They were absolutely fantastic as a photobooth service! From the start, they were incredibly accommodating to all my needs and special requests — nothing was too much trouble. Overall, we were pleased with the setup of the photobooth, which added a nice touch to our celebration. Additionally, the attendant assigned to our event was friendly and courteous, contributing positively to the guest experience. There were some technical difficulties with the photobooth that resulted in delays in printing photos. While this was a slight inconvenience, we appreciated the efforts made by the attendant to address the issue promptly.

We were particularly impressed by the proactive gesture of offering an additional 30 minutes of service to compensate for the 10-minute technical delay. This level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated.

In summary, despite encountering minor challenges, we were pleased with the overall service provided by Lavish Booth. We would like to extend our gratitude to you and your team for helping to make our wedding day memorable.

Great addition to our wedding

Lavish Booth added a fun element to our wedding reception. The setup was stylish, and the props were plentiful. However, there were a few technical glitches with the printer, which delayed some of the prints. Overall, though, it was a great addition to our celebration.
