My photographer was definitely the rockstar of the day! Laura Silvay has been organized and professional, and was most definitely a cheerful force in our wedding preparation! She explained how wedding days go in detail, which gave us a lot of guidelines in our own planning and decision-making. She met with me and the groom before the day of the wedding to suggest an itinerary, which gave us a lot of peace of mind as we drew closer to the day since we planned everything ourselves and had a better handle on tricky spots in the day’s schedule. Her photos are gorgeous- the engagement photos were part of the package we purchased and were used on the Save the Dates and the Invitations. The wedding photos are astounding – I am so happy we hired Laura for her services. She did an exemplary job in every way possible, and is such a pleasure to have around! -

Fantastic photographer
Laura and her assistant were wonderful at our wedding and engagement photo session. Laura took on a huge task of a hybrid Indian-Western wedding and made it less chaotic when it came to the photos. She took the time to capture every aspect of our wedding in a long day and I would recommend her to everyone. -

I cannot say enough good things about Laura. She is just a wonderful person and fantastic photographer and there is no one else I would have wanted there capturing all of our special wedding moments. When we met her at our engagement session she made us feel comfortable right away and I knew she was the best choice for a photographer. She's fun, kind, and very knowledgeable. Her second shooter on the day of wedding, Keri is great too! They made a perfect team. All night long guests at our wedding were saying how great they were! -

Above and beyond.
We used Laura Silvay Photography for our wedding on 11/14/2020 (and 11/13/2020!)!!
I cannot speak high enough praises to Laura. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her from the day we book until our wedding (and after!). Laura went above and beyond for us. She provided a detailed survey and met with us a few times to ensure that our expectations and vision were met. Laura was flexible with any last minute changes (deciding to do a first look day of!), she helped keep us organized on the day of, and we could not have asked for more beautiful photos to remember our wedding. Our family and friends even commented on how comfortable Laura made them feel throughout the day. She is a lovely, personable, kindhearted person, and I look forward to working with Laura for ALL of our future photography needs!
You will get more than just a photographer with Laura, you will gain a new lifelong friend! -

Simply amazing!
I don’t know where to even start with my experience with Laura...she has seriously been one of the most amazing people I have ever worked with. She is so dedicated to her job and making sure that she delivers exactly what you have envisioned (even if it means lying on the concrete stacking your 2 wedding bands, engagement ring and his wedding band) 😂 The hard work and kindness that she showed during our engagement photos and our wedding was out of this world. I thought our engagement photos turned out perfectly, but she went above and beyond, completely exceeding my expectations for our wedding photos (and I haven’t even received them all yet). I will without a doubt be contacting her every single time I need photos done and will recommend her to anyone and everyone x100. -

Amazing and will never use anyone else
Laura was completely amazing and wonderful. Her pictures speak for themselves and really capture natural beauty. She puts so much time and effort into all the detail and it truly shows in her work. She kept our day going and was the glue that held it together. She really helped us stick to the time schedule and truly made our day perfect. -

Absolutely fantastic.
Laura was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. From when we first meet her, to the engagement session and the wedding, I couldn’t stop laughing. She meet all of our expectations and I could not be more happy with the pictures and the turnaround time. I had over 1800 photos given to me maybe a week and half after my wedding, who does that?! I could go on and on about Laura. She is so professional yet so personable and fun at the same time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else beside Laura. So if your looking for a GREAT photographer who is also fun, I recommend looking at Laura.Laura Silvay Photography's reply:

To say that Laura is a great photographer would be an understatement! She took it upon herself to go above and beyond what anyone would expect from any other photographer. Both Laura and her assistant were a pleasure and almost every single guest had a comment about how great she was. From capturing candids, to getting us in the perfect poses, to helping me keep my veil on... She was always there with a smile and the positive & professional attitude we needed! Laura was a joy to work with!! She made the entire experience so easy. I really appreciated her process, website, and the ability to do a lot of the pre-work via email and video chat! My husband and I both have pretty demanding schedules and she was GREAT at working with our crazy hours. She took the time to listen to our needs and in the times when I wasn’t even sure about what I wanted she provided guidance to ensure all the moments we needed were captured. I was ultimately thrilled with the quality of the photos AND the quick turn around time!! It was so wonderful to relive the memories all over again in the gallery Laura provided. -

Best photographer!
Laura is the most kind hearted person I’ve ever meet! She truly takes her time making sure all of the needs are meet! Though she takes her time, she is very efficient with her time to make sure you receive you pictures in a timely manner. If you want someone who will make your day go easier, make you feel relaxed and deliver amazing pictures...she is the photographer for you! -
