  We scheduled a 20 passenger party bus for our wedding, and ended up being picked up by more of a limo than a party bus, but it worked out fine. Our only slight issue was that some of the taller guys had a hard time moving in and out of the limo. Our driver and his co-pilot were very prompt and professional and made sure we had a good time! We were able to play music from our iPhones and arrived on time to all of our destinations as planned.

  Don't believe these responses from the "Vendor" either. Take these reviews very seriously. I just decided to look back on my review when finding out a Lansing Party Bus just had all busses seized by the Clinton County Sherrif's department and I noticed that "someone" followed my review acting like they were me saying that the review was for the wrong company and wedding wire won't delete it. It won't be deleted because the review is correct, the review is for the right company and the person that followed that review is not me, but someone else trying to make my review seem like it was a mistake.   Don't believe these responses from the "Vendor" either. Take these reviews very seriously. I just decided to look back on my review when finding out a Lansing Party Bus just had all busses seized by the Clinton County Sherrif's department and I noticed that "someone" followed my review acting like they were me saying that the review was for the wrong company and wedding wire won't delete it. It won't be deleted because the review is correct, the review is for the right company and the person that followed that review is not me, but someone else trying to make my review seem like it was a mistake. Just add this to the level of trustworthiness and honesty by this company. Also the "vendor" referring to me as Kelsey, is trying to make it look like it was a mistake as well, my name is not Kelsey, the review is correct. Don't use Lansing Party!!!

  Lansingparty.com is the worse company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! My daughter and her now husband rented two buses from them for the day of the wedding. One to pick up groom and his guys from hotel to take to wedding venue. The other to pick up quests at hotel to take to the venue. Neither showed up! When phone calls were made there was no answer or questions like 'what would you like us to do about it?" We were able to find alternate transportation thank goodness! When phone calls were made the next week there was no apology or action on this. We kept being told they had to investigate. At one point... Read more

At one point the salesperson Eric said it was the bus driver's fault and he/she would have to the one to return the money. The contract said nothing about a third/independent party so not sure where that came from. Another sales rep, who actually answered messages at one point said that every time we emailed, called or messaged would push the resolution back a day. Still waiting for response and some resolution. THIS IS HORRIBLE COMPANY AND WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. BEWARE!!!

  TAKE THESE BAD REVIEWS SERIOUSLY! I was maid of honor in my best friends wedding just yesterday, and this party bus never showed up! The bride paid IN FULL $1,000, received an invoice AND confirmed with the "manager" Chris the week of the wedding, but come Saturday no one showed. We spoke to the company, a very rude man who was presumably Chris but would not admit to that. While I spoke to the company I was told that they sold the party bus to another company LAST NOVEMBER and all reservations for that bus were transferred to the new company, but that company went out of busines.....that means that they new about this issue for months and never...   If I could give ZERO stars I would and the reason why is despite paying $1000 for their 50 passenger bus for my wedding last month THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I paid a $100 deposit months in advance and made the full payment more than a week before the wedding, even received an invoice for the payment. After the wedding, my wedding party and a group of over 40 people were waiting for the bus, we decided to call to make sure they knew were they were going and they said that although it was in their records they forgot to put it on the schedule and all their other buses were out, meaning my wedding party and our group were stranded at the church considering we had everyone car pool over from where the reception was. While LansingParty admitted it was their fault they never even apologized, instead making excuses and blaming it on a former employee. This all happening on my WEDDING DAY, after paying them $1000!!! While we were obvioulsy upset Lansing Party could have saved face a little bit by being professional about it and offering a sincere apology. NEVER GOT ONE! A few days later I got a message through an invoice of the owner saying he would send me a refund, still didn't apologize and signed it -Owner. When I called to speak with the "Owner" I was told he was too busy to speak with me and wouldn't be able to call me back for at least a week, but there was a note on his desk about the situation. I have spoken with people who know the owner and even they have said they would NEVER get LansingParty, because of how unprofessional he and his company is. Knowing how unprofessional they are I waited until getting my full refund before posting this review and although it took a month to get the refund check I did finally get it. If you want a completely unreliable an unprofessional business, by all means go with Lansing Party, if not avoid at all costs!

  Worst limo company ever! They took our deposit by running my husband's credit card over the phone, but neglected to mention at any point that they demanded the rest be paid in cash on the day of the wedding. First, they were 15+ minutes late. Then, they did not have our names on the side (as contracted) and did not roll out the red carpet (as contracted). The party bus was not very nice or clean inside. Also, the driver was not familiar with Lansing, so I was yelling directions from the back. They were charging me almost full price for just a couple of hours in between our reception and ceremony so I decided to use the party bus as our taxi service after the wedding.   The after party bus though...here we go.
  The bus was supposed to pick us (THE BRIDE AND GROOM) up at 12:20am. They supposedly had taken members of our "party" (we still have no idea WHO) to East Lansing and said they were on their way back. After a couple of phone calls back and forth to the owner (WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE) during our hour wait, I became increasingly frustrated, Around 1:30am, our limo (NOT BUS) finally arrived. We got in and, exhausted, were ready to go.
  The driver came around and shouted (in front of our GUESTS) Okay! Who's paying for this? SHOCKED, I stated that the bus/limo was already paid for. (Mind you, I am an exhausted bride who has had a VERY long day.) The very rude (seems to be a trend with this company) man immediately began to argue-including telling my husband that he was going to call the cops on him...before he just decided to call his boss who told him that the ride was covered.
  Are you kidding me?
  Embarrassing, rude and REALLY not how I wanted to end my wonderful wedding day experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone else.
