Laura is amazing at what she does! Not only is she good at her job, but she’s so personable! It was easy spending hours with her on my wedding day.
During the trial, she checked in after every step so I could pinpoint any adjustments. Her attention to detail during the trial, made the wedding day a breeze.
I don’t wear makeup often and I wanted a natural look, which she nailed! She did such a good job that my mom, who didn’t want her makeup done, changed her mind on the day of. Luckily, we had extra time in our timeline and she was flexible enough to make it work last minute! -

Laura was such a pleasure to work with and make me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. She perfectly handled makeup for my mom and mother-in-law, two bridesmaids, and myself and made everyone feel so comfortable and good about their looks. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. I had a few minor changes from what we'd done at my trial, and she understood exactly what I was asking for and absolutely nailed the vision. My makeup also lasted all day -- one of my friends even said at the afterparty, "How do you still look so good? It's actually annoying." On top of being amazingly talented, Laura is also such a joy to be around. She has such a sweet presence and good energy, and getting ready with her felt like chatting with one of my girlfriends. In short, if you are thinking about hiring Laura as your makeup artist, do it! -

Laursa is such a ROCKSTAR at her job!!! She seriously brought my wedding makeup dreams to life! We changed up my eyeshadow look on the day off and she absolutely delivered! I was getting compliments all day and felt like the most beautiful bride. I am sad my wedding is over because I want to experience this day again and get my makeup done by Laura again LOL Laura is the best and you will not be disappointed! She also is so sweet and super down to earth which made the trial and getting ready process so amazing -

Laura knows what she's doing! I asked for a natural makeup bridal look, and she exceeded my expectations! I was over the moon with the results. Also, it didn't even feel like I had makeup on as her products were gentle and soft, and the eye lashes were very natural looking. My mom, grandma, and mother in law were also very happy with their makeup results. Laura made all of us feel very beautiful and confident! -

There aren’t enough thank yous or words to express how grateful I am to have had Laura as my MUA for my wedding day. She perfected my look and it lasted the entire day without fault. She made me look my best and feel my best because she is so sweet and kind! I got so many compliments on how my makeup looked because while it was bold, it was still natural glam and Laura made it absolutely flawless. On top of that, she did all of my bridesmaids makeup stunningly and they loved all of their looks. I couldn’t recommend Laura enough, she’s the best. And I hope to continue to go to her for future makeup needs!! 1000/10!! -

Laura is AMAZING, 10/10 service/experience since the day I booked. Very prompt response time, works with your schedule for make-up trial, listens to your wants and executes!! Not to mention, she is very personable and cares for her clients. Laura is so knowledgeable and professional! I had followed Laura Zavala on Instagram @laurazavalamakeup for a few months before reaching out to her about having my wedding makeup done. I loved her holiday videos where she would change into Princess characters like Ariel, Jasmine, etc. I'm a huge Disney fan and I didn't know she has a soft spot for Disney, too! We really "clicked" when I went in for my initial bridal trial. I will say that her customer service is amazing because she's patient. I didn't know what type of makeup I wanted, but I knew she'd do a great job with a full glam even though she advertises mostly her "soft glam". We had a few bridal trials and she was so incredible even under pressure on my Wedding Day! Weddings can be stressful but she over prepares and makes sure you have a makeup kit with blotting paper and extra lipstick so you can touch up. Laura is a gem of a human, you'll love the experience of getting your makeup done by her. -

Professional and so sweet!
Laura did my makeup for my maternity photos. I had to reschedule days and she allowed me to bring my 3 year old along. She was flexible and understanding. My makeup was flawless and I felt so beautiful. Laura is the best! -

Laura was very friendly and professional! She was able to work with my schedule for the make-up trial appointment since I was coming from out of state. She was also very organized and provided me with a schedule for make-up times for myself and the bridesmaids for the day of my wedding to make sure we started and ended at an appropriate time. Her personality is amazing and she made myself and my bridesmaids feel comfortable through the process!
