  Just book them! Best caterer

  This team was so incredible - Erin is so responsive and pleasure to work with, and the chef is top notch. During our tasting he kept bringing our additional items for us to try just to make sure we were 100% sure which direction we wanted to go with certain things. The day of was seamless and guests raved about the food - many saying it was the best they’d ever had at a wedding. The team was also very on top of allergies and food preferences. Would 100% recommend! The food is elevated and delicious (with great and creative presentation), and the team is professional and personable, from planning to day of execution.

  What an amazing wedding

  Erin was beyond wonderful. From the very beginning to the very end. She answered all of my emails quickly and helped with every single detail. We had been planning my wedding for over a year and it finally came together and it was all stunning! The entire staff was great. Our room looked so nice. The service was phenomenal. The food is always great. I didn’t have to worry about anything as a bride! They made it all happen. Thank you Erin and staff for such a wonderful night!

  Perfect Caterer

  I don't know where to begin. Latitude is the PERFECT caterer. The food was outstanding; everything tasted as if I was seated at a luxurious restaurant. The portions were hot and huge. The waitstaff were friendly, quick, and attentive. Erin was SUCH a joy to work with. I'm not sure I would've been able to plan my wedding without her. She was so quick to respond to my emails/questions, I truly miss exchanging emails with her, two months later! Haha! Latitude also helped me quite a bit with securing linen rentals. Latitude ensured that every single one of my guests allergies/restrictions were attended to and my guests felt safe to enjoy their food. Several of them even stopped me to say how much they appreciated the care that was taken to ensure that their allergies were heard and cared for. There is such a large selection of amazing options for ALL of the courses. We had the opportunity to select from the Fall/Winter menu and it was nearly impossible to pick. The tasting was amazing and we could barely walk because they fed us so much! I can't wait to come back to Western, MA and stop in to say hello and enjoy all the delicious food once again. I recommend the short rib and deconstructed chicken parmesan!!

  Surpassed Expectation

  Lattitude was our most expensive vendor due to the size of our wedding (150) and opting for open bar and a sit down dinner. That being said, it was definitely worth the money for two reasons: we were so pleased with the food, and so were our guests, and the staff went above and beyond. Erin was, and is, exceptional. She is so kind, experienced and professional. We even had a few last minute ideas and suggestions and she made them happy and that really meant a lot to us in addition to helping us plan out the rest of our catering services. On the day of the wedding, the staff was constantly checking in with us and making sure we were happy with everything (we were!). From start to finish, an excellent experience and would recommend them to anyone.

  They are the best! From the beginning with working with Erin to develop a menu that worked for us, to the tasting where we were wowed with every bite, to all the emails with clear communication and helpful organization, and lastly to the big day when Chef Jeff and the team of servers went above and beyond. You are going to want them on your day trust me!

  The best wedding caterer!

  All of our guests raved about the food at our wedding, and we completely agreed with them! We were blown away by the food when we went for our tasting a few months before the wedding. We thought it may not be quite that good on the day of when feeding 120 guests, but it in fact was just as delicious! All four of our meal options were amazing, as was the salad, bread, and the wonderful cocktail hour spread. The cake, included in the catering package from Pete’s Sweets, was also incredible.
  In addition to the delicious food, Shelby was amazing to work with. She was professional and responsive, and she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process (even when we needed to postpone due to Covid). She also handled the place settings and cake decoration, and everything looked perfect. The entire team was efficient and professional during the wedding. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing, and I’m so glad we chose Lattitude/Longitude to cater our wedding!

  Erin, Shelby and team at Longitude catering are FANTASTIC to work with. They catered our wedding and were so flexible when we decided to postpone a year due to the pandemic. The menu options are essentially endless, and everything was so. good. We went in for our tasting and we’re so impressed we decided to have them cater my bridal shower as well. All of our guests raved about the food, we just wish we had a chance to eat more of it ourselves!

  Best Caterer Ever!

  I wanted wedding food that my guests would be talking about for months if not years to follow and that’s exactly what we got!
  Lattitude has been and is my favorite restaurant so when I got engaged there was no question on who was going to be our caterer. My husband and I did throw a curve ball at Lattitude… we wanted elevated Mexican inspired food. Certainly not your typical wedding fare or Lattitude’s daily menu but boy did they deliver! We gave Lattitude full range to create a menu and Erin and Jeff exceed our expectations with our “Day of Amore” menu. They put together a beautiful antipasto station filled with Mexican and Spanish cheeses, they constructed a live mobile guac station, they created an arrangement of gourmet tacos and my favorite part, they even made fired ice cream balls to go with our cake!
  On top of the amazing food, their customer service, professionalism and presentation was a 10 out 10! We had to postpone twice which resulted in three different seasons. They made each postponement easy and they tweaked the menu to make sure the fare went with the season. Their eye for detail was beyond impressive. They even made menu cards that matched all of our stationary and signage at my requests.
  Hands down, hiring Lattitude was the best decision we made!

  Incredible caterer for our wedding!

  There aren't even words to begin to describe how amazing Shelby and her team at Longitude Catering were throughout the entire wedding planning process to the day-of. To start off, we had the BEST time tasting our entire menu back in June. Since we're foodies and have worked in restaurants for years, we figured we would have a few critiques at the tasting. NOPE, everything we tasted was so DELICIOUS and we couldn't imagine changing one thing. Once we tasted everything, we got giddy because KNEW all of our guests were going to be overly satisfied with the food. The short rib was to die for, the salmon was cooked to perfection, the chicken was so tender, and the ravioli was out of this world. The apps were as equally delicious.
  
  Now to the day-of the wedding, we LOVED having a little alone time after our ceremony to enjoy a cheese board and tasting board of the apps, it was the nicest touch! I am still dreaming about the scallops. It was so awesome that Longitude included napkins, plates, glasses, and utensils in their package. You don't find many caterers that do this. We got SOOO many compliments on the food throughout the day and still do to this day over a month later.
  
  Lastly, but certainly not least, THE STAFF. Shelby and the rest of the Longitude staff were absolutely dynamite. I can't tell you how many people told me how quick, efficient, and pleasant the staff was. Catering a wedding is such an intense job, it's so hard to pull it off and make it look easy. The Longitude team did just that. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Their hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you Chelsea for the extra love and attention! You made us feel so special. Anything I needed, Shelby and the rest of the staff was right there to make sure Ryan and I were taken care of on the biggest day of our lives. They will never know how much that meant to us.

  Perfect service

  We hired latitude to do our large wedding for 150 people. When covid hit and we scaled back to 30 people and changed venues they were more then accommodating! The food was to die for and the service is unbeatable, they even made our guests personalized cheese boxes!

  Longitude catered our wedding on 12/21 and our guests won’t stop asking about and complimenting the food! We had nothing but good experiences with Longitude, they were super professional and very willing to work with any concerns or dietary restrictions we had. We worked with Shelby, and she was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions and was super responsive! We had a member of the bridal party go vegan a few weeks before the wedding, and they provided him with a delicious vegan meal with short notice. The appetizers were incredible and the main dishes were excellent. This is not your typical dry chicken and overcooked beef wedding food, the plates were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Nothing was dry, and everything tasted amazing. I highly recommend using Longitude for any events you have coming up!

She walked us through the whole process and was so helpful! Do yourself a favor and hire them! Absolutely would use them again for any occasion! We have also since visited the restaurant in West Springfield and the food there is also amazing!!

  Amazing and Delicious

  Latitude was amazing from beginning until the end of our beautiful day!! Very organized, helpful, attentive to details, and if course delicious! We had a brunch wedding and they came in and made sure it was perfect!! They also cleaned up after themselves quickly! You'd never know they just feed 1110 people! I recommend them to everyone!!

Shelby was extremely responsive to all our questions early on in the planning process. They set up a great tasting for us and we knew we’d made the right choice - the food was DELICIOUS! The team made detailed notes about our favorites and any tweaks. They let us purchase our own alcohol and provided great bartenders and bar supplies for the event. Our guests raved about the drinks, particularly our signature cocktail (a “Manhattan in the Mountains”). More importantly, they LOVED the food - it was just as delicious as when we’d had the tasting, by far the best wedding food we’ve ever had. Highly recommend the short rib, but honestly you can’t go wrong. We also got our cake through Lattitude and it was gorgeous and also SUPER good (the cake probably got the most rave reviews of the night, which is really saying something given the number of rave reviews).   Everything we could have asked for and more

  If you're reading this review, your search for a caterer ends here. I can't even begin to describe how utterly amazing our experience was with Lattitude. Everything from the menu creation, to the tastings, to the wedding day itself was absolutely outstanding. We worked closely with Shelby to organize our event and she knocked it out of the park. It has been a month since our wedding and we're still hearing from guests about how the food was the best meal they've had at a wedding. Their staff was incredibly attentive to my wife and me throughout the day and made sure that we had hor d'ouvres placed aside for us and consistently checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. I wish I could get married all over again just to experience working with this amazing team. 10/10 would definitely recommend them for your big day!

  Outstanding Service and Excellent Quality

  We couldn’t be more pleased with the professional service and outstanding quality of the food from this fabulous caterer, Lattitude Restaurant & Longitude Catering Events, for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend at Valley View Farm. We had many wedding changes this past year during these challenging times, the biggest was going from 150 to 25 guests. Working with wonderful vendors took the sting out of that as everything was just as special and magical regardless of those changes. We knew from the tasting that the food was going to be amazing, and it was! What was truly outstanding was the thoughtful ways they handled Covid and safety with everything! The Hors d'oeuvres were passed in clear boxes by gloved servers. That was really a terrific idea! Everyone could see everything and they not only looked great, they were delicious! The bride and groom had picked a wonderful assortment of Southern Fried Chicken and Waffle Cones, Truffle Mac & Cheese Bites, and New England Lobster and Corn Fritters (my favorite) We had a Fall Burrata Salad, Artisan Bread, and a choice of Braised Short Rib (my favorite), Apricot Glazed Chicken Breast, Pan Seared Salmon, or Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie. The desserts included a mini pie bar and donut bar. We also arranged for Late Night Bites – which were beautifully packaged to-go boxes for our guests including Chinese Take Out and “It’s 2 A.M” breakfast treats with pancakes, waffles, toast bites, bacon, syrup and whip cream. I don’t think anyone left hungry, but, if they did, they definitely were taking care of for the rest of their night and more. I highly recommend Lattitude Restaurant & Longitude Catering Events!

  Excellent food and customer service

  Shelby and her team went above and beyond to make our catering experience everything we wanted. Shelby answered my endless questions in a timely manner and even helped me pick out a cake last minute. The food was exceptional and everyone had great things to say about it. We chose a donut wall and late night Chinese takeout station, but there were multiple options to make your event unique.

  The best ever lamb chops

  We opted for a catered heavy hors d'oeuvre spread by the amazing Chef Nick, from Lattitude/Longitude. We could not have picked a more refined talented team! From our tasting, to phone calls and emails, and finally to our off-site event, the team delivered with professionalism and enthusiasm. Shelby, the coordinator was a joy to work with. We had some small changes to their menu, and were accommodated instantly. They even procured my favorite Cava champagne for our toast. The servers took care of everyone with a smile. Apparently, we had a guest who had some dietary restrictions we did not know ahead of time- Chef Nick prepared something for her to eat! We would like to thank them for appeasing our palates with their culinary prowess.

  The price of buffet and the amount of food you get it remarkable. They give you so many menu options and everything we chose was amazing. Everyone at our wedding raves about the food.   We worked with Lattitude for our September wedding at Mill 1 and it was one of the best decisions we made. We used them for catering and DOC services. They helped us create a menu that worked for both meat eaters and vegans. Not only was the menu super tasty, but it was also creative. We had 3 types of passed hors d'oeuvres (lobster salad in an edible spoon, beef tenderloin crostini, and a vegan sweet potato nacho). Dinner entrees were: chili garlic rubbed beef sirloin, apricot dijon glazed salmon, meyer lemon and arugula ravioli, and a vegan shepards pie. People kept coming up to us all night saying it was the best food they have EVER had a wedding (and we couldn't agree more)! Not only that, but they have a mobile pizza truck, so we were able to provide late night pizza to people at the end of the night and as they were getting on buses to head back to the hotel.
  
  I also can't say enough good things about Shelby who provided our DOC services. I never had to stress because I knew she was on top of everything. She set up all of our decorations, took them down, and was always going above and beyond. If anyone had a problem or question, Shelby had the solution and answer. I LITERALLY cannot say enough good things about her. If you don't want to stress out on your wedding day, definitely hire Shelby for DOC services. Even my husband agrees that this was one of the best decisions we made (and he was only marginally involved in the whole planning process!)

We had every guest come up to us and rave about the food during and after the wedding. We even had some guests immediately look up Lattitude’s website during the reception to get more info about their service. That’s how exceptional the flavor, variety and portion sizes were. The icing on the cake, no pun intended, is there amazing staff. The catering staff were all a dream come true. They answered every request with a smile and checked on us and each of our tables with frequency throughout the night. The level of professionalism was unmatched. I truly have never received better service at a catered event. And if it can’t get any better, working with Shelby (the event coordinator) was honestly a dream come true. She also packed up our decor so carefully. She even saved flowers for us from our chuppah. Speaking of the chuppah, she took this down for us - the bases weighed over 30lbs! We literally didn't have to worry about anything. About the food - it was AMAZING. We got so many compliments from our guests. We did stations - a mexican station and a comfort food station.
