I worked with the team at Laurel Manor as a content creator for the venue and had a wonderful experience! Maria and Rachel were a great duo to partner with. They were great communicators, clear with their goals, professional, and most importantly so kind! On the day of the event, Maria showed me around the space and was very accommodating. The venue itself is so unique and beautiful - truly a one stop shop for clients. The food was 10/10. A great venue for any event.

Laurel Manor did a wonderful job with our June 2024 wedding reception. We received information on pricing and availability very quickly and had a super smooth process with booking the venue on our desired date. Maria did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and was there for us every step of the way. The venue worked out perfectly for our large wedding. In addition, we received several compliments on the food! We are so happy that we chose Laurel Manor for our wedding reception!

Our experience with Maria at Laurel Manor was such a dream. She was so easy to work with, truly made us feel like her only client, and was so flexible with the changes we made during planning. Laurel Manor staff planning is friendly, efficient, and keeps you informed. They had plenty of staff for the night of the event that executed seamlessly. The buffet and late night snack were delicious, and the venue looks great in photos. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Laurel Manor was the perfect venue to host our wedding. The brass ceilings and twin winding staircase is absolutely beautiful. The staff was excellent and provided exceptional service. The food was also delicious. My guest were amazed at every aspect.

They were awesome to work with. Super accommodating and extremely professional. If you want a stress-free night, I would strongly recommend Laurel Manor for your event.

Laurel Manor was the perfect choice for my wedding reception! From working with my consultant Rachel to solidify all the details to the day of when the team executed everything wonderfully, I can't recommend this venue enough. All of my guests raved about the amazing food, beautiful decor, and how good the service was. We even heard lots of people compliment the generous bartenders, which doesn't always happen at weddings :) The team is highly professional and takes care of everything to make the day go smoothly. We had our May 4th wedding reception at Laurel Manor and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was so helpful and responsive, there was no need for a wedding planner because they handled everything! We worked with Jennifer and Hannah primarily, but everyone was super helpful. Laurel Manor holds tasting events where you can try tons of food options. We met Arminda there, who we then requested to be our room captain for our reception, and she was fantastic! We chose a plated meal of filet mignon and chicken delsignore- so delicious! Laurel Manor was very helpful coordinating the little details the week of the wedding. They have affordable options for table settings, linens and chair covers, which looked wonderful. Would 100% recommend this venue to others.

I loved the venue! When I booked, I cried because it was everything I saw in my dreams and more! As soon as you walk into the lobby, the decor takes your breath away. The Willow room was very classy with the glass ceilings and giant chandelier above the dance floor. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive. everything was clean as well. Though there were others parties taking place, I never heard their music and what they were doing never distracted my wedding. My favorite person is Rachel West. She was so helpful, kind and patient. I recommend having your reception here!

Laurel Manor delivered everything I wanted for my wedding! They offer several food options that will fit almost any budget, including the cake vendor partnership they have. Food was the number one sell for us so we splurged on a higher package and today we still have a number of people telling us how great the food was. We arranged our centerpieces through them with a number of options and colors which made clean up non-existent since they handled everything. Rachel was awesome! I would highly recommend them for any event!

I had an awesome experience at Laurel Manor their venue is BEAUTIFUL and the price basically includes everything you can think of besides your add ons and personal vendors. One stop shop you cant beat it!!

Laurel Manor Banquet and Conference Center was absolutely wonderful. We worked mainly with Ashley Parker, who went above and beyond to help us and our (mine mainly) indecisive tendencies. She was extremely prompt with answering emails and returning phone calls. She just helped make our night beautiful. Our room captain the day of, I believe his name was Steven, did an amazing job as well keeping things going and giving me extra time when I needed it. All the staff the day of from the waitstaff to the bartenders were extremely helpful, efficient, and nothing but kind to my guests. I can’t thank you all enough.

The bakery they work with, Cakes by Stephanie, make a delicious and gorgeous cake for us!



Bonus: the pricing for everything was very reasonable especially compared to many of the other locations we looked at.

My wedding was July 21, and Laurel Manor exceeded all my expectations! Laila was FANTASTIC to work with! She always made sure to communicate with you every step of the way. The payments, decisions, etc all went seamless! Anytime you needed to get in contact with her, she responded very promptly, and if she was out of the office, someone else was happy to help!!

Our reception couldn't have gone any better! We still have family and friends raving about the venue itself and how absolutely gorgeous it was, along with the food!!

Our wedding at Laurel Manor was amazing. The team there really knows their stuff. Rachael and Laila are probably the only reason my wife didn't go into full blown bridezilla mode. They were there to answer every question we had. The venue itself is beautiful. The food was great, it even got my grandma's stamp of approval. Friends and family are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was. Also a plus the packages include cake which means one less vendor for your wife to stress about. Would highly recommend!

Our wedding was AMAZING! I know everyone says that but it's 10000% true for us! All thanks to Rachel and Laila at Laurel Manor. The venue itself is beyond beautiful, but my favorite part of working with their team was just the attentiveness to every single detail. I think I called Rachel 4 times one day with questions and she was so nice and knowledgeable every single time. It's hard enough being a stressed bride and groom, they really know their stuff at Laurel. We had our ceremony and reception there. There was a day of coordinator who worked with my personal day of coordinator seamlessly both at the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. That was priceless. Although I won't be planning anymore weddings anytime soon (Thank goodness!) I'd recommend Laurel a billion times. This place is so beautiful you don't even need to decorate, the packages include AMAZING CAKE, and the food is so delicious you'll want to go back after your wedding. I can't thank them enough, worth every single penny.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect, thanks to Deirdre and her entire team! They went above and beyond to cater to our every need. During the planning process, they were extremely patient and understanding to my highly annoying and frequent mind changes and often walked me through my melt downs (lol). The night of, we worried about nothing. The food was out of this world PHENOMENAL (especially the bowtie Alfredo), the banquet captain coordinated with our DJ and Photographer so that we could enjoy ourselves and our guests. Everyone talked about how great the food and service was and not to mention the hall is beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this place, they truly exceeded our expectations. :)

Food, service and atmosphere was excellent!

I just recently had my ceremony and reception at Laurel Manor on March 17th and it was spectacular! First the way that they displayed my husband and I's name all around the venue and on the sign off the freeway was nothing short of amazing. The staff was accommodating and so helpful! I got there 45 minutes before my ceremony stressed out and crying that everything wouldn't happen on time and the staff met me at my car with carts and questions about how they could help!! I ran upstairs to get ready and when I came down for the reception everything was perfect! Ohhhh and the food!! I ate at least 3 times! The servers were awesome and answered to my every request!! Our wedding coordinator Donna was simply the best!! She joked around with us and made sure everything went smoothly. She was patient and thorough! There was no drama on the wedding day she made sure of it! The reception was spacious and there was so much food everyone ate more than once! When it was time to leave all everyone kept telling me was they hoped that the others in my family would have their wedding there because it was so nice and peaceful! If I had to do it all over this would be the place every time!!! There's so much more I could say but I'll just leave the other surprises for the other clients!!

My husband and I have nothing but the best things to say about Jacquline and the rest of the Laurel Manor staff. Our reception was absolutely perfect and magical and honestly, so much of that had to do with the hard work and dedication of Jacquline in helping us plan from the beginning and the staff's absolutely wonderful work the night of our reception.

I cannot say enough about how personable and wonderful to work with Jacquline was! We chose Laurel Manor because my husband and I saw how much time she was willing to take to speak with us on our tour and our experience continued to be nothing but positive! Jacquline answered my relentless emails with positivity, was patient with me while I switched decor up, and truly helped us achieve our wedding vision!

The night of- Linda was amazing! She took such great care of us and attended to the little details that made our day even more perfect! She was there right when I walked in and asked if we needed anything, she was such a doll! She checked in on us the right amount and everything went so smooth! All of the staff was so attentive and really cared about our guests! Dinner service was perfect and served in good time so no guests were waiting to long to eat with the plated style.

Our guests are STILL raving about the food!! It was so delicious and everyone said it was one of the best meals they've had at a wedding.

Our reception took place in the Aspen ballroom and the lighting we chose with the gorgeous chandelier and the marble dance floor looked more beautiful than I could have imagined! It was truly a dream come true! Bride and grooms- do your entrance on the balcony- what a blast that was!

I was so impressed at Laurel Manor's communication with my other vendors as well. They all had a great experience with set-up and spacing throughout the room. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful and fun reception! We can't thank them enough!!

I can't even begin to express how wonderful the staff at Laurel Manor has been from the beginning of planning my wedding through our actual Big Day. Thx especially to Laila who brought my visions to life, coordinated like a TOTAL pro, worked with me to make sure our budget could fit in the most important things and modify others, and even worked with me in terms of allowing me to bring in and set up items the day before. Our reception was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!! The food was impeccable. Every single detail was covered and the compliments just keep rolling in!!!!! Julie - our event manager the day of - was also amazing. Like Laila, she went above and beyond, working tirelessly to tend to every single need and request we had and was so awesome. Thanks guys - you truly assisted in making this day the BEST day of our lives!!!!! And the sign outside which said our names was the frosting on the cake - TOO awesome!!!!!!! Thank you! And to anyone researching venues, you will not find another for the same price. This place us one of a kind and our cake even (which was INCLUDED in the price) was also truly amazing!!!!!!

From day one, Laila explained everything thoroughly and answered every question we had. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson! The ceremony room was beautiful, and our reception room loked amazing. Our coordinator was great, and he waitstaff took great care of our the wedding party and guests. Our guests remarked all night about how beautiful the venue was-from the lobby to our room. We couldn't have asked for a better venue! I am so happy we chose Laurel Manor and will definitely recommend it to friends in the future!

My parents gave us one rule when planning our wedding and that was that we had to have family style service. We decided to go with Laurel Manor because we have heard such great things about it. What a great decision that was. It was amazing. We worked with Kate and she made us feel so special and made it such a seamless process. She was even flexible and made it work when I put the wrong reception time on our invitation. Thanks Kate! The room was absolutely gorgeous and the food was perfect. The entire night people told us that it was the best wedding food they have ever eaten. The company they work with for cakes was also great. Cakes by Stephanie made us our dream cake and it was delicious. The entire staff were so helpful and service oriented. The room was clean and comfortable. If we did our wedding all over again we would definitely go to Laurel Manor.

My husband and I got married at Laurel Manor on 8/8/15 and we are still receiving compliments on how beautiful our wedding was. From the beginning, Jennifer (our event coordinator) was amazing with communication and answering all of our concerns. Two months before the wedding, we had an issue that could have caused us to change our wedding date and Jennifer was very understanding and helpful with options. The whole team at Laurel Manor was very attentive and most importantly, well organized and on top of everything. Everyone was hands on with the set-up of reception room; Jennifer even decorated our wedding cake with the flowers we brought herself. Throughout the process Jennifer understood our vision and we took many of her suggestions/ideas. The venue also offers a more inclusive wedding package (including cake!) which made the planning easier with less vendor involvement, not to mention more affordable. The food was one of the most important to us and Laurel Manor delivered. We had the filet mignon/chicken limoncello duo and was thrilled to see all of our guests’ plates wiped clean. The chicken limoncello was perfectly pan fried and so tender/juicy! The food was the best among the weddings that we have attended. My husband and I didn’t get to try, but our guests also raved about the dessert and late night pizza station. After the wedding, Laurel Manor even held a box of things that were left behind in the reception room for us to pick-up. Overall, we could not have wished for a more perfect wedding. Thank you Laurel Manor for making our wedding an event of a lifetime!

Beautiful venue and very professional staff. Laurel Manor was my first stop when searching for reception venues and they made such a overall lasting impression, I compared other venues to them during our search. We eventually decided to go with Laurel Manor and it was definitely the best decision we made for our venue. Laila was our coordinator and she is beyond awesome. Our wedding was 08/15/15 and everything was perfect. The staff during the reception was attentive and courteous throughout the night. I would definitely recommend this venue for your special event or wedding reception. 5 stars!

I loved having my wedding at Laurel Manor! The staff was great and the venue was beautiful! They made me feel like the only bride in the house, even though they host multiple weddings each night.

We worked with Laila, and she made sure we had absolutely everything that we needed to make our wedding day perfect! Each of the rooms is stunning – from the marble floors to the breathtaking chandelier to the grand entrance balcony. Even though there are multiple events going on at the same time, I couldn’t hear any music or sound from any other ballroom, and our room had its own private coatroom and bathrooms. The per-person rate was incredibly reasonable and included the most amazing cake from Cakes by Stephanie. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious, and our guests were still raving about their dinner the next day at brunch. We even got a great monthly special that included free chair covers and free late-night pizza! Service was incredibly efficient and the wait staff was polite and accommodating. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all night. They made it very easy for all of our vendors to set up and clean up. I couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to have our wedding at Laurel Manor.

From the moment we walked in July 11, 2015 until the time we left Laurel Manor took exceptional care of us. Laila DeSouza has been working with us since day one and she has done a phenomenal job answering all of our questions and taking care of all of our concerns. On our wedding day,our day of coordinator took care of everything, and as a bride I was at ease knowing that everything was in her hands and I could relax. We've received nothing but compliments on the decor, the atmosphere, but especially the food! I wish I was getting married again just to have the pleasure to enjoy it, the best steak, chicken, and pasta I ever had. Our cake was amazing! Our guest especially enjoyed our late night pizza and open bar. The entire day was a dream, and we cannot thank the staff at Laurel Manor enough for making our day extra special. Thanks so much :)

Everything about my wedding day was perfect. I did not have to change anything. The venue was organized, clean, and even with 2 large galas going on during my wedding it felt as if I was the only one there. I very much appreciate all that they did for me and would recommend them to anyone!!

Great place and excellent customer service

This place is excellent for providing the wedding as well as the reception. I utilized this facility for both services. On 10.19.14 the wedding was great. The chapel was properly prepared. The food was excellent, even the hors d'oeuvres were tasty. I was truly happy with the facility. Also, I was given extra time without an additional charge due to my wedding being on a Sunday. Nice place and nice personnel!

I can't say enough great things about this venue!!! We had our wedding there on June 21st, and it was stunning. Jacquline was our wonderful contact there and she worked so hard for us to make sure everything was great. She along with all the staff always had a smile on their faces and made us feel special. A special note: They are GREAT at accommodating food allergies! I had a dairy allergy and it was not a problem at all for them, I was able to eat all of the delicious food at my reception-- and boy, did I ever eat a LOT! SO GOOD!

The whole atmosphere was beautiful. The food was delicious. I paid to upgrade some menu items. For instance, I had their famous roasted eggplant soup, and the antipasto selection, just to name a few. I have people still talking about my reception!! Also, Brittany was an amazing help. She really cared about me. She insured that I would have my dream wedding!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I had my wedding reception here on May 28,2011 and it was absolutely perfect!! I got so many compliments about the how great the food was, the table settings and how smooth everything went! I can't say enough great things about this place! This was the one area of the wedding planning that went perfect! I had no problems at all! They set up everything for us and make great suggestions all throughout the planning process to make sure our day was as perfect as we wanted it to be. I had Laurel Manor for my June 2010 reception and have no regrets. This place was above and beyond my expectations. The closer it became to that one special day everyone was so helpful. I would call my contact quite a bit for anything and everything and she was right there with me every step of the way. Their willingness is amazing. I booked this venue about 1.5 yrs in advance and when I booked they gave me a vendor recommendation booklet. Best thing ever. I pretty much used that booklet to choose my other vendors, ex: Flowers by Renee. Best flower shop around.
The #1 compliment we heard afterwards was the food was amazing. Best food they have had at a wedding. We went with the chicken picatta, roast beef carved, bowtie alfredo and veggies, buffet style.

By far the best price within our budget. They were willing to help you out whenever possible and went out of their way to make your day special. The deals they gave us surpassed anywhere else. Great food. If someone went home hungry they were crazy!! Couldn't have asked for a better staff in helping me plan my big day.

We were extremely happy with our service at Laurel Manor. Deirdre, Millie, and the rest of the staff were willing to bend over backwards for us! Plus, they have the best food! We really recommend the combination platter of chicken picatta and filet mignon, with the anna potatoes and green beans almondine. People are still raving about the food at our reception! We were also very happy with the vendors we used off of their Preferred Vendors list (Millenium Limo and Silver Sounds DJ). Some people may be turned off by the location of Laurel Manor - it's just off the freeway, on a service drive, and there's just a big parking lot around the building. But what it lacks in outdoor photographing opportunites, it makes up for in value, service, and indoor photographing opportunites. There's a beautiful winding staircase and lobby area. And there are gorgeous chandeliers in the actual rooms, as well as balconies in some of the rooms. Yes, I'm saying rooms ... in the plural. Again, this might be a point that could scare some people off, thinking that they're event will be disturbed by a neighboring room. Well, there was a high school reunion going on in the room right next to our wedding, but we never once heard their DJ or had any problems with other guests. Laurel Manor is very well organized, they keep things on schedule, and most of all, they want to make sure the bride and groom have FUN on their big day! Laurel Manor made planning my wedding reception easier than I ever could have imagined.

They were so nice. I got sick after my wedding and they came bringing me applesauce which was supposed to calm my stomach. They did everything so nicely i loved working with them and my wedding planner through them. So nice.

Their package deal was fantastic to get everything included into one per-person price. The food was AMAZING and the open bar was a hit for the guests. Our package included a hot appetizer, cake, and centerpieces and Laurel manor was accommodating for any little detail I wished to add or change. We specifically worked with Laila who was so personable and easy to get along with.

Our only complaint was that one of the bartenders was making some slightly inappropriate comments to a few of the bridesmaids. Once I informed the staff, they took care of it right away.

We had a fantastic night and I look forward to every event at Laurel Manor because I know the food and the service is outstanding.

I had my reception in Laurel Manor's Aspen Room and I was very satisfied! My correspondence via email and phone was almost always returned within two business days. We signed up for one of their excellent wedding promotions that allowed us to include a number of items without extra cost: champagne toast for all, one free appetizer, late night pizza station, and it decreased the price per person by a few dollars. This made the whole package an extremely high value for not an extremely high cost.

The room without decorations looks like it could be very "blah," but that was not so after the room was decorated. I had the chance for a sneak peak before flowers and lighting were delivered, and it had already transformed the room! With the brightly-colored linens and place settings the room was beautiful. After the flowers and lighting, it was a dream.

The food was delicious. I wish I had had time to eat more of it! The bartenders delivered drinks to my husband and me whenever it looked like we were getting low. Talk about service!

Really the only negative comment I have is that the reception rooms have no windows. It would be nice to have some natural light, but as it turns out the lighting we asked for helped me forget there were no windows.

Banquet rooms are gorgeous, has so much personality alone. Jacqueline was amazing and patient with us. I didn't get a chance to make it to the tasting and I was so pleased with my food and so we're the guest. I loved everything about our big day!!!!

This place is amazing!!! The staff is so helpful, before and during the wedding. I have had people say that we would not have time to eat the food or cake, but Laurel Manor provided us with our own waitress of sorts. As soon as we were done being introduced she put a ton of appetizers and our main dish at our table, so we could eat. She also brought out a piece of each cake for us (we had to kinds) to eat real quick. Our guests kept on saying how delicious the food was!

Truly amazing. Jacquline is wonderful, quick to respond to emails and more than willing to do whatever it takes to make your day the day of your dreams. The food was amazing and cake even better. We were scared after the taste testing because we weren't crazy about the food but for our wedding it was the talk of the night! We got an incredible deal by booking early so don't wait and miss out on their awesome deals, they truly do offer so great ones. They provided the center pieces and candy table. Forgot the floating candles in some of the center pieces and forgot to remove chairs from tables I didn't want 10 people at which left some empty unchair covered ones but they told me before the reception and quickly removed the uncovered ones so the problem was never known by the guests. The remodeling has done wonders to the place.

We had both our ceremony and reception there and everything went by smooth. The only reason I wouldn't give them all 5s is the pricing for some things. It would have been nice to get linens and chair covers through them instead of going through an outside vendor but their pricing was so much more than competitors. Also, their prices for apps were a little steep so we had to settle with just fruit and veggies due to budget constraints. But the food we did get was delicious! And the servers were so responsive to any need! It was overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Laurel Manor was wonderful. They worked with you the day of the wedding to help things run more smoothly. The Food was incredible, everyone loved it. The rooms are so pretty and it was just a great overall experience. Also, I felt very sick and nauseous for the majority of my wedding, and the people serving food to me helped me feel better by giving me different food that should help my nausea pass. I was very thankful for that.

The staff was very friendly and very thorough and patient with answering questions. The were very professional and extremely helpful with helping me to understand all the small details that needed to be decided on (Do you have someone to give a blessing at dinner?). They have a beautiful stairwell in the main entrance which is great for pictures, as well as wonderful food. I appreciated that you can have your event smoking, or smokers are welcome to use the smokers bar if you'd prefer. There are many nice amenities that Laurel Manor provides.

Laurel Manor is a very beautiful venue to celebrate your special day. The staff is very helpful and answered all of our questions. Even the questions that I sent every other day through emails. I'm planning my wedding from another state so their assistance is definitely key. Everyone is very professional from the time you walk into the building and meet the receptionist to the time you leave (even if you stay passed the time they are open). I am super excited about having my reception here!

Laurel Manor took really good care of us. The food and service was amazing, the decor they did was beautiful and all of our guest have not stopped talking about our wedding.

Laurel Manor was one of the few places I looked at that didn't seem to be "tricking" me into purchasing things that I did not want to purchase. The room was beautiful! They supplied the linens and centerpieces but their chair covers were really expensive, it was cheaper to get them elsewhere. Even though there were other weddings going on in the other banquet rooms you couldn't hear them. The food was seriously the best wedding food I EVER had! Especially the ham! One of the only things I did not like is they did not guide us very well in what the "entrance" was supposed to be like... we didn't know how to cut the cake properly! Make sure you are aware of how to do it before everyone is watching you! :) Overall, GREAT experience with Laurel Manor!

We wouldn’t have chosen any other place for our budget we had. Laurel Manor was a one stop shop for all our wedding day needs. We had our ceremony and reception there and everything ran super smoothly. The food was the best part. We had a great time at the tasting event and the guests loved it, especially the dessert table. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Laurel Manor is a nice place that handles a lot of different aspects of the wedding. They did our cake, which was splendid. The food was great (get the Italian dinner, it's worth the price and it's the best thing they offer). Their packages include open bar, cake, gratuity so everything is in one nice easy price. It took a lot of pressure and stress off.

The only thing I didn't like is that they made you cut the cake before dinner starts. You could choose to allow smoking or not, and they had a full bar where people could go and pay for drinks you weren't offering and have a smoke. This did not work out in our favor because it happened to be the night when the Tigers were winning the game that got them to the world series. Everybody was in the bar because there was a TV in there.

We wanted only 8 to a table and they did it! 10 is way to many!!

I wasn't totally happy with my wedding, But I guess It was as good as it got! I had the Manor from 3pm til 9pm, and at 7 30 pm the staff started coming in there turning on the lights, and then started cleaning up. That really offended us. My husband and I left our food at the table due to being to busy asked that we keep our food up there. Well I go back to grab a bite and it was gone, I was told that it was put up for me, Well I was well okay, I will eat later, I open durning my honey moon to see it wasn't the food I had. I had a weddng planner, and I told the caption to ask her all questions it took me going to my wedding planner and saying something before anything took place. I guess they should really work on some things.

This venue was BEAUTIFUL...the convience to have both our ceremony and reception atthe same place was ideal for us. My only complaint was while i understand the need for a timeline events there should definately be alittle more flexibilty in those times...i felt rushed almost always until we sat for dinner..otherwise great service

Since we hvn't had our wedding as of yet, it's hard to rate them. So far they have been extra great & super fast on responding to many many questions that have come up. I can't wait until we sit down and hash out the details of decor.

They kept interrupting us during pictures (annoying) but everything looked and tasted wonderful. They also told us they would set up our place cards and such so we drove out there the day before to drop it off, and then decided they never said that (waste of 2 hours) but, it was beautiful!

The venue is beautiful and the food is terrific, however the day of the wedding the bar tender was very rude to the wedding party and the bride actually had to ask her to behave herself.The woman at the front desk that night was obnoxiously rude to the father of the bride and other guests from different wedding parties During dinner clean up the wait staff were constantly hitting people with their trays and needed to be told to stop doing so. Other than that the wedding was wonderful.

I had my 55 guests wedding at Laurel Manor.
We made a booking about 6 month before our wedding.

Food was great. We attended the tasting event, so we got to see which menu that we liked.
They also had a special discount from a bridal show that we got complimentary champagne toast for everyone and also one free hot appetizer, which was nice.

I wasn't impressed with the dessert buffet nor candy bar.
It was very simple and minimum.
Even though my wedding was only for 50+ppl, I wish they had some more variety or some more volume for the price I paid. it really looked like they give one piece of dessert per person.

They forgot to pour the champagne for the toast for everyone, so during the reception, I had to go find a banquet captain and ask them for it, which was a bit of a hustle (they said they just forgot about it).

overall, I am happy with their service and food and everything, but I just didn't see anything above and beyond the expectation.

They did what I paid for and I didn't really feel the extra effort from them to make my day even more special.

It was a dream. Just too much money and you are rushed. And can’t have personalized things you want.

Laurel manor is beautiful, however, do not have your wedding there. The wedding space is nice, but the coordinators were very rude. They rushed our guests downstairs to sit in the HALLWAY until the reception started (although we paid for 3 hours upstairs), forced my parents to stop taking pictures with us to clean up the bridal suite and kept asking me where the guys were so the wedding could start...I was extremely stressed with them down my throat the whole time. Then they had all 3 of my flower girls walk in a straight line instead of delaying them-- so I only have photos of the first one.

At the reception, they did not give all of our guests wine for the toast if they were not in their seat at the time that they passed it out (although we paid for each guest to have one). I brought my own linen and they tried to take the linen at clean up claiming it was theirs. We paid for a soft drink bar but they never put up signs or told guests that soft drinks were free.

Don't be blinded by the chandelier!

Buyer beware, Once you put you money down it is gone. My daughter placed deposit knowing the contract said non refundable. When she cancelled she asked if she could use the money toward a wedding shower instead. There response was no. they had signed up for a wedding. Mind you the wedding is still more than a year away, Totally classless and unprofessional. Most places hate to see you lose your money but not here.
