Wouldn’t want any other DJ

Jon was absolutely amazing and helped me with everything. Made wedding planning easier and took away stress. When the big day came and well I was late ... he adjusted and made sure everything still went smoothly. I wouldn’t have wanted any other DJ. My day was the best and he is a majority of the reason for that!

Perfection!

Jon created a beautiful evening for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. From start to finish, very professional and timely to work with. We arrived in the room and the uplighting was beautiful, the indoor fireworks were amazing, and the dance floor was packed all night. Can't wait to plan the next event!

We love Laser DJ company!

Had a great experience with Laser DJ for our wedding! Our guests didn't leave the dance floor all night!! The LED and pin lighting throughout the room was absolutely beautiful! They were flexible and helpful throughout the process too.

The Best of the Best!!

Jonathan was nothing short of amazing. He was everything we ever wanted in our DJ, and more! The song line up that he played was awesome, which kept everyone on the dance floor on night long!

Best wedding ever!

Easy to work with! Quick response, reasonable pricing! Beautiful spot lighting on centerpieces, and dance floor. Amazing sparkler machines for entrance and exit! Perfect selection of music for cocktail hour and reception. The entire reception

Did a great job

Steve did a good job of following our play list. There were lots of people on the dance floor throughout the night. I honestly couldn't even pay that much attention to the music but I think everyone had a great time.

When i first got engaged, Laser DJ Company was the first vendor I reached out to because knowing how good they are, I had to have them. Laser DJ Company by far exceeded all expectations and did not disappoint. The website they use make it so easy to select songs and plan the flow of the event. They have every song you could think of and provide suggestions to find the perfect songs for each part of the wedding. Walking into the venue on my wedding day blew me away. The uplighting and pin-spotting are worth every penny and totally transform the room into something magical. And I should mention the indoor fireworks which were simply amazing to see! The DJs are professionally dressed and very accommodating. The night flowed beautifully and everything went so smoothly thanks to the DJ team. Our guests danced the night away to songs of different genres that everyone could enjoy. I highly recommend Laser DJ Company to anyone looking to have an amazing wedding.

Laser DJ couldn't have been a more perfect choice for our wedding. From the moment we first talked with Jon, we knew that we had made the right choice! They worked with us super closely going over every detail of our day to make sure we had everything planned out the way we wanted it, and they kept us in the loop the whole day and night during the ceremony and reception. Our dance floor was packed the whole night, and the lighting made our reception space look amazing!

If you want a DJ who will make your room come alive with lighting, have an entertaining interaction with guests, and keep the dance floor packed, look no further than Laser DJ! We loved everything about our night and Jon made it all happen- from the uplighting and pin spotting (which is a MUST HAVE for your cake and centerpieces!!), the centerpiece game (which was hilarious!!), to keeping the dance floor packed all night- and I mean until the very last song- we couldn’t have asked for more! Guests still tell us it was the best wedding they have been to and Laser DJ is the one who made it happen. We can’t thank him enough for providing such excellent service!

Jon did an amazing job with pin spotting, uplighting, and dance floor lighting for our wedding in July. As anyone planning a wedding knows, flowers are quite an expense, and it would be a shame to have such beautiful centerpieces not get their due! It was worth every penny to make sure our beautiful cake and centerpieces were well lit for all of our guests to see and enjoy. The uplighting and dance floor lighting just added another dimension to our wedding, and made it even more amazing of a night! Jon was so easy to work with, and I would recommend him to all couples getting married in the Lehigh Valley!

Laser DJ is top notch! Our wedding this past weekend was an absolute blast. You have nothing to worry about with the Laser DJ team, as they will make sure everything runs according to plan and EVERYONE is on the dance floor! I saw people dancing that I didn't know could LOL. The music was so fun, and the uplighting made the entire venue look magical. I cannot wait to watch our wedding video to relive the fun. Thank you Laser DJ!!! We had Laser DJ for our wedding last week and they were awesome! We could not have been happier with the job they did. Our wedding was on the smaller side and we were afraid no one would dance but the dance floor was full all night! We didn't request many songs but they were able to look at those and play all music we liked. They were great at playing a variety of music to appeal to all our guests too! Thanks Evan we had a great time!

True professionals. A DJ can make or break your event or wedding, and Laser DJ absolutely made our wedding. There was not a minute in the night that the dance floor was empty. They had the perfect setup for the ceremony so all our guest could hear the officiant. The music for the cocktail hour kept the guest energized and the lighting in both the cocktail room and reception made the venue look even more amazing. Jon is extremely easy to work with and he knows exactly what is needed to make the event or wedding awesome! We provided them with a few selections of songs we wanted to hear through the night but they had exactly what was needed to get everyone up and to keep them dancing. Laser DJ is the best for a reason and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their event to be perfect.

My wife and I have been to quite a few laser DJ weddings, and there was one common theme at every one... the dance floor was never empty, and everyone was having a blast! Booking Laser DJ was a no brainer for us! Jon and his crew are amazing and do an excellent job. They will work closely with you to make sure all of the music you want will get played and make sure everything goes nice and smoothly from start to finish. Not only can they make your event sound perfect, but they also are able to provide lots of lighting options that help make the room look perfect too! I would absolutely recommend Laser DJ to anyone looking for a DJ for any event!

Jon did such a great job at our wedding and kept the whole night fun! People were always on the dance floor and several people came up to us to tell us how great he was. The uplighting and pin spotting was fantastic and gave the whole room a warmer feel. Their website makes it so easy to plan every detail and brings up things you never would have thought of! Jon is so responsive to his e-mail and was extremely flexible and great to meet with us with our varied schedules. Laser DJ did a great job with our song requests and even were able to predict the songs we wouldn't want played based on the songs already on our do not play list. We would book them again any time!

My wedding wouldn't have been as amazing or special if it wasn't for Jon being our DJ! He was so easy to work with and knew exactly what we wanted! He even was amazing when it came to me making changes! Even an hour before the wedding when I changed my mind on something he replied instantly saying the change has been made. Our guests not only raved at how fun our wedding was but also that they have never seen a dance floor so packed. Jon really nailed our party environment we wanted with everyone on their feet. Guests have asked for our wedding playlist because they loved every song Jon played. If it wasn't for the uplighting and especially the pin spotting our flowers and venues beauty wouldn't have shown through as much as they did. I highly recommend Jon to anyone that wants their guests on their feet with smiles on their faces. Jon made our wedding unforgettable and we can't thank him enough for it!

We are from the Philadelphia area, and we used Laser DJ for a wedding in Eagles Mere, PA. It was so nice to have a company that was willing to travel to a small town for a wedding. The DJ, Steve, was perfect for our wedding. He fed off of the crowd the whole night and played a great mix of songs. He also played every one of my requests for cocktail hour and dinner, as I had a lot of songs that I knew I wanted to hear before the dancing started. I've been getting complements since the wedding about how much everyone loved the dancing! I'd recommend this company to anyone who wants a DJ who listens to your requests and finds the perfect mix of music for the crowd.

Throughout the planning process our DJ, Jon demonstrated the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. It was so reassurring to see in his notes at one of our meetings that he had written questions of information we had written down to share with him. It showed just how prepared he was, even long in advance of the event. Looking back on the reception, I realize now that I never had to worry at any moment about our proceedings, because Jon had thought everything out well in advance and had everything under control. With poise and respect at all times, he kept us on schedule, kept our photographer, videographer and room captain up to the minute and kept the music and the whole event flowing wonderfully. This allowed us to enjoy our day that much more. It was easy to entrust Jon and Laser DJ's with our day, because we could tell from the beginning, all the way through to the end, that they took us seriously, treated us with the utmost care and attention, and did everything they could to make our day the best it could be. They were successful and we are so grateful to both Jon and Laser DJ Company! Thank you so much for everything, we are hearing wonderful things, thanks to you!

Jon was absolutely wonderful! He gave me so many ideas to make the reception fun and lively, and I felt confident leaving the details in his hands. For example, the centerpiece giveaway. He asked how I wanted it done and I had no idea. He said don't worry I have a great way to do it. He instructed each table to grab an item from the table to pass around the table while music played, similar to Hot Potato. When the music stopped instead of being "out of the game", the person holding the item had to do a task. One was kiss the person on your right. Another was show your best dance move. And another was being named "table captain" for the night. It got everyone involved and laughing, which was important to me.
The online event planner was so helpful with organizing music, the reception timeline, and wedding party names. I loved that I could choose music to be played and music not to be played.
Lastly the uplighting was breathtaking! Again, he asked what color I wanted and I really didn't have any idea (I wasn't born with decorating talent). My jaw dropped when I saw the room. It was a magical purple. Then throughout the night he changed the colors, which kept everything fresh and interesting.

Jon Kametz of Laser Dj was the best!!! I am a very particular client to say the least. A Desiger by trade & a serious ballroom dancer with very specific song needs which meant Jon was going to have his hands full. We had extremely high expectations & a list of musically collaborated choreographed dances, entrances, separate song lists for cocktail hr, dinner & dancing & Jon pulled it off. He showed concern for my needs as well as numerous other musical & lighting requests. We also highly recommend the lighting package which added the ultimate ambiance to our venue & photographs. Overall, we highly recommend Laser DJ to anyone who needs music & lighting for their wedding or event.

Recently hired Laser Dj company to Dj at our wedding, and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Their easy to use website let us add music we wanted to hear and dance to, as well as setting up the bridal party entrance and special announcements . John was friendly and professional with us through the set up and reception. He kept us on track which made everything go so smoothly without any problems or delays. We were a little concerned with the different cultures and age range of our guest that it would be difficult for the Dj to keep everyone entertained and out on the dance floor. We could not have been happier seeing friends and relatives all out on the dance floor having a great time. To sum it up, you know you have hired the right Dj when your guest are coming up to you asking about them and complimenting them on the sound quality,lighting and music selections. Thanks again John for a night we will never forget.

We had an amazing experience with Jon and his Laser DJ crew. This was the easiest part of our wedding because they were so easy to work with and amazing at what they do. Between the up lighting and the music selection, they are hands down the best! They were able to accommodate all of our needs, from having our ceremony outdoors to any last minute song requests we made, they made everything happen flawlessly. Cannot say enough about Jon of Laser DJ. The music was great. He took our venue which was nice and turned it into an absolutely stunning place with his uplighting and chandeliers. The guest raved all night about how beautiful the place was. Great job!

Laser DJ provided my husband and I with DJ services during our wedding reception on July 5, 2013 at The Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake Resort in Reeders, PA.

Jon Kametz and his assistant Jared were fantastic. Every step of the way, Jon was flexible with our indecisiveness and constant changes. The week prior to our big day, our final meeting, even though it was over the phone, put my mind as ease. Jon is very organized and listened to everything we requested.

On our wedding day, Jon and Jared arrived well ahead of time to make sure each detail, light fixture and sound was perfect. Their pinspotting, uplighting, gobo lighting and other lighting details made every inch of our beautiful venue pop even more! The pictures don't do it justice; it was breathtaking!

Our guests are still raving about the music! Jon knew exactly what to play, artist, genre, etc. and when to play it! The dance floor was always full! We had guests in many different age groups and they all enjoyed the music and showed us their dance moves. My father-in-law pointed out that even after the bar closed, the dance floor stayed full (that's pretty impressive). We had several announcements throughout the night for specific group pictures and Jon made sure each was taken care of. We also had two middle eastern songs to be played for a group circle dance and Jon's timing was impeccable.

We couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with Laser DJ! The value of services, professionalism and flexibility is well worth every penny!

When my grandmother was dancing.. you know you've done a good job! Laser DJ did a fantastic job at our wedding, everyone had a blast including the 75+ crowd, dancing with the 20's crowd! We had all ages of friends and family attend our wedding and I was so pleased at the great mix of music that was played! As an event professional, I've had the pleasure of working with Laser DJ several times over the years. Jon and his team were my first recommendation when a client would ask for names of DJ companies and they always came through! On several occasions I talked clients out of hiring DJ/Lighting professionals from NYC or Philly because there is no need!! Why pay NY or Philly prices for a job that can be done just as well, if not better by Laser DJ? Believe me, you will not sacrifice quality!

When it was finally my turn to be the bride, it was a no-brainer who my fiancée and I would hire to handle our music and lighting. As I expected, Jon was a complete professional and so easy to work with from start to finish! DJ Doug Laird did an absolutely beautiful job with our ceremony music... The Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Bethlehem is an incredible space, but Jon and his team did a phenomenal job transforming it into the space Mike and I had envisioned. The placement of the up lighting highlighted the architectural features and made the space seem even more grand, while the pin spot lighting truly highlighted each and every hand crafted centerpiece. The lighting definitely created the perfect ambiance... The music brought the party!! Jon and Jared had everyone- ages 1 to 91- up and on the dance floor continuously from the time the first song was played until the Hotel staff had to drag us out of the Ballroom! I'm still hearing comments about ours being the most fun wedding people have ever attended. My only complaint is that I can't go back and relive the evening over again!

If you're still on the fence as to whether or not you want to hire Laser DJ for your wedding, just remember that not only is this the biggest event of your life, but it will likely be the most stressful experience as well. Do you want to work with a professional who is reliable, responsive and knowledgeable on current trends? Then go with Jon and his incredibly apt team. You can thank me later.

I could not be happier with Laser DJ! Jon was so responsive to all of my emails early on in the planning process. The online planning system made choosing songs a breeze. Laser DJ has all of the latest lighting and equipment, and making the ballroom gorgeous was a main priority for me (second behind the party atmosphere for dancing, which they of course were spot on with!) I could not have even imagined my venue looking more beautiful! I received so many compliments from family, friends, and even people working at the hotel saying how amazing the ballroom looked. The uplighting, pinspots, and custom name gobo were just perfect! As for the music, Jon knew exactly how to get the crowd up and dancing! He also was great at keeping us on schedule and basically let us know when we needed to be where (being introduced, first dance, bouquet toss, etc). From older relatives to young friends, I have heard so many times that this was the best and most fun wedding people had ever been to, and I owe this completely to Jon! Everyone was up and dancing all night. I basically told Jon I wanted a party atmosphere, and he took it from there. I would 100% recommend Laser DJ to everyone!

Jonathan and his team were very organized and professional. They also knew how to keep our event going - our dinner service took longer than anticipated. Jonathan kept the audience entertained and even opened up the dance floor early for those people who were ready to cut a rug!

His music selection was second-to-none. I still have people commenting on the playlist for our cocktail hour and were amazed to find that Jonathan had hand picked each song according to our preferences.

Jon completely transformed the country club that our wedding reception took place with his impeccable uplighting, pinspotting, and custom gobo. My parents' friends (who have been club members for decades) said that they had never seen the ballroom look so beautiful. Awesome! Laser DJ was the perfect choice and I am glad I chose them. They ran the ceremony and the reception flawlessly. I can tell they are true professionals. And they were very flexible as we had to deal with an oncoming hurricane which changed our ceremony plans a little bit. They played all the right music and everyone had such a great time. Jon and his team were great! Our venue messed up on our agreed upond time frame for EVERYTHING and dinner ended up running super long. We had planned on getting all of the "boring" stuff out of the way and then dance the night away. He suggested since dinner ran so long, to get some dancing in and then cut the cake. It was definitely a great idea. I was mad at the venue, but Jon took everything with stride and was well prepared for all the mishaps of the venue.The only thing that stank was he couldn't get to all of our "priority list" songs but that wasn't his fault, that was once again due to the lack of time we had for dancing due to the venue's mistakes. He played the songs that fit the mood best. Absolutely recommend for any occasion!

We hired Laser DJ for our wedding at the Chateau Resort in Tannersville PA on September 4, 2010 and we couldn't have had a better overall experience.

From our first meeting, Jon was professional and courteous, asking detailed questions about the music we wanted played and the kind of overall setting and atmosphere we wanted at our reception. He followed that up by outlining all of the services they could provide to meet those needs, as well as offering suggestions for things that we hadn't considered but were in line with what we wanted (for example, lighting needs).

After we booked them, things were very easy for us, because Laser DJ offers an excellent website that allowed us to create and update our playlist (and our do-not-play list) and provide him with certain details such as our wedding party and the schedule of events. We were also able to set up things like featured dances and songs. We were able to see his impressive database of songs of all kinds, and it also provided us a chance to tell him of songs that we wanted played that he might not have had, allowing him plenty of time to track down a copy. The use of the website was very helpful, as we could do all of this online and at our own convenience.

Though we booked Jon well in advance of our wedding, he occasionally checked in over the intervening months to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns and that extra communication was appreciated.

As the wedding drew close, we met again in person to review the details of the wedding day, and he was on top of everything, having everything prepared and ready to go. Also, even though we didn't have any last-minute concerns, we were comfortable knowing we had several means to contact him and were confident we would receive a prompt response.

The wedding day itself was amazing- Jon and his colleague arrived early and were set up well in advance. They had back-ups of all of their equipment and backup sources of all of the music, just in case, and that level of preparation really set us at ease. When the reception started, everything went as planned- he'd rehearsed all of his announcements (including wedding-party name pronunciation), and everything went smoothly.

When the dancing began, everyone had a great time. He stayed within the musical guidelines that we asked for so the guests who wanted to dance could do so while allowing other guests the opportunity to talk and mingle in other areas of the room by not being overpowered by volume.

I would also note that there was one instance when a particular song proved less popular with our dancing guests, and Jon didn't hesitate to make a proactive decision to transition it into something that got our guests back on the dance floor. That simple decision showed a level of professionalism that, at that point, wasn't a surprise, given our entire experience with him. But it revealed that, even late into the night, he wasn't just sitting back and playing music, but still engaged and paying attention to our reception and to our guests.

Also, by making the seamless transition to a more popular song, he showed that he was able to read the tastes and mood of the crowd to get them back on the floor, which is something you want out of a DJ.

To sum up, from beginning to end, we had an EXCELLENT experience with Laser DJ at our wedding and recommend them to everyone.

Overall our DJ was excellent. We have no major complaints. Everything ran on time and our DJ was very professional. He had a great personality and kept the crowd entertained. There was a good mix of music played, selections from our personal list as well as popular current music. It seemed like our guests liked the mix. Jon was great to work with. He was very flexible and accommodating. I also highly recommend the "Name in Lights". It looks very cool on the dance floor.

Laser DJ was a great company to work with. After our first meeting we knew they were the DJ we wanted for our wedding. They worked with us on every request, even the day of. When they arrived at the reception site they were professional and ready to go. During the reception they worked with our guests on song requests and family traditions. I would tell anyone looking to hire them to do so. You won't regret it.

We had the pleasure to work with Steve and Jon. The two kept guests energized and there was never a dull moment. After two quick meetings with Laser DJ, they were able to piece together all of our preferences into an awesome reception. Their website made it very easy to request music and plan our event. They are also very flexible with simple last minute changes -- but the website really gave you the tools to plan out everything in advance. We would definitely recommend their services; we are still receiving compliments about them!

Laser DJ was one of the first vendors I booked for our wedding. The personalized wedding profile page on their website made it easy for us to pick out what songs we wanted to play and made the final meeting a breeze when it came to specifics for the main event. Not only did they provide DJ services but uplighting and pinspotting which added a whole other level of ambiance to our reception venue. I would certainly agree that it was worth the add on. They kept the dance floor moving the whole night and really made it a night to remember. The only two complaints I have were that the last song of the night that we chose became the second to last song because someone trumped our request. Which I found to be a little strange, especially since we chose this at our round up meeting and were specific to the last song. They also forgot to do the centerpiece giveaway contest at the end of the night that was also discussed and confirmed at our final meeting. I have to say overall if these are the only two complaints I could come up with (they are a stretch) the night was perfect and i would certainly reccomend them to anyone looking for a DJ.

Steve was amazing. He was super patient, walking through my requests before the day and calmly changing things on the fly as needed the day of the wedding. He also made great suggestions about how things would flow better and he was absolutely right. He was also able to balance the music so it stayed calmer while the parental crowd was around and rocked the house once they said their goodnights. We had everyone out on the dance floor shaking their booties and having an absolute blast. People are still commenting on how much fun it was.

Thank you, Steve and Laser DJ for rocking our world and our wedding!

Laser DJ was a great company to work with! We got a great value - much more than what we would have gotten with other companies who also gave us quotes (2 DJs, some lighting). Jon was always very quick to respond and their online program made the planning very easy. We had a few little "hiccups" the night of: the bridal party entrance song continued on for our entrance instead of the different song we picked out for us, then our slow "first dance" song was announced correctly, but what played was the fast entrance song played instead. (We just danced and went with it, and finally they figured out something was wrong!) We were having an AMAZING time though and little things like that can't upset you - we just went with it! I would definitley book them again and recommend them to others!

Jon was really helpful in walking us though the online website. We were able to pick out any songs we wanted him to play via the online database. He also was happy to get songs for us that were not on his database (something we didnt need because the database is huge). He was helpful in giving suggestions for cake cutting songs, end of the night songs, etc. He made sure that he could correctly pronounce everyone's name beforehand (something you would expect every DJ to do, but I have heard stories of DJs who mess this up). He also made sure he asked us about any special announcements or comments that we wanted him to make during the reception. He asked a lot of questions so that he could tailor the reception exactly how we wanted. He was a lot of fun at the wedding and we had the entire room dancing towards the end. He was on time (well, actually he was very early) and professional. We'd definitely recommend him to anyone!

Jon was such a pleasure to work with! He made the entire night streamline without a hitch. He made sure the bride and groom had every desire met.

Many people commented on the amazing uplighting of the room and the lights spotlighting the cake!

Our DJ was very nice. All of the lighting we asked for made the room look spectacular! He had a very quick response time when I shot out an email, as well. One of the only things we have to complain about is the fact that we asked him to play a fair amount of Music in a certain era that we love and that did not happen at all from what we heard. He was flexible with requests that we had during the wedding, though. Overall, the wedding turned out beautiful and people were raving about it as a whole. Laser DJ helped that happen.
