As a photographer myself, Lauren Fair as a no-brainer for my wedding photography!

I have been a wedding photographer for over 10 years. So, when I got engaged - my very first decision to make was who MY wedding photographer would be! It took all of 30 seconds for me to know that Lauren Fair was it - and it was the first email that I sent on the way home from the proposal! Ha!
Lauren's work speaks for itself, and I had followed her for YEARS prior to getting engaged. But, the thing that really sealed the deal for me was my ability to blindly trust that Lauren would capture every single moment of my wedding day flawlessly. And that says a lot coming from a Type A photographer that has trust issues! I knew that with Lauren at my wedding, I would be able to live in the moment and not think twice about whether I'd have that images I always dreamed of.
We just received our full wedding gallery last night, and blown away is an understatement. I also had 4 wedding photographers in my bridal party, and we all unanimously agree it is the most stunning wedding gallery we've ever seen. Somehow, Lauren captured EVERY angle of our wedding - both the moments I knew about, and one's had I no idea were happening - with stunning imagery. Lauren is truly an ARTIST at her core, and every photo stands alone as a gorgeous piece of art. I will never be able to put into words how blown away we all are by Lauren - she is worth every penny!

Incredible!!!

We were married on 6/5/21 and cannot even begin to express our LOVE for Stacy Hart who was our lead photographer for the day. She captured the most incredible moments and we can truly feel the love in all of the pictures. Thank you to Stacy for putting up with our big bridal party!!! Lauren Faire and the team were so professional throughout the entire planning process and were always available to answer any of my questions. We are so happy to have these pictures and be able to relive our wedding day through Stacy’s lens!!

Our beautiful wedding day and pictures that will last forever

Way before I even got engaged, I knew I wanted to book Lauren Fair as our wedding photographer. She was the first vendor that we booked. From the moment we booked, she made the planning so smooth and easy. She was so quick to respond with any questions we had. She drove out of her way for our engagement photos and we had a blast. Then when COVID-19 happened, we had to change our wedding date multiple times. Even through out the mess of re-planning, she was there for us every step of the way. She assured that no matter what, she would be there and having that support during a uncertain and scary time of wedding planning was comforting. She didn’t end up photographing our wedding due to her being booked already on the new date but she assured us that one of her associates would be there. She didn’t want us to stress at all. On the wedding day, her associate Minh arrived on time and was a dream to work with. She was so graceful and we had such a great time. The way she paid attention to detail and photo ideas that we have never even thought of was wonderful. When we received our wedding photos this week, I was truly blown away. Between the beautiful lighting and the emotions and magic she captured - we are so blessed! We cannot stop starring at them and I am so happy to have these beautiful photos forever.

Amazing photographers (and people!)

This review is long overdue... Lauren and Tim were our photographers when we got married on July 13th, 2019. They came very highly recommended by our wedding planners and for good reason!

Lauren and Tim were extremely professional, flexible, and above all kind! They captured every moment beautifully, managed to somehow not lose their minds taking the many different combinations of family pictures, made us feel comfortable during our couples shoot... We could not be happier! Each photo is stunning (to the point that we were featured in Martha Stewart), and we even got a preview of 100+ pictures within 2 weeks of the wedding which was incredibly fast and a lovely surprise!

Our only regret is that in the hustle and bustle of the pre-wedding preparation, wedding whirlwind, and post-wedding recovery, we did not get a chance to sit down with them, have a chat and thank them in-person.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple looking for beautiful pictures and kind people to work with.

The Best!!!!

Lauren and her husband Tim are the best of the best. I knew I wanted them to photograph my wedding before we planned anything else. They are worth every penny. They really know their stuff and are truly experts in wedding photography. My photos are STUNNING and I couldn't be happier with them. They made us feel so comfortable, yet made sure our photos were exactly what we were looking for. Lauren was prepared for every detailed and answered my countless questions. Not only are the photos magazine quality, Lauren and Tim are two of the nicest people you could ever ask for! You will not regret hiring these two!

Truly a Fine Art Photographer

Lauren and Tim Fair are truly Fine Art Photographers. They specialize in wedding portraits and styling of the paper suite that I have yet to see another photographer capture at their level (and I’ve searched!) If you book this calm and easy-going duo, you can be sure assured that they know what they are doing and you will get those portraits that everyone loves but can often look too posed or cheesy. Lauren and Tim capture everything so quickly and efficiently, you’ll wonder at first if they got all of the shots - they did. Do the engagement shoot and you’ll feel at ease by the wedding day that everything will be captured as you want it. They truly are so talented.

The best!!!!!

We have nothing but good things to say about Lauren and Tim. From the beginning, working with them was wonderful. They are professional, great communicators, and most importantly: some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. They are incredibly experienced, and talented. All of my family and friends are in awe of the photos and we only have the previews so far!

It was a heat wave on the day of our wedding and Lauren and Tim were so great about it, and convinced me to take photos outside even though I was nervous to with the insane heat we had that day in NYC. I'm so glad they convinced me otherwise because the photos are so beautiful. Lauren and Tim are truly fine art photographers. They will do anything to get the shot and are so active and engaged while taking photographs.

5 stars all the way. Thank you both for capturing our special day!

Incredible!

Lauren Fair Photography was the photographer for my daughters wedding. She and her husband work as a team and the initial sneak peak at the results are incredible. Wonderful to work with - on the hottest day of the year! - nonetheless we all worked towards a perfect wedding day. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

The best photos!

We loved working with Lauren Fair Associates for our wedding day. Although we did not opt for engagement photos, our day-of photographers were amazing and very easy to work with. The photos also turned out amazing; exactly as we hoped they would and we can't wait to have them printed/framed!

The Best Photographer We've Ever Worked With!

We seriously cannot recommend Lauren and Tim Fair enough. There's a reason why this husband and wife duo has been on countless bridal magazines and has received many awards.

Even though my wife and I are from California, we decided to book Lauren and Tim because of their romantic film style. We first met the couple in Napa, California as they were hired to shoot a wedding one weekend. My wife and I drove up and treated them to wine tasting in order to get to know them a little bit more. Getting to know your photographer(s) is highly recommended. Besides your wedding planner/coordinator, you will spend the majority of your wedding with them.

We all got to know each other, bonding over wine, cheese, and crackers, and my wife and I instantly fell in love with the couple. So much that we decided to fly out to take our engagement photos wherever they'd be. A few months later, they were in Colorado to shoot a wedding. We flew out, had our engagement photos taken and needless to say, they were beyond amazing.

During our wedding, Lauren and Tim were nothing short of professional. They knew exactly what photos to take at exactly what times. They made sure we took photos of everyone important and captured every magical moment during our wedding. On top of that, both Lauren and Tim are super kind and easy to work with. Overall, I highly recommend Lauren Fair Photography. No matter what state (or country) you're in, you will be extremely satisfied!

Lauren and Tim are the BEST wedding photographers

Where do I even begin?! When I was first shopping around for a photographer I was very overwhelmed. I was worried that nobody would understand the vibe I was going for and or the moments that I wanted to capture. When I first spoke with Lauren, she instantly understood the romantic vibe I wanted. Our photo package came with a complementary engagement shoot which well exceeded my husband and I's expectations. Lauren and Tim not only helped us scout locations but they completely posed us for every picture and made us feel so comfortable. The pictures came out amazing and are just as stunning and my wedding photos. Furthermore, on the day of our wedding Lauren and Tim went above and beyond to capture every moment with every guest. There is not one photograph that is missing. These pictures are so stunning that no words could truly ever explain them. If you need a photographer for your wedding, you HAVE to use Lauren and Tim. They are simply the best!!!!!

The best!!

We had Alex as the lead photographer for our September wedding and the pictures are stunning! The whole team was so easy to work with and Alex kept the day running smoothly. We also added on the photo booth services which was super easy and the pictures came out great! Highly recommend!

Absolutly Spectaculat

My husband and I were married in late October 2018 in Brooklyn, NY. It's safe to say we may have the luckiest marriage ever because it rained almost the entire day! Despite the weather, we haven’t stopped raving to our friends and family about our absolutely spectacular photographer, Elena of Lauren Fair Photography. Elena brought James, an assistant photographer who was equally spectacular. We can’t thank the entire Lauren Fair Photography team enough for going above and beyond for us on our wedding day. By far, the best decision we made in planning our wedding was hiring Elena and her team. We still cannot believe her creative eye, willingness to brave the rain & winds, and her ability to convince security to allow us a private shoot on the roof deck of our hotel. Elena is warm, friendly, professional, calm, yet intensely focused, and very passionate about her profession. We were so thrilled to have Elena, James, and Miria with us on our wedding day. The entire Lauren Fair Team made planning a wedding in New York incredibly easy for my husband and me who are located in Texas. We can't wait to see our wedding day photos!!!

Can't say enough about Lauren & Tim

Lauren and Tim were so amazing to work with for our engagement shoot as well as our wedding day. From day 1 they were so easy to talk to and so responsive. Photography was one thing my husband and I did not want to settle on. We will be looking at these pictures for the rest of our lives and we wanted the best! We came across Lauren and Tim's work and knew we needed them to be a part of our special day.

I can't thank them enough! They were so amazing to all of our family and friends and did everything to get the best shot! It was also close to 97 degrees and they did everything with a smile! They are the BEST

It is no secret that Lauren and Tim are uber talented and take the most stunning photos. We knew as soon as we got engaged that we wanted them to take our wedding photos. We were lucky enough to book them for our wedding this past summer and were happy to find out that they are the sweetest couple and a dream to work with. Leading up to the big day they were easy to communicate with and were prompt when responding to any questions by phone and email. On the day of, they have such a cheerful and calm energy that really makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and helped the whole day move smoothly. Lauren and Tim are absolutely incredible! They are professional, patient and amazingly talented. They were very responsive to emails and phone calls throughout the planning process, putting us at ease whenever possible. We first met Lauren and Tim at our engagement session and they made us feel very comfortable with them as well as in front of the camera. The engagement photos came out so beautifully that we were not concerned that the wedding photos would be just as beautiful. Our wedding happened to be on one of the coldest winter days of the year and Lauren and her team were all troopers and captured amazing outdoor images without making us look cold!!! There were many components to our wedding and the team did not miss one detail. Her and her team really listened and cared about what was important to us. They made the wedding day fun, stress free and we did not feel rushed at all. When we received our wedding photos we were blown away!! There were so many great images that we had a hard time narrowing down which photos to put in our wedding album. We are so happy we choose Lauren and Tim as our wedding photographers. Lauren and Tim are absolutely incredible! Not only are they amazing photographers, but they are also just the sweetest couple. They were the first vendor we booked after choosing a date and it was the best decision we could have made! From our engagement session to our wedding, Lauren and Tim were so fun to work with and really know exactly what they're doing. My husband and I hate having our picture taken but Lauren and Tim made us feel so comfortable and at ease! They are so creative with their photography and found the coolest locations to shoot at our venue. Our wedding was a snowy day in December and they both stood outside in the cold to get the perfect shots (Lauren even let me wear her gloves between shoots!). Lauren and Tim are amazing photographers but also make you feel like they're your old friends - we are so grateful to have these beautiful pictures to remember our wedding day!

After we became engaged, I started looking online for a photographer -- it wasn't long before I came across Lauren and Tim's work on a wedding blog and knew that I wanted to book them for our wedding. Their pictures speak for themselves (I will get to them in a minute) but I really just have to comment on how wonderful they were to work with from start to finish. Completely professional, reliable and two of the most friendly people we had the pleasure of working with on our big day. My husband and I aren't used to having our pictures taken but they immediately put us at ease and managed to get so many great shots that really captured everything we (and our guests) were feeling. As for the pictures -- oh my goodness! I am not sure what I was expecting but they are just beautiful and everything (and more) that we could have hoped for. I joked before the wedding with my husband that I was not sure what we would do with all of the pictures but lo and behold, they are so stunning they are all over our house! I truly feel that since the day goes by so fast, it is important to have a photographer that can really capture the love and beauty that goes into the day so that you can remember many days, weeks and years later. Lauren and Tim do just that. We are already waiting for the day we have a special event to book them again (maybe 1 year anniversary? ;)

From start to finish, it was an absolute joy to work with Lauren and Tim, and we cannot recommend them and their team enough! Lauren and Tim make such a wonderful team--they are warm, kind, and approachable but also extremely professional, responsive, and organized. Throughout our entire wedding day, they were so positive and fully present (without being distracting) and made everyone feel comfortable and natural for photos. Months after our wedding, we were still getting comments from family members and friends about how wonderful our photographers were. I was initially drawn to Lauren and Tim's work because of their bright, airy, ethereal style. They are incredibly talented/skilled both with candids and more posed portraits/photos. Despite the fact that it poured rain on our wedding day, they somehow still managed to take absolutely stunning photos that captured the emotion and significance of the day, and we couldn't be happier with our wedding pictures!

For me, the toughest thing to decide on was a photographer. There are so many photographers out there that it was hard to choose one. Because most of the photographers I had interest in were out of town, my now husband and I participated in a lot of Skype/FaceTime meetings. When we met with Lauren and her husband Tim, I thought I had fell in love. Their vibe and energy and genuine sweetness that you could feel through the webcam, we knew we wanted to have them a part of our wedding day. So much so that we upped our photography budget because we knew it would be 100% worth it.

And even though the photos haven't come out yet, I can 10000% confidently say they were indeed worth it. Lauren and Tim were always so quick to respond, even though I know they were constantly in and out of their homes on travel, and come wedding day, they were the true MVP's. It had rained for most of the morning and it was going into the afternoon and I was running around debating if we needed to move the wedding inside and Lauren had encouraged me to keep with our wedding dream of getting married outside and I found out later that Tim had said the same thing to my husband. While most people would've said no because of the inconvenience of the rain and etc, they were all about making sure our dream and the photos would be superb and indeed, we ended up having the ceremony outside just in time too because it had stopped raining.

We are so excited to view the photos and I am already thinking about the next opportunity to work with them!

It is hard to find words to explain how amazing Lauren and Tim were to work with!!! As soon as I came upon Lauren's work after digging thorough Style Me Pretty and Pinterest obsessively for soft light photography, I knew that I wanted to book her for our big day. After speaking with her over email for which she was incredible prompt and responsive (as a planner note!), I was absolutely certain she was "the one". On our wedding day, Lauren and Tim had to battle rain that we had ALL day. It was nuts! None of us will ever forget it! In her shots, you would never be able to tell it was even raining at all. They even went above and beyond to work with our florist to set up our First Look under a covered patio draped with gorgeous greens and those are some of my favorite shots. Beyond that, they even set up an after wedding photo shoot since it rained so much on our big day. Lauren and Tim are not only incredible at what they do, they are the most amazing people. Our wedding day was the most amazing day of our lives and having them by our side the entire day brought us so much joy. Brides, do not hesitate for one moment in booking Lauren and Tim!!

Lauren and Tim captured our winter wedding so perfectly! It was such a pleasure working with them from our engagement shoot, to our wedding day, to creating our album. It was an absolute dream to have Lauren & Tim as our incredible photographers for our July 1st Wedding in Boca Grande. They made us feel so at ease and got the very best out of us despite the crazy heat. The photos are so gorgeous that we can’t stop looking at them and we’ve had so many comments from our friends and family that they’ve never seen such beautiful wedding pictures. While searching for a photographer, I was so, so nervous about being able to find someone that would beautifully capture depth, fine art texture, warmth, and all of the glowing candlelights throughout our low-light, winter ceremony. I happened across Lauren + Tim's past work at our venue and I knew they were absolutely perfect for the job! By the Grace of God, truly, Lauren and Tim themselves were available and willing to shoot our wedding! Not long after booking with them, I became incredibly aware of just how lucky my husband and I were. Lauren and Tim Fair are absolutely phenomenal photographers; they shoot all over the world, and everything they capture turns to light and airy gold. They both have an incredible eye for detail and arrangements, and know just the right moments to capture candids. Their photos singlehandedly caused me to fall in love with the look and texture of film. There is something about their style that I don't believe you'll find anywhere else. They balance fine art texture with vibrancy, and each photo looks so delicate, genuine - even the candids! Now that our first anniversary is coming up, I find myself browsing more and more frequently through our wedding photos. We have all of the tears, all of the nerves, all of the laughter, all of the light, and all of the love saved forever. They made our winter wedding look warm and our candle light ceremony look inviting. I'm so glad Lauren and Tim captured our day. No one could've done a better job. We were and still are so lucky.

Working with Lauren and Tim was an absolute dream. They were incredibly helpful from the minute we had our first call through delivery of my beautiful wedding album. They are such an incredible pair and captured our engagement and wedding day so perfectly- i am so grateful we got the privilege to work with them. The two BEST decisions I made for my wedding day were my groom (of course) and my photographers!! There are so many decisions to make and you are constantly hoping that you are making the right ones. I was so confident from the beginning that I chose the best photographers. Not only is their work absolutely beautiful but Lauren and Tim are the sweetest and so enjoyable to be around. They are positive, calm, confident, professional, and everything I needed a photographer to be on this day. Lauren and Tim Fair are the best!! Not only are they so sweet, kind and pleasant to be around, but they are incredibly talented photographers. Our photos beautifully captured our day and we cannot be happier with how they turned out. We wanted our photos to be less posed and forced and more natural and organic, which is what they do best. They feel so airy and ethereal, we cannot stop oohing and aahing at them! They went above and beyond our expectations the day of the wedding and delivered our photos shortly after. Lauren and Tim were such a wonderful couple to work with. We feel so absolutely blessed that we were lucky enough to have Lauren and Tim capture the most amazing day of our lives. Their professionalism was outstanding and their personalities are just absolutely fantastic. They made us (who are both typically camera shy and super awkward) feel so comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. We honestly felt like we were being photographed by two of our best friends and it just so happened to be our wedding day! Every single picture is breathtaking. We got married in October and we are still having a hard time picking out the pictures for our wedding album because it is impossible to choose favorites! They are all stunning. Hiring the right photographer to capture your wedding day is one of the most important decisions you can make for your wedding. After all, the photographs are what you'll have to cherish for years to come after your wedding. Having Lauren and Tim photograph our wedding was one of the BEST decisions we made! We seriously couldn’t have asked for better photographers to capture our special day!

From our initial phone call – to the day of the wedding – Lauren made the entire process so seamless and enjoyable. Lauren is so sweet and has such a warm personality – when I met her for the first time on the morning of my wedding she greeted me with a hug and I immediately I felt like I had known her for years and was instantly comfortable! That’s the kind of people Lauren and Tim are – such a pleasure to work with! They are so kind, talented and professional – a truly dynamic duo!

Lauren and Tim did an exceptional job at capturing the most beautiful moments of our wedding. They even had great ideas on locations around our venue for photo ops. They got excited about finding unique spots to take photographs before guests arrived – truly making out photo shoots fun. Our families are STILL talking about how great our wedding photographers were – a month after our wedding!

I had been following Lauren and Tim on social media long before we got engaged. Once we decided to have our wedding, I immediately thought of them and contacted them. We actually contacted them even before we officially booked our venue to make sure they were available. Lauren was so warm and relatable during our initial conversation, and after seeing their work for previous weddings, it was basically a no-brainer. It made us that more excited to look forward to our wedding day. Their work and shoots are timeless, but so organic, it almost makes you fall in love with the "love" that their shooting. Out of all the things that could possibly go wrong on your wedding day, Lauren and Tim were the least of our worries. We never second guessed their abilities to connect with us and project the love of our day on film. We were beyond grateful to have found them. When we got our photos back, they were more than we could have ever wished for. We loved every single one. I couldn't recommend them more to future brides and grooms. I actually already have, but they are all booked up, they are THAT good. We love you guys, and we're forever thankful to have these moments in time.

I can wholeheartedly say that Lauren Fair Photography was the very best money and decision for our wedding! Not only were Lauren and Tim so kind, honest, and accommodating during the booking process. They checked in with us during our engagement period and made our engagement pictures so comfortable (They also gave us the recommendation to Willow Tree Films and Oleander Florals which both turned out INCREDIABLE). They make you feel so beautiful and Lauren probably missed a career opportunity in cheerleading she is so encouraging. The day of our wedding, our friends and family couldn't believe how awesome our photographer was. I have been in many weddings where the photographer makes you feel uncomfortable and awkward but with Lauren and Tim you feel no feelings of insecurity! Keep in mind, all of this praise is prior to seeing our actual photos.... AND MY GOD THEY WERE PERFECT!!!! I truly want to wallpaper my house in these photos, the lighting and ethereal view of her shots is unbelievable they were truly breathtaking. I hope to use Lauren and Tim in the future, for every baby, anniversary, and family photo I ever have. I could not recommend them enough!!!

Lauren saved the day when my original Photographer fell through. I should have gone with her from the beginning! The couple is extremely accommodating, allowing us to travel for pictures. As everyone knows, their work is spectacular, but they don't know that they presence is just a wonderful. They work very efficiently and leave you with little worries.

We could not be happier with our wedding photos. Sarah McKay, an associate photographer, shot our wedding and engagement session. Lauren and Tim Fair are very sweet, flexible, and responsive. Both Lauren and Sarah helped me to find other vendors for my wedding and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Sarah did a superb job on our wedding day: was very organized, kept us on task and got great shots in a timely manner. She is also very sweet and fun and did a great job at making us feel at ease in front of the camera. We also got an album, which I recommend- the quality is outstanding. Since our wedding, I have received multiple emails/texts from future brides wondering who did our photography. There are no words to describe the magic that is Lauren Fair photography. Lauren and her husband Tim were our photographers on our wedding day 10/3/15. Despite the looming hurricane, they showed up with a smile and a plan to get some great photos outside when the rain stopped! They are so fun to work with and so inspiring! Not many could get me to venture into a corn field for photos in my wedding gown - but they can! And it was totally worth it - our photos are superb and something that we will treasure for a lifetime!

We are SO thrilled that we chose Lauren Fair Photography to shoot our wedding! We’d known about LFP for years because we’d seen other weddings they’d shot and were just completely in love with their beautiful light, airy, magical style! So after Skyping with Lauren to chat about the vision for our wedding and getting to know her super sweet personality, it was basically the easiest choice in the world. :) Lauren and Tim have such great personalities that it made shooting with them so easy. They took our engagement photos in the fall, so on our wedding day, we already knew how great it would be to have them there to photograph everything. And since the big day, even our family and friends have been commenting to us about how sweet they were! It honestly felt like we just had a few friends there photographing our day, which made it that much more comfortable. Lauren and Tim even helped with little details, like getting boutonnieres on, and they made sure to have us stop to soak everything in at certain points. It was nice to have photographers who were actually celebrating with us while capturing every moment! They have such a great eye for beautiful photos - they truly cared about capturing every detail, and they absolutely did. They even had the great idea to move our first dance outside because of the great lighting and we were so happy that we did! Everything looked so gorgeous and we are so thankful that Lauren and Tim have such a great eye. They were so flexible and professional during the whole day, and we loved having them there. What can I say about Lauren and Tim that hasn’t already been said about countless other brides and bride to bes? Jake and I had the best experience with these two since the day we met them for our engagement photos, and the day of the wedding. These two are clearly beyond talented, with both our engagement photos and wedding photos glistening in romance and capturing the true essence of the day and every special moment that was had. Sarah of Lauren Fair Photography was a complete delight to work with. Sarah and Lauren were so helpful with any and all questions we had in the beginning, and meeting Sarah for the first time solidified how comfortable we felt leaving our wedding photos in her hands. Lauren and Tim are one-in-a-million. If you are a bride who is looking for photos that are authentic, light-filled, detailed, fun, and photos that truly capture the moment then you need to hire these two! Adam and I were having a non-traditional wedding in my backyard and wanted the day to be raw and authentic, much like our venue. Tim and Lauren don’t do many “staged” photos. They sort of just let you fall in love with your big day and capture it for you. Wouldn't have chosen any other team for our engagement or wedding photos.

After visiting Lauren’s blog, my mission was secure any date in the next year that she had available. I had no doubt who I wanted to capture our memories for the most important day of our lives. From our engagement shoot, classy boudoir session and jaw dropping wedding pictures we were thrilled with the experience and photos. The quality of their images is like no other. From the moment I first contacted Lauren Fair photography, they gave 110%, even though I went with their most basic package. They were FABULOUS--creative, kind, and prompt. My husband and I were/are both camera shy and began our engagement shoot with them (we had the wedding and engagement shoot shot by them) very awkwardly since we are so camera-shy, but their (Lauren Fair and her husband, another photographer) laid back, fun, energetic demeanor really changed our entire energy. We chose them to photograph our wedding because of their amazing style and great reviews, but ultimately were so happy we chose them because they helped calm us down on our wedding day when it rained ALL DAY until 3:50pm when I walked down the aisle (outdoor ceremony and reception!). They acted as project managers too because our families were so scattered from having to deal with the effects of the rain--all with a smile on their faces (which is much needed during torrential rain on you wedding day) and the promise that the photos would look fabulous due to the rain making the forest setting seem even more lush--they were right. The final products will be cherished forever and the memories they helped us create are completely priceless. I would advocate any bride and groom, or customer for another event, to go with Lauren Fair Photography for all of these reasons! :)

When I became engaged, I knew the two things that would be the most important to me would be photography and flowers. After deciding on our venue, the very next decision we made was to use Lauren Fair Photography. On top of being two of the sweetest, funniest, and warmest people my husband and I have had the pleasure of knowing, Lauren and Tim are insanely talented. This cannot be overstated. The creative ways they use light and the environment produces pictures of unparalleled beauty and timelessness.

One of the most amazing aspects of LFP is that you feel like you are their only bride and groom. Every correspondence was answered with impressive speed, and no question or issue was too small for their attention. Due to weather and work schedule issues, our engagement shoot was rescheduled several times, and Lauren & Tim went out of their way to make sure that we still had a fantastic (and stunning!) shoot.

From start to finish, they make you feel comfortable; you can really be yourselves with them, and they somehow make the cameras disappear. Choosing Lauren Fair Photography to capture our wedding day was easily one of the best decisions we made. Their talent is exceeded only by their exceptional kindness. It's rare to find people who are so gifted and so wonderful. I really felt like they were as excited for the wedding as we were!

As a side note -
It's also amazing when your vendor team works well together, and we were blessed enough to have a photographer and florist who genuinely like and respect each other. Lauren Fair Photography and Oleander Floral & Events are the dream team!

When we first came across Lauren Fair Photography's blog I knew I wanted this team to photograph our summer wedding, but after I spoke with Lauren over the phone we knew we NEEDED them to be a part of our wedding! They really are the sweetest and most amazing people you'll meet in this industry! From our first interaction to our last goodbye at the reception I felt like they had become a part of our day and lives. They eased our nervous minds during our engagement session and made sure we were not just relaxed but having fun! I chose to do the Boudoir Session with Lauren as a gift to my future husband and that day a blast! I felt like a glamorous super model thanks to Lauren's sweet and down-to-earth personality and the gift was a hit because the pictures were, not surprisingly, CLASSIC and GORGEOUS and a great surprise for my groom! (I highly recommend this)
Next came our big day and Lauren and Tim had almost become a part of our wedding party. Hanging out and taking pictures in between. From the posed to the candid we literally can relive every moment of our special day because they seriously know how to capture the moment and the emotions in that moment. Not sure how they do it but these two are simply put, AMAZING! I remember being slightly bummed because our day was a bit overcast during portraits and all I wanted was some beautiful sunshine pictures (if you've seen the blog you know what I'm talking about.) I voiced this to Lauren and wouldn't you know that the minute she saw some beautiful light she grabbed my hand and we made a run for it! They are some of my favorite and she made sure it happened if it could!
We love Lauren and Tim and would recommend them a million times over for any Bride/Groom looking to ensure their day is one they can relive over and over through beautiful photos and the emotion they know how to capture!

Choosing Lauren Fair Photography to capture every second of the most important day of our lives was easily one of the best decisions we made. My now-husband and I traveled to rural Pennsylvania to meet with Lauren and Becka at the charming LFP studio. I still remember the excitement we felt after our initial consultation. Sure, we were already familiar with their talent after scrolling through wedding websites and blogs, and we were obviously in love with their style, but we were struck most by their warm and genuine personalities. We felt so content and comfortable with both Lauren and Becka; we knew we couldn’t choose any other team to photograph our big day.

Becka was our primary photography throughout our wedding journey and we could not have been more pleased – she is such a gem. We were so lucky to have been able to get to know her after she made the trek to Washington, DC for our engagement shoot. We were so impressed by how well she led us through a city that she barely knew, easily identifying the most idyllic spots. We completely trusted Becka and felt so natural and care free in front of her. And, of course, our engagement photos were stunning.

What we loved most about Becka was her passion and optimism. She wanted nothing more than for us to be happy and excited about our big day. She was always kind and incredibly thoughtful. Becka went above and beyond her role; multiple times she would ask if we needed help (with anything – not just photography!) and she was more than willing to give advice if needed to keep our minds at ease.

And finally – these words are not enough to describe how perfectly our wedding day was captured. We were completely blown away by the magic of the LFP team and we could not love our photos more. We adore each and every picture and really feel that every little bit of the joy that we felt throughout the day can easily be seen through these beautiful, authentic images. These guys rock rock rock!!!They have an amazingly talented group and are all such nice and cool people. My husband and I are infinitely grateful and happy with our engagement and wedding photographs.
Short story: they are amazing, one thousand percent recommended. Book them now!
Full story: I contacted Lauren because their images were real, fun, spontaneous and obviously beautiful. Lauren was prompt and nice at replying. Her and Tim were already booked but she recommended her associate photographer Sarah McKay. We had a Hangout with Sarah and immediately liked her.
We did the engagement shoot with Sarah. It was all prepared, picnic in a park, etc. But all went wrong. We arrived 2 hrs late, the sun was almost gone and it was starting to rain. Sarah was so cool about it, we had a blast getting rained on and running from spot to spot. Sarah was climbing everywhere to get the best shots, with the camera in one hand and and umbrella covering it on the other! So talented! We were so thankful to her for playing along and enjoying the little accidents of life. She took pictures until there was the last beam of light and the park rangers kicked us out. Such great memories and amazing pictures.
She has such a great energy and it was noticeable how very passionate she is about her work.
Finally, the big day... We have no words to describe how happy we are with the pictures that Sarah and Trinity (the assistant photographer) took. They are all gorgeous, They were able to capture all the most beautiful and meaningful moments of the day. You can see all the emotions, the reactions, the interactions. So beautiful!!!
I don't know what else I can say to thank these guys. They are just the most amazing photographers ever! If you are looking for one for your wedding you better book them now because they are so busy!

My fiancee (now wife) and I both agreed early on that if we were able to get Lauren Fair Photography for our wedding day, we would know we were in good hands and have zero worries that anything was missing from our day. We totally under estimated them... we are simply floored!
The team's responsiveness to emails and calls was the first indication that this was a real deal studio. Lauren and her team were always on top of our questions and requests and more than willing to extend a helping hand with tips and inspired recommendations.
Not only was the team of photographers kind and friendly, but they truly cared about our wedding. Their excitement was infectious on the big day to the point that associate photographer Becka felt like one of our many wedding guests. We loved her!
My wife and I now cannot stop looking at our resulting wedding photos! The images captured truly tell the story of the whole day and we are thrilled with the decision to use LFP. The combination of portraits, details, and candid shots is the perfect mix for us to have as a memento of the day. We seriously are raving about it. So extremely happy!

Lauren and Tim Fair are truly a class act. One of my biggest concerns was being camera shy and I knew I would only really get one chance to get my wedding photos right. We had a meeting with them when we initaly inquired about their services and as part of the wedding photo package we had an engagement photo session. By the time the wedding came I felt like they were old friends and didn't feel uncomfortable in front of the camera at all. As a result the photos are incredible and I've had to resist printing them all and plastering my living room walls with my husband's face. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Behind the camera Lauren and Tim run a business that they are passionate about, and it shows in every step of process. They are incredibly talented photographers, as are the assistants that they've included on their team. Every transaction is thorough, clear, as well as enthusiastic and positive. Their editing style is unique and yet also consistent across their clients. From the initial contract to the photo viewing gallery at the end, it's all seamless and fun!

It was more than a pleasure to work with them; to work specifically with Becka, their assistant shooter was a blast. I was thrilled when they emailed, texted, etc. it was the happiest part of my wedding planning by far. We felt completely taken care of, and immensely celebrated.

Olivia and I chose Lauren and Sarah to photograph our day not only because they are dear friends of ours, but because they are extremely talented, authentic, and we knew that they would capture the raw emotion of our day perfectly.

Being in the wedding industry ourselves, we knew what to expect as far as what they would shoot etc, but what we didn't expect was to feel awkward or uncomfortable in front of the camera ourselves. Lauren and Sara treated us as they would any of their couples and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera! They brought emotions out of us that we hadn't tapped into before and it clearly shows in all of our photos. They even stuck it out when it poured on us during the ceremony and captured wonderful moments that we'll never forget.

We often look through our wedding photos and can't wait to plaster them on the walls in our home because they bring back such joy and happiness every time we look at them. Not only did they do a fantastic job taking photos that day, but they captured us. They told our story through their photos and that is not easy to do. Every detail, every smile, every moment (even some that we didn't remember happening), was captured and delivered to us flawlessly. We had every confidence in them that they would photograph our day perfectly, but they well exceeded our expectations. I recommend them to all of our couples and I highly recommend them to you.

Lauren & Tim were absolute perfection! Unlike most couples, we didn't actually meet them until the day before our wedding (we are pretty laid back people). We had spoken to when we first decided to use them, and they seemed to understand who were as a couple with very little effort.
Both my husband and I are a bit squeamish when it comes to having our pictures taken, but they were amazing at getting us to feel comfortable in front of the camera. They were able to capture the most stunning pictures of not only us, but also of our guests during the ceremony while remaining stealth-like. They could only be summed up as "ninjas with cameras."
If you are trying to decide between Lauren and Tim or another photographer, you should just stop considering anyone else.

My husband & I knew going into wedding planning that our photos would be one of the few things we would have after our big day. So we were willing to make the investment on a talented photographer who could tell the story of our day through their work. We instantly fell in love with Lauren & Tim's work and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Everytime we had the chance to work with them they delivered everything we expected, if not more. We had an engagement session, I did a boudior session, and then the wedding day. Their work is stunning, creative, and has this soft beauty to it that really can't be matched. They also make being infront of a camera more comfortable and fun (especially the boudoir, I was so nervous but Lauren made it fun and easy and I'm so happy I did it). We were very impressed with their ability to get all of the crucial shots the day of the wedding without really being noticed. Both of us, as well as our bridal party felt as if they just blended in and you hardly realized they were there, which to me is a great photographer.We feel so lucky to have gorgeous photos of our wedding day that we can share for the rest of our lives. All in all Lauren Fair Photography is well worth the investment we made, we are so very happy and thankful to have worked with them. Lauren and Tim are as close to perfect as you can get! The best advice I could give to brides is to stop reading this review and just see if they're available ASAP, because they are filling up fast... :)

First of all, their work is jaw-droppingly beautiful. I've seen a lot of talented wedding photographers' work, but as one person said who saw our pictures, their work is just on a completely different level. We had hoped for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour on a beautiful fall day, but were met with a rainy, gray day instead. Lauren and Tim managed to turn our rainy wedding day into INCREDIBLE pictures. There is a picture of us where they managed to capture every raindrop that is one of the most stunning wedding pictures I've ever seen. I follow them on Facebook, and another thing that is so impressive about them is their consistency - every wedding seems even more beautiful than the last, and they make every bride look amazing! (I am usually so picky and self-conscious with pictures of myself and loved so many of mine...)

Lauren and Tim also have the perfect personalities for this kind of work. They're fun, upbeat, warm, responsive, and genuinely care about their couples. They're completely unobtrusive, yet somehow managed to capture every single tiny detail and candid moment. They're up for anything - my husband gets super uncomfortable in posed pictures, so we suggested a county fair for our engagement shoot, and we had such a blast with them! They took pictures of us playing games, on the swings, slide, etc... and the resulting pics were full of color and just gorgeous. They're also super-knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations about other vendors, planning a timeline, etc.

We are so thrilled that we picked Lauren and Tim for our photographers. A few months after the wedding, people are still commenting to us about how amazing our pictures were. I could not recommend them more highly!

How do I even begin to describe the work of Lauren Fair Photography? Their work is purely stunning, breathtaking, full of natural light and the love just oozes from the photos! Every shoot I saw featured on their blog had me hoping our pictures would come out just as beautiful, that we would look just as picturesque and it all came true. Lauren and Tim captured the most magical day of our lives in such a brilliant way that we will forever cherish the photos that we have. Our engagement shoot was the first time working with them and they just have this friendly chic vibe that makes you feel so comfortable on front of the camera! They truly care about each photo and their clients that become friends along the way! So many people have commented that we look like models (and believe me, we are not models) but it's just the way Lauren and Tim are able to capture the moment, the light, the angles, the love - they are true experts in their field. The entire process is easy from choosing a photo package, to scheduling shoots, to choosing an album and the best part - they are FAST. I've had friends who have been forced to wait over a year to receive their photos and we received ours in about 8 weeks, which just makes the entire wedding experience more wonderful! I have recommended their work to everyone I know who is getting married and my only wish is that they eil someday expand their business into maternity, newborn, and family sessions because I would love them to capture every step of our beautiful journey! We absolutely loved working with Lauren Fair Photography. We were fortunate enough to have worked with Lauren and Tim for both our engagement shoot as well as for the wedding. They have the utmost professionalism while remaining connected and engaged with us and our guests.

My husband and I were planning for our wedding from across the country and Tim and Lauren were nothing but attentive, accommodating and helpful. Besides being the sweetest couple, Lauren and Tim Fair are two extremely talented photographers. We couldn't have been more pleased with the photographs we received from the two of them from our wedding as well as our day after shoot. They were so easy to work with and made my husband and I feel at ease. We were so happy and lucky to have Lauren and Tim shoot our wedding. They were always responsive, friendly, professional, and so much fun! If you are considering inquiring or booking Lauren Fair Photography for you engagement pics or wedding, look no further! Lauren and Tim are a wonderful husband and wife team that will give you irreplaceable photos and memories. They manage to balance professionalism but with a friend vibe. My husband and I had both our engagement pics and wedding pics taken by them. It can be quite uncomfortable to hop in front of two people you've only just met and be your natural model self, yet Tim and Lauren calm you down. In return you get to be that guy or girl you wish you always looked like in photos. You will be stunned by their photos.

We cannot express how wowed we are by the amazing photos that Lauren and Tim provided us. It's abundantly clear that they care and put so much effort in what they do. They managed to capture some unique and personal moments, while still photographing the small details and everything else that might get lost in our own memories in a few years. Lauren Fair Photography has cemented these memories for us, and I know that we will have great joy looking back on all of these photos and reliving the day each time. Their photos are a direct reflection of the type of people they both are, sincere, creative/artistic, hardworking and in love with love...just to name a few.

You'll be glad you selected this vendor when you do. It's okay to "cut corners" on flower arrangements, or how many stations at cocktail hour but it's not okay to skimp on your photographer who is going to capture the blur that is your wedding day. Lauren and Tim were such a joy to work with. They were exactly what we were looking for, non-traditional, organic wedding photography to capture our special day. Our photos truly do capture the genuine feelings and emotions throughout our wedding day. We love how everything feels and looks natural, not forced or posed. Looking through our photos takes me back to the day, and I know it will for many years ahead. We never felt like they were in the way, and they didn't force any poses. They went with the flow of the day. Lauren suggested shooting at a carnival that we saw on our way to the ceremony. Our photos from that are absolutely amazing, 100% unique. Lauren and Tim are amazing! They are so helpful and so incredibly talented. When Lauren arrived to photograph my bridesmaids and me, Tim went over to where my then-fiance was getting ready so we have both sets of photos of the "before" for each of us leading up to the moment I walked down the aisle. The way they use the natural light in their photos is amazing and creates such a vintage, gorgeous feel. We have looked at our wedding photos so many times because it is so hard to pick our favorites - they're stunning. I would highly recommend Lauren and Tim to any bride, absolutely. We hired Lauren Fair Photography for our 12/22/12 wedding. Their responses to our emails were quick and helpful. Lauren and Tim are so down to earth and made us truly feel at ease. It also helped that they are super talented and take INCREDIBLE pictures! The investment is completely worth it. We have gotten a ridiculous amount of compliments on our photos. Lauren and Tim are SO awesome to work with! When we did our engagement photos with them, Lauren greeted us with a hug and made us feel so comfortable. My husband and I weren't used to having our pictures taken, but they did a great job of making us laugh and feel at ease. We absolutely LOVED our engagement photos!! When it came time for the wedding, neither of us felt nervous about having our pictures taken since we knew we'd be in great hands! Honestly, I barely even noticed Lauren and Tim clicking away, which was great because it didn't detract from our day! They made sure we got the pictures we wanted, and we saw a couple of sneak peeks and they look SO good!! WE just got our pictures back and they look AMAZING. Lauren and Tim captured the day so perfectly - everyone looks so happy, and the pictures just make us remember what a FUN day it was! I would DEFINITELY recommend Lauren and Tim for their creativity, vision, personalities, and GORGEOUS photos!!!

If you want the BEST photographer in the Philadelphia area, you should probably choose Lauren and Tim Fair. The quality of their photos is out of this world and their ability to capture couple's love comes so naturally. Their style is less "staged" and more candid/artsy. Our engagement pictures are amazing as is the sneak peak of our wedding. Lauren and Tim are both creative and fun. Their pictures are artistic and far from traditional run of the mill wedding photos. We just received our wedding photos and are blown away. Lauren and Tim captured our day perfectly and every time i look back at the photos, I revisit the memory of that day. they captured perfectly the happiness, joy, and fun that made our wedding day soo special. Lauren and Tim are seriously rockstars. I have been a frequent stalker of big wedding blogs for a long time and am pretty picky when it comes to wedding photography. I was over the moon when I found Lauren Fair Photography. Not only are their photos beyond gorgeous, but I immediately developed huge friend crushes on them. One enthusiastic, fun-filled phone conversation with Lauren and I was sold.

We emailed and conspired for an epic hot-air balloon engagement shoot for months, only for our plans to be ruined by a minuscule amount of wind on an otherwise perfect day. However, Tim and Lauren just rolled with it, resulting in an even more epic shoot with vintage airplanes and Shane's old school motorcycle. They made us feel extremely comfortable and we had an absolute blast getting to know them. We were thrilled with our gorgeous engagement pictures and already have them hanging all of the walls of our home.

As far as our actual wedding, we barely noticed them taking pictures (but don't worry, we got almost 1,500 AMAZING photographs) and they felt like friends attending our wedding. They were punctual, got a huge variety of shots (getting ready, details, spontaneous moments, formals, etc) and were a joy to work with. Our wedding photos perfectly captured the celebration and joy of our wedding day!

Overall, Lauren Fair Photography exudes cutting edge creativity and charismatic professionalism. They are responsive, reliable, have a quick turn-around, and seem to capture each couple with a fresh, unique approach. They make you feel extremely comfortable in front of a camera and have a way of finding everyone's "good side." Each photograph is a work of art! On top of that, their pricing packages are a fantastic value -- worth every penny. They truly went above and beyond. We couldn't have been happier with our experience working with them and are so pleased to now call them our friends!

I knew choosing a photographer would be one of my more difficult decisions when it came to planning our wedding. However once I found Lauren Fairs website the decision became so simple. Their photos had the exact look I was picturing, they had different packages that I was able to work into my budget, and they are so easy to work with! My husband and I simply LOVED everything about working with Lauren and Tim of LaurenFair Photography! While I was slightly nervous selecting a photographer for my Philly wedding without meeting them in person (I live in LA), the enthusiastic and thorough responses I got from Lauren from Day 1 put my fears to rest. We had a ton of fun working with Lauren and Tim on the big day -- they put us at ease and kept us laughing. They had a great ability to capture every moment but also exercised great discretion and as a result, our guests/family found them to be very unobstrusive, especially during the ceremony. And then there is the quality of their work -- simply amazing, fresh, romantic, and beautiful! Our photos are even more gorgeous than I could have imagined, and perfectly capture the senitment and story of the day.

One of the most important choices made during the last year was to find the perfect photographer. I searched and searched, and met with too many photographers! Thank goodness I continued my search as long as I did, because I found the perfect match. Lauren and Tim Fair are a newlywed couple themselves and have a fresh eye that captures the love throughout the day. When Lauren arrived the day of the wedding, her excitement and energy to get the best shots was wonderful and made me feel like she truly LOVED being a part of it. Finding an affordable wedding photographer (that you like) is hard so we couldn't believe our luck when we stumbled upon Lauren Fair on this website. All of her reviews were glowing, her pictures were beyond words, and she was an incredible value. Most importantly, she replied to my initial email right away (a telltale sign of a great wedding vendor) and we booked her within a week of finding her.

So aside from being responsive and reliable (which by the way, she continued to be throughout the entire process), there are a ton of reasons why we recommend Lauren Fair Photography. First, she's super sweet and easy to talk to - and comes with a second photographer - her husband Tim. They work really well together and put us at ease during our engagement shoot. When you get your pictures taken with them, you feel like you're hanging out with friends.

Also, she takes great photos that are unique and classic. When I was looking for a photographer, I always paid attention to how the bride and groom looked in photos, and noticed how Lauren was able to capture people at their best. Her style of photography will stand up to the test of time. If you look on her website and blog you will see beautiful shots of couples in fields, under massive trees, and in front of colorful walls with light pouring in from every possible angle. She is great at finding the perfect spot for that perfect photo that you'll have forever.

Our wedding took place during peak wedding season (late-May) and we received our edited photos before our 1 month anniversary and we love love love them. Needless to say, we can't recommend Lauren and her husband Tim enough!

So wonderful! By far one of the most talented photographer couples we have ever met. If you are browsing wedding photographers, you should take a serious minute or two to research Lauren Fair. She is insanely talented and has such a romantic eye. Lauren took the most fun, playful, romantic, photos of my wedding and has such a good, lighthearted energy to her. I didn't want a serious photographer who staged fancy, boring photos. I wanted someone who could create an environment where me, my husband, family and the bridal party could be ourselves and have a blast. She also has a very artistic, polished element to her work that makes you want to stare at her pics for long lengths of time. I hired her on the spot after seeing her photos of the same venue I had booked and I'm SO glad I did!

Lauren Fair is easily one of the most talented photographers in the greater Phila area, and nicest. Her photos speak for themselves. GORGEOUS. But she is one of the sweetest people you would want to work with, its like talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely excited to be there and take part in your day. She is competitively priced and not outrageous like so many I spoke with. To me photos were the most important part of the day,(pictures last forever!!!) I interviewed probably a dozen photographers. Lauren won hands down and outshined everyone else on three key areas: price/packages, photo style and personality. Love her.

Choosing Lauren Fair Photography for our wedding was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Lauren is an amazing photographer - one that is so intuitive, creative, and easy to work with. From our engagement photos to the last drink at the wedding reception, she was there every step of the way to capture the real moments. When I look at her photos, so many of them literally take my breath away because they are so beautiful. The pictures are not stiff and unnatural.
