  A Cuban Culinary Dream for Our Wedding

  Latam absolutely blew us away. From the moment we reached out, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely excited to bring our Cuban wedding vision to life.
  Denise was so amazing — warm, accommodating, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and personal, and we felt totally taken care of from start to finish.
  The food? Out of this world. From the perfectly seasoned ropa vieja to the flaky empanadas and sweet plantains, every dish was packed with authentic flavor and love. Even with a few dietary needs — including gluten-friendly options and a vegan caprese — the food still felt true to our theme and totally authentic. Our guests were raving about everything.
  They made everything seamless, and their team worked with us every step of the way to craft a menu that felt personal, festive, and inclusive. On top of all that, the price was pretty amazing compared to most — especially for the quality and service we received.
  Our Cuban-themed celebration wouldn’t have been the same without them. If you're looking for delicious food, incredible service, and a team that treats your event like their own — Latam is it.

  The BEST wedding menu!

  We could not be happier with Latam's catering at our Florida-themed wedding! We had mojo chicken, brisket, yellow rice, and black beans--guests were RAVING about how amazing the Cuban food was! Denise & David were amazing to work with and the whole team provided excellent service. Would absolutely hire them for any catering needs we have in the future!

  Amazingly delicious brunch wedding!

  Latam catering absolutely did a phenomenal job for our wedding catering. Their service was impeccable and the food was amazing. We had a brunch wedding and went with corned beef hash, Spanish omelet, bacon, and potatoes everything was delicious. Working with them up until the wedding was also a breeze.

  Great Service

  David and his crew were very professional and friendly! They gave exceptional service and the food was delicious! Our guest were all impressed with the quality and quantity of food and service.   Five stars will never be enough for Latam catering, and Denise specifically. This family owned business deserves to be on a different rating scale, as all others dim in comparison. At a wedding, the food is (of course) important, but even more so is the service and team that you choose. My husband and I are deeply grateful to have found Latam catering, and for having Denise as our coordinator. The food was exceptional, and our guests continue to rave about the selection of food that was provided, and how good everything was! The staff was professional, efficient, and so much fun to have with us on our big day! I would recommend their care and service to anyone, and can't wait to work with them again for future family events.
  
  Now, Denise, deserves her own review. There simply aren't words to express how thankful I am to have had Denise with me on my wedding day. As a bride, you have hopes and expectations for your wedding, and one of those is that you get to work with people that care, share your vision, and that you can trust. I mean this with all of the gratitude that I possess, when I say that Denise made our wedding better than what it could have been without her there. She is 100% the reason that our wedding went smoothly, and she made us feel so special. "Thank you" will never be enough, but THANK YOU Denise for all of your hard word, for caring about us, and for making our day a dream.

  David and Denise DELIVERED THE MOST AMAZING AND SAVORY FOOD !!! our guests could not stop complimenting us on the food and what a hit it was! The pork was so juicy, the chicken was just perfect, our appetizers kept people begging for what was next to come, and everyone was happy! Weddings are usually remembered for the food and the food from Latams will never be forgotten! HIRE THEM TODAY!!!

  I hired them for my rehearsal dinner and wedding, Their food is absolutely amazing! It was way better than any other wedding food I have had. They also offer a day of coordinator which helped tremendously. They went above and beyond and made sure everything went smoothly so I did not have to worry about anything. I was also able to order all the linens through them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is throwing an event.
