We just watched the video from our daughter's wedding video and loved it. It was perfect. It totally captured the feeling of the wedding. He really gets it. Not schmaltzy or sappy. When Lance is filming you never know he is there but he captured it all. I think he got all of our guests somewhere on the video as well. So glad we used Lance - so should you. (he is also extremely reasonable.

Lance Wheeler is a fantastic wedding videographer! From the first time I spoke with him up until receiving my DVD, he was professional. At our wedding, Lance was everywhere he needed to be, capturing big moments and little details. I am beyond thrilled with the quality of the DVD and will watch it over and over again! I would recommend Lance to everyone and all brides. -

Let me start by saying Lance was great. He was professional and had a great personality. Ours was a last minute decision to get a videographer for our sons wedding. Lance was so accommodating and helpful. He asked what we had in mind and made us feel at ease that everything would be taken care of, and it was. He blended in with the guests and captured moments that we didn't see and ones we will treasure. He gave us great shots of family and friends that aren't always captured by the photographers.
We were one of the first to have a drone video included. The aerial views were breathtaking. I am so glad we used Lance, he was wonderful and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Worry-free video
Lance was excellent! He was well prepared and had everything he needed ready to go at the church before we even arrived. At the reception he was around capturing important moments, but did an amazing job of blending into the rest of the party so it never felt intrusive or unnatural. We are so excited to see the final product when it arrives! -

Lance did the most excellent job at our wedding on September 27th 2014 at Anthony’s Pier 9 in New Windsor. He captured every special moment, even the ones that my husband and I happened to miss due to the craziness of running around with pictures. I was taken back when I watched the video just because he knew exactly the right moments to put on our video. He wasn’t in anyone’s face with the camera, he is extremely professional and has such a great personality to add to that. As promised in his package, our video was waiting for us when my husband and I got back from our Honeymoon. I would definitely recommend Lance to any couple getting married. He’s one of the best, and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for videography. Very reasonable prices for the packages he offers. We’ve already watched the DVD about 3 times, and each time we watch it, we notice something else that we didn’t see before, and it’s just awesome to see how he captured everyone having the time of their lives. Go with Lance! -

I will start by saying we are repeat customers of Lance Wheeler, which should lend some credibility to the quality of his videography services. My sister got married two years ago and used Lance to capture her wedding. We were so impressed with the video that we hired him to do the same for us. He did a phenomenal job capturing the excitement and joy of our day! From the time we had our first look to the time the last song of the evening was played, Lance was there to capture it on video. He worked seamlessly with all our vendors, especially our photographer who was from out of town. He was flexible with our schedule as there was a short gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour and was extremely accommodating.
What was most impressive though was the quality and timing of the finished product. We had an impressive 20 minute fully-produced highlight video within days after the wedding and had the final product with over 3 hours of edited and produced video of all events of the day only a week after the big day.
We would highly recommend Lance Wheeler Video to anyone considering videography services for their special event!

My mother-in-law booked Lance as a last minute surprise for our wedding, and all I can say is that she made a great choice! Lance is really nice and professional, and even surprised us with a drone! We are very happy that he could be a part of our day, and can't wait to see his footage! Thank you, Lance! -

I was very temped to not have a videographer - it was an easy expense to cut out. My Mom kept making me feel guilty about not getting one and I caved...best decision I made! Lance was recommended to me by my photographer. He is almost invisible during the entire day, except when he says something and makes you laugh! I got married on a Saturday, a highlight video was on youtube by Monday (which I shared on my facebook page), and my actual video was done by Tuesday - not kidding - three days later! The video and highlight video are quality - you will cry, laugh, and say "when did that happen?!".
He gave my husband a microphone during the ceremony, and it was so cute to hear us say "I love you" under our breathe or "I think you should be holding my hand right now."
Lance Wheeler works for CBS6 News in Albany so the footage is perfect. If you are on the fence about a video, remember that people aren't in your life forever - a wedding video is such a smart investment...and even smarter if you get Lance Wheeler! -

If you're not sure after initial conversations, just book Lance! Lance really understands the flow of weddings and how to capture them. He captured everything and knew how to focus on family first and include friends. He honestly is an unknown presence that gets all the footage you miss and wanted to see. He got us highlights within a day or so of the wedding and the DVD is already in the mail. Lance is/was worth it and more. Lance can't be thanked enough!! -

Lance was an absolute pleasure to work with from day one, and did a fantastic job the day of our wedding and on the final product of our video materials!!!! He was unobtrusive the day of - I barely saw him! - yet managed to capture everything. He made everything very personal, creating amazing memories that we will cherish forever! Lance was fantastic! As other reviewers say, you do not even know that he is there. He blends into the wedding and captures some of the most intimate parts of your day. We received our highlight video link in three days and our full length video in a week! -

Lance was a pleasure to work with. He stayed in the background but captured the whole event without being noticed. He got the video to us within a few days which is pretty amazing. He was fair and reasonably priced and was timely in his response to all of our calls. The video he gave us was beautifully and artistically done! -

Lance did an amazing job on our wedding videography! From our first meeting with Lance at a bridal show he was nothing but professional and friendly! Lance is easy to get ahold of, keeps in touch throughout the whole wedding process and delivers amazing results! Our wedding video was absolutely perfect, reliving the wedding meant so much to my husband and I. Having video of the wedding day is one of the best wedding investments we made. Lance delivered our highlights and our final edited footage FAST, and he perfectly captured our special day, I would Highly recommend him!!! -

Lance exceeded our expectations -- our wedding video is HD quality, a highlight reel was available online within days, and the full-length DVDs were delivered before we got back from our honeymoon. He used our wedding song in the background of some of the "detail" shots and I think he may have captured every one of our guests at some point in the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception footage. We did not need to give him any detailed direction - his experience is obvious. Throughout the planning process, Lance was professional, responded to e-mails and calls promptly, and was willing to negotiate based on our budget. We highly recommend his services. -

Lance Wheeler is an amazing videographer who has great attention to detail. It is very obvious that he is passionate about his job and does what he can to please the brides and grooms that he works with. We met Lance at a bridal show several months before our wedding. We weren't sure if we were going to get a videographer and the week of our wedding (literally 6 days prior), we contacted Lance and he wrote up a contract with us that day and videoed our wedding! It was one of the best decisions that we could have made. Lance got to the venue early and even stayed late. He had a clip of "highlights" in my inbox the day after the wedding and the entire video (3 copies!) within less than a week. We have already watched it several times! Lance is certainly the way to go if you are looking for a videographer for you wedding - he is kind, professional, and amazing at what he does. -

We were looking for a videographer that wouldn't be so "intrusive" during our special day. Basically we were asking for the impossible. We wanted our wedding ceremony and reception to be videographed in a great way without the usual spotlights and several cameramen. When we looked deeper into the list of videographers, it turned out that it could be possible to have a great video of your wedding without having tons of lighting and cameras. Lance Wheeler ladies and gentlemen! Not only was Lance fun to talk to on the phone and a pleasure to work with, his videos were exactly what we wanted! His pricing is also very reasonable. Lance will certainly do a great job taping your special day. We highly recommend Lance for "non-intrusive" videography. We didn't even feel him being present! -
