They took the time to get to know my personal style, goals, and vision for my dress, and let me tell you—they absolutely delivered. I was blown away by their organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the way they expertly guided me through the entire selection process. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And of course, I said yes to the dress! -

Had the best experience with LBR! They were so knowledgeable about all the different fabrics and styles and truly made it a great experience.
I had only visited two other places and found my dress immediately at LBR. The quality and expertise was unmatched, and I knew I had to get my dress there!
Overall, it was a great experience and I couldn’t recommend LBR enough! -

WOW! There are not enough words to express my love for this store and Vilma. I went shopping in Miami at 3 different stores and LBR was my last stop. Throughout the day, I had tried on many dresses that were picked for me, I was not allowed to go look through anything. When I arrived at LBR, we had the whole studio to ourselves, Vilma took time to listen to me about what I was looking for and walked with me around her store to let ME pick out what I thought I would like. During our conversation, she picked up on the style she thought I would like and asked if I would be open to trying on a dress she thought I might like..... WELL IT WAS THE ONE! I said yes to the dress she picked for me. She is such a special person, so kind and genuine and she KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING. I am SO happy I waited till the end of the day and made sure to go to LBR. It was overall hands down the best experience of the day. Don't even waste your time with other stores, LBR is IT!!!!! :) -

LBR Bridal is an absolute gem of a store. I loved working with Vilma. All of the dresses are so beautiful. The store is beautiful. They don't rush you or push you to buy something. I found my dream dress here. -

I had the most amazing experience at LBR Bridal. Maria and Vilma were knowledgeable and very honest. They made us feel very comfortable. I wanted to make some changes on the dress I like and they offered me great solutions. I ended up combining 2 styles in 1 dress. I’m beyond happy with my dress and the experience. Girls, trust me! You want to go to a bridal store and get help from professionals and get honest opinions. Sometimes the style you like doesn't look good on you and somebody needs to tell you. Remember you want to look stunning in your special day.
The store is beautiful and elegant with gorgeous collections. They are also one of the very few stores in Florida that carry Eva Lendel. You need to check it out! -

Disappointing Experience at LBR Bridal: Not the Dress I Ordered
I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at LBR Bridal in Miami, and I feel I should warn other brides. What started as an exciting dress search turned into an extremely frustrating ordeal.
At my first fitting, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I found what I thought was my dream dress—a beautiful Eva Lendel gown that matched a Pinterest pin I’d been obsessed with. The fabric was soft, it had flow, and I was over the moon. But when the actual dress arrived, it was nothing like what I had tried on. The fabric was stiff and rough, nothing like the light, airy silk I’d expected. The dress lacked the movement, flare, and softness that had made me fall in love with it.
When I went back to the store, I was told the sample had been “dirty” and cleaned too many times, which was why it looked different. But the dress I received was still completely off. Feeling misled, I contacted the designer in Ukraine directly through WhatsApp. They referred me to their contact in NY who assured me the fabric would soften after steaming.
The real letdown came when I met the owner of LBR Bridal at the seamstress. She dismissed my concerns and didn’t seem interested in making things right. With my wedding just two weeks away, I had no time to return the dress, so I spent $700 on alterations to make it somewhat wearable.
To top it off, when I video-called my sister at the seamstress without giving her any background, she immediately reacted with, “What the f**k is this? That’s not the dress you got!” Even after two professional steamings, the dress still had no flow, felt stiff, and wasn’t flattering. It was nothing like the soft, beautiful gown I had envisioned.
In the end, I feel completely let down by both the store and the designer. I spent a lot of money, time, and energy on a dress that didn’t meet expectations, and the store owner did nothing to rectify the situation. I would strongly caution any future brides about LBR Bridal. -
