I had my wedding on November 3rd of 2023 and it was amazing. Tina and Ginny made me feel amazing everything was perfect and they were responsive and assured all my needs. It was an amazing experience

I really can't stop raving about Paiute as a wedding venue. Even my mother and mother-in-law, both of whom have high standards, could not stop complimenting the venue and the process afterwards. First off, the view is AMAZING. Coming from the East Coast, it was important to me to have a venue that had gorgeous mountain and desert scenery and Paiute delivered on that, and more! Because it is a golf course, you also have luscious green grass with the desert mountain as the backdrop. Second off, everyone on Paiute's team (Ginny & co) was wonderful to work with and made our actual wedding day go by so smoothly. They were immensely helpful with the coordination, set-up of things beforehand, and the bartender Ray was great at entertaining our wedding party, our guests, and making sure that we weren't disturbed during dinner so that we could actually eat!! And finally, everything else about the venue was wonderful - from the beautiful bridal suite to the floor to ceiling windows to the outdoor patio available during cocktail hour.... we feel really lucky that we were able to have our wedding at Paiute and can't stop talking about how amazing our venue was. I would highly recommend spending the extra money to have bistro lights hanging over at least the dance floor because the lights reflect onto the windows at night (which are entirely black due to being surrounded by complete nature) and create such a beautiful effect. Oh and the value - a lot of things were included in the package and it made it such a steal compared to other locations. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Wow- I don’t even know where to start. This experience was everything I could’ve hoped for. I didn’t choose to have a wedding planner and i was only able to do that because I had Ginny and Desiree there to help me with everything in between. The venue was stunning, they food was OUTSTANDING. We did the upgraded mashed potato bar and have received so many compliments on it. The process with them was so easy, they were professional, the staff on the day of was ON IT! And the actual venue of course is STUNNING. The backdrop was incredible and to be honest, my husband and I only looked looked at this venue and booked immediately after. We were a Covid couple and they worked with us to still give us the wedding of our dreams. Their preferred vendors are also top notch so definitely trust them with that stuff and you’ll save yourself a lot of stress!

Paiute Golf Resort is an absolutely beautiful venue and their team is absolutely amazing! Ginny was so helpful leading up to the wedding, answering every single one of my questions. The day went so smoothly thanks to both Ginny and Desiree, who coordinate everything, so we didn't have to worry about it. They kept everything on time and checked up on both of us throughout the day to make sure everything was going well.

Best day ever! We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and they were so accommodating! Even though we had to wait an extra year, Paiute was definitely worth it! We had the best wedding! The food was delicious, the views for pictures were AMAZING, and the bartender was above par! Special shout out to Ginny, she made sure everything was perfect and that it all went so super smooth!

Omer and his lovely wife are amazing at what they do. They were always very informative and open to what we wanted for our wedding photos. They were even willing to go to three different locations at one point to get the best shots! The photos will come out beautifully from the green! Very affordable as well.

After visiting almost all the golf courses in Las Vegas where we can have our wedding at , fell in love with Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort Course the view was breath taking and that was priceless.. Perfect for our happily ever after at that moment we knew . We put the deposit down 14 months in advance. We couldn't be happier our pictures, video and wedding day was perfect. The staff was amazing, helping us thru this day. Very organized and kept communicating thru phone and emails. The food was delicious, the only thing that made me upset was that they didn't have moscato of any kind when I specifically asked and Ginny assured us there were going to have some on our wedding day. We had all you can drink , My guest were expecting Moscato my favorite wine and didn't have any. Other than that we were pleased !!!! Thank you !!!

I got married here on 10/6/19. From the minute my husband and I visited we know we wanted to get married at Paiute. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The food is fantastic. The staff is amazing. Ginny and Pam were so helpful and easy to work with, they really made sure everything was perfect on my wedding day. I am still getting compliments from friends and family. Everyone keeps telling me it was the BEST venue the have ever been too!

Pam and Ginny made our wedding day so special! We’ll never forget how beautifully decorated the reception room was. They did such an amazing job choreographing the entire event. We truly loved their attention to detail and willingness to listen. Pam and Ginny always promptly answered our emails. We got so many compliments on the food and our wedding in general! Loved the responsiveness of the wedding coordinators. I brought in my own centerpieces (made by mom) and they were able to receive them via mail. They allowed us to come early and set up. They were very accommodating. I found it weird that I had to label my seating cards with the meal chosen by that guest, but that wasn't a problem (just unexpected). The ladies had a beautiful bridal suite to prep, and we were able to order drinks/food to the suite while we got ready. One hiccup was the steamer didn't work properly, but we found a way to get the dresses steamed without wet spots. The bartender was awesome and the DJ was good. I had my own Emcee instead which I felt helped the night go awesomely well. I would definitely choose this place over and over again. My guests could not stop taking pictures and they were raving about the food. Would highly recommend this venue

Ginny, Pam, and the rest of the staff were excellent! I had my vision for the event and they set it up and coordinated everything perfectly. I was able to do everything I wanted to and they were amazing to work with. I had a very beautiful wedding.

Paiute Golf Resort is truly a hidden gem in Las Vegas. The view is breath-taking, the pricing is reasonable, the customer service is exponential. Pam and Ginny are so kind and caring in every aspect. They answered ALL my crazy questions and were so helpful with organizing everything to make our day special. My family who helped me through the entire process got to meet them a few times and they loved them!

I hired this venue for my wedding in Oct of 2019. The staff were great with giving me a tour. You can drop in anytime to visit the venue. Coordinators are pretty responsive when calling and leaving a message. The picture does it no just, the view is amazing.

Our wedding was a dream come true, thanks to Ginny and Pam at Paiute Golf Resort! Both coordinators were friendly, fast to respond to questions and emails, and really wanted to make sure our wedding vision came to life! They were incredibly sweet and patient with a first-time bride, and helped nail down details that made our wedding classic and beautiful. The package there includes the ceremony, reception, and can include a 5-star buffet and open bar (if you choose), as well as champagne toast, ice sculpture, tables/chairs, etc - it really made the entire wedding planning a breeze to have everything in one spot! And not only that, but they allowed us to visit the location multiple times and go over everything with us to make us feel that everything was going to be perfect (which it was!) But above all, we chose this place for the view, and it did not disappoint. We got married several weeks ago, and people are still texting and calling us about how beautiful the back drop was for our big day. This place is a show-stopper - cannot go wrong!!

Pam and Ginny are the two most amazing coordinators. They are here to make sure you have everything you want for your big day. Truly the best people! And the venue is GORGEOUS. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. Such a perfect venue for such an important day!!

GORGEOUS venue and amazing staff. PAM was amazing throughout the entire planning process. Day of, i could not have imagined better staff and help until the end of the night. You won’t regret this venue. The fabulous view won us over. Also, the food was DELICIOUS. Our guests could not stop talking about it.

Without Ginny and Pam our wedding would not have turned out as amazing as it had. Every question, no matter how small or how big they answered in a very quick fashion. We must have stopped by the venue ten or fifteen times to check centerpieces, votives, lighting, colors, and more. Every single time they made sure to make time to meet with us.

The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Can’t get more beautiful than a lush green golf course with the backdrop of mountains dotting the distance.

The food was a huge hit with our guests. We went with the mashed potato bar which was so much fun. Originally there was no food tasting dinner, but Ginny and Pam were able to work with management and host one. This was a huge help!!

Overall we are extremely happy that we chose Paiute for our ceremony site and reception. The staff was super helpful and made our wedding a memorable one for us and our guests.

We had our destination wedding at Paiute. In short our experience was AMAZING. From the start Pam and Ginny listened to what we wanted to took care of all of our rentals and final details. Paiute provides the DJ and officiant with their ceremony package and provides a list of recommended vendors for your wedding. For our officiant we choose Scott Nelson and our DJ was Steve Merino. When planning a destination wedding, it can be difficult as you don't get to meet your vendors before hand, but everyone Paiute provided and/or recommended was excellent and way beyond our expectations. Scott performed a beautiful ceremony that felt personal. Steve is the absolute best DJ! He played everything we wanted and requested. Did our ceremony music exactly how we asked, and kept our guest dancing and entertained throughout the night. Pam and Ginny executed exactly what we wanted. We had a lot of moving pieces for our wedding (drapes, lighting, rentals chairs, chargers, high top tables, gobo and up lighting, drape wall) and everything was exactly how we described and envisioned. The food!! WOW WOW WOW was the food beyond our expectations. Our guest are still talking about the food! We has passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour and they made sure to bring us platters of food to us and our parents/bridal party while we were taking our family photos. The Views of course are the primary reason why this location is a treasure! The property is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful back drop for our photos. Paiute made our wedding dreams come true and their team ensured we have an absolutely perfect wedding day!

Pam and her entire team at Paiute were fantastic. She was very responsive to questions, and best of all for me, was always cool, calm and collected. The views are amazing and service impeccable. The Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort is the best place in Las Vegas to get married, bias aside. Our wedding day was the most incredible day, and most of it is thanks to Paiute. Pam, Ginny, and the entire staff made every detail absolutely stunning and met our vision for our wedding. Pam even helped get my giant bustle finished before our grand entrance! They took every item and idea I had and created the most elegant and romantic wedding setting ever. In addition, Paiute is an amazing wedding venue because you can get married in the Las Vegas area, but you are missing all of the bustling city sound! The area is beautiful and quiet, and ideal setting for a wedding. Once the wedding was complete, and my new husband and I were gone for the night, Paiute helped to get everything put back together and boxed for my parents and party to take home. As a final review, we received so many compliments on the food and the quality! It was all spectacular and everyone enjoyed a lovely dinner. I would recommend Paiute to every couple getting married in the Las Vegas area and would work with them for any major events we have in the future.

We just got married on 9/16/16 and could not be more pleased with our experience at the Paiute! Pictures do not do this beautiful place justice! It is stunning! The team was beyond amazing and exceeded every expectation we had! Ginny, Pam and Sarah are real gems and took all of my BrideCrazy in stride. Planning from 2000 miles away, I had a lot of questions and issues and the girls were on top of everything! The food was amazing, everyone is still raving about the cauliflower au gratin and chicken saltimbocca! I cannot say enough about this beautiful venue. Our pictures look fake, the backdrop is so unreal. Every guest commented on how amazing the overall experience was! You will not be disappointed choosing this venue!

THE PRICE PER PERSON CANNOT BE BEAT AS IT INCLUDED A FULL BUFFET AND OPEN BAR FOR ADULTS , AND CHICKEN FINGERS AND FRIES FOR THE LITTLE ONES. PRICES VARIED UPON AGE OF GUEST WHICH WAS AWESOME NOT HAVING TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR CHILDREN. THE VIEW OF THIS VENUE IS NOTHING IN COMPARISON TO OTHER WEDDING VENUES WE LOOKED AT. THEY TOOK SUCH GOOD CARE OF EACH GUEST ,AND ENSURED MY HUSBAND ALWAYS HAD HIS FAVORITE BEER IN HAND. (THANK YOU SO MUCH RAY). We just had our wedding at Paiute on Saturday and it was absolutely perfect. Every single guest left saying how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue was. The floor to ceiling windows, incredible view and hardwood floor are unbeatable. It was one of the only venues we looked at that could hold a large wedding in a large ballroom without ugly casino carpet! The staff was great and worked closely with my mom and I thought the planning process. They were quick to answer emails and they let us start bringing stuff up two days before the wedding instead of bringing it all to the rehearsal. We worked mostly with Pam and Brandi and they were great. They (with the help of Naakiti Floral) helped bring our vision to life! The decorations turned out perfectly and they helped me feel comfortable and calm on the day of the wedding. The bar staff did not let my husband and I go a second without a drink in our hands. I highly recommend Paiute as a wedding venue. The price is beyond reasonable for what you get! It is far out location wise but it is so worth it for the incredible views of the mountains and the gorgeous golf course. It is easy to host a classy beautiful wedding here.

From start to finish the Paiute Events team made our dream wedding come true! Brandi, Ginny, and Pam are the absolute best at planning all the details to make your day is so much more special than you can imagine. They are knowledgable, professional, and dedicated to you and make sure all your wants and needs are met and even exceeded! They can answer any questions you have and always respond quickly and with a smile. I personally want to thank Brandi for everything she did! Thank you Brandi, you made our day unforgettable! Besides the whole staff being awesome the location is stunning surrounded by the beautiful desert and gorgeous mountains which allows your ceremony to be one-of-a-kind. The reception space is made to allow all that scenery to come into the space with floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful, rich hardwood floor compliments the space throughout. As a couple, we wanted to make sure that one of our priorities was the taste of the food and again, Paiute delivered. The food was incredible! We had steaks and a chicken dish served at our wedding along with veggies and potatoes. The steak melted in your mouth and the chicken was superb. The Chef and his team provided a meal and a menu that my guests are still talking about today! If you choose one of the Paiute packages please let Steve Merino be your DJ. He is included in their package and is amazing! He was not only a great MC, in which he managed to direct and control my wedding party of 16 who insisted on wondering off on their own, but an incredible DJ too! There is not enough adjectives to describe how amazing Paiute is and how dedicated they are to making your event special. I recommend them to everyone who is thinking of getting married, hosting a shower, or just planning a party. They are simply the BEST from start to finish!

There are SO many things about the Paiute to love! The views are incredible, the staff is professional, the food is amazing and you will feel like their only couple on the day of your wedding! We had a brunch wedding and from the first email I sent to Ginny they customized everything to what we wanted, answered every possible question promptly and were so wonderful about our ever changing guest count. Ginny, Brandi and Pam were absolutely invaluable while we planned our wedding and everything went perfectly through our wedding weekend. At our rehearsal the day before, they asked us every question they could think of to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted it and they ran through our ceremony so that everyone felt comfortable the next day. We got SO many compliments on the way everything looked and the food. If you want a wedding that doesn't look like Las Vegas and showcases the true beauty of our desert, go with the Paiute!

If you're worried about booking at the Paiute Golf Resort because you read another review that said so-and-so was difficult to work with, ignore it. Clearly that reviewer had issues with taking advice. Brandi and Ginny are an amazing team that made our wedding so easy to plan. It's clear to see how they divide up the planning and execution of a great event. Brandi was great in helping my wife pick her colors and extremely patient as we chose our menu and dealt with an ever changing guest count. Ginny was amazing on the day of making sure that everything was setup properly and keeping everyone on schedule. Although we didn't know it until later, our ice sculpture went crashing to the floor before the ceremony. But by the time the reception started, everything had been replaced, including the customizing! This is the level of professionalism that you can expect from the team out at Paiute.

(9) Seriously, the view. Your guests are coming to Vegas already. Yes, it's 25 miles north of the strip. We had our hotel block on the strip, arranged for shuttles (we went with Bell Transportation) and our family and friends experienced the glitz and crazy of Vegas, and also saw 360 degrees of southwest desert mountain beauty. I think all of our guests posed for family photos against the breathtaking backdrops!!
(8) Paiute is a higher elevation than Vegas, so it's a bit cooler there and much breezier than being on the strip. I also don't know how this happened, but our ceremony was in the shade. THE SHADE! It was July, I was wearing clinical strength deodorant, my husband was in a suit and we weren't even hot!
(7) We looked at a number of golf courses, as they were in our price point for a 120 person Vegas wedding. Paiute had the most flexibility and was the best cost. Flexibility: we could have guests choose from 2 entrees without an upcharge, their bar costs were lower, we hired musicians for the ceremony, my mom wanted to make the centerpieces and they were fine with this.
(6) Ginny and Brandy respond very quickly to emails and guide you through the decision making process. If you aren't getting a quick response and planning guidance, ask to work with Ginny or Brandy instead.
(5) Happy with the food. Great serving sizes. They also have lower rates for kids and can make chicken fingers + fries for the kids if you prefer.
(4) Super organized rehearsal the day before. Ginny and Brandy's experience shows.
(3) They asked us what we were drinking and kept my husband and my glasses full the full night. We felt like celebrities!
(2) Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the mountains, and DARK WOOD FLOORS.
(1) Seriously, the view. When you tell people you are getting married in Vegas and then show them Paiute, their minds will be blown.

This is such a beautiful venue and we are glad we had our wedding here.

Everything at Paiute was absolutely wonderful. All our guests raved about everything, especially the views, the food, and the staff. (The Extravaganza they host for booked couples (to meet vendors and taste just about everything they offer) is amazing as well.) Everything went exceptionally smoothly and it was such a pleasure to work with Ginny, Brandi, and Kelci. We ended up getting shuttles (very reasonably priced) to take us to and from Red Rock Resort. At first we were a little concerned about the distance from the rest of Vegas, but that ended up being a complete non-issue. It was pretty much 30 min max from anywhere in the city, and we didn't have to worry about Strip traffic. Also, the seclusion made for such an amazing atmosphere. The photographs turned out surreal. We are so happy we were able to have our wedding there and will remember it forever.

Everyone at the Paiute was amazing. They were extremely helpful and understanding at all times and did everything to make our wedding reception perfect! I would definitely recommend going with Paiute for any event!

The staff was incredible! They made it super easy to keep everything rolling smoothly while keeping the groom and I quite stress-free. Their package made the planning super easy as well.

The wedding venue was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have dreamed of a better day.

Ginny and Brandi were very helpful and always contactable and quick to respond. This gave us great piece of mind and reduced our stress levels a lot.

The venue is very reasonably priced and it was great to get away from the Strip for that one day. Everyone loved the backdrop of the mountains and the desert. We bussed everyone out to Pauite and then back on to the Strip for the party, it worked out very well and was the best of both worlds.

‘You’ are the main focus for the venue on that day, there are no other bride/grooms walking around and this was a crucial point in our decision. Staying on the Strip, we saw numerous bride/grooms walking around, ending up in the same locations, and this did not appeal to us. The photos were in very busy areas and would have made us feel a little uncomfortable. The photos would definitely have ended up a lot more tense looking! (our photographer was Keith at Captureproductionslv, and they were amazing)

Pauite was very accommodating to food and beverage requirements, the lay out of the room, decorations and how the day would be planned. They were very understanding.

We had a sunset wedding and it was beautiful, there was only our party there to enjoy the moment. We contacted Hotels on the Strip and some could not guarantee the sunset venue until 3 months before the date, others were not in a great site etc. The hotels in our view, were all too rigid, too quick, too ‘Wedding by Template’ and too expensive! Paiute just allowed us to enjoy the venue for the day…

We would recommend Pauite to anyone who wants to have access to the fun and excitement of the Vegas Strip (and the weather), but still wish to have a more traditional wedding day and at a reasonable cost.

Loved every minute of it!! Living out of town was much less of a challenge than I thought it would be. The staff at Paiute was so flexible in giving us tours and tastings when we happened to be in town, even if I called the day before (oops!) beautiful venue, amazing staff. So happy!

Absolutely LOVE this venue!! First off, my husband and I checked out a LOT of venues before we finally decided on Paiute. For some reason, I became very particular about certain things that I didn't think mattered to me .. IE: CARPET!! Most venues have terrible flooring, and for some reason that became a huge issue to me. (LOL) Paiute has BEAUTIFUL wood flooring! The view is spectacular.. overlooks the mountains and beautiful golf course with a lake.. it's PERFECT. Ginny and Brandie were both amazing to work with.. Ginny always e-mailed be back practically right away, and I definitely e-mailed her quite often. She always answered all of my questions that I had and did everything she could to make sure I had the most amazing wedding ever. Loved that there was a FULL open bar ALL NIGHT.. not all wedding venues offer that, and that was another huge deciding factor. The only thing that I would say I would personally change about the package is the time for the entire night. Only having 4 hours for everything made for a very rushed night. Went to a wedding the week after that lasted 7 hours and it was great timing. Other than that, extremely satisfied with how everything turned out!! Thank you to Ginny!!

OMG How to start? Flawless, stunning, delicious delightful. Ginny, Brandi and the team are true professionals, making it all perfect and seem easy. Everything we wished for and dreamed about came true at Paiute, Couldn't have wished for a more perfect start to married life. ANYTHING we wanted was made to come true, Chef Todd, patiently met with us and created the perfect menu of delicious food. The Paiute guided us to a team of outstanding vendors who worked together seamlessly and made the day truly wonderful. We did not have to worry about one thing the entire day - and that was such a gift. All our guests are raving about the event.

My husband Igot married on April 28th, 2013 and I beyond thrilled that we chose this place as our wedding venue. The facility is absolutely beautiful! Furthermore, my guest still rave about how great the food was (the open bar didnt hurt either). I loved how flexible the coordinators were which allows your big day to be anything you wish it to be. From a big to small wedding, the Paiute seems like they can do it all. This facility was by far the best choice I made for my wedding (with the exception of groom).

We looked at several places but stopped at Paiute because we loved the place and Ginny and Brandi,the wedding coordinators. The ladies are so pleasant, helpful and kind. They really worked hard to answer our questions and concerns. Please have your wedding here..You and your guests will be amazed. It is so beautiful, with elegant hard wood floors and a majestic view and the most impressive sunset. The food is so delicious! Everyone was truly impressed! I am so happy we picked Paiute for our location. We LOVED it! Perfection!

I recently got married at Paiute and am so glad I picked them for my ceremony and reception. Ginny and Brandi were so easy to work with and were very accommodating. I had so much flexibility and when I needed help making certain decisions, they were right there to help. The venue is a great value for the price and the food (and open bar) was amazing! I researched and visited so many venues, and I can tell you right now, there is nothing that beats Paiute. It's a little off the beaten path, which my out of town guests loved! We just got our pictures back (I highly recommend JD Photography) and the mountains, water and golf course are breathtaking.

BEST VENUE EVER! I don't know why you wouldn't go with this venue.
1. Its in Vegas, but its not. Its on the outskirts of Las Vegas in the middle of no where but your natural background is GORGEOUS because of this. You could not decorate 1 thing and it would be gorgeous.
2. You are the only wedding for the day. I showed up at 9:00am to help decorate (even they could have done it all) and to make sure everything was going ok. You don't have to worry about time
3. The food is AMAZING no matter what you pick.
4. They work with great vendors and anything is possible no matter how small or big.
5. There is 2 wedding coordinators and they both work with you.
6. They don't charge for ridiculous things like cutting the cake.

This was my first venue I looked at, I went to 1 other one afterwards and drove right back out there to reserve my date. It was completely worth it, I still have people telling me how beautiful my wedding was.

What an incredible place to get married! My husband and I chose to go a little extra and get married on the actual golf course. Of course with Vegas weather, sometimes it is very unpredictable. It happened to be super windy that day and they thought they were going to have to remove my arch that I paid quite a bit of money for, but after I told them that that wasn't an option, they did EVERYTHING they could to make sure my wedding went perfectly. And it did! The venue is breath taking, the FOOD is fantastic. When do you ever get really good wedding food?! At the Paiute of course! And Ginny and Brandi were just the most incredible people and did everything they could leading up to the big day to make me feel completely comfortable. There is not another place in Las Vegas that I would have rather gotten married.

Ginny and Brandy did a phenomenal job for or wedding! They are truly professionals at their jobs. The elements of our event blended together seamlessly and if there were any "fires" they were out our before I could hear about them! The food was such a great value for what we paid (less than $90 a head for plated including OPEN BAR) and no taxes for being on an Indian reservation! We chose filet mignon and chicken florentine. The steak was hot and perfectly cooked for over 100 plates and was better than the Charlie Palmer steakhouse at the four seasons where we had our rehearsal dinner! Everyone raved about the bacon wrapped shrimp and the signature drinks too. All this on top of gorgeous scenery of the Vegas dessert. My only reservation in recommending this place to everyone is that we don't want everyone to steal our special spot.

I could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding! It was perfect! Ginny and brandi always answered my emails the same day I sent them and helped in anyway they could through out all my planning. They also made it so I didn't have to worry about anything on my big day! They took care of everything! They were so helpful and easy to work with. Steve the dj was also amazing I would recommend him as well! Thanks for making my wedding unforgettable! You guys truly made the whole day stress free for me and I can't thank you enough!!!

Las Vegas Paiute Golf Course is such a lovely place to spend your most-awaited day at. The scenic view is breath-taking, it was the perfect place to hold an event as special as your wedding day. The food and service was excellent and the event coordinators were extraordinary. We love Brandi and Ginny! They were on top of things and made our experience there something that we hold dear in our hearts. They paid close attention to details and were very helpful on making the ambience/atmosphere the way we envisioned. We never had to worry about our event on our day. We were relaxed and was able to breathe in the fresh air and the wonderful experience of our wedding day. Our guests were overflowing with happiness and compliments on how the whole wedding went. It was an exceptional experience and Las Vegas Paiute was simply superb.

They were amazing! They were extremely easy to work with and I could literally do anything I wanted! The staff was great, and the male bartender (I'm sorry I can't remember his name :( ) was awesome!! Very personable and was making everybody laugh! We had our own DJ (who was awesome!). The food was beyond amazing. It did not taste like your normal boring wedding food! They had several choices and it was all so good! They allowed us to have our cocktail hour outside on the patio where they passed a signature cocktail and appetizers that we were able to customize! The venue itself was beyond amazing! Beautiful views! I could not have asked for a better venue to have our wedding!

I cannot state how much I LOVE Paiute!!! Ginny and Brandi were amazing and they helped us find premier vendors for our other needs. Every single thing about Paiute was exactly how I always imaged my wedding to be and I would recommend anyone getting married in Las Vegas to check out Paiute!!!! So Happy!!!

I don't even know where to start... This venue is beyond gorgeous and Brandi and Ginny are amazing to work with! We had to change our date and they were so helpful and made the transition so easy! They made sure everything was perfect for our wedding and the ceremony outside on the grass was perfect. The tables were set perfectly and they helped put out all the favors for the guests and they made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. I would recommend everyone to use the venue. Not only is it beautiful but it is a great price and you get to work with great people.

From day one, this was one of the best experiences. Ginny and Brandi are both excellent to work with, they are friendly, accomidating, and attentive to every detail regardless of how minute. Our ceremony and reception went off so smoothly, it was absolutely perfect, and I wouldn't change one single thing. All of the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. If you are planning a wedding in the Vegas area, this is the venue to do it at, the views are amazing and the service that you will get is top notch. I would recommend LV Pauite to anyone that would be willing to listen, and I wouldn't be able to say enough!

We had an amazing experience with this venue. Brandi, and Ginny were very quick to answer any of the questions I had (and there were quite a few). They made sure our special day went out without a problem, and even had some great ideas. The food was amazing! It was a wonderful experience working with this venue and these two.

Fantastic venue! Ginny Hamel is the coordinator we worked with, and she was great! We were able to have exactly what we wanted at a price that we could afford. This was a destination wedding for us so the programs, centerpieces, and table name decorations I brought still needed to be put together when we got there for the rehearsal. They did it for us! They double checked our videos and made sure everything worked. Plus, they were super accomodating considering part of our bridal party was stuck in traffic and others were still finishing their golf game the day of the rehearsal...we started an hour late! The food is really good, the DJ they provide (we had Steve Merino) kept everything going, and the ice pieces we went with were fantastic! You couldn't ask for a better venue in Vegas for this price! It is about 25-30 minutes north of the Strip. We worked with Bell Transportation for shuttles to/from the venue. Even with that extra expense, they are still cheaper! BIGGEST PLUS: You are NOT just a number to them! You are the ONLY event that day! Everyone else we looked at planned 2-3 a day and herded you in and out like cattle! Thank you so much for making our day so special Paiute!

If you want your venue to be a focal point of your ceremony and/or reception, Paiute is the place for you! My husband and I planned our wedding in Vegas in 6 weeks, due to his mother's health, and wanted to avoid a "Vegas" wedding at all costs. The natural beauty that surrounds Paiute is breathtaking and with windows from floor to ceiling in the reception space, your guests will be able to enjoy the view until the sun sets. Our wedding was on December 15th, 2012 and the ceremony was outside. There was snow on the mountains that morning and crazy wind, but we handed out scarves to our guests as the wedding favor and it was just enough to keep them warm during our ceremony. Not to mention, it really pulled together the shots of our wedding from a photography standpoint. Ginny and Brandi were great to work with and were attentive to every question and request I had. Nothing was off limits in terms of what I could or couldn't do and I felt their service and interest in making my wedding personal was extremely important.

I loved was that there was flexibility with their package. Instead of using one of their officiants, we brought in our own; same with the DJ (we used Harry O Productions and would highly recommend!!!), and we didn't want an ice sculpture. They gladly deducted the cost of each from the price which allowed us to put the money towards the vendors of our choosing.

All of our guests stayed at the Monte Carlo Hotel so we used Bell Transportation shuttles to get them to/from the wedding. I highly recommend this as they did not have to worry about drinking and driving and it kept a captive audience throughout the entire evening. I would also highly suggest up-lighting in the reception space. The difference it makes is crazy and really tied everything together beautifully. We did use one of their preferred vendors for this and chose the package with the most lights - I would suggest this over fewer lights having seen a wedding with fewer.

From beginning to end The Paiute Events team was the BEST! Brandi and Ginny were a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism and attention to detail made this day an unforgettable one. Our guests continue to bring up the great service, the beautiful venue, phenomenal view, and the delicious FOOD! We got married on a windy day, and naturally became a little concerned but I must say our pictures turned out AMAZING. People pay thousands of dollars for the windblown look, and thats exactly what we got. We could not be happier with our experience and would recommend it to EVERYONE.

I could not give the Paiute a higher rating if I tried.

We organised our wedding from the UK and predominantly via e-mail. The Paiute was our venue of choice despite the fact that we had never been there. The pictures and the setting certainly played their part in our decision as did the package offered, but it was the responsiveness of the staff and in particular Brianne and Ginny that sealed the deal for us.

All pre event communications we honest, insightful, considerate, caring and passionate about what the Paiute could offer. They delivered 110% on all that they promised and a little bit more. I work in the events industry and have over 15 years’ experience and I can honestly say that I didn’t have to a single worry about anything.

Quite simply put the venue exceeded any expectations we may have had, it provided a level of experience we didn’t even know was on offer, is by far the most beautiful and tranquil location in which to marry and in our eyes, the perfect choice.

To all the team at the Paiute and in particular Ginny, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did and for the way you did it. You gave us and our guest’s memories that will last a life time and I cannot recommend your services enough.

Absolutely amazing. What a stunning venue, the backdrop to the ceremony lawn is unreal and simply gorgeous.

I am from the UK so had to book everything from abroad based on recommendation and website - once we started to look at The Paiute, I fell in love with it. Ginny was our wedding co-ordinator and she was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she got back to me so quickly which really set my mind at ease, particularly being so far away!

We visited the venue the day before the wedding to run through everything and then on the day, it was perfect. Ginny and the team made sure everything went really smoothly and really looked after us. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The food was great, the venue was stunning and the people helped to make it the best day everr. Thank you!

We planned our wedding from far away like many other brides and Paiute made it a very easy process. They are very well priced, their food is delicious, their DJ is great and the view is unbeatable. Ginny and Brianne clearly know what they are doing, they are organized and calm, but don’t run around yelling all day (I have seen this at too many weddings). Our rehearsal was great, the wedding day was flawless, they were so helpful with calming everyone down, making sure everything was in place and helping the photographers out with finding the best photo spots. We did get nervous about the DJ because we had not heard from him at all and could not get a hold of him and he does not have a website. We found out a week before the wedding he was in Europe until the day before the wedding which made us very nervous. At the end of the day Steve was great, he knows exactly what he is doing and is very calm and professional. We had no problems with him and had several compliments from guests on how smooth the evening moved. He was great about telling us where to be and what was coming next so we had nothing to worry about all night. This place is worth the drive if you want a wedding away from the city lights. No place beats Paiute in customer service, price and experience!

We couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding reception. Paiute was a perfect backdrop for our pictures and the service and staff was exceptional. The food was fantastic and it's been almost a month since our big day, and we are still getting compliments! If I could get married all over again, I'd choose Paiute again! The service that Ginny gave us at Paiute was awesome. She went above and beyond what we imagined our wedding would be, and she always got back to us with any question right away.

Wonderful service, they even made a special plate for my sister who is very lactose intolerant. We live in Vegas and knew we did not want to get married on the Strip. We had come to Paiute for the weekend brunch buffet and fell in love with the amazing scenery. You honestly feel like you're not in Vegas when you're there. Ginny and Brianne were wonderful and helpful and very good about returning my emails and answering my questions. They made the whole process very easy on me, which I appreciated!! The ceremony and reception venues were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was phenomenal. I also know we're going to have the most amazing pictures, thanks to the mountain scenery on the golf course. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue!

We had just a wonderful experience with Paiute. Everything was phenomenal: the location, the food, everything! The setting and facilities are enough to choose this venue. What was so impressive to me was how everyone there is so professional and experienced. They know exactly what to do and how to make you feel comfortable. My fiancé and I planned our wedding from abroad and while I was able to visit Paiute ahead of time, all the decisions were made from our home in Korea. We did everything via email and it was no problem at all. Brianne was my main contact person during the planning process and she always got back to me quickly and was so helpful, giving lots of details in her answers to my questions. On the day of the wedding, Brandi was the one I saw the most (though I'm sure Brianne was around somewhere!) and she was fantastic as well. We had a couple of little hiccups (because, of course, nothing goes exactly as planned) and she took care of it effortlessly. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I can't say enough great things about Paiute. They're absolutely amazing.

I would ONLY recommend this place. I shopped around and nothing compares to the value, the beauty, the professionalism. The ladies were so great and helped me with everything. They made me feel less stressed. I enjoyed every bit of my wedding and it was perfect. Pastor Bill was really great at the ceremony and everyone loved him.

I had a wonderful experience with the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort! The venue was absolutely beautiful, and everyone there was helpful and professional. Everything went smoothly and I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Angela, our coordinator, who was there every step of the way during my 2 year engagement and wedding planning. She always responded to every email quickly, and answered all my micro-managing questions happily. At the rehearsal and the day of the wedding they made sure all the details were perfect, and the whole day went off without a hitch. I also appreciated that the Paiute was so flexible with everything, like specific ideas that I had, the menu, even providing the special kind of wine that we preferred. Overall the Paiute made my wedding day perfect!

The one word that comes to mind when thinking about my wedding at The Paiute is...FABULOUS! The staff was amazing! I am constantly telling my friends about it and when I hear from people who attended my wedding all of the comments are about the beautiful scenery (which looks fake and out of a movie set)!!! Beautiful scenery, amazing staff and delicious food. Pam and Ginny are extremely busy but when they are working on your wedding you are the center of attention from planning to execution.

The Paiute golf resort was the perfect setting for my vegas wedding. I had never been there before and only knew what i saw online from pictures, but pictures dont even do it justice. The scenery is breathtaking, and the venue is just gorgeous. I couldnt be happier. They worked with me and were a wonderful staff. The food looked great and tasted great, even in the banquet setting. It was excellent.

The staff at Paiute was amazing, they made everything feel so easy and professionally taken care of. They were very accommodating to extra special touches we brought in and with our time we wanted to spend with our photographer. I wish the DJ would have shown more interest in what we wanted and taken the time to go over things with us before the wedding day, I was not as impressed with him.
But Ginny and Brianne were wonderful, we truly enjoyed working with them!

At the Paiute Golf Resort, my husband and I received the most amazing service. Our officiant, Pastor Pete was one of the reasons I loved the Paiute. (Pastor Pete was one of the names of on list that the Paiute provided that came with our package).
Our ceremony was amazing. It was outside and so beautiful. It was unbelievable and we are still getting compliments about how beautiful it was. Ginny and Brianne were both excellent too!
The only problem that I had with the reception was the timing and placement. It was probably my fault that the room was set up the way it was, but all of my husband's and I first dance photos, as well as most of the beginning dances are in front of the buffet table. The silver chaffing dishes are beautiful and everything, but I would have preferred to have the head table behind us. (As I said though, that was probably my fault because I was nervous during the rehearsal and probably didn't hear the layout of the room fully). The timing issue had a lot to do with my DJ, but once again, I don't think anyone noticed but me.
Another thing that I noticed was a few of the tablecloth overlays were ripped, which I do not believe my guest noticed, but I did. :(
Lastly, one of my bridesmaids glasses were "lost" at the Paiute, but I'm about 80% sure someone stole them. The "bride's room" and "groom's room" are not private and accessible to family, friends, and all golfers. So, if you are getting married here, please make sure you keep your valuables by you, because it is easy for anything to get lost or stolen.
Other than that, the wedding coordinators are amazing. The view is breathtaking and magical. The reception food was so good!
I would recommend this venue to anyone. The problems I had could have been avoided and it was something that the bride only ends up noticing anyway!

Paiute Golf Resort was the perfect place for us to get married. About 30 mins from the strip but had the most perfect views. We knew when we went and toured that it was the place we wanted to say "I Do"! One thing that was very frustrating for us was the transportation. We were told over and over that uber and lyft would come out there. We had THE hardest time with uber and lyft. I recommend providing some sort of transportation for guests or make sure they have cars. Even with scheduling ubers and lyft's they still would cancel. I also recommend trying to add 30 mins to and hour of extra picture time/cocktail hour. It goes fast and I felt very rushed from the venue and didn't like that feeling. Ginny and Desiree were both great in helping us on the week of the wedding and especially on the day of. Everything went smoothly (besides feeling rushed but not by them). Overall we really couldn't have asked for much better. The food was amazing, the views were perfect, and everyone had a great time! Also make sure to ask for a copy of their recommendations for other vendors.

Our Wedding at Paiute was amazing, it was everything I pictured. I loved that everything I asked of Ginny and Brandi it was done and done fast. Our wedding was perfect!

Had the most wonderful wedding, these girls really stayed on top of everything. They were friendly and helpful. The views were spectacular and the food was fantastic. Everything from the DJ to the ice sculpture was perfect. It's clear why they selected those vendors, because they are the best. My only issue was at the end of the night they really rushed us to get the hell out of there. They didn't even wait till our time over, which is unfortunate because of course the night already flies by. I understand they had a large event they needed to prepare for in the morning, but I don't think they should have put that on us.

My new husband and I got married here last month. I felt like we received 5 star service! The wedding coordinators Ginny and Brandy were always available to answer questions in the months leading up to the wedding and during the wedding day. In addition to her office number, Ginny gave us her card with her cell phone number on it as well.

My husband and I really liked this venue because they made everything so easy for us. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything because Ginny and Brandy took care of everything. The vendors we hired were very professional and did a great job. Everything went very smoothly.

They have a nice little area inside each of their locker rooms for both the bride and groom parties to get ready in. While we were getting ready, a server came in and brought menus and bottled waters! My bridesmaids and I enjoyed some mimosas and chicken quesadillas while we were getting ready. It was so much fun and everything was delicious!

During our reception, the service and food was excellent. The bartender was constantly filling up empty glasses and was very likeable. All the guests loved him! Brandy and Ginny stopped by several times to make sure we were happy. We felt like our guests were very well taken care of and had a great time!

If there are any cons to getting married here, it is that they are very strict about when and where you can take photos out on the lake and the course. You can only go to certain areas so if you want more flexibility about where you can take photos, this may not be the venue for you. Also their golfers are the top priority for the Paiute so your wedding party may be ignored in favor of golfers if you're at the bar or restaurant prior to the wedding. This wasn't a big deal to me but just wanted to give a heads up to those considering the Paiute for their wedding!

Overall, my new hubby and I highly recommend this venue. Thank you Paiute for a wonderful stress free wedding!

I HIGHLY recommend the Paiute! They made my wedding day amazing. The food was great, my guests are still talking about our menu. The view of the mountains is amazing for pictures. The staff is wonderful, everyone is very attentive to your needs and was always very helpful. Only thing that bothered me was the DJ, he didnt play all the music we wanted even after my mom went up and asked him, he said he didnt know the song or didnt have it and he messed up my father/daughter song which was irritating. But other than that the Paiute was great!

The view of the mountains and golf course is beautiful here. The coordinators were great to work with. Easy to communicate over email or phone. They took care of much of the planning, which was a great help being that I was doing it from out of town. Everything went great the day of the wedding and they made it seem very easy. They provided the linen/chair rentals, ice sculpture, DJ and officiant with their package. Everyone I worked with there was very responsive and professional.

The Paiute was an excellent place to have the wedding and reception! The place is absolutely gorgeous, and everybody is very helpful. Sometimes, it takes a day or two to get a call back, but they have everything really well planned, and they execute it almost flawlessly.
Just make sure you tell them exactly how you want your cake cut, because they do by default save the top tier (and if your cake needs at least part of the top tier to feed all your guests, you do not get much of a piece). Also, make sure you have all your vendors picked and you make sure you are in touch with them throughout the process.
Also, on their list of officiants, DO NOT choose Jack Williams. He seems professional, but after giving him LOADS of information about your relationship (he asks you to write each other's bio, and send all sorts of information to him), he hardly prepares and then gets your whole story incorrect during your ceremony, as if he does not care enough to get it right... and he wears flashy colors for tie and shirt, something not professional at all. And when you let him know about it, he blames you for not being thorough in your e-mails.... even when you absolutely were, and the facts he messed up on (even though he only said three sentences to describe your relationship) were blatantly incorrect and ignorant of what you had sent him.
I would definitely recommend the Paiute, however. Just make sure that all your favors are neatly and securely packed, and do not leave too many items with them too long before the wedding.

The Pauite would have recieve a perfect score however one of the wedding planners, her names starts with an "A" told me right before our grand entrance that I would NOT be able to dance with my father and then my husband because the food would go bad. It was buffet food and it would not go bad. She told me the guest would be upset that they were getting feed so late...we had an open bar and really nice passed foods earlier. I had to tell her I am the bride and this is going to happen this way. She was really the only negative thing to happen all day!!

The food was great!! the location is amazing...the staff was so helpful leading up to the date. i would call or email and have a respones within 24 hours. I really loved this location and all the people...

Ginny and her staff were great to work with. We didn't use a wedding planner, but when it came to the venue, the events team at the Paiute had it all taken care of for me. All of our guests raved about the view, the food, the venue, and we have to agree. It was a wonderful day and we wouldn't change a thing! Many thanks to Ginny and team!

Paiute is one of the most beautiful spots to have a ceremony and reception at. Everyone that attended has told me it was one of the prettiest weddings they have been at due to the mountain backdrop and the sunset time frame. The dressings rooms are nice and roomy. The only small issue we had was that early on during the day, some of the golfers still came in and out to use the restroom since that is the only public restroom as well. But the dressing are is set apart with a curtain from the rest of the bathroom area. Overall, this is a great place to have your wedding and ceremony. I was very pleased.

Everything from the minister, to the food, the ceremony and reception. Everything was absolutely beautiful! You can't beat the view and everyone that has looked at my wedding photos can't stop complimenting on how amazing it looked. Chair covers are included in the price, the dj and officiant are included also. Most places we looked at they were an additional cost. Angela and her team made my wedding planning stress-free and I am thankful to them for making my wedding day absolutely perfect! I 100% recommend having a wedding/reception there.

Pauite itself is a gorgeous golf resort and has breathtaking views. We received endless compliments on how beautiful our venue was. I was surprised how GREAT our food was. We chose buffet based on price and everything I tasted was amazing. You don't eat much when you're the bride since everyone wants to see you and talk to you. Ginny was our bridal consultant that night and was great (even though it was our first time meeting). Even down to the wait staff, they were sweet and professional. Sal or Saul made sure my husband and I were eating and were well taken care of. I had worked with Brianne most of my planning and also met with Brandi on the day of the rehearsal. On this note, I wish Pauite would be a bit more organized when it came to the consultants. I would have felt more comfortable as a bride working with someone I had been planning with all along. Of all 3 of the ladies Brandi seemed most professional and genuine. Ginny and Brianne were great too but it seemed a bit difficult to get a hold of Brianne via phone or email.
Overall, I would do it all over again and choose Pauite again. It's a good 30 minutes from the strip but well worth the drive. If you are considering LV weddings, I would definitely make the trip out and visit Pauite. A wedding on the strip might have been more convenient for my out of town guests but there is no better scenery than Pauite. No Comparisons.... I just rented a shuttle and had my guests shuttled to/from the wedding/strip and it worked out perfectly..plus people didn't have to worry about drinking & driving. Oh,did I mention the OPEN bar they provide with all packages. This was a huge factor is our online decision making as well because most other venues charge an arm & leg for open bar.
They also offer colored linens, chair covers, and table centerpieces if needed which other venues also charge extra for.
One recommendation I would make to Pauite wedding staff would be to extend the day of the "final head count". The final headcount was due 3 weeks prior to the wedding and our numbers changed drastically in those 3 weeks. Luckily Brianne worked with me to figure things out but I wasn't allowed a refund on those extra guests I had prepaid for.
Again, overall Pauite was amazing!
