Laura's Bridal was so refreshing in helping me find my dress especially after going to bigger chain stores and leaving unhappy. They were very accomodating and helpful during my multiple dress fittings to show my mom how to lace and bustle the dress too. Very friendly and warm staff. Thanks!!

At Laura's bridal everyone was very helpful, I'm very happy I got my dress there. My wedding dress fit perfect. I checked other places around town but I wasn't to impressed with the service. I liked the great vibe from the girls that work there and the owner was very attentive in making sure the dress came out perfect.

Hello ladies ,
I Just want you to know I went to so many bridal shows, and probably every
bridal store in Tucson. None of them compared to Lauras, they were always so
friendly and honest. Even the last minute adjustments were no problem, she had
the dress I was looking for , I never had one thing to complain about. I never had to feel nervous about my dress not being ready. Weddings are stressful enough. Thank you Lauras Bridal for being so AWESOME!! For any special occasion I will not go anywhere else!

I tried on a few dresses at this store and I fell in love with two. The sales lady that helped me did not pressure me into buying but she was very nice and focused on my needs. She knew exactly what I wanted and I haven't bought the dress yet but I really loved the service and they have a great dresses. Plus they have a really big selection of veils and belts something that I didn't see at the other stores that I have gone to. She is giving me this whole month to think about it and have no plans to try on anymore anywhere else. Thank you Lola and Monica for all your help

My daughter and I just walked out of Laura's bridal boutique and OH MAN !!!!! My daughter found the most Amazing and beautiful gown - we shared tears of joy, the staff is incredible and so patience - they took all the time to make my daughter look just perfect: Even more amazing was Oneida the seamstress WOW !!!!! She did the exact changes that my daughter wanted on the dress and my daughter can't be more excited to wear her perfect gown . Thank you so much ladies for making this experience THE BEST !!!

Living in Europe and planing a wedding in the states is not the easiest thing to do. Luckily I was guided in the right direction by a close friend, She told me all about Laura's bridal. The first chance I had I stopped by for a fitting Lola assisted me with all my questions and concerns. She was very exited about helping me find the perfect dress, all of her suggestions helped make this process so much easier. No matter how stressful all this was for me she always had such a positive attitude and bubbly personality. I would definitely recommend Laura's Bridal to any of my friends. Lola is amazing!!!!! She will make it happen. Ladies I cannot stress this enough your time is valuable when planning a wedding don't waste your time anywhere else.

These ladies are great! What a team.. My salesperson was Monica and she is just a doll, genuinely and to the fullest. On my last fitting I got a chance to sit and talk to her for a few minutes while the seamstress made a final alteration. She really puts a personal touch to the bridal buying experience, and I feel she truly cares about her customers.
I originally had put a down payment on a dress from A Tuxedo and Bridal, several months.. almost a year went by and I was nearly a month away from my wedding (now at 10 days till..) but we found out A Tuxedo had gone out of business and didn't bother to contact it's customers. Needless to say, dress #1 was gone. :(
But then my mother found out about Laura's Bridal and Monica took it upon herself to make sure I left that day with a new dress ordered, and I did! I now have a new different style that I'm sooo excited to put on two Saturdays from now!
She even gave us a hookup for our frustrations, and 50% off of all alterations. We were so lucky to find this place who could rush my new dress on so short notice. They're an absolute blessing! Thank you Monica, along with all the other wonderful ladies at Laura's Bridal. ❤

I went to every bridal shop in Tucson looking for a unique style (a high neck wedding dress). I was ready to start making plans to visit Phoenix, since this style is not as popular and even David’s Bridal did not carry one dress like it. I went to Laura’s Bridal after looking at their website since it appeared they carried 3 high-neck dresses. I ended up finding one of these dresses on the clearance rack at 50% off! It was a size 12, and I’m closer to a 2. After four fittings, I went home with my dream gown and it looked great. A big thank you to Sandra and the talented seamstress for helping me fit into my lovely La Sposa gown.

WOW, WOW, WOW, this place is AMAZING!!! The owner (Sandra) personally helped me every step of the way. I chose a Maggie Sottero wedding gown that I then had completely redone and redesigned and she and her staff transformed it to how I dreamed. It was as if it originally came the way I wanted. I received a million compliments on my dress. The experience an the service I received was first class and they were very attentive and helpful. I would recommend any bride to go and see them as soon as possible.

We went to Laura's because they carried the dress line my daughter wanted to try first. found the perfect dress there and the ladies made the process a no-stress event from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with Laura's. When we first went in to try on dresses they were getting ready to move, but they still were super welcoming and helped us to try on as many dresses as needed since I wasn't sure what type of dress I wanted.
When I picked my dress they were very helpful with all the alterations and letting me know exactly how they would make those changes (taking it in as well as taking about 5 inches off the hem). They also laid out exactly what the costs of the alterations would be and the alterations turned out perfectly!

The staff was extremely helpful. I went to Laura's bridal as my last place to try on dresses and was extremely tired and not in the mood to even buy the dress that day. The staff did such a fantastic job helping me, understanding what I wanted, and providing for me that I was not able to leave without finding the perfect gown! When i was shopping for my wedding dress, this was the place where the magic happened. I highly recommend Laura's Bridal to anyone wanting the BEST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE that any bridal shop can offer. They made me feel as if I was their only customer everytime I was dealing with them. The selection of dresses were rich in style, texture, beauty and quality! If I could buy all my clothes from them, I would never shop any where else. They were the only place, that I went to, that actually had dress styles in an 18, that were exactly what I hoped to find for my wedding dress. They treated my as family and made me feel beautiful! Not another sale. And not another fat bride! (As other shops had made me feel.) They made the expirence of wedding dress shopping wonderful, upfilfting and dream fullfilling!

I had decided that Laura's would be my last Tucson Bridal Boutique stop before heading to Phoenix to shop for my wedding dress. It turned out that I had saved the best for last! I was able to get an appointment on their busiest day to accommodate my schedule and Angie (I believe that was her name) was absolutely great! They didn't have the dress I loved from the catalogue on hand so she had me try 3 dresses to get the color, look and feel from them. I essentially bought my dress blindly but it included all alterations which was great!! Every time we went in, we were greeted with a great smile and kindness. I absolutely love my dress and my now hubby loved it too!! I couldn't be happier with this store and Sandra. Thank you!!

I drove 4 hours to Laura's Bridal because they were the only bridal shop in az to carry a sample I wanted to try. I didn't end up getting the sample but I did find the dress of my dreams. I love Laura's Bridal!!! They were very flexible and helpful for the year that I did business with them. I fell in love with a dress that was, unfortunately, out of my budget and they let me pay in payments for the entire year before my wedding. They didn't even require me to pay a set monthly amount; they let me pay whatever I could afford each month. They were also flexible with their service. I work full time and had a hard time making it for fittings during regular business hours so they stayed open late 2 times just for me!!! That is great service!!! I recommended them to my brother's fiancee and she is also bought her bridal gown from there. P.S. I also recommend shopping Maggie Sottero dresses...they fit amazing (even for curvier girls) with no special/expensive undergarments required. I am plus sized and I was able to buy a lace fit-and-flare gown and the fit was smooth all over. Thanks Laura's Bridal!!!

These amazingly professional women tailored my dress from a size 14 to size 0 OVERNIGHT!! Talk about fabulous service! :D

The owner, Sandra Hillier, was accommodating on every level. I was eloping in 2 days, so she provided rush tailoring, fitting and accessory matching. My designer gown was a mermaid shaped beauty by Maggie Sottero. Not only was it a stunning dress that's hard to find...but they made it fit my petite frame perfectly with only 2 fittings (in only 2 days!)

Many may find it easy to assume things about little bridal boutiques because of their size... but definitely don't underestimate this little gem! What it lacks in size, it makes up for in service, selection, tailoring options, flexibility, devotion to dresses and attentive staff.

I can't say enough good things about the ladies at Laura's Bridal! They altered my wedding dress under a set of tricky circumstances. I was planning my Tucson wedding from San Antonio, TX, and due to scheduling conflicts was not able to have my dress altered until the week of the wedding. I hadn't realized before, but my dress was almost two sizes too big, meaning the alterations needed were fairly extensive. They not only did an amazingly beautiful job (that dress fit me like a glove on my wedding day!), but they did it in 24 hours!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's Bridal. The store owner, Sandra, is incredible. She is friendly, professional, and knows her dresses. I came in with a dress that I have loved for 7 years. She explained that she did not have it in the store but could order it. I was hesitant to do so since I had never tried the dress on. She brought one for me to try that was similar. It was a quincenerra style that was beautiful. I loved it! She said if you love this let me show you one that is more bridal. She pulled out the most gorgeous dress I have ever seen. It was perfect! I fell in love with it from day one. I received so many compliments on how gorgeous it was. I am sad that I cannot wear it every day. I definitely felt like a princess. Sandra is amazing with her eye and knowing what would look good and what people want. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

When I started my journey to find my perfect wedding dress, I did not think that I could find it locally, I figured that I would have to make the drive to Scottsdale. To my surprise while searching online for a wedding dress, I found one that I had to try on, and even more shocking the shop was in Tucson! I mad an appointment, and went in to try on that gown, it was not for me, however, they helped me find a dress that I had in mind and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams.The owner (Sandra) was the most lovely woman I have ever encountered, she went above and beyond to make sure that my dress fit me like a glove. I just loved the store and staff, and like I said the owner was amazing. She fitted my dress for me. I was a bit surprised when she started altering it while I was wearing it, but I trusted her, and knew that she knows her craft and that nothing was going to go wrong with my dress. AND I WAS RIGHT... it is PERFECT !
My big day is still two weeks away, and I just keep thinking about how incredibly beautiful and sexy I felt in my dress, and how I can not wait to wear it for my soon to be husband.

I had an unusal dress request from the start: a RED wedding dress! My eye was only for a Maggie Sottero Lana in Red, which is a discontinued dress. However, Laura's Bridal found the last one in the company for me, promptly ordered it, and then sold it to me at the discounted price I had found from a vendor online.

I only tried on ONE dress in my search for wedding dresses, and it was THE dress. Thank you Laura's Bridal for making my dream of a gorgeous red wedding dress come true. Their service was prompt and everyone is very friendly. Though some might think it being a smaller boutique would count against it, I rather liked the more personal atmosphere.

I had gone to pretty much every store in town and tried on over 25 dresses easily, but when my MOH and I visited Laura's Bridal with the group we found the perfect dress. I still haven't seen this dress worn the way that she showed it to me and I love how unique it is. I went in for my 1st fitting and they are making it work for me even though it's not how it usually goes! I love their row of pedestals, though I recommend going in on a weekday when they are less busy so you have the whole place to yourself!

This place was wonderful. They were able to find the perfect dress for me without being out of my price range. They also worked with my veil (my mother's) and all my other accessories I already had. My initial experience there with Monica finding my dress was awesome. She really did a great job. The alteration got a bit crazy, I was waiting and waiting for my dress and then called concerned, they reassured me I would not be charged a rush fee for alteration and that everything would be fine. They even custom made my veil out of my mom's old one. The only thing I could say that could have been done better was checking the dress to make sure all the alteration pins are taken out. They left 2 in there that I found the day of my wedding.

Nonetheless, at 2 weeks postpartum, I was scared that I would not be able to find a dress. The woman who helped us warned me that it might be really difficult to find a dress with some form of straps, but we searched through the selection and sure enough, we found a PERFECT match. She was also very encouraging that, yes, this had to be the one - because of the way I just lit up. She was very helpful and accomodating, and let me enjoy myself in that dress for as long as I wanted. Also, the dress was 50% off! Do you know how lovely it is to find YOUR dress and no less, have it fit like a glove and be affordable?
Great place to go looking for a wedding dress.
The only possible downfall is that it is not in the greatest area of town, so take a friend (but who doesn't take a friend to search for dresses anyways?)

My experience was mixed. I used this vender for alterations to my wedding dress. I was uncomfortable that the seamstress pinning my dress didn't speak English. I thought the fee to hem the front and sides was a bit steep. When I went to pick up my dress, the hem was unacceptable. As a seamstress myself, I thought they thought they were getting away with cheating me. The owner called me that afternoon to figure out the dilemma and explained the service I wanted was more expensive. I told her I would come back with a fellow seamstress to see what could be done. When I arrived they had fixed the dress appropriately and didn't mention any additional fee. They did not get my approval to alter the dress a second time, so I'm very grateful it was done to my satisfaction and not worse than the first time. Personally, I won't use them again but to be fair, they did fix the problem.

Laura's Bridal changed owners in the middle of my having to deal with them. The original owner never mentioned that she had sold the store to someone else. I found out by stopping by to ask some questions and seeing a new lady there. The first lady promised me the veil and hairpiece with the purchase of the dress. In the end, the second and current owner could not honor this agreement because it was not on the receipt and the store and everything in it no longer belongs to the previous owner. How was I supposed to know this? This is nothing against the new owner (Sandra). She did what she could for me. I was very upset with the previous owner, but I will not mark Laura's Bridal against it because she no longer has anything to do with the store. I rated Laura's Bridal 4.0 for value for cost because some of their items tend to run a little expensive. They also tend to be a little pushy. The quality of their work is good. I had a very complicated bustle that took a lot of work and it turned out perfect. They also altered parts of the dress to accentuate the embellishments without me even having to ask.

I really wanted to give them a perfect score but I did have issues with my dress on my wedding day and I think it started with the alterations that were done.

Up until the day that I actually had to wear this expensive dress I think their customer service and responsiveness were fine.

But when my dress came in I went in for my first fitting. At that time the dress was a little big so alterations were definitely needed. I had a very form-fitting style of dress so they wanted it to fit me just right, which I totally agreed with. But when I went in for the second fitting it did not seem to fit just right. I think they had taken it in a bit too much and it did not seem to fit just right anymore. The heavy boning in the front, which is why I paid $1300, seemed to be off and there were bumps/lumps in places that were not there prior to the alterations. The beading on the shoulders were also not quite right and on my big day they did keep falling off.
I do not think it was all their fault though. I sort of blamed myself and thought that maybe I gained weight in like the 3 weeks from the first fitting until I took it home so I just sort of didn't say anything and thought it was me being a crazy bridezilla.
But in hindsight and realizing how much of a pain it was to have my wedding planner safety pin a $1300 dress since the straps kept falling off and looking at the pictures from when I first tried it on to my last fitting, I should have said something. But it was such a stressful time that I just sort of ignored it.
Long story short, the customer service is fine, just make sure that the fittings go as planned and don't do like I did and let them sort of rush you out of the shop which is also how I felt during the last fitting!

There are only a few places you can order a Maggie Sottero bridal dress, Laura's is one of them. I really would recommend going with just a few people to see dresses. I noticed they try and sell you accessories that are high priced, so I would suggest you find accessories before you go. Other than this, I was very happy with my dress.

The girls in the shop were very knowledgable about the gowns and Sandra, the own and seamstress, was fantastic and appreciative of our business. I chose Laura's because they carried the line of dresses that I was after and they were able to order me my gown for the best price in town - they were running a special for free alterations with full payment the day of purchase! The only disappointment I had with the service is that no one in the shop told me how to care for the dress once it left with me. I opened the dress after arriving at my destination wedding to find a small hole in the train which resulted from a metal piece sticking out from behind the zipper on the bag provided for me by the shop. When I returned home with the dress to have it cleaned, there was another hole in the bustle - nobody had told me not to store it bustled. The girl in the shop said very plainly "well you're not supposed to store it bustled and we aren't really responsible for what happens to the dress after it leaves the shop." I was a little taken aback by this. She undercharged me for the cleaning which she profusely apologized for, and the repairs to fix the holes were cheap. Overall I had a good experience here, the few mishaps were forgivable based on the amount I paid for my dress. If the dress had been $10,000 I would hope that the staff would take care explaining how to transport, open, and store the gown.

my sister had made an appointment at a big name bridal shop & it was horrible, I left crying not knowing what to do... my mom said lets call Laura's bridal & see if they have any free appointments. & Luckily she had just one spot open! we got there & it was one on one with the amazing Lola!! told her what had happen at the last place & she was very kind & sat down with me asking what I looking for, what was I open to try etc. then she walked my family to the dress section & told them each style & to let them pick out any dress I might like. Lola picked out 2 that she thought might fit what I was looking for. Then my family pick 5. the 1st one I tried on was the one lola picked & she had hit what I wanted on the head! then I tried on the others & they were very beautiful & lovely but when I tried on the 1st dress again, I was all smiles & in tears on how much I was in love with this dress! so she ordered it & it came in 5months later & we had to do some alterations. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses as well from there. I looked amazing on my wedding day & was very happy with the service from there.

Took family with me to try on wedding dresses--had made an appointment. When got there, the owner was kind of flustered and rude. Apparently, one of their helpers had quit or not showed...I really liked one of the dresses on a mannequin and asked the owner if I could try it on. She said NO!--that it was "too much trouble" to take it off the mannequin!
Picked But a few dresses myself, along with my family. Finally a lady showed up to help me. I really liked their selection of dresses but wish I had been treated nicer! Check out new bridal shop called J Bridal at Skyline and Campbell area. Was treated very nice there!

Dress was a special order. Waited 6 months. At first fitting dress was pinned for hem alteration and shoulder strap shortening. At second fitting, could not find a record of the appointment and couldn't find dress. Pinning done at first fitting had been removed. Dress was pinned for more alterations, but we asked for bust and waist alterations to wait for 3rd fitting two weeks before wedding. At 3rd fitting, waist and bust alterations had been made and didn't fit. Beads were missing. Was told hips could not be altered to make it fit better. Was told the bust looked fine. We were very unhappy.

Lauras bridal would not be recommended by me. I purchased a dress in phoenix because I couldn't find this particular dress in Tucson. I paid over 400.00 for my mother of the bride dress.I took it to lauras bridal for alterations simply because my daughter purchased her wedding dress ( Maggie sottero) there and I figured it would be convienent to have our alterations done together. The dress was fitted incorrectly. I stated at all 3 fittings that the dress was too tight around the ribcage area. I was repeatedly told I just wasnt use to the form fitting dress and it was fine.my hem was also crooked and all bunched up on one side. I asked them again at the last fitting to take the dress out some and that it wasnt fine, however they didnt tuck away any extra material in the dress in case it needed to be taken out, so it wasnt possible to take out. I figure that why they say it was fine.The hem was fixed and the dress was straightened. 11 hours in a dress that didnt fit was not fun to wear at my daughters wedding.
My daughters wedding dress was a disaster also. The eve before the wedding the seamstress and Lola helped my daughter and fixed her dress to were it was wearble. The two of them were fantastic.
The owner was the one who originally did our alterations, thankfully Lola and the seamstress were there to minimize the disaster.
The day after the wedding I called the tell the owner of the poor quality of her workmanship, she found every excuse of why it wasnt her fault,even saying I gained weight in two days!!!
I dont think there could have been an excuse of why she did such a terrible job on my daughters wedding dress, except that she doesnt know how to do a proper alteration on a high end dress such as as Maggie Sottero

I went everywhere looking for my dress for the big day! I found the perfectttt Dress Made by Maggie Sottero. It was the most beautiful dress i have ever seen! I ordered my dress in December 2014, and received my dress in August 2015. The dress was 4 sizes too big. I am a Size 2 and my dress was a size 10. They said they can fix it and fix the STRAPLESS TOP( I am a 32C and the dress was a 36DDD) All the Owner did was add 3 Cup pads into the dress and if i stand to the side my boob were hanging out with layers of pads. This was 2 days before my wedding. I went back crying and panicing, Lola and the blonde Seamstress helped me as soon as i walked in the door, They fixed my dress as best as they could and it was 100% better but it still wasnt perfect because of how messed up it was from the owner. I also asked the owner( who is the main seamstress) To add extra bustles to my dress because i had a feeling they would brake, she said no. 30 minutes into my wedding (october 24th 2015) My bustle broke and i dragged my dress around slipping on it and turning in black :( The employees there are amazing but the owner takes no responsibility for anything. We called to just let her know what had happened and she was extremely rude and said it was my fault the dress broke. I DO NOT recommend buying from there

Horrific experience. Unethical, deceptive, and tacky. I went in day before wedding to see if they could alter the back of my dress that had been hand made by a friend. I was a bit high, big and needed a new zipper and eye hook and the friend was out of the country. The owner, Sandra, had me stand with the dress on and started ripping lace appliques off the front of my dress. I asked why and she said it was because the straps would need changed and to turn my head so my chin would not get cut. Next thing I knew I heard a rip and the entire front of dress was ripped apart and hanging at my waist. they then started ripping out the insides of the chest of my dress saying 'do not worry, we will fix." I told them I didnt have time for a remake and had come in only for estimate on back of dress. They said I had to stay so they could fix. My wedding party was in town and I said give me the scraps and Im out because I dont have time. They promised they would have it fixed and I could go. A bridesmaid went to pick up hours before ceremony, they charged me more than the dress ever cost to repair what they had destroyed and would not give me the dress without me paying cash. The dress did not fit and I had to use hotel sewing kits just for it to stay on my body. Now seeing pictures I wish I had not worn it as it looked tacky and they ruined any pictures I had hoped to have for my wedding.
