Erica at Lavish Event Rentals was wonderful to work with! We communicated completely by email, which made it a lot easier for me to squeeze in wedding planning whenever I had a few minutes to spare. She always responded promptly and cheerfully. Not only did she help decorate both the ceremony and reception sites, but she helped me come up with ideas and designs as well. We exchanged design and venue photos via email during the planning process so I could get an idea of how things would look. In the end, her creations were exactly what I wanted. Erica took care of everything from set up to take down, so I didn't have to worry about decorating or hauling things to the sites on the day of the rehearsal or the day of the wedding. She made everything so easy and I would very much recommend her to future brides. My only regret is that her help was so perfectly behind the scenes, that I did not get to meet her and thank her in person! -

Erica was wonderful to work with! The ceiling draping looked exactly like the picture I sent her of what I envisioned. It made the hall look so beautiful! Erica was always quick to reply to emails and she even came to the venue in Pittsburgh at 11:00pm to take the ceiling draping down after the wedding. I would highly recommend her services! -

Lavish rentals was by far the best, professional, decorator I have ever dealt with. She turned an ordinary hall into a very elegant and classy event! She went above and beyond my expectations! I would and have recommended her to all of my family and friends!! Thanks Ericca for everything! -

My husband and I hired Erica with Lavish Event Rentals to do our backdrop/decor for our wedding ceremony and the backdrop at our reception. We also rented pedestals and a few up-lights from her. She did a fantastic job with everything! She was always quick to respond to my emails from the beginning and she always seemed to know exactly what I wanted even with my indecisiveness. She had everything set up on time and it all looked so beautiful. And to top it off, her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Erica; I can't say enough good things about her work! -

My husband & I hired Lavish Rentals for our wedding reception!! They did an amazing job and would recommend them to anyone!! We had the wall draping done in certain areas including our backdrop behind the head table. Table skirting, including the cake and gift table. LOVED it! Thank you Lavish Rentals for making our wedding reception beautiful!! -

Erica was very helpful in getting the right items and colors my daughter wanted for her wedding. Honestly I was anticipating buying everything on the internet then doing the work ourselves. BAD IDEA! True I could have owned vs. renting but the labor is what you need to consider, for professionals like Erica and her team it is a "walk in the park" for us it would have been an unbelievable amount of extra stress added to an already high pressure situation. I am sure we wouldn't have been able to come close to the eye appeal that Lavish Event Rentals presented. Our guest said that our wedding was the best they have ever attended. Erica transformed a fire hall into a posh ballroom!!! If you have a wedding in the Pittsburgh area get a quote from Erica, you then should sign it and on her schedule. She works hard for the money and she is worth it! -

Erica was absolutely amazing! I changed my mind on my centerpieces and every time Erica made sure she responded quickly and professionally and provided us with amazing quality work. She used floating pearls for 1 of my centerpieces and my guests are still talking about how beautiful they were!! I highly recommend Erica for any special function! -

I decided last minute (like literally a month before the wedding) that I'd like to rent chaircovers, centerpieces, and uplighting from Erica Lynn Designs, and she was more than accomdating with fitting us into her schedule! The room looked absolutely gorgeous. The spandex chair covers were so sleek, and the purple uplighting really complemented the entire room. We also used the silver branch center pieces, and it really pulled the whole room together and made my wedding gorgeous :) I would highly recommend Erica Lynn Designs (now Lavish Event Rentals) to anyone!! -

My Husband and I had our wedding (ceremony and all) at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel. Erica was referred to us by our wedding coordinator at the hotel for our uplighting. Erica was more than hospitable meeting us at the hotel numerous times to show us how our venue would look. When we decided to rent decorations for our ceremony, we turned to Erica and she had exactly what I wanted. I saw photos that she had emailed me and couldn't wait to see it in person at my wedding. When they opened the doors for me to walk down the aisle, I was in complete awe. My décor was everything that I wanted and more! Erica took what I had told her and completely transformed our space into something so beautiful. I would definitely recommend Erica Lynn Designs to anyone that I know getting married! She was fantastic to work with and very attentive, answering any questions I ever had and making wonderful suggestions. If I could have my wedding all over again, I would choose Erica Lynn Designs again without a doubt in my mind! -

Erica & her team were AMAZING! My venue changed at the last minute & finding Erica's services in the Belle Vernon areas was pure luck for my (now) husband & I! We had our wedding at a fire hall & wanted to give the place a "face-lift"! Erica had GREAT ideas for how to decorate the hall! We had so many compliments on the backdrop & entry way she decorated for us. Our guests loved when we turned the lights off for dancing & the whole room was lit a blue color due to her up-lighting! Erica arrived on time Saturday for set up and Sunday for clean up! I never had an issue with her returning emails or phone calls. She was even flexible with me when I forgot our final payment was due! She is great & I highly recommend her to any future brides! -

Erica and her team were so great to work with. For my wedding, she provided linens, chair covers and sashs, uplighting and a monogram. The room looking amazing. I received so many comments on how everything was so well put together. Even the staff at my venue commenting on how great Erica and her team were. I never had to worry about things not being correct.... very much like me, she gives attention to detail and will transform your wedding venue into a wonderful space just as you imagine. AND... importantly, her prices are very reasonable!! I would highly recommend Erica to any bride. I'm already trying to think of another party I can have so I can use her services. -

Erica was wonderful to work with. I had an idea in my head and she brought it to life! My wedding ceremony was held in a hotel banquet room, so I was very concerned that I would not achieve the "wedding" look and feel that I was hoping for. Erica made sure that I got the atmosphere I dreamed of! I told her what I wanted (particularly tulle aisle markers with big, purple bows) and she made them as I had envisioned them... it was great because it wasn't as if I was looking through a book or catalog of generic, pre-made decorations, she custom made the bows just for me, and she did a fabulous job! She sent me a picture of the bow about a month before the wedding, and I didn't think the shade of purple was quite right (my fault, not hers) and she made the change with no trouble at all, and they ended up being perfect! I highly recommend Erica for your wedding!!!!! -

Erica Lynn and her team did an amazing job on turning my ceremony and reception room into the winter wonderland we were going for. Our Guests were wowed by the draping and the lighting, it could not have looked better. Definitely worth the investment. Erica and her team are lovely to work for and do a quality job. Erica was amazing to work with!!!! I couldn't have been any happier with her service on our wedding day. From day one Erica worked with my design.... I told her what I wanted and she made a whole sample table for me to view before our wedding! It was wonderful. The venue looked absolutely breathtaking when i walked in and you know what- i wasn't surprised that Erica did such a wonderful job! I booked Erica because the day i met her i knew i had nothing to worry about on my wedding day. I knew her work would be everything i wanted and imagined and it was even better!! Erica you made my wedding day absolutely perfect. The linen's, centerpieces and table decor were beautiful!!

Erica Lynn Designs provided uplighting, centerpieces for all my of tables at my reception, a head table back drop, draping for the receptions entranceway, and decor for my place cards table. She transformed my plain hall into a beautiful wedding venue!
She is extremely professional, easy to contact, and flexible to work with. She was able to give me great ideas for floral and candle centerpieces that went perfectly with my wedding theme and ideas. On the day of set up, the caterer was late and Erica waited around for them without any complaints. The bride and the wedding she's working with are her first priority. I would recommend her to anyone getting married and wanting their reception hall to go from ordinary to extraordinary. -

Erica Lynn Designs provided amazing decorations for our wedding. Her designs were exactly what I had envisioned and matched the bridesmaids' dresses perfectly. Not only was Erica punctual and reliable, but she was also very friendly and super flexible. At the last minute, Erica was able to change her schedule and decorate a day early, due to a conflict with the hall. I would recommend her services to anyone who wants their wedding reception to be elegant, stylish, and done to perfection! -

I choose Ericalynn Designs for my wedding because i wanted to have fabric drape the walls with up lighting behind it at my venue. She has a show room so i could go and look at her designs before i even booked her. She also did a monogram at my wedding along with chair covers and table clothes. She did an amazing job and i would recommend her and her services to anyone that wanted to have a beautiful wedding. I still am getting compliments on how beautiful mine was and i owe it all to her! Erica is very good at what she does, she would always get back to me in a timely manner and would even calm me down when i would get a little stressed. It would be a mistake not to choose her for your decorator! -

I met Erica at one of the bridal shows in Pittsburgh. I just knew by her display and work that she was going to be the perfect person to create my arrangements for my wedding! She is a very sweet and a personable person to work with at the same time she is professional and resourceful.
I couldn't afford a wedding similar to what David Tutera would make but the ability to rent all of what I needed cut my cost in half and I got a very similar look but still affordable. Everyone thought the flowers were real because they are of great quality.

I am a very crafty person, and I always thought I would make my own centerpieces for my wedding. Boy did I change my mind when I met with Erica. They were beautiful and affordable and best of all, I didnt have to worry about setting them up or taking them down - they did it all for me! AND I didn't end up with 20 vases and sticks/flowers/crystals/mirrors that I will likely never use again --- and the cost of buying all those items (even at a craft discount store) adds up FAST! Much cheaper and easier to let Erica make it beautiful for me :) Would definately recommend her services to all my bride friends! -

Erica provided absolutely OUTSTANDING service for my wedding!! She coordinated my linens, napkins, chargers, monogram and up-lighting. She was extremely easy to work with during the planning of the wedding. Not only did she stay connected with me over the course of the year, she made sure we were both on the same page at all times. Her prices are very reasonable and you will definitely get your dollar's worth with Erica. She was flexible and very helpful while I added and contemplated new ideas along the way. The final product of the reception was beyond beautiful and everything I ever dreamed it would be. We were definitely a great team and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Erica Lynn Designs to any bride in the Pittsburgh area. -

I met Erica at a Bridal Show in Monroeville, and I knew by her display I wanted to incorporate her talent within our wedding. As my wedding was rapidly approaching, I wasn't finding what I needed to complete the look at our wedding with our centerpieces. I contacted Erica, and by the next morning she agreed to help with no problem and made me feel at ease! ( Which is most important with a detail oriented bride) haha Erica was wonderful to work with, she made herself avaliable at all costs, and has the most up to date displays. She made our Reception look like it stepped out of a New York wedding magazine, with her centerpieces and chair covers, it was most talked about! I would consider Erica so versitile, My style for my wedding was vintage glamour, which she completed with perfection! My Husband and I will continue to recommend Erica to all of our friends and family who will be getting married.
I'll look forward to working with Erica, for any of our future life events!

After meeting with several vendors, we choose to go with Erica Lynn Designs. Her spandex chair covers and sashes are like no other! They are absolutely beautiful, great quality and no wrinkles on the sashes or chair covers! We were very pleased with them. I got so many compliments on all her unique details and my guests were truly blown away with how beautiful everything she created was. Erica was reliable and very professional to work with. She went out of her way to make everything perfect! PERFECT. ! I highly recommend using her - she's worth it!! :)

Everything was gorgeous for my wedding. When I met with Erica for the first time, I got a good feeling about her. She knew exactly what I had envisioned my wedding to look like. She made it happen from the uplighting to centerpieces to the entrance. Just everything was gorgeous. It also saved us time and stress of doing the work ourselves. I highly recommend them -

Erica took a bland social hall and turned it into a Wedding Wonderland! Guest's commented that they didn't even feel like they were in the same place. Her modern style fit my needs perfectly...from LED lights to drapery to classy centerpieces to chair covers - everything was perfect. She was wonderful to work with, had great ideas, and helped me stay near my budget. Erica went out of her way to make sure that I could test everything at the hall before the event. Her staff was very timely and nice at set-up and tear-down. I would highly recommend her. -

Erica Lynn Designs was professional and the uplighting services provided were well worth the cost. The price did not break the bank and Erica was so nice and answered all my questions without hesitation. She responded to my emails shortly after I sent them and came to the reception site to show me the lights and help me choose the colors. I would HIGHLY recommend her uplighting! I randomly found Eric Lynn Designs when googling local vendors in my area. Her site sold me immediately. Erica was able to match my colors exactly and replicate the look I wanted for my tables, staying in my budget :) I went with a very simple look of flower pedals and candles. Erica was able to set up the day before and even came back the next day to light all the candles before my guests arrived for our reception. I was very pleased with her work, dedication to her customers, and dependability. I would recommend to others :)

I felt that Erica went above and beyond to make our wedding beautiful. She was very professional, answered emails, and was flexible to meet in person. I absolutely loved Erica Lynn Designs. She made me feel so comfortable when we met and didn't pressure me. She really knew what I was looking for (something fun and classy) and nailed it. I received so many complements on my center pieces and chair covers that the vendor is even going to use her exclusively. She was also very accommodating. I saw the feather center pieces about one week before my wedding and she made it happen! When I walked into the wedding reception it was a magical experience and I owe that to Erica! -

Erica Lynn Designs was absolutely fantastic to work with and made my wedding day absolutely gorgeous because of her attention to detail. We used Erica for chair sashes, chargers, centerpieces (two different kinds - sticks and candles), and table runners. She transformed our previously bland room into an elegant and fun reception space. Numerous people commented on how well put together our reception space was, and I couldn't agree more! Erica did great work, and I couldn't give her a more unequivocal recommendation for any other brides seeking to use her services.
First and foremost, Erica was easy to communicate with (both via email and phone). This was a big help on my end, as no one in the wedding party was located in the area where we had our wedding. As a "long distance" bride working with Erica, she quickly responded to all my questions and comments. Having worked with numerous vendors from a distance, this made the planning process quick and painless and a huge relief!
Next, all of Erica's products that we used (sashes, table runners, centerpieces, and chargers) were high quality and really impressed at the wedding. Not only did the guests at our wedding repeatedly comment on on our reception space (and specifically Erica's work in putting it together), the manager of the reception hall also asked us for photos of the room so they could use them in promotional material for the space.
Erica also did a great job of putting the room together on a short timeline. A "last minute" wedding booked our venue one week before our wedding for the Friday night before our Saturday wedding. This meant that Erica couldn't set up the room until the afternoon of our wedding (and was forced to juggle her already busy schedule to do so, as she originally could set up the room on Friday). Despite this, Erica and her team, did an awesome job of putting the room together and juggling their schedule, and everything looked wonderful for my wedding day! I would highly recommend using Erica for your wedding, as you won't be disappointed! -

I used Erica Lynn Designs for my bridal shower this summer. I saw a piece on her while watching a local TV channel and decided to look her up. I must say...Erica is so sweet and it was a privileged to work with her! As soon as I contacted her, she quickly replied, we set up a meeting and she listed to what I wanted (which a lot of vendors don't do). Since I was having an out-of-area wedding, I wanted a larger shower and I wanted it to be classy! It was beyond AMAZING! Her attention to the details made the room look phenomenal! Every single guest commented on the center pieces (white and black feathers) as well as the chair covers (black).The restaurant where the bridal shower was held even took pictures to show future brides what the room could look like! I was overly happy and thrilled with the end result! I would highly recommend EricaLynn Designs for your event! She made my wedding shower exactly how I wanted it to be: BEAUTIFUL!!!! BOOK HER! Erica Lynn Designs was absolutely amazing!!!! She decorated my hall which was completely bare with white walls and typical hall features. I booked her and received the servies of; ceneterpieces, table linens, LED lighting w/Draping. She even customized the entryway with a crystal draping that made the doors pop! She was consistent with her ideas and modern style through every idea we had. She customized the centerpieces with ribbon according to my colors and every step was full of detail. The most important aspect of her services was her devotion to the client- she met with me several times, including a planning session at the hall and there were no problems with her team arriving the same night for clean up. She was very thorough, giving me advice and providing other vendors information that I needed.
I wish that I could upload the pictures that were full of Hot Pink walls completely draped all around the hall which enclosed the area in what seemed like a tent. It was perfect! I would highly recommend her to any shower, wedding, or event that you need decor because she can adapt to any specific needs. Also, Erica Lynn Designs seems to be the only event decorator in this area (South of Pittsburgh) that truly has STYLE! She has the most up to date rentals including the spandex chair covers that offer decor only seen in magazines. BOOK HER NOW! If you don't and you go to a wedding that she did...you will regreat it! ~LOVE HER~ -

Erica fully described what she had to offer and was VERY willing to use her resourcefulness (and patience) when it came to the details that I was stumped by. And she was really honest with me when I asked her if she felt like up-lighting was a necessity (at least $500 with the room I was renting) and told me that I didn't really need it for my hotel. I REALLY appreciated and respected her for that. We changed over the ceremony room for the reception (super fast) and Erica and her team made sure that it all looked magical. (We got SO many compliments on the tables and centerpieces).

The reasons why I rated her a little bit lower on professionalism and responsiveness are because it did take a while to get some of our e-mail communicating done (phone appts are best with her) and because she doesn't take credit cards over the phone. My mom wanted to pay our deposit over the phone and just get it done with (like with our other vendors), but Erica would only accept a check. So my mom just paid the full amount in check and mailed it from TX to PA so we wouldn't have to mess around with making more payments by check. It took a while for it to make it up there and in the meantime I got an e-mail from Erica basically saying we need to pay now or we can't reserve them for the wedding (kind of stressful to read). So that was my ONLY real issue I had at all with her - and it wasn't a big deal once she got it.
Bottom line: Erica's service is great and what she provides is a wonderful value for the money (I shopped around a bit) and will turn out BEAUTIFUL. She is also honest and wants you to have the BEST day; she won't try to over-charge or find extra things to get you for. She is friendly and understanding and completely willing to be creative and flexible with you and your venue. Fully recommended!
