Choosing Laura and her team to capture your wedding day may be the second best "yes" you say that day!! Laura is the sweetest human being and communication with her always puts a smile on my face. Not only does she makes the process of being photographed - which is not the most comfortable thing for everyone - fun, enjoyable, intimate, and unique to you and your significant other, but she will also be your biggest hype woman and make the two of you feel like the only two people in the world. She has your back with the poses, the faces, the looks - she really does it all. Myself, my husband, my family, and my entire bridal party were so impressed, as I am sure you and yours will be as well. Myself and my husband booked Laura for our wedding on November 15th 2024. When we first began our search for a photographer, I wanted someone personable that made me feel comfortable. Someone that was genuine, that had my back and best interest in mind and someone that was prepared for everything, to ease my anixety. Laura was all of that and more! I realized that I liked her after our first video call, when I asked her drilled her with all of my questions and she was totally there for it! She is always smiling and has great positive energy. For our engagement session Laura made us feel comfortable. She was open to suggestions when it came to our video and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding video was everything that we would want. She made everything feel smooth and effortless during our wedding and our photos turned out amazing. Overall, you can tell that Laura has a passion for what she does and a passion for working with people. We felt so cared for and appreciated and you truly don't get to feel that often with vendors. Thank you for playing such a big part in my wedding day being the best day of my life and for handling our day with care, grace, and excitement. We loved her energy from our very first meeting and we really appreciated her steady guidance throughout the entire wedding process and on our wedding day. When we started our wedding planning journey back in 2023 we looked at so many photographers. Nothing seemed like the right fit for us. When I came across Laura it’s was like all our boxes were being checked off. Her work is stunning and what you see in her photos is truly the quality you get. She’s personable and easy to talk to. If you have any questions or concerns she is quick with the answer. And most importantly she makes you and your partner feel like main characters in a story. Whether that be in our engagement shoot when we first met her and she helped make sure we were comfortable and just having fun. Laura is first and foremost an incredible human being. She also happens to be an amazing business owner and an extremely talented photographer. From the moment we began considering working with her to the moment we got our full wedding gallery, Laura felt like a friend we’ve known for years. My husband and I weren’t sure how we were going to feel once we first got in front of the camera at our engagement shoot and Laura immediately made us feel at ease - we ended up having so much fun we were sad for it to end. We got the Halo Package for our wedding and felt it was absolutely worth it. I personally didn’t want many getting ready photos and found the 6 hours of photography was more than enough. You will not regret working with Laura and her amazing team to capture anything from your entire wedding day to even an hour with loved ones. Hiring Laura as my wedding photographer was the easiest and best decision I could have made! I was so nervous about picking the right one. My search was far and wide, but once I talked to Laura, I knew I had to work with her. She made me feel comfortable from the first minute of my engagement shoot to the last minute of my wedding day. I typically hate having my picture taken. But I sincerely enjoyed my experience with her. She is kind, so encouraging, professional, and talented. Her work truly speaks for itself, but her personality made the experience one my husband and I will never forget. I will cherish the photos she took forever❤️
ALSO - talk about flexible? I accidentally gave her the wrong time for our wedding ceremony only to realize my mistake 5 days before the big day. She instantly hopped on a phone call with me and spent 45 minutes redoing our entire day of timeline. She’s a goddess. -

When we started wedding planning, we took advice from friends and family on what to invest the most in. The top answer was a photographer, because no matter where you are, how you feel or how you look, a good photographer will capture you beautifully for the best memories. This is exactly what we got with Laura. She is incredibly personable and easy to work with. I always say that I am not an "instagram girl," meaning I feel awkward posing in front of the camera and I'm really bad at photo editing and filters. All of my anxities were not an issue at all while shooting with Laura. Everything felt very natural and not forced. I told her what vibe I was looking for and she delivered. It rained on our wedding day, which we ended up being glad for because of how beautiful and unique the photos turned out. I've had so many people ask who took the photos, and friends that are already married who say they wish they could have used her. My husband and family all feel that we got MUCH more in return with the photo package than what we invested money wise, which is a great feeling with how pricey wedding vendors have become these days. When we were searching for a photographer for our wedding, the moment we had our first call with Laura to "meet" her, we knew she was our girl. Laura has such a way with making you feel so comfortable and like you've known her for years. We finally got to meet her in person for our engagement shoot and she instantly worked her magic. Neither my husband nor myself love being the subject of pictures, and Laura put us so at ease. She was cracking jokes and making it so fun! My husband was so annoyed that I was dragging him to do the shoot and he left singing Laura's praises, "that was actually fun!" She was constantly in communication with me throughout the planning process which was always appreciated and would just check in with me to see how I was doing. Cut to the wedding day and she drove from PA to DC early in the AM to scout locations for pictures all before heading to us for the long day of shooting. No detail was left unnoticed. The turnaround time for pictures was so impressive! And not to mention her style of photography is breathtaking. I am SO excited to hang these up! She captured my entire vision in photos that I will have forever and I cannot thank her enough -

I would HIGHLY recommend Laura Patrick Photography. Laura was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient! My husband and I are generally pretty uncomfortable with having our pictures taken but Laura put us at easy AND made the experience very fun! Laura was so helpful and supportive before, during, and after the wedding and truly treats you like a friend rather than a client. She also provided the Sneak Peak for both the engagement session and wedding super quickly. Of course, the photos were gorgeous! But in addition to her services and photos, she also provided us with a lovely shadowbox with the USB, print of our photos, and a small painting of my wedding bouquet. The time Laura puts into all the little details makes such a big difference and I am so grateful that I was able to have her as a vendor at the wedding! -

Laura and her team were great from start to finish! She was always there to answer my questions and shut down any concerns I had. In the wedding planning process, timelines can be a huge hurtle, but not with Laura! Unbelievable
Laura and her team are truly fantastic at what they do. Laura is professional but at the same time makes you feel like you've been friends for years. She made me (a curvy plus size women) feel so comfortable in front of the camera and listened when I told her some of my insecurities. I couldn't ask for a better hype girl/photographer. It is really amazing when you can find incredible people to be a part of your wedding day. They make going through your special day and reliving it that much more amazing. Phenomenal Photographer!
Laura was just down right incredible. From our very first session with her, she was personable, flexible, involved, positive, full of complements, and fun. She captures the most breathtaking photos. I love that she provides links to download the images for sneak peeks and then the full session. On our wedding day, she arrived promptly at the time she said she would. She even had a wonderful helping hand who took gorgeous shots as well. She made sure to keep everything moving, while capturing all of the special moments. She even took us out and had us move our cars for some awesome shots with our cars (as we are both car geeks)! She also had us make a family photo guideline for the wedding day, which helped her keep moving and keep all of the family members happy! She also did really well with some of the family tension that occurred and she quickly found a solution. One thing that I want to mention that made me so incredibly happy that we picked her as our photographer is that my computer ended up getting erased, so I lost our engagement photos, and she offered to resend the download link!! She understands that the unexpected can happen but she is there to save the day! I cannot express enough how wonderful of a photographer she was and how happy we were with everything! We get never ending complements on our photos from everyone! I also loved the little box that she mails you later on! Absolutely adorable! The one thing that I wish she would add is all of the photos from engagement and wedding to the flash drive that she provides (it only has wedding photos on it). She deserves more pay than what she charges for her work! I will definitely go to her for any of my photography needs! -

Laura was absolutely amazing! She has this extremely calming and relaxed personality that is so so reassuring for a very anxious bride like myself! I was stressing about the rain and how the rain was going to go and Laura and Elle showed up and all of a sudden everything was okay. It did rain on my wedding day and Laura and her assistant Elle brought umbrellas for me my bridal party and they new exactly what to do. She has such an eye for finding and capturing the most beautiful moments, even at a venue she’s never been before AND Even in rain. My pictures were AMAZING and she got the whole gallery back to me in less than 3 weeks!!! I will recommend Laura to all of my friends and family!! -

Incredible at what she does!
We are so happy Laura was available on our wedding day! She has a talent for making everyone feel at ease and comfortable, which results in very natural looking pictures. Not only that, but she is able to get a ton of good pictures in a very short amount of time! This was especially important to us because we chose not to do a first look. We took our bridal party pictures and bride/groom portraits in between the ceremony and reception, and Laura got so many beautiful shots in a quick time slot so that our guests weren’t waiting for us too long. Laura also helped me plan out my wedding timeline, and it was perfectly on point! She is truly an expert at what she does. Laura is quick to edit the pictures as well. We were originally told that our pictures would be finished in a standard 6 to 8 weeks, but she actually finished them all in FIVE DAYS and surprised us with them. We had the absolute sweetest time looking through them and laughing together while on our honeymoon! We are going to have a difficult time choosing which shots to put in an album, because there are so many pictures and every single shot is a winner. Laura, thank you so much for capturing our day so beautifully! You have given us memories to last a lifetime! -

Laura is simply the BEST!
I will be thanking Laura Patrick Photography for the rest of my life - seriously. Firstly, Laura is the sweetest, most professional, funny and caring photographer you could ask for. She makes you feel comfortable from the second you meet her - which was a big deal for us because we are both awkward in front of a camera! We hired her for both our engagement photos and wedding. She is extremely responsive and just a dream vendor to work with. On top of being the very best person to work with, her art is just WOW. I am trying to pair down photos for an album and it is just IMPOSSIBLE because I love every. single. photo. She is such a master of lighting and angles, and really just has a magic about her that she can capture the energy, laughter and emotions in her images. I am also a huge fan of her editing work. It is just enough to make a photo pop, without altering the colors of the day (I spent so much time picking out color palates and I have had friends whose new husband looks like he wore a black suit, when we wore a blue one - all because of editing!)
Overall, I can not recommend Laura enough. If you are looking for a photographer in the PA/NJ/MD/NY area, you HAVE to hire Laura. We will be using her for the rest of our lives for every major event. -

Wedding, graduation, baby, engagement, holidays, you name it; Laura's got you covered with amazing talent and remarkable patience.
I booked Laura as our wedding photographer after seeing the work she did with my brother and sister in laws baby pictures. She was the one vendor I never had to call, worry or hassle because she was always five steps ahead of me making sure our wedding day was as stress free as possible. Planning up to the wedding, we had a photo session for our engagement photos, scheduled phone calls to discuss wedding timeline, and consistently checked up on us to see how we were managing with the rest of wedding planning!
The day of the wedding was a little bit of a blur to me. I was a super nervous bride; not because I had pre-wedding jitters but the forecast was looking like rain... all day and our ceremony was outside. Laura jumped in and calmed me down immediately, saying that overcast makes for the best pictures (our pictures came out amazing btw), and that she will work around every little rain cloud and make sure we got all the pictures we wanted. And if the weather wasn't going to be on our side, Laura even brought umbrellas for all the bridal party just in case!!! Turns out, the rain held off until the indoor reception.
We chose not to do a videographer so it was really important for us to capture each and every moment. Laura went above and beyond every step of the way. She captured every little detail of the wedding, a lot that I didn't remember at the time and brought tears to my eyes when I got to see them in her photos. Laura- thank you so much for all your help, endless patience and your talented eye for beauty!
