Ask for Fabrizio
I worked with Fabrizio when it came to upgrading my wife’s engagement ring, I wanted to upgrade the center diamond and keep her existing setting for sentimental purposes. I must of called 10 different jewelry stores who all denied my request until I called LaurenB and Fabrizio answered and what a blessing he was. Not only did he make my vision come true but he got me in the office in 20 minutes and make the necessary alterations to my existing ring in 1 weeks time. When everyone told me no Fabrizio told me yes. The quality and CUSTOMER SERVICE ar UNMATCHED.

I just wanted to share my amazing and wonderful experience with Lauren B. Jewelry. Our occasion was to celebrate our 25th year anniversary by upgrading both my engagement ring with a matching eternity band. Being both a former worker and lover of NY I knew when the time came they would be my first choice. We scheduled a meeting with Lauren B she was very informative and helpful with our 3 choices of diamonds and we relied on both her expertise and input in helping us narrow down our choices. I think what elevated the experience for both of us was the level of thought, follow up and input Lauren put into our decision. It made the whole experience both personal and very intimate, we forgot she was our salesperson but a trusted friend that came along for the journey. It was very clear that this milestone celebration for us was just as important for her and it was for us. It's this level of customer service that speaks volumes and you hope to find when making such an important purchase. The experience was top notch from point A to point B. The ring arrived two days ago and it's absolutely stunning, but what I can't get over was the flawless craftsmanship displayed on this simple yet elegant bezel setting. I looked at a lot of bezel settings, if not done right it can look bulky and take away from the center stone, but this setting is just on a whole other level so beautifully done and almost invisible and only accentuating on all the right places. The eternity band is next and without a doubt I will reach out to Lauren B with the confidence and trust that not only will I be in good hands but she will take us under her wings and stear us in the right direction as she did this first time. Honestly the best experience I have had with a Jeweler. Thank you Lauren for making this moment so very special for us both! -

I have to give a great shoutout to Lauren B! I have worked with Lauren B for over 1.5 years now. I was referred to them by my friend who had a great experience shopping for her engagement ring. She had worked with Fabrizio Aiello and highly recommended him as a design consultant. I booked an appointment with him to start the process of looking at engagement ring designs. I went with my now fiance and we used the visit to explore different types of stones. Fabrizio was fantastic in educating us on all the nuances of diamonds and things to consider. He was extremely patient and was respectful of our budget showing us only items that were within that budget (per our request). Ultimately, I fell in love with a ring and my fiance bought it several weeks later. I am left-handed and didn't anticipate how important the different setting options are. I noticed I was hitting my ring off objects often and got nervous that I might damage my ring with the high setting. I went to Fabrizio about a year later to explain my situation and he completely understood and was extremely helpful in discussing new setting options with me (thankfully my jewelry insurance was able to cover the additional cost for me!). He introduced me to the invisible gallery setting and we changed the ring. I fell in LOVE with it! I highly recommend them for engagement rings! -

My fiancé ordered my ring through them online and had it shipped to him. They do An amazing job and keep you in the loop the entire time. -

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Lauren B and worked with Ruth. He's told me many times that the entire process was so easy and they were extremely helpful along the way. He had gone to them knowing that I loved their designs but also went to several other jewelers to do his due diligence. He's told me time and again that they were the most fairly priced and extremely happy to work with him to create a custom piece as opposed to pushing/buying whatever was in stock. They provided him with an appraisal and the GIA certification so that we could easily get the ring insured. I've been in there a few times looking at wedding bands and to get my ring cleaned and inspected and they're always so happy to help. Highly recommend! -

We were lucky enough to work with Lauren herself and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about every single detail. She made sure I tried everything I wanted and that I had no doubts about my choice. My engagement ring is beautiful and unique, and the customer service provided made me and my fiancé feel comfortable and positive about our decision. I am so grateful not only for an absolutely STUNNING engagement ring, but for the overall experience of doing business with Lauren B Jewelry. My now fiancé and I attended the pop-up event in Los Angeles back in February and as fate would have it, we were paired with Courtney. To say that we are grateful for her would be an UNDERSTATEMENT!! She just got us! Finding the right jeweler had been a long and grueling process for us. We have been to countless places over the course of TWO YEARS and met jeweler after jeweler. Nothing felt quite right to my fiancé Bruno. I asked him what was different this time around working with Courtney and his words were "I completely 100% trusted her". No one else has made him feel that way throughout this process!! She was so knowledgeable and patient and never pushed him. She guided him through everything and fielded his millions of questions with ease. She truly cared about us and we both felt like she knew exactly what we were envisioning! It was funny because after I was given the ring this past weekend the first thing that I wanted to do was call Courtney and share my happiness with her!! I thank them from the bottom of my heart for playing a huge roll in one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The ring is more than anything that I've ever imagined. The craftsmanship is so apparent when looking at it and the diamond is exquisite!!! I walked away from this weekend with a new fiancé, a beautiful ring and a new friend in Courtney!! I have been following Lauren B on Instagram for several years. I love their rings and when it came time for my fiancé to buy a ring, I sent him a screenshot of a Lauren B ring. I honestly didn’t think he would buy the ring from Lauren B but when he proposed, the ring box said Lauren B. I absolutely love my ring! It is so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I get so many compliments on my ring! My fiancé said the buying process was easy and they were great to work with. We are in Dallas so he did everything via email and video conferencing. I highly recommend Lauren B! -

She made the experience feel very personalble and took notes from myself to create in a file to help my fiancée design the most beautiful ring for me! He said the communication was fantastic being that we are from TN, he had no trouble at all and the ring was delivered very quick! Even was able to send the ring back free of charge to get resized down after receiving it, and came taylor was very helpful on how much to size down from the original size. I fell in love with them on instagram, and can not believe my dream ring is on my finger forever now! I feel like everyday I take photos of it because it is everything I could have dreamed for!

I had sent my fiancee pictures of rings that I liked, and just by e-mailing and talking over the phone, Ruth was able to find the exact ring I was looking for. My fiancee is extremely intimidated by shopping (especially online for such a big purchase), but LaurenB made sure to carefully walk him through each detail of his purchase. The ring was more than I could have ever wanted, and we're extremely grateful for the whole team helping us find the ring of my dreams. I would definitely recommend this business to others, we had such a great experience that we plan on buying our wedding bands through them as well. -

We worked with Andrew to pick out the perfect ring for our budget. Not only was he professional, he was helpful and very willing to work with us. We didn't feel pressured and he showed us all of the appropriate paperwork when we asked. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Andrew and the Lauren B staff to find the perfect ring and will be going back to pick out the wedding band. -

Kristen Sent on 01/26/2017FH bought my engagement ring here and he told me all about his experience. He met with Lauren B herself and told me how she had the custom made ring ready for him to see. She was very helpful and made his experience smooth and simple.
I did have to get my ring re-sized. Unfortunately, the experience my FH had was unique since he was lucky enough to meet with Lauren herself. When we went together to re-size my ring, the woman who helped us seemed to be completely uninterested (tried to pawn us out to other workers who were already busy, and ended up being the only person able to help us so she sucked it up) and not knowledgable at all. I was stuck between a 6 and a 6.5. She had no advice for me. When I tried to push her for advice (I don't have experience with rings), she suggested the bigger size. We opted for a 6 regardless. Thank goodness we did because it still feels a tad loose. She told me they'd call when its read within 5 days. No call came. I called a few times to no avail (store was closed for Jewish holidays - I left messages). I decided to count the days they were open (not including Jewish holidays) and it was still over 7 days before I got in touch with anyone. They told me they forgot to call me and that the ring had been ready. Oops. I mean, I appreciate the honesty but the professionalism and responsiveness was lacking big time. Definitely a shame because Lauren seemed to offer a much different experience than her crew.
I highly recommend making your appointments with Lauren herself if you'd like to have a wonderful experience. -

Andrew Sent on 02/23/2020Three issues in three months - had our ring professionally evaluated which showed many craftsmanship issues
My fiancee and I purchased a ring from Lauren B Jewelry on 4/28/19. After the ring was made and shipped to us, my fiancee was able to wear it for five days before a side stone fell out. Lauren B Jewelry replaced the missing stone at no cost and sent the ring back. Thirty days later, the center stone in the ring was loose. I contacted Lauren B Jewelry again and was told by Eddie (our sales rep) he would fix it this time, but it is "totally normal because she wears the ring everyday" and “I am sure you notice how delicate and thin the ring is and this is why the ring needs extra care”. He also stated, “if you do not have insurance yet, I strongly suggest you do it now because if the stone gets lost, Lauren B will not be responsible”. Before we purchased the ring, at no point were we told our ring could not be worn every day without having issues. Had we known these details, we never would have purchased. What engagement ring is not worn every day and any reputable jeweler should be able to produce a ring that can be worn daily.
Lauren B Jewelry repaired the loose center and sent the ring back. After just six hours of wearing the ring, we had our THIRD issue – another side stone fell out. We were both very upset and disappointed. Before sending the ring back to Lauren B Jewelry again, we decided to have the ring evaluated by two independent and reputable jewelers. They put our ring under a microscope and began photographing all of the craftsmanship issues they found, such as two cracks in the shank and many instances where prongs were not securing the side stones at all.
(I have attached close-up photos of our ring from our evaluation, which highlights areas where the prongs are merely squeezing/pinching the stones on their sides, areas where stones lack prong coverage on their crowns to hold them down into their “seats”, and areas where prongs do not even make contact with the accent stones. Lastly are the two visible cracks in the shank marked with red arrows)
Lauren B Jewelry refused to acknowledge any craftsmanship issues and instead of directly responding to the specific issues pointed out and photographed in our evaluation, they stated they have been in business for over 40 years and our ring passed their quality control.
Due to multiple previous failed attempts by Lauren B Jewelry to repair their ring, at this point, we had no other option but to contact our bank and file a dispute. We submitted all the proper documentation to our bank including both evaluations and photographs of the ring showing the multiple craftsmanship issues. The dispute took 3.5 months and throughout the process, Aric Behar (owner's son) would state that my dispute was denied and made multiple attempts to send the unrepaired ring back to us. After verifying with my bank that the dispute was still being investigated (NOT denied). I asked Aric why has he been telling me our dispute was resolved when it is not, and why has he been attempting to send the unrepaired ring back to us, He never responded to my email.
Over a month later, they try again, except this time it is with a new Lauren B Jewelry employee – Henri Azizo. Henri let me know he “has been informed that your credit card company has denied your chargeback" and he will offer a refund with a 20% restocking fee and a non-disclosure agreement. I called my bank and again, was just like last time, I was told our dispute was still open and being investigated - it was NOT denied. I ignored Henri's email and finally heard back with a resolution from my bank on 1/28/20 - the dispute was resolved in our favor with a full refund.
Although I was able to receive a full refund with the help of my bank disputing the charge, it was not a pleasant experience and if I knew what I know now about this jeweler, I would have never purchased a ring from them. I have never been so blatantly lied to multiple times regarding our dispute status, and feel they should be more upfront about the quality of their rings, including their inability to hold up if worn every day.
I did a lot of research on jewelers and found Lauren B Jewelry with their outstanding reviews and believed they were a reputable jeweler with quality products. This is why I purchased from them but it turned out to be a disaster. Extremely disappointed with Lauren B Jewelry would be an understatement. -

User2187914 Sent on 06/19/2015Lauren B is a jewelry store that I believe is owned by a mother and father, Bracha Behar and Ibram Behar, and is poorly run by their children Lauren Behar, Sara Behar, and Aric Behar. The family members of this store are pretentious, speak condescendingly, and treated us with contempt upon meeting and throughout this entire process.
Long story short.. With my local jeweler, we customized the setting to be a 1.6mm width shank. Ultimately, the setting was given to us at 2.0mm wide. Also, it was cheap looking with small diamonds and thick metal on either side that was paved to make them look bigger. We had confirmed in writing on separate occasions that the setting could and would be made at 1.6mm with my size stone. When I contacted Lauren B about this mistake they refused to fix the setting, told me it could not be made at that size and they just did what they thought would be sturdy for the stone (without confirming with me ahead of time). What is the point of customizing if the customization you receive is not what you asked for?
Lauren B took zero responsibility for their mistake and refused to fix it. In the process, Aric Behar screamed at and berated us and spoke over us so that we could not even explain our understanding of the situation. His own sister was almost in tears from the way he was acting. Aric Behar is obviously inexperienced, self-important, simple minded, and seems like a young boy. I would not trust Aric Behar with a hair on my head. Lauren Behar also wrote me a disrespectful and derogatory email calling me names. Once they had our money they wanted nothing to do with fixing their mistake or treating us ethically until legalities were mentioned. Lauren B Jewelry is a pretentious, disrespectful, and unethical business. I never write reviews, but my experience with this company was so awful that I justly feel compelled to share the truly poor character of the Behar family so someone else doesn’t have the same experience.
