User1678870 Sent on 06/25/2014L'Atelier Rouge was such a pleasure to work with. Caroline Bailly created the most spectacular wedding of my dreams. From the first time I met with her I could tell that her ideas were extraordinary and original. She truly cared about making my event STUNNING by paying attention to each and every detail and working closely with my mother and I on executing our vision. So much time and effort was placed into planning my wedding to be nothing short of first-class in aesthetics and design. She is extremely talented and dedicated to her work and I highly recommend her to all! -

Caroline Bailly is a magnificent floral designer. She is passionate and creative with her work. Caroline and her team are truly professional, respectful, and you will be pleased with their work. They are such a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend them for your wedding. I would use them again in a heartbeat! -
User1660318 Sent on 06/13/2014The entire team is extremely professional and diligent. It was a great pleasure to work with Caroline, Nicolas, and Holly. Their exquisite taste made our wedding look much better than we expected! The communication throughout the entire design and execution process was very fluid, they took our direction very well and were very accommodating. It was a major plus to us that they also provided other services than just flowers (general event decor, event coordination, etc). Highly recommend them, I'd definitely use them again! -
User2541505 Sent on 02/24/2016I planned my wedding with my husband back in the fall of last year, and while I was juggling so many different vendors, it was a relief to know that the team at L'Atelier Rouge was able to not only create stunning floral arrangements but coordinate the entire decor -- from the linens, rentals, and even supervising the lighting setup. We were working on an incredibly tight deadline and couldn't schedule a sample presentation; even though I had been able to see the caliber of their work from photos on the website (which I love, but that's beside the point), my breath was taken away on the day of. They had managed to distill our exact likes and dislikes while remaining budget conscious, and seriously tailored the entire design our tastes, but the demands of the venue, an old, historical space in Chelsea that has extremely specific mandates with decor.
I was actually referred to L'Atelier Rouge by a friend who used them for her wedding reception (also without a planner), and she had a similarly wonderful experience. Highly recommend. -
User2010358 Sent on 01/15/2015L'Atlier Rouge is truly first in it's class. The creativity and whimsy they use to approach each event is not only commendable, but it what sets them apart in the industry. Caroline and her team created a custom installation for my wedding that included 1000 paper cranes we folded (a Japanese tradition), that they strung together to form a backdrop, and also a cascading installation with flowers down a grand staircase. It was truly, truly magnificent, and EVERYONE was talking about how beautiful it was (they still are talking!).

User1313002 Sent on 09/03/2013l'Atelier Rouge started great, but ended very poorly. In the months leading up to our wedding, I met with the owner and her assistant twice in her studio, and once at our venue. A few weeks before the wedding, her assistant left the company, and then 1 week before my wedding I got an out of office email (on vacation) message from the owner! So the 2 people I met with 3 times to design our wedding flowers would not be there on the wedding day to make sure things were correct, or even available in the days prior to the wedding. What makes it worse it that the owner never told me that she would not be vacation.
To be fair, the flowers were correct and beautiful, but the service was bad (and lead to unnecessary stress in the days before the wedding) and the price was high.
