recommend!

Amazing Experience!!

When you dream about getting married and trying on dresses, this is the place you imagine. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and greeted with so much positively and energy. My stylist (I wish I could remember her name) was so knowledgeable when it came to her job. Even after trying on multiple style dresses at prior salons, my mind was still all over the place on what I wanted. Luxurious and Elegant

I absolutely loved my experience at Le Bella Donna. The store is very pleasing to the eye and it gives you a “Tiffany&Co” vibe. Jamie and Jenna were amazing to work with. They took their time with me and I didn’t feel rushed or less important. I told Jamie my vision and I ended up saying Yes to the first dress I tried on. Couldn’t believe how amazing I felt!

Liz was absolutely amazing! I went to other stores abs their customer service was nowhere near as welcoming and knowledgeable as Le Bella Donna! Liz was patient and caring and once I told her what I felt comfortable in she was able to find me the perfect dress! I tried on maybe four dresses before we found the perfect one! i had the greatest expeeience at Le Bella Donna!

Great bridal experience!

Loved my experience at Le Bella Donna! This was the third bridal shop I went to and was by far the most professional/festive environment. We had so much fun with the process. I found the perfect gown with Jamie’s amazing assistance. She nailed it with all the dresses she pulled for me until we found my gown! I was so nervous I wouldn’t be able to find a gown when my mom was in town. I wanted to sleep on it for a few days after trying it on, but then texted Jamie that night and she had me in the shop to say yes to the dress the very next morning. So grateful for her flexibility and this experience!

Amazing!

I just to to say the ladies at Le Bella Donna are just awesome and so sweet. My experience overall was more than expected. I went to 3 shops and Le Bella Donna topped all by a long shot. They allowed me to bring my kids ( 2m & 3yrs) where as a lot of places didn't, and were super flexible with scheduling. They were even more excited about the kids coming then I was lol. You get champagne/ water upon arrival. The dresses were amazing, the quality of the gowns you could just tell they were of quality and the price didn't break the bank. My consultant Jamie (Hey Girlll) was just the sweetest and understood exactly what I wanted if not more. My dress is perfect I look like a million dollars and didn't even pass 2k. I'm planning on doing my whole bridal party with them because the experience was just that good. And did I mention they give you a gift after saying yes to the dress. So unexpected and so generous of them. Thank you again ladies.

Wonderful Experience

I absolutely loved my experience at Le Bella Donna! This was the second store I visited to try on dresses and I wasn't expecting to find the one so early on. I showed my consultant a few pictures of the general style I was looking for and she immediately knew which dress to pull. I did try on a few more afterwards but she was spot on with the first dress. The fittings were also very well done and professional. I would definitely recommend Le Bella Donna!

Liz is amazing!

I had THE BEST experience at Le Bella Donna. This was my first time dress shopping, and my consultant Liz was amazing. After sitting down with her for just a few short minutes, and filling out a little survey beforehand, she immediately pulled dresses for me that she thought I would like. The FIRST ONE I tried on, I ended up getting! It fit my vision to the tee and Liz knew exactly what I was looking for almost better than I did!! She was so patient, SO much fun, and helpful through every step of the process. I would recommend everyone getting a wedding dress to go here. Although I got the first dress I tried on, I did try on about 10-12 dresses and the selection is unreal. They have everything imaginable for every style, bride, and personality. Love, love, LOVE this place. :)

The perfect place for dress shopping!

My experience finding a dress at Le Bella Donna was perfect! The space is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and Brooke was a dream to work with. I had come to Le Bella Donna after shopping at another bridal salon where I had tried on a bunch of different styles and left feeling very confused and defeated. Brooke asked just the right questions to help me figure out what I wanted in a dress and only pulled the styles that matched my vision. Without her, I would not have found the one! Brooke made the experience so comfortable and fun for me, my mom and my sister. Dress shopping at Le Bella Donna was wonderful, and Brooke and the staff really know what they are doing to make the experience amazing! I highly recommend all brides check it out!

An amazing experience!

Le Bella Donna is the perfect place to find your dream dress!! From the moment I walked into the store with my family, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Liz was my bridal consultant and I couldn’t ask for a better one! Amazing!!!

My first time to the shop I was wowed when we walked in, it was like walking into a little Kleinfeld. While I was there I found two dresses which I loved, but couldn’t make up my mind and wanted my family with me when I figured it out ( I was there with my FH). Unfortunately, when I visited the store this past Tuesday, May 25th 2021, I was told that the dress I really really really loved was discontinued, my stylist Jamie did all she could to help me find something I love even more. She did a wonderful job. Cant wait to see the dress and have my bridesmaids and groomsmen get there outfits there too.

I said Yes!

So La Bella Donna was the second shop I tried. The first had 2 dresses that I loved. The staff communicated with me prior to my appointment which I was lucky to get a Saturday appt. The staff asked me what I was looking for and what I wasn’t. I was even able to text them pics of what I wanted. The store is so bright and big and beautiful. Me and my mother sipped on champagne during our appt. ☺️ I tried about 6 dresses, and Jamie (my Bridgerton buddy) was great in providing information and assisting my needs. After choosing my fav 2 gowns, I decided on the one that I really didn’t want to take off. The process was easy, and you have the option of paying up front or a payment plan. The bridal accessories were so beautifully placed around the store and every one was gorgeous! The MOB and bridesmaids dresses were in another room, and a few of them I wanted to take home too! I had no issues with staff. They were all pleasant and approachable. I will be going back with my bride tribe soon. Thank you La Bella Donna!

So Happy!!

Le Bella Donna was absolutely incredible during my dress shopping experience. This was the first dress shop I ever went to and I was unsure of what I would like/should try on. Jess, my bridal consultant, helped guide me through the process and listened to my idea of a dream dress. So much so that the second dress she gave me to try on was the dress I bought! Jess was absolutely amazing and found me the dress of my dreams. I just picked up my dress last week and I’m just as in love as I was when I first tried it on. OMG dream come true

When you first walk in the store it is so clean and cute. This was my second place to try on dresses and I was not expecting to find my dress here. My stylist was named Liz. Relaxing Experience!

My experience at La Bella Donna was great. First, the set-up is amazing and very practical - allowing brides to have a spacious dressing room with their guest right outside to avoid having to walk halfway across a store (which I had to do my first time wedding dress shopping!) My mom was super comfortable and relaxed. My consultant Jess was amazing. She heard the style I was looking for and brought perfect suggestions and options for me to try on. She also helped me with providing her input but in a way that was helpful and not pushy. She gave me the time I needed and was super knowledgeable of all the dresses. She asked me the right questions to help me assess the dresses and figure out which one was for me! Overall the experience was great, not rushed at all, relaxing, and fun! I said yes to the dress! WOW. I am truly at a loss for words in what to write, because I am so thrilled with my experience. From the moment we arrived, I felt so welcomed and comfortable with Liz, my bridal consultant and my angel!! I am not confident in my body and was very nervous I would never find a dress. Jenn was absolutely amazing!!!

This experience surpassed what I could even imagine. The bridal studio was gorgeous and Jenn was so wonderful. My mom was insistent that she wanted to go a bridal store near her house and when we walked out after I said yes to the dress she said “that was amazing. We would never have gotten that service at the (insert bridal store name).”

Jenn kept on assuring me to follow my heart and when I thought I was going to have a panic attack because I was overwhelmed she calmed me down. I cannot wait to marry my fiancé in the Justin Alexander dress of my dreams! How Jenn managed to squeeze me in to the sample size I will never know!

I really cannot recommend Le Bella Donna enough! As soon as you walk in, it difficult not to fall in love with this place. Professional, supportive, accommodating and knowledgeable

I said YES TO THE DRESS here. Le Bella Donna has recently expanded the salon in Jenkintown and it is stunning! It is spacious, bright and welcoming and the staff make it feel that way as well. Shannon was such a great help, she was professional, supportive, accommodating and knowledgeable. She pulled all of the dresses for me after I showed and told her what I thought I liked. She put me in every style so we could determine what I liked and felt best in then we went from there. She accommodated my guests as we rotated people in and out of the dressing room/show rooms and was extremely patient. She explained everything after I had picked THE ONE and walked me through the ordering process thoroughly. Overall, excellent experience I just wish I was able to take my mask off more just to get a feel for what I would look like in the dress without it.

Beautiful bridal boutique! Newly remodeled so everything was super clean and chic! Wide selection of dresses so there was no shortage of dresses in different styles.
But the the real star of the show was BROOKE!! She was a dream. I couldn't have been paired with a better stylist. She was quick to pick dresses in my desired style and nailed it in the FIRST fitting. I bought my wedding dress there on the spot. I had a wonderful experience at La Bella Donna Bridal and Formal Wear. I went to La Bella Donna Bridal and then two other bridal salons, and after having a terrible experience at the other two, I knew I had to go back to La Bella Donna. I knew I would find my dress at La Bella Donna, and ONLY wanted to work with the staff there. The employees here so welcoming, friendly, and such a pleasure to work with during this process. Amazing Experience

The minute I stepped into Le Bella Donna everyone made me feel so welcome! I had the pleasure of working with Liz who was absolutely amazing! Her and I kind of shared the same taste in dress so she knew exactly what I was looking for! She was so patient and helpful and you could tell that she really loved her job. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I am so happy that I said YES TO THE DRESS at Le Bella Donna!

Great All-in-One Boutique!

Le Bella Donna was the second store I went to looking for a wedding dress, and ultimately went back a few weeks later to re-visit the one I said yes to! Liz, my stylist, was incredibly helpful and patient with my indecision, and provided great options for accessories. I never felt pressured to rush into anything. Their range of dresses from beaded boho to clean & classic is impressive! I can't wait to wear my dress, thank you!!

Outstanding

All I can say is WOW. You NEED to go wedding dress shopping at this place. Their gowns are incredible, their staff is even more incredible ( if that’s even possible). From the moment I stepped into their shop they made me feel so welcome!! Shannon took me to our area and asked what I thought I was looking for. She grabbed a few dresses and the first one I tried on was the one. Shelly came over and told me what we could do to make the dress more me and it was my exact vision!!! These ladies were awesome!! & I have to mention Brooke, Liz, & Jess too because they were also so helpful and assisted in helping me say YES actually cry YES to my absolute dream wedding dress! They have every type of dress anyone would ever want and the staff really made the experience even better!

Said yes to my dream dress at Le Bella Donna

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience finding and purchasing my wedding gown from Le Bella Donna. From the moment I stepped foot into the absolutely gorgeous shop to the special moment I said yes to the dress, my experience at Le Bella Donna was A+.

Something to know about me: I'm extremely indecisive and was not looking forward to shopping for my dress. I struggled a lot with narrowing down what I liked, but Paula, my consultant, was an incredible help. She was an expert at listening to my comments on each dress, and used that feedback to find other dresses I might like. Paula is the one who pulled what ended up being "my dress" and it was definitely not one I likely would have pulled off the shelf for myself. I'm so grateful to Paula for listening to my rambling thoughts and finding me a dress I absolutely cannot wait to wear in November 2020.

Truly, there were so many dresses I liked at Le Bella Donna. For awhile, I was actually torn between three I found there. I was very impressed by their selection -- and found plenty of dress options that fit my budget.

I also really appreciated that the team at Le Bella Donna was not pushy in any way, shape or form. I visited the shop three times before I finally made my decision and said yes. (Again, indecisive bride, over here!) I never once felt like Paula was pressuring me to make a decision, which allowed me a stress-free shopping experience.

Great experience

I just recently purchased my wedding dress from Le Bella Donna. Paula was my consultant. Everything about the experience was wonderful! Granted, it was a weekday morning, there was absolutely no one in the shop. They recently went through a remodel to expand and it is so beautiful inside. Paula was amazing, she made good conversation, had good suggestions, helped me narrow down my style, and made be feel very comfortable. I am so excited to receive my gown in the next few months! They also offer payment plan options if needed, but I found there to be so many options well below my max budget... regardless, the shop is FILLED to the brim with choices. Not one bad thing to say!

Unexpected surprise - my dream dress!

A little about me…this is both our second marriage. We both eloped for our individual firsts so we’re having a decent size wedding. For my first marriage, I bought my dress on eBay. But this time I wanted to go to a bridal salon.
My mom suggested La Bella Donna, so I made the appointment online. I called two days prior to confirm and spoke to Paula. She asked me on the phone, and then in person, what I liked, but not what I’d tried on at a previous salon. I then went “shopping” with my mom, my fiancé sitting on the couch suggesting dresses.
I loved my appointment. Paula was attentive without being overbearing. She quickly got me in/out of dresses, but there was no rush . I’d be in the middle of answering a question and *poof* all the clips were on and we were ready to show another one. Paula also made suggestions of other dresses based on the silhouettes I preferred. The third or fourth dress I tried on was THE ONE. However, Paula gently insisted I get into a few more to make sure we were covered. She even pulled a dress off the mannequin for me to try on.
We went back to THE dress and Paula added a GORGEOUS veil to the mix. My dress and veil total came to LESS than I’d budgeted for my dress alone. But that’s not what made me cry. Paula heard me. She listened and worked her magic quickly. I was able to find THE ONE. Because of this, I put down my deposit on my dream dress and veil. FYI – it was a dress my fiancé chose!
I encourage brides to go to La Bella Donna. You can have that bridal salon moment w/o breaking the bank. Even better, you can have YOUR bridal salon moment which is so much more important than anything you see on tv.

" The indecisive bride"

I got engaged in the summer of 2019, every bride can not wait to dress shop. Well not me! I kept putting it off for months because I could not decide on a dress style and on line wasn't helping . Finally someone said just go and I did. Dreading walking in I was met with Liz who couldn't be any cuter and fun, I was so excited to work with someone with her vibe. I showed her a few pictures in my phone , 3 pictures to be exact and she literally pulled me a few dresses, I loved and was ready to pick one and she asked if she could pull one more and guess what????? SHE PICKED THE ONE!! I'm am not that girl who has dreamt about a wedding or a dress and she nailed it and I could not be any happier!! thank you Liz for making this day a time I will never forget!!!!!

This bridal store was incredible. My associate Shelly was so wonderful. She listened to my opinion and valued my thoughts every time I had a different dress on! I would recommend this as a stop if looking for a wedding dress and I can not wait to take my bridesmaids back to find their dresses!

Plus Size Bride Dream Experience

**Plus size brides!** I went to 5 highly rated bridal shops in the philly and surrounding area, and nothing compared even in the slightest to my excellent service at Le Bella Donna- especially as a plus sized girl. Paula was absolutely incredible at listening to what I wanted, letting me try on anything, pulling the best gowns based on what I liked, and making me feel so accepted and beautiful. I bought the most gorgeous gown I could have ever imagined, even better than in my dreams. I also would have never suspected that I would buy a strapless gown but I did and I am in love! If you are plus sized and nervous about finding a place with a lot of options, I URGE you to go here. They have every different style and they are all beautiful, made extremely well and current. I experienced so many other places where the dresses were outdated, only a few options for plus size, or felt really cheap and horrible. I cant say enough good things about this place. Make it your number one so you dont leave in tears from others! Also REQUEST PAULA ! She is so genuine, kind, thoughtful and attentive. She made my experience truly wonderful and she made me feel like I was just like everyone else. She picked the most perfect dresses for me to try on top of what I picked and I think she ended up picking 'the dress'. She also let us come back three!! times to try on the dress with different family members and friends. She even offered to let me come back again to try on accessories etc. You cant go wrong by going here. So many options.... OH and! the place is super super cute and each bride gets their own HUGE PRIVATE mirror and dressing room that is COLD and perfect to try on dresses so youre not hot and sweaty in a cramped room!!! You get to see all the dresses and pick for yourself and no one else has to see you! The bridal shop itself is so updated and beautiful- no other place compared with small rooms, shared mirrors, outdated carpets, outdated dresses, not being able to see the racks... nothing compares to this place. GO HERE!!!!!

Could not be happier

Everyone I dealt with at Le Belle Donna was so wonderful. I went to three dress stores and no one quite got my style until I got to Le Belle Donna. I recently stopped in to pick up my dress on Christmas eve and the two sales people were super friendly and helpful as I tried on my dress with my sister's veil.

Highly recommend!

I knew when I arrived for my appointment with my mom that we were going to find my dress that day. The shop is beautiful and so elegant. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and they made us feel so welcome. I appreciated the wide variety of sizes available and I highly recommend Le Bella Donna if you are a plus sized bride.

Psst. Hey you! Yes, you. If you are reading this review, then you are already at a high point in finding your ideal wedding attire. If you want to be treated like a Princess, Queen, Prince, King, etc. and find the perfect wedding attire, then please, please, please go to Le Bella Donna!!!
Le Bella Donna cares about their customers. Each client has his or her personal style, and they make sure to make a note of that. Ms. Charlene is the staff member whom was very helpful. She played a crucial role in my wedding preparations, and that was to find THE PERFECT WEDDING DRESS. Ms. Charlene gave us her very own opinion, and it was beneficial to do so.
Ms. Charlene went by my:
1. Body Type
2. Height
3. The season of my wedding (Last day of Spring- Saturday, June 20, 2020)
4. Various types of pics I showed her so that she knows what type of style I was interested in trying, which was a lot of pics. It was overwhelming for me, but to her, I was a typical client. She knows that most of us don’t pick or see a wedding dress that often, so it is normal to have really no idea of what we really desire!!!
Ms. Charlene knows all about the dresses they offer (new and old styles), which is impressive due to the significantly extensive collection they have. Ms. Charlene did not just pick 1 or 2 dresses. She took out over 10 dresses. Some were for fun because I was interested in how I would look at specific dresses, such as the Mermaid wedding dress. The first wedding dress I ever tried on I had like. The second wedding dress I tried on, and I loved it. Ms. Charlene altered each dress I tried on to give me the idea of how it will look if it was my actual size. It was so beautiful, my own mother cried. Ms. Charlene and my mother were almost in sync when they both gave their honest opinions. They discussed things such as the type of dress and how it looked on me, and the fitting around my bust/cleavage. There was a dress I tried on that was okay but had that thick material I loved. Ms. Charlene and my mother were stating the thick material is beautiful, but they told me to think about the season the wedding is in. My wedding is on Saturday, June 20, 2020. That is literally the last day of Spring, and it is pushing into Summer. They both advised me to have less material, which that was an excellent point they made.
In the end, I was able to mimic the reality tv show, “Say Yes to the Dress.” I told them I am saying, “Yes to the Dress.” They all clapped for me. I felt as if it was all about me. I was also able to quickly get a tiara and a veil. They have ones for those with small heads and those for big heads like me lol. At the end of the day, all Le Bella Donna’s clients know it is all about them. The professionals at Le Bella Donna will make sure that you will find the dress in your price range, if not lower, and make sure you are completely satisfied. Le Bella Donna also has different installment payments. If you are like most people who are not able to afford the entire bill upfront, then use the installment payment plan.
Please check out Le Bella Donna as they are in the process of expanding the shop. Don’t think because Le Bella Donna is a beautiful shop, and the staff is very professional that you will not be able to afford to even step in. I know I was lol!!! It is a common misconception. They are all there to help you, no matter what. Just give them a chance, and they will blow you away!!! Thank you so much for the lovely staff of Le Bella Donna!!! We appreciate doing business with you and will come again for our friends and family members.

Great dress buying experience!

I had such a great dress buying experience with Le Bell Donna! They really listened to what I liked and wanted. I picked the first dress that I tried on, and I only tried on three dresses. It was such a quick and smooth process. I am so glad they carry plus size too! They also made it easy to purchase, we were able to put a deposit on the dress and pay it off before it was time to pick up the dress!

Highly recommend!! Ask for Jess!

I am so incredibly happy I chose to go to Le Bella Donna! I went to several bridal stores and only Le Bella Donna made me feel like I was shopping for my wedding dress. I had Jess as my bridal assistant and I'm so happy I did. Out of all the assistants in all the bridal stores I went to, Jess listened to me but she also picked items she knew would suit me when I wasn't sure. The first dress she pulled for me and put on is actually the dress I ended up buying. She was the only assistant that didn't make me feel any pressure. I had to take time after my first appointment to decide and she didn't hound me or make me feel I needed to make an immediate decision. With that pressure and anxiety off me, I'm as able to choose a dress I truly felt was right. I am a plus size bride and not once did I feel like one. I couldn't recommend Le Bella Donna and Jess more! We actually want to have Jess help my mom choose a Mother of the Bride dress as well! And also surprisingly, Le Bella Donna was one of the more inexpensive bridal stores I've been to but when you walk in, you feel like you're in a expensive boutique! I'm so incredibly happy with my decision!

Dream dress

The experience at Le Bella Donna was amazing. Our consultant, Sarah, was so friendly and helpful. When I was trying on dresses, she sparked conversation with me to get to know me better and make me feel more comfortable. I found my dream dress by number three! I cannot express enough how well Sarah read my preferences and picked a dress she knew I would love. The first dress I tried on was classic and conservative, while the second was more whimsical, form-fitting and flirty. After those two, she said "I know exactly what you need to try on next" -- and she was absolutely right. I loved the rest of the team at Le Bella Donna too. Another consultant even practiced slow dancing with me because I was nervous about how I would dance at the wedding in the style of dress I chose. Loved this place and I can't WAIT to wear my dress again!

We will be going back to look at bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos soon!

Perfect Experience at Le Bella Donna Jenkintown

Purchasing my wedding dress at Le Bella Donna in Jenkintown was one of the best wedding decisions I made. Le Bella Donna was the first shop I visited and I purchased the second dress I tried on! Le Bella Donna has an unparalleled selection and sales staff that are helpful, courteous and incredibly professional. I'm an older bride (48) and I was never made to feel old or insecure in any way. My dress came in sized almost perfectly and arrived within the projected time frame. My alterations were handled in house by the incredibly talented seamstress Lucy, who was always responsive and highly competent. I continue to receive SO many compliments on my dress. I Felt Like a Princess

Le Bella Donna went out of their way to make sure I bought the perfect dress for myself. Not once did I feel like I was being given a sales pitch; rather, everyone I worked with made sure I found THE dress. I was told from the get-go that I would not leave the store with a dress out of my budget, with a dress that I was not happy with, and with a dress that the stylist did not think was right for me. I am so happy I found my dress here, and I think they all are such wonderful people at Le Bella Donna!

Staff was always attentive, helped me find the perfect dress!

Le Bella Donna was my favorite wedding dress shopping experience! The show room is very elegant and made the experience feel really special. The staff are attentive and were great at listening to what I liked or didn't like so that I could find the perfect dress! The staff let me come back to try on dresses and ensure that I was picking the one that I loved, which I really appreciated since it was such a big decision! My dress was perfect for me and I have the staff at Le Bella Donna to thank for that!

Le Bella Donna takes care of you!

Le Bella Donna was my third place that I tried on dresses and I found the one here! Charlene was so helpful and answered all my questions, even the ones asking for her opinion. I had come to this appointment alone so having someone to bounce thoughts off of was really helpful. After gauging what I was looking for she pulled out this Essence of Australia dress for me that I absolutely loved. It fit me so well. They were able to order extra fabric and lace for me so I could fully line the front of my dress. Lucy, their contract seamstress, is also AMAZING. Your alterations are in great hands. I came to my first fitting and forgot my shoes (oops) but Le Bella Donna really tried to help me be able to get the appointment to still go on, even offering their own shoes. We ended up pushing back the appointment a bit so I could go get shoes.

I said yes to the dress at la bella donna!

I said yes to my dress at la bella donna! This was my second stop my first was David's bridal. I have found a dress at David's but have went onto la bella Donna's website and have found several pictures of dresses that I could be interested in. So, I made an appointment and have went to my appointment. The store was absolutely stunning as well as most of the dresses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also flexible and if you have found your dress they work with you as far as payments and down payments. I tried on a few dresses and just so happened to get the first dress I tried on!

Jess is amazing

Wow, I just had my wedding, I picked out my dress at Le Bella Donna and I could not be happier!! I worked with Jess to pick out my dress about a year and a half ago. When I picked up my dress, she told me she made sure to take me again so she could see the final product on me. She was so kind, helpful, and patient with me and my family (who is very silly and energetic). She pulled a dress I hadn't even seen (the 4th one I tried on) and it was The One!! Literally perfect for me. It was exactly what I wanted and it felt like she had a great grasp of what I was looking for. When I picked up my dress, they offered to hold it while we went to lunch which was so sweet. I couldn't be happier with my experience here!
