I found Dimitri and his team only a month or so before my wedding. I had no idea what I wanted specifically, but I did know I wanted the ambiance to feel very romantic and candlelit. After brainstorming with Dimitri, he was able to put together the most beautiful layout! It's been a week since my wedding, and I am still getting compliments about the beautiful decor, stage, and ambiance that was put together by Dimitri and his team. Aside from his work, he is so attentive, cares about individual budgets, and helps break down what are the important areas to spend money on and what is not totally necessary. I felt so comfortable communicating with Dimitri and am forever grateful to him and his team for making my wedding day that much more special. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to create a beautiful ambiance for their special day. 10/10—best of the best! - Alya & Marco Franco -

Outstanding!
My daughter's wedding July 1st 2023 was outstanding! Dymtro made their every wish come to life and more. The space was completely transformed at the Morton Arboretum and set the tone of dreamy and elegance. The decor took everyone's breath away in every single detail and inch of the entire space. I am still getting phone calls from our guests letting me know that they have never seen such beautiful decor. I cannot thank Dymtro and his team enough and I look forward to working with him on many future events.

We are so grateful that we worked with LD Events Decor for our wedding. We went through all the top vendors for wedding décor in downtown Chicago, and LD events were hands down the most accommodating décor vendor we talked to. As our wedding was at Navy Pier, we needed a vendor that we could trust to execute given the logistical challenges that come with a downtown Chicago wedding. The step-and-repeat banner and red-carpet entrance was a big hit with our guests, the fog machine worked perfectly during the first dance, and the way the drapery behind the head table was slightly waving from the breeze looked incredible. Top to bottom, everything was perfect for the occasion! One thing that we truly appreciated was that on the day of the wedding, which can be hectic, they set up everything seamlessly and ahead of schedule. We highly recommend them and are grateful for their service. -

There are no words to say how beautiful of how they styled and designed at my wedding with all of their pretty lights and dance floor and also, Including providing a fog machine, when I walked down the aisle. They made sure they were on time and got everything done without bothering me; the bride. When I walked into the venue, I was shocked, surprised and happy to see what was created. Thank you so much for making my night wonderful. -

We had a winter wonderland themed wedding just after Christmas in a high school gym. I told them my vision 3 days prior to the event. They came out and installed the lights rights away helping my vision come to life. Prompt, professional, and polished. -

I can’t begin to thank them enough, I realized the week before my wedding I needed decor and they were able to accommodate this last minute request. I was blown away when I walked in to the venue to see how nicely it had been decorated by them. Definitely keeping them in mind for future events (not at the last minute) they truly do wonders and have great vision -

The ballroom looks fantastic with the backdrop, uplights, sofas and rest of the decor you guys installed the day prior.
You were all extremely professional, willing to work with my husband and I with the price and extremely patient with us!

We used LD Events for our wedding draping, stage covering, and aisle runner, and everything turned out even better than I imagined! The team was flexible and was able to transition the draping from the ceremony to the reception. Even though my decor was simple, I think it looked really elegant and clean, and hiring Dmytro really helped to lessen my wedding stress. I highly recommend LD Events Decor! -

From day one Dmytro and his team was so attentive, and really paid attention to all the small details of helping to create our wedding. They truly went the extra mile in ensuring our day would be perfect from making multiple trips to our out of state venue to offering suggestions to help make the day perfect and working around our time schedule for setup/ clean up. The team truly listened to our vision and did all they could, plus some to make our vision a reality. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!!!!

They are so easy to work with.. very understanding.. very creative and very flexible! I was able to reach them at any time of the day. Dymtri is super kind and very accommodating. They will work with you on budget and go beyond measure to exceed expectations. Trust me! They provided more than i was expecting. Extra draping and lighting.. everything! They are a one stop shop! My vinyl dance floor wrap was perfect.. customized acrylics.. uplighting.. draping.. crystal chandeliers.. even the venue supervisor who has seen tons of draping companies come by was so impressed! Everything was elegant and classy. Can’t wait for photos back from our photographer! Thank you Dymtri and team for all your hard work and going above and beyond!!

Became totally unreachable after initial consultation. Requested a quote multiple times for our December wedding. Each time was told they needed a little longer, which is not a problem. But after a month I called again and was told "It's ready I'll have it to you in an hour!" This was 4 days ago now. No response to emails. No response to further calls. It makes planning an already stressful event that much worse when there is no professionalism or reliability in a vendor.
